sweet And he cried unto the LORD; and the LORD showed

him a tree, [which] when he had cast into the waters, the waters

were made {sweet}: there he made for them a statute and an

ordinance, and there he proved them,

sweet Oil for the light, spices for anointing oil, and

for {sweet} incense,

an

offering made by fire unto the LORD.

sweet And thou shalt receive them of their hands, and

burn [them] upon the altar for a burnt offering, for a {sweet}

savour before the LORD: it [is] an offering made by fire unto the

and

shalt do thereto according to the meat offering of the morning,
and

according to the drink offering thereof, for a {sweet} savour, an

offering made by fire unto the LORD.

sweet And Aaron shall burn thereon {sweet} incense
every

morning: when he dresseth the lamps, he shall burn incense upon

pure

myrrh five hundred [shekels], and of {sweet} cinnamon half so
much,

[even] two hundred and fifty [shekels], and of sweet calamus two

hundred and fifty [shekels],

water:

and the priest shall burn all on the altar, [to be] a burnt

sacrifice, an offering made by fire, of a {sweet} savour unto the

LORD.

sweet But he shall wash the inwards and the legs with

the

altar: it [is] a burnt sacrifice, an offering made by fire, of a

{sweet} savour unto the LORD.

sweet And he shall cleave it with the wings thereof,

shall burn the memorial of it upon the altar, [to be]

an offering made by fire, of a {sweet} savour unto the LORD:

sweet And the priest shall take from the meat offering
a

memorial thereof, and shall burn [it] upon the altar: [it is] an

offering made by fire, of a {sweet} savour unto the LORD.

offer them unto the LORD: but they shall not be burnt on the
altar

for a {sweet} savour.

the

burnt sacrifice, which [is] upon the wood that [is] on the fire:
[it

is] an offering made by fire, of a {sweet} savour unto the LORD.

the

LORD; and the priest shall make an atonement for h

im, and it shall be forgiven him.

sweet And he shall take of it his handful, of the

[shall be] of wine, the fourth [part] of an hin.

sweet And ye shall offer with the bread seven lambs

without blemish of the first year, and one young bullock, and two

the

goats for a sin offering.

sweet But the firstling of a cow, or the firstling
of a

sheep, or the firstling of a goat, thou shalt not redeem; they

their fat [for] an offering made by fire, for a {

sweet} savour unto the LORD.

sweet Command the children of Israel, and say unto
them,

My offering, [and] my bread for my sacrifices made by fire,
[for] a

{sweet} savour unto me, shall ye observe to offer unto me in
their

thou shalt offer [it], a sacrifice made by fire, of a {sweet}
savour

unto the LORD.

sweet And a several tenth deal of flour mingled with
oil

[for] a meat offering unto one lamb; [for] a burnt offering of a

{sweet} savour, a sacrifice made by fire unto the LORD.

sweet After this manner ye shall offer daily,
throughout

the seven days, the meat of the sacrifice made by fire, of a
{sweet}

savour unto the LORD: it shall be offered beside the continual

offering, and his drink offering.

sweet But ye shall offer the burnt offering for a

{sweet} savour unto the LORD; two young bullocks, one ram, seven

lambs of the first year;

sweet And ye shall offer a burnt offering for a
{sweet}

savour unto the LORD; one young bullock, one ram, [and] seven
lambs

of the first year without blemish:

[for] a {sweet} savour; one young bullock, one ram, [and] seven

lambs of the first year; they shall be unto you without blemish:

sweet And ye shall offer a burnt offering, a
sacrifice

made by fire, of a {sweet} savour unto the LORD; thirteen young

bullocks, two rams, [and] fourteen lambs of the first year; they

shall be without blemish:

sweet But ye shall offer a burnt offering, a
sacrifice

made by fire, of a {sweet} savour unto the LORD: one bullock, one

ram, seven lambs of the first year without blemish:

sweet <2SA23 -1> Now these [be] the last words of David. David
the

son of Jesse said, and the man [who was] raised up on high, the

anointed of the God of Jacob, and the {sweet} psalmist of Israel,

said,

sweet <2CH2 -4> Behold, I build an house to the name of the LORD
my

God, to dedicate [it] to him, [and] to burn before him {sweet}

incense, and for the continual showbread, and for the burnt

offerings morning and evening, on the sabbaths, and on the new m

oons, and on the solemn feasts of the LORD our God. This [is an

ordinance] for ever to Israel.

sweet <2CH13 -11> And they burn unto the LORD every morning and

every evening burnt sacrifices and {sweet} incense: the showbread

also [set they in order] upon the pure table; and the
candlestick of

gold with the lamps thereof, to burn every evening: for

we keep the charge of the LORD our God; but ye have forsaken him.

sweet <2CH16 -14> And they buried him in his own sepulchres,
which

he had made for himself in the city of David, and laid him in the

bed which was filled with {sweet} odours and divers kinds [of

spices] prepared by the apothecaries' art: and they made a v

ery great burning for him.

sweet That they may offer sacrifices of {sweet}
savours

unto the God of heaven, and pray for the life of the king, and of

his sons.

sweet Then he said unto them, Go your way, eat the
fat,

and drink the {sweet}, and send portions unto them for whom
nothing

is prepared: for [this] day [is] holy unto our Lord: neither be
ye

sorry; for the joy of the LORD is your strength.

sweet Now when every maid's turn was come to go in to

king Ahasuerus, after that she had been twelve months, according
to

the manner of the women, (for so were the days of their

purifications accomplished, [to wit], six months with oil of
myrrh

, and six months with {sweet} odours, and with [other] things for

the purifying of the women;)

sweet Though wickedness be {sweet} in his mouth,

[though] he hide it under his tongue;

sweet The clods of the valley shall be {sweet} unto
him,

and every man shall draw after him, as [there are] innumerable

before him.

sweet Canst thou bind the {sweet} influences of

Pleiades, or loose the bands of Orion?

sweet We took {sweet} counsel together, [and] walked

unto the house of God in company.

sweet My meditation of him shall be {sweet}: I will
be

glad in the LORD.

sweet How {sweet} are thy words unto my taste!
[yea,

sweeter] than honey to my mouth!

sweet When their judges are overthrown in stony
places,

they shall hear my words; for they are {sweet}.

sweet When thou liest down, thou shalt not be afraid:

yea, thou shalt lie down, and thy sleep shall be {sweet}.

sweet Stolen waters are {sweet}, and bread [eaten] in

secret is pleasant.

sweet The desire accomplished is {sweet} to the soul:

but [it is] abomination to fools to depart from evil.

sweet Pleasant words [are as] an honeycomb, {sweet}
to

the soul, and health to the bones.

sweet Bread of deceit [is] {sweet} to a man; but

afterwards his mouth shall be filled with gravel.

sweet The morsel [which] thou hast eaten shalt thou
vomit

up, and lose thy {sweet} words.

sweet My son, eat thou honey, because [it is] good;
and

the honeycomb, [which is] {sweet} to thy taste:

sweet The full soul loatheth an honeycomb; but to the

hungry soul every bitter thing is {sweet}.

sweet The sleep of a labouring man [is] {sweet},
whether

he eat little or much: but the abundance of the rich will not
suffer

him to sleep.

sweet Truly the light [is] {sweet}, and a pleasant
[thing

it is] for the eyes to behold the sun:

sweet As the apple tree among the trees of the wood, so

[is] my beloved among the sons. I sat down under his shadow with

great delight, and his fruit [was] {sweet} to my taste.

sweet O my dove, [that art] in the clefts of the rock,
in

the secret [places] of the stairs, let me see thy countenance,
let

me hear thy voice; for {sweet} [is] thy voice, and thy
countenance

[is] comely.

sweet I rose up to open to my beloved; and my hands

dropped [with] myrrh, and my fingers [with] {sweet} smelling
myrrh,

upon the handles of the lock.

sweet His cheeks [are] as a bed of spices, [as] sweet

flowers: his lips [like] lilies, dropping {sweet} smelling myrrh.

sweet His cheeks [are] as a bed of spices, [as]
{sweet}

flowers: his lips [like] lilies, dropping sweet smelling myrrh.

sweet His mouth [is] most {sweet}: yea, he [is]

altogether lovely. This [is] my beloved, and this [is] my friend,
O

daughters of Jerusalem.

sweet And it shall come to pass, [that] instead of

{sweet} smell there shall be stink; and instead of a girdle a
rent;

and instead of well set hair baldness; and instead of a
stomacher a

girding of sackcloth; [and] burning instead of beauty.

sweet Woe unto them that call evil good, and good
evil;

that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put
bitter

for {sweet}, and sweet for bitter!

sweet Woe unto them that call evil good, and good
evil;

that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put
bitter

for sweet, and {sweet} for bitter!

sweet Take an harp, go about the city, thou harlot
that

hast been forgotten; make {sweet} melody, sing many songs, that
thou

mayest be remembered.

sweet Thou hast bought me no {sweet} cane with money,

neither hast thou filled me with the fat of thy sacrifices: but
thou

hast made me to serve with thy sins, thou hast wearied me with
thine

iniquities.

sweet And I will feed them that oppress thee with
their

own flesh; and they shall be drunken with their own blood, as
with

{sweet} wine: and all flesh shall know that I the LORD [am] thy

Saviour and thy Redeemer, the mighty One of Jacob.

sweet To what purpose cometh there to me incense from

Sheba, and the {sweet} cane from a far country? your burnt
offerings

[are] not acceptable, nor your sacrifices sweet unto me.

sweet To what purpose cometh there to me incense from

Sheba, and the sweet cane from a far country? your burnt
offerings

[are] not acceptable, nor your sacrifices {sweet} unto me.

sweet Upon this I awaked, and beheld; and my sleep
was

{sweet} unto me.

sweet Then shall ye know that I [am] the LORD, when
their

slain [men] shall be among their idols round about their altars,

upon every high hill, in all the tops of the mountains, and under

every green tree, and under every thick oak, the place

where they did offer {sweet} savour to all their idols.

sweet My meat also which I gave thee, fine flour, and

oil, and honey, [wherewith] I fed thee, thou hast even set it
before

them for a {sweet} savour: and [thus] it was, saith the Lord GOD.

sweet For] when I had brought them into the land,
[for]

the which I lifted up mine hand to give it to them, then they saw

every high hill, and all the thick trees, and they offered there

their sacrifices, and there they presented the provocati

on of their offering: there also they made their {sweet} savour,
and

poured out there their drink offerings.

sweet I will accept you with your {sweet} savour,
when I

bring you out from the people, and gather you out of the
countries

wherein ye have been scattered; and I will be sanctified in you

before the heathen.

sweet Then the king Nebuchadnezzar fell upon his face,

and worshipped Daniel, and commanded that they should offer an

oblation and {sweet} odours unto him.

sweet Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that the

plowman shall overtake the reaper, and the treader of grapes him

that soweth seed; and the mountains shall drop {sweet} wine, and
all

the hills shall melt.

sweet Thou shalt sow, but thou shalt not reap; thou
shalt

tread the olives, but thou shalt not anoint thee with oil; and

{sweet} wine, but shalt not drink wine.

sweet And when the sabbath was past, Mary Magdalene,
and

Mary the mother] of James, and Salome, had bought {sweet} spices,

that they might come and anoint him.

sweet <2CO2 -15> For we are unto God a {sweet} savour of Christ,
in

them that are saved, and in them that perish:

sweet But I have all, and abound: I am full, having

received of Epaphroditus the things which were sent] from you, an

odour of a {sweet} smell, a sacrifice acceptable, wellpleasing to

God.

sweet Doth a fountain send forth at the same place

{sweet} water] and bitter?

sweet And I went unto the angel, and said unto him,
Give

me the little book. And he said unto me, Take it], and eat it up;

and it shall make thy belly bitter, but it shall be in thy mouth

{sweet} as honey.

sweet And I took the little book out of the angel's

hand, and ate it up; and it was in my mouth {sweet} as honey:
and as

soon as I had eaten it, my belly was bitter.
