straightway <1SA9 -13> As soon as ye be come into the city, ye
shall

{straightway} find him, before he go up to the high place to eat:

for the people will not eat until he come, because he doth bless
the

sacrifice; [and] afterwards they eat that be bidden



. Now therefore get you up; for about this time ye shall find
him.



straightway <1SA28 -20> Then Saul fell {straightway} all along on

the earth, and was sore afraid, because of the words of Samuel:

beheld him, were greatly amazed, and running to him] saluted him.



straightway And they brought him unto him: and when he

saw him, {straightway} the spirit tare him; and he fell on the

ground, and wallowed foaming.



straightway And {straightway} the father of the child

cried out, and said with tears, Lord, I believe; help thou mine

unbelief.



straightway And if any man say unto you, Why do ye
this?

say ye that the Lord hath need of him; and {straightway} he will

send him hither.



straightway And as soon as he was come, he goeth

{straightway} to him, and saith, Master, master; and kissed him.



straightway And {straightway} in the morning the chief

priests held a consultation with the elders and scribes and the

whole council, and bound Jesus, and carried him] away, and
delivered

him] to Pilate.



straightway No man also having drunk old wine]

{straightway} desireth new: for he saith, The old is better.

straightway And {straightway} he preached Christ in

synagogues, that he is the Son of God.



straightway And he took them the same hour of the
night,

and washed their] stripes; and was baptized, he and all his,

{straightway}.



straightway Then {straightway} they departed from him

which should have examined him: and the chief captain also was

afraid, after he knew that he was a Roman, and because he had
bound

him.



straightway And when it was told me how that the Jews

laid wait for the man, I sent {straightway} to thee, and gave

commandment to his accusers also to say before thee what they
had]

against him. Farewell.



straightway For he beholdeth himself, and goeth his
way,

and {straightway} forgetteth what manner of man he was.
