thou make it.

set I do {set} my bow in the cloud, and it shall be
for a

thee

over all the land of Egypt.

set I will be surety for him; of my hand shalt thou

require him: if I bring him not unto thee, and {set} him before

thee, then let me bear the blame for ever:

set And he washed his face, and went out, and
refrained

himself, and said, {Set} on bread.

set And they {set} on for him by himself, and for
them

by themselves, and for the Egyptians, which did eat with him, by

unto me, that I may {set} mine eyes upon him.

set And Joseph brought in Jacob his father, and {set}

thou hast; the males [shall be] the LORD'S.

set And thou shalt {set} bounds unto the people round

{set}

before them.

{set} a man over the congregation,

set And {set} him before Eleazar the priest, and
before

all the congregation; and give him a charge in their sight.

set And Moses did as the LORD commanded him: and he
took

Joshua, and {set} him before Eleazar the priest, and before all
the

congregation:

set These [things] ye shall do unto the LORD in your

{set} feasts, beside your vows, and your freewill offerings, for

your burnt offerings, and for your meat offerings, and for your

drink offerings, and for your peace offerings.

set Behold, I have {set} the land before you: go in and

possess the land which the LORD sware unto your fathers, Abraham,

Isaac, and Jacob, to give unto them and to their seed after them.

set Behold, the LORD thy God hath {set} the land
before

thee: go up [and] possess [it], as the LORD God of thy fathers
hath

said unto thee; fear not, neither be discouraged.

set And what nation [is there so] great, that hath

statutes and judgments [so] righteous as all this law, which I
{set}

before you this day?

set And this [is] the law which Moses {set} before the

children of Israel:

set The LORD did not {set} his love upon you, nor
choose

you, because ye were more in number than any people; for ye
[were]

the fewest of all people:

set Behold, I {set} before you this day a blessing
and a

curse;

set And ye shall observe to do all the statutes and

judgments which I {set} before you this day.

set And if the way be too long for thee, so that thou

art not able to carry it; [or] if the place be too far from thee,

which the LORD thy God shall choose to {set} his name there, when

the LORD thy God hath blessed thee:

set Neither shalt thou {set} thee up [any] image;
which

the LORD thy God hateth.

set When thou art come unto the land which the LORD
thy

God giveth thee, and shalt possess it, and shalt dwell therein,
and

shalt say, I will {set} a king over me, like as all the nations
that

[are] about me;

set Thou shalt in any wise set [him] king over thee,

whom the LORD thy God shall choose: [one] from among thy brethren

shalt thou set king over thee: thou mayest not {set} a stranger
over

thee, which [is] not thy brother.

set Thou shalt in any wise {set} [him] king over
thee,

whom the LORD thy God shall choose: [one] from among thy brethren

shalt thou set king over thee: thou mayest not set a stranger
over

thee, which [is] not thy brother.

set Thou shalt in any wise set [him] king over thee,

whom the LORD thy God shall choose: [one] from among thy brethren

shalt thou {set} king over thee: thou mayest not set a stranger
over

thee, which [is] not thy brother.

set Thou shalt not remove thy neighbour's landmark,

which they of old time have {set} in thine inheritance, which
thou

shalt inherit in the land that the LORD thy God giveth thee to

possess it.

set And the priest shall take the basket out of thine

hand, and {set} it down before the altar of the LORD thy God.

set And now, behold, I have brought the firstfruits
of

the land, which thou, O LORD, hast given me. And thou shalt
{set} it

before the LORD thy God, and worship before the LORD thy God:

set And it shall be on the day when ye shall pass over

Jordan unto the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee, that
thou

shalt {set} thee up great stones, and plaster them with plaster:

set Therefore it shall be when ye be gone over Jordan,

[that] ye shall {set} up these stones, which I command you this
day,

in mount Ebal, and thou shalt plaster them with plaster.

set And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken

diligently unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe [and]
to

do all his commandments which I command thee this day, that the
LORD

thy God will {set} thee on high above all nations of th

e earth:

set The LORD shall bring thee, and thy king which
thou

shalt {set} over thee, unto a nation which neither thou nor thy

fathers have known; and there shalt thou serve other gods, wood
and

stone.

set The tender and delicate woman among you, which
would

not adventure to {set} the sole of her foot upon the ground for

delicateness and tenderness, her eye shall be evil toward the

husband of her bosom, and toward her son, and toward her dau

ghter,

set And it shall come to pass, when all these things
are

come upon thee, the blessing and the curse, which I have {set}

before thee, and thou shalt call [them] to mind among all the

nations, whither the LORD thy God hath driven thee,

set See, I have {set} before thee this day life and

good, and death and evil;

set I call heaven and earth to record this day
against

you, [that] I have {set} before you life and death, blessing and

cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may

live:

set When the Most High divided to the nations their

inheritance, when he separated the sons of Adam, he {set} the
bounds

of the people according to the number of the children of Israel.

set For a fire is kindled in mine anger, and shall
burn

unto the lowest hell, and shall consume the earth with her
increase,

and {set} on fire the foundations of the mountains.

set And he said unto them, {Set} your hearts unto all

the words which I testify among you this day, which ye shall
command

your children to observe to do, all the words of this law.

set And Joshua {set} up twelve stones in the midst of

Jordan, in the place where the feet of the priests which bare the

ark of the covenant stood: and they are there unto this day.

set And Joshua adjured [them] at that time, saying,

Cursed [be] the man before the LORD, that riseth up and buildeth

this city Jericho: he shall lay the foundation thereof in his

firstborn, and in his youngest [son] shall he {set} up the gates

of it.

set And it shall be, when ye have taken the city,
[that]

ye shall {set} the city on fire: according to the commandment of
the

LORD shall ye do. See, I have commanded you.

set And he took about five thousand men, and {set}
them

to lie in ambush between Bethel and Ai, on the west side of the

city.

set And when they had {set} the people, [even] all the

host that [was] on the north of the city, and their liers in
wait on

the west of the city, Joshua went that night into the midst of
the

valley.

set And the ambush arose quickly out of their place,
and

they ran as soon as he had stretched out his hand: and they
entered

into the city, and took it, and hasted and {set} the city on
fire.

set And Joshua said, Roll great stones upon the
mouth of

the cave, and {set} men by it for to keep them:

set And the whole congregation of the children of
Israel

assembled together at Shiloh, and {set} up the tabernacle of the

congregation there. And the land was subdued before them.

set So Joshua made a covenant with the people that
day,

and {set} them a statute and an ordinance in Shechem.

set And Joshua wrote these words in the book of the
law

of God, and took a great stone, and {set} it up there under an
oak,

that [was] by the sanctuary of the LORD.

set Now the children of Judah had fought against

Jerusalem, and had taken it, and smitten it with the edge of the

set Depart not hence, I pray thee, until I come unto

thee, and bring forth my present, and {set} [it] before thee.
And he

said, I will tarry until thou come again.

set So he brought down the people unto the water: and
the

LORD said unto Gideon, Every one that lappeth of the water with
his

tongue, as a dog lappeth, him shalt thou {set} by himself;
likewise

every one that boweth down upon his knees to drink.

set So Gideon, and the hundred men that [were] with
him,

came unto the outside of the camp in the beginning of the middle

watch; and they had but newly {set} the watch: and they blew the

trumpets, and brake the pitchers that [were] in their han

ds.

set And the three hundred blew the trumpets, and the
LORD

{set} every man's sword against his fellow, even throughout all
the

host: and the host fled to Bethshittah in Zererath, [and] to the

border of Abelmeholah, unto Tabbath.

set And the men of Shechem {set} liers in wait for
him in

the top of the mountains, and they robbed all that came along
that

way by them: and it was told Abimelech.

set And it shall be, [that] in the morning, as soon as

the sun is up, thou shalt rise early, and {set} upon the city:
and,

behold, [when] he and the people that [is] with him come out
against

thee, then mayest thou do to them as thou shalt find

occasion.

set And all the people likewise cut down every man his

bough, and followed Abimelech, and put [them] to the hold, and
{set}

the hold on fire upon them; so that all the men of the tower of

Shechem died also, about a thousand men and women.

set And when he had {set} the brands on fire, he let

[them] go into the standing corn of the Philistines, and burnt up

sport:

and they {set} him between the pillars.

set And the children of Dan {set} up the graven
image:

and Jonathan, the son of Gershom, the son of Manasseh, he and his

of the land.

set And they {set} them up Micah's graven image,
which

he made, all the time that the house of God was in Shiloh.

themselves, and {set} their battle again in array in the place
where

they put themselves in array the first day.

set And Israel {set} liers in wait round about
Gibeah.

set So the children of Benjamin saw that they were

smitten: for the men of Israel gave place to the Benjamites,
because

they trusted unto the liers in wait which they had {set} beside

Gibeah.

set And the men of Israel turned again upon the
children

of Benjamin, and smote them with the edge of the sword, as well
the

men of [every] city, as the beast, and all that came to hand:
also

they {set} on fire all the cities that they came to

.

set Then said Boaz unto his servant that was {set} over

the reapers, Whose damsel [is] this?

set And the servant that was {set} over the reapers

answered and said, It [is] the Moabitish damsel that came back
with

Naomi out of the country of Moab:

set <1SA2 -8> He raiseth up the poor out of the dust, [and]
lifteth

up the beggar from the dunghill, to set [them] among princes,
and to

make them inherit the throne of glory: for the pillars of the
earth

[are] the LORD's, and he hath {set} the world upon

them.

set <1SA2 -8> He raiseth up the poor out of the dust, [and]
lifteth

up the beggar from the dunghill, to {set} [them] among princes,
and

to make them inherit the throne of glory: for the pillars of the

earth [are] the LORD's, and he hath set the world upon

them.

set <1SA5 -2> When the Philistines took the ark of God, they
brought

it into the house of Dagon, and {set} it by Dagon.

set <1SA5 -3> And when they of Ashdod arose early on the morrow,

behold, Dagon [was] fallen upon his face to the earth before the
ark

of the LORD. And they took Dagon, and {set} him in his place
again.

set <1SA6 -18> And the golden mice, [according to] the number of
all

the cities of the Philistines [belonging] to the five lords,
[both]

of fenced cities, and of country villages, even unto the great

[stone of] Abel, whereon they {set} down the ark of the

LORD: [which stone remaineth] unto this day in the field of
Joshua,

the Bethshemite.

set <1SA7 -12> Then Samuel took a stone, and {set} [it] between

Mizpeh and Shen, and called the name of it Ebenezer, saying,

Hitherto hath the LORD helped us.

set <1SA8 -12> And he will appoint him captains over thousands,
and

captains over fifties; and [will {set} them] to ear his ground,
and

to reap his harvest, and to make his instruments of war, and

instruments of his chariots.

set <1SA9 -20> And as for thine asses that were lost three days
ago,

father's

house?

and for the new moons, and for the {set} feasts, as [it is] wri

tten in the law of the LORD.

set <2CH31 -15> And next him [were] Eden, and Miniamin, and
Jeshua,

and Shemaiah, Amariah, and Shecaniah, in the cities of the
priests,

in [their] {set} office, to give to their brethren by courses, as

well to the great as to the small:

set <2CH31 -18> And to the genealogy of all their little ones,
their

wives, and their sons, and their daughters, through all the

congregation: for in their {set} office they sanctified
themselves

in holiness:

set <2CH32 -6> And he {set} captains of war over the people, and

gathered them together to him in the street of the gate of the
city,

and spake comfortably to them, saying,

set <2CH33 -7> And he {set} a carved image, the idol which he had

made, in the house of God, of which God had said to David and to

Solomon his son, In this house, and in Jerusalem, which I have

chosen before all the tribes of Israel, will I put my name fo

r ever:

set <2CH33 -19> His prayer also, and [how God] was entreated of
him,

and all his sins, and his trespass, and the places wherein he
built

high places, and {set} up groves and graven images, before he was

humbled: behold, they [are] written among the saying

s of the seers.

set <2CH34 -12> And the men did the work faithfully: and the

overseers of them [were] Jahath and Obadiah, the Levites, of the

sons of Merari; and Zechariah and Meshullam, of the sons of the

Kohathites, to {set} [it] forward; and [other of] the Levites, al

l that could skill of instruments of music.

set <2CH35 -2> And he {set} the priests in their charges, and

encouraged them to the service of the house of the LORD,

set And [some] of the chief of the fathers, when they

came to the house of the LORD which [is] at Jerusalem, offered

freely for the house of God to {set} it up in his place:

set And they {set} the altar upon his bases; for fear

[was] upon them because of the people of those countries: and
they

offered burnt offerings thereon unto the LORD, [even] burnt

offerings morning and evening.

set And afterward [offered] the continual burnt
offering,

both of the new moons, and of all the {set} feasts of the LORD
that

were consecrated, and of every one that willingly offered a
freewill

offering unto the LORD.

set Now in the second year of their coming unto the
house

of God at Jerusalem, in the second month, began Zerubbabel the
son

of Shealtiel, and Jeshua the son of Jozadak, and the remnant of

their brethren the priests and the Levites, and all they

that were come out of the captivity unto Jerusalem; and
appointed

the Levites, from twenty years old and upward, to {set} forward
the

work of the house of the LORD.

set Then stood Jeshua [with] his sons and his brethren,

Kadmiel and his sons, the sons of Judah, together, to {set}
forward

the workmen in the house of God: the sons of Henadad, [with]
their

sons and their brethren the Levites.

set And when the builders laid the foundation of the

temple of the LORD, they {set} the priests in their apparel with

trumpets, and the Levites the sons of Asaph with cymbals, to
praise

the LORD, after the ordinance of David king of Israel.

set And the rest of the nations whom the great and
noble

Asnapper brought over, and {set} in the cities of Samaria, and
the

rest [that are] on this side the river, and at such a time.

set Be it known unto the king, that the Jews which
came

up from thee to us are come unto Jerusalem, building the
rebellious

and the bad city, and have {set} up the walls [thereof], and
joined

the foundations.

set Be it known now unto the king, that, if this city
be

builded, and the walls {set} up [again, then] will they not pay

toll, tribute, and custom, and [so] thou shalt endamage the
revenue

of the kings.

set We certify the king that, if this city be builded

[again], and the walls thereof {set} up, by this means thou shalt

have no portion on this side the river.

set And thus they returned us answer, saying, We are
the

servants of the God of heaven and earth, and build the house that

was builded these many years ago, which a great king of Israel

builded and {set} up.

set Also I have made a decree, that whosoever shall
alter

this word, let timber be pulled down from his house, and being
{set}

up, let him be hanged thereon; and let his house be made a
dunghill

for this.

set And they {set} the priests in their divisions, and

the Levites in their courses, for the service of God, which [is]
at

Jerusalem; as it is written in the book of Moses.

set And thou, Ezra, after the wisdom of thy God, that

[is] in thine hand, {set} magistrates and judges, which may judge

all the people that [are] beyond the river, all such as know the

laws of thy God; and teach ye them that know [them] not.

set For we [were] bondmen; yet our God hath not
forsaken

us in our bondage, but hath extended mercy unto us in the sight
of

the kings of Persia, to give us a reviving, to {set} up the
house of

our God, and to repair the desolations thereof, and

to give us a wall in Judah and in Jerusalem.

set But [if] ye turn unto me, and keep my commandments,

and do them; though there were of you cast out unto the uttermost

part of the heaven, [yet] will I gather them from thence, and
will

bring them unto the place that I have chosen to {set} my

name there.

set And the king said unto me, (the queen also sitting
by

him,) For how long shall thy journey be? and when wilt thou
return?

So it pleased the king to send me; and I {set} him a time.

set Then Eliashib the high priest rose up with his

brethren the priests, and they builded the sheep gate; they

sanctified it, and {set} up the doors of it; even unto the tower
of

Meah they sanctified it, unto the tower of Hananeel.

set But the fish gate did the sons of Hassenaah build,
who

[also] laid the beams thereof, and {set} up the doors thereof,
the

locks thereof, and the bars thereof.

set Moreover the old gate repaired Jehoiada the son of

Paseah, and Meshullam the son of Besodeiah; they laid the beams

thereof, and {set} up the doors thereof, and the locks thereof,
and

the bars thereof.

set The valley gate repaired Hanun, and the
inhabitants

of Zanoah; they built it, and {set} up the doors thereof, the
locks

thereof, and the bars thereof, and a thousand cubits on the wall

unto the dung gate.

set But the dung gate repaired Malchiah the son of

Rechab, the ruler of part of Bethhaccerem; he built it, and
{set} up

the doors thereof, the locks thereof, and the bars thereof.

set But the gate of the fountain repaired Shallun the
son

of Colhozeh, the ruler of part of Mizpah; he built it, and
covered

it, and {set} up the doors thereof, the locks thereof, and the
bars

thereof, and the wall of the pool of Siloah by the

king's garden, and unto the stairs that go down from the city of

David.

set Nevertheless we made our prayer unto our God, and

{set} a watch against them day and night, because of them.

set Therefore {set} I in the lower places behind the

wall, [and] on the higher places, I even set the people after
their

families with their swords, their spears, and their bows.

set Therefore set I in the lower places behind the
wall,

[and] on the higher places, I even {set} the people after their

families with their swords, their spears, and their bows.

set Then I consulted with myself, and I rebuked the

nobles, and the rulers, and said unto them, Ye exact usury, every

one of his brother. And I {set} a great assembly against them.

set Now it came to pass, when Sanballat, and Tobiah,
and

Geshem the Arabian, and the rest of our enemies, heard that I had

builded the wall, and [that] there was no breach left therein;

(though at that time I had not {set} up the doors upon the

gates;)

set Now it came to pass, when the wall was built, and I

had {set} up the doors, and the porters and the singers and the

Levites were appointed,

set And it yieldeth much increase unto the kings whom

thou hast {set} over us because of our sins: also they have
dominion

over our bodies, and over our cattle, at their pleasure, and we

[are] in great distress.

set For the showbread, and for the continual meat

offering, and for the continual burnt offering, of the sabbaths,
of

the new moons, for the {set} feasts, and for the holy [things],
and

for the sin offerings to make an atonement for Israel, an

d [for] all the work of the house of our God.

set Then contended I with the rulers, and said, Why
is

the house of God forsaken? And I gathered them together, and
{set}

them in their place.

set And it came to pass, that when the gates of

Jerusalem began to be dark before the sabbath, I commanded that
the

gates should be shut, and charged that they should not be opened

till after the sabbath: and [some] of my servants {set} I at t

he gates, [that] there should no burden be brought in on the
sabbath

day.

set And the king loved Esther above all the women, and

she obtained grace and favour in his sight more than all the

virgins; so that he {set} the royal crown upon her head, and made

her queen instead of Vashti.

set After these things did king Ahasuerus promote Haman

the son of Hammedatha the Agagite, and advanced him, and {set}
his

seat above all the princes that [were] with him.

set Let the royal apparel be brought which the king

[useth] to wear, and the horse that the king rideth upon, and the

crown royal which is {set} upon his head:

set And the king took off his ring, which he had taken

from Haman, and gave it unto Mordecai. And Esther {set} Mordecai

over the house of Haman.

set To {set} up on high those that be low; that those

which mourn may be exalted to safety.

set For the arrows of the Almighty [are] within me, the

poison whereof drinketh up my spirit: the terrors of God do {set}

themselves in array against me.

set What [is] man, that thou shouldest magnify him?
and

that thou shouldest {set} thine heart upon him?

set I have sinned; what shall I do unto thee, O thou

preserver of men? why hast thou {set} me as a mark against thee,
so

that I am a burden to myself?

set If [I speak] of strength, lo, [he is] strong: and
if

of judgment, who shall {set} me a time [to plead]?

set O that thou wouldest hide me in the grave, that
thou

wouldest keep me secret, until thy wrath be past, that thou
wouldest

appoint me a {set} time, and remember me!

set I was at ease, but he hath broken me asunder: he

hath also taken [me] by my neck, and shaken me to pieces, and
{set}

me up for his mark.

set He hath fenced up my way that I cannot pass, and
he

hath {set} darkness in my paths.

set But now [they that are] younger than I have me in

derision, whose fathers I would have disdained to have {set} with

the dogs of my flock.

set They mar my path, they {set} forward my calamity,

they have no helper.

set If thou canst answer me, {set} [thy words] in
order

before me, stand up.

set If he {set} his heart upon man, [if] he gather
unto

himself his spirit and his breath;

set He shall break in pieces mighty men without
number,

and {set} others in their stead.

set Even so would he have removed thee out of the
strait

[into] a broad place, where [there is] no straitness; and that
which

should be {set} on thy table [should be] full of fatness.

set And brake up for it my decreed [place], and {set}

bars and doors,

set Knowest thou the ordinances of heaven? canst thou

{set} the dominion thereof in the earth?

set The kings of the earth {set} themselves, and the

rulers take counsel together, against the LORD, and against his

anointed, [saying],

set Yet have I {set} my king upon my holy hill of Zion.

set I will not be afraid of ten thousands of people,
that

have {set} [themselves] against me round about.

set But know that the LORD hath {set} apart him that is

godly for himself: the LORD will hear when I call unto him.

set To the chief Musician upon Gittith, A Psalm of
David.

O LORD our Lord, how excellent [is] thy name in all the earth!
who

hast {set} thy glory above the heavens.

set He sitteth in the lurking places of the villages:
in

the secret places doth he murder the innocent: his eyes are
privily

{set} against the poor.

set For the oppression of the poor, for the sighing of

the needy, now will I arise, saith the LORD; I will {set} [him]
in

safety [from him that] puffeth at him.

set I have {set} the LORD always before me: because
[he

is] at my right hand, I shall not be moved.

set They have now compassed us in our steps: they
have

{set} their eyes bowing down to the earth;

set Their line is gone out through all the earth, and

their words to the end of the world. In them hath he {set} a

tabernacle for the sun,

set We will rejoice in thy salvation, and in the name
of

our God we will {set} up [our] banners: the LORD fulfil all thy

petitions.

set For in the time of trouble he shall hide me in his

pavilion: in the secret of his tabernacle shall he hide me; he
shall

{set} me up upon a rock.

set And hast not shut me up into the hand of the
enemy:

thou hast {set} my feet in a large room.

set He brought me up also out of an horrible pit, out
of

the miry clay, and {set} my feet upon a rock, [and] established
my

goings.

set These [things] hast thou done, and I kept
silence;

thou thoughtest that I was altogether [such an one] as thyself:

[but] I will reprove thee, and {set} [them] in order before thine

eyes.

set For strangers are risen up against me, and
oppressors

seek after my soul: they have not {set} God before them. Selah.

set My soul [is] among lions: [and] I lie [even among]

them that are {set} on fire, [even] the sons of men, whose teeth

[are] spears and arrows, and their tongue a sharp sword.

set Trust not in oppression, and become not vain in

robbery: if riches increase, {set} not your heart [upon them].

set But I [am] poor and sorrowful: let thy salvation,
O

God, {set} me up on high.

set They {set} their mouth against the heavens, and
their

tongue walketh through the earth.

set Surely thou didst {set} them in slippery places:

thou castedst them down into destruction.

set Thine enemies roar in the midst of thy
congregations;

they {set} up their ensigns [for] signs.

set Thou hast {set} all the borders of the earth:
thou

hast made summer and winter.

set That they might {set} their hope in God, and not

forget the works of God, but keep his commandments:

set And might not be as their fathers, a stubborn and

rebellious generation; a generation [that] {set} not their heart

aright, and whose spirit was not stedfast with God.

set Righteousness shall go before him; and shall
{set}

[us] in the way of his steps.

set O God, the proud are risen against me, and the

assemblies of violent [men] have sought after my soul; and have
not

{set} thee before them.

set I will {set} his hand also in the sea, and his
right

hand in the rivers.

set Thou hast {set} up the right hand of his

adversaries; thou hast made all his enemies to rejoice.

set Thou hast {set} our iniquities before thee, our

secret [sins] in the light of thy countenance.

set Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore
will

I deliver him: I will {set} him on high, because he hath known my

name.

set Because he hath {set} his love upon me, therefore

will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath
known my

name.

set I will {set} no wicked thing before mine eyes: I

hate the work of them that turn aside; [it] shall not cleave to
me.

set Thou shalt arise, [and] have mercy upon Zion:
for

the time to favour her, yea, the {set} time, is come.

set Thou hast {set} a bound that they may not pass
over;

that they turn not again to cover the earth.

set {Set} thou a wicked man over him: and let Satan

stand at his right hand.

set That he may {set} [him] with princes, [even] with

the princes of his people.

set I called upon the LORD in distress: the LORD

answered me, [and {set} me] in a large place.

set For there are {set} thrones of judgment, the
thrones

of the house of David.

set The LORD hath sworn [in] truth unto David; he
will

not turn from it; Of the fruit of thy body will I {set} upon thy

throne.

set The proud have hid a snare for me, and cords;
they

have spread a net by the wayside; they have {set} gins for me.

Selah.

set Let my prayer be {set} forth before thee [as]

incense; [and] the lifting up of my hands [as] the evening

sacrifice.

set {Set} a watch, O LORD, before my mouth; keep the

door of my lips.

set But ye have {set} at nought all my counsel, and
would

none of my reproof:

set I was {set} up from everlasting, from the
beginning,

or ever the earth was.

set When he prepared the heavens, I [was] there: when
he

{set} a compass upon the face of the depth:

set Remove not the ancient landmark, which thy
fathers

have {set}.

set Wilt thou {set} thine eyes upon that which is not?

for [riches] certainly make themselves wings; they fly away as an

eagle toward heaven.

set He hath made every [thing] beautiful in his time:

also he hath {set} the world in their heart, so that no man can
find

out the work that God maketh from the beginning to the end.

set In the day of prosperity be joyful, but in the
day of

adversity consider: God also hath {set} the one over against the

other, to the end that man should find nothing after him.

set Because sentence against an evil work is not
executed

speedily, therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully {set}
in

them to do evil.

set Folly is {set} in great dignity, and the rich sit
in

low place.

set And moreover, because the preacher was wise, he
still

taught the people knowledge; yea, he gave good heed, and sought
out,

[and] {set} in order many proverbs.

set His eyes [are] as [the eyes] of doves by the
rivers

of waters, washed with milk, [and] fitly {set}.

set His hands [are as] gold rings {set} with the
beryl:

his belly [is as] bright ivory overlaid [with] sapphires.

set His legs [are as] pillars of marble, {set} upon

sockets of fine gold: his countenance [is] as Lebanon, excellent
as

the cedars.

set Thy navel [is like] a round goblet, [which] wanteth

not liquor: thy belly [is like] an heap of wheat {set} about with

lilies.

set {Set} me as a seal upon thine heart, as a seal upon

thine arm: for love [is] strong as death; jealousy [is] cruel as
the

grave: the coals thereof [are] coals of fire, [which hath a] most

vehement flame.

set And it shall come to pass, [that] instead of sweet

smell there shall be stink; and instead of a girdle a rent; and

instead of well {set} hair baldness; and instead of a stomacher a

girding of sackcloth; [and] burning instead of beauty.

set Let us go up against Judah, and vex it, and let us

make a breach therein for us, and {set} a king in the midst of
it,

[even] the son of Tabeal:

set Therefore the LORD shall {set} up the adversaries
of

Rezin against him, and join his enemies together;

set And it shall come to pass in that day, [that] the

Lord shall {set} his hand again the second time to recover the

remnant of his people, which shall be left, from Assyria, and
from

Egypt, and from Pathros, and from Cush, and from Elam, and

from Shinar, and from Hamath, and from the islands of the sea.

set And he shall {set} up an ensign for the nations,
and

shall assemble the outcasts of Israel, and gather together the

dispersed of Judah from the four corners of the earth.

set For the LORD will have mercy on Jacob, and will
yet

choose Israel, and {set} them in their own land: and the
strangers

shall be joined with them, and they shall cleave to the house of

Jacob.

set Because thou hast forgotten the God of thy

salvation, and hast not been mindful of the rock of thy strength,

therefore shalt thou plant pleasant plants, and shalt {set} it
with

strange slips:

set And I will {set} the Egyptians against the
Egyptians:

and they shall fight every one against his brother, and every one

against his neighbour; city against city, [and] kingdom against

kingdom.

set For thus hath the Lord said unto me, Go, {set} a

watchman, let him declare what he seeth.

set And he cried, A lion: My lord, I stand continually

upon the watchtower in the daytime, and I am {set} in my ward
whole

nights:

set And it shall come to pass, [that] thy choicest

valleys shall be full of chariots, and the horsemen shall {set}

themselves in array at the gate.

set Behold the land of the Chaldeans; this people was

not, [till] the Assyrian founded it for them that dwell in the

wilderness: they {set} up the towers thereof, they raised up the

palaces thereof; [and] he brought it to ruin.

set Fury [is] not in me: who would {set} the briers
[and]

thorns against me in battle? I would go through them, I would
burn

them together.

set When the boughs thereof are withered, they shall
be

broken off: the women come, [and] {set} them on fire: for it
[is] a

people of no understanding: therefore he that made them will not

have mercy on them, and he that formed them will show

them no favour.

set Now therefore give pledges, I pray thee, to my
master

the king of Assyria, and I will give thee two thousand horses, if

thou be able on thy part to {set} riders upon them.

set In those days was Hezekiah sick unto death. And

Isaiah the prophet the son of Amoz came unto him, and said unto
him,

Thus saith the LORD, {Set} thine house in order: for thou shalt
die,

and not live.

set I will plant in the wilderness the cedar, the

shittah tree, and the myrtle, and the oil tree; I will {set} in
the

desert the fir tree, [and] the pine, and the box tree together:

set He shall not fail nor be discouraged, till he have

{set} judgment in the earth: and the isles shall wait for his
law.

set Therefore he hath poured upon him the fury of his

anger, and the strength of battle: and it hath {set} him on fire

round about, yet he knew not; and it burned him, yet he laid [it]

not to heart.

set And who, as I, shall call, and shall declare it,
and

{set} it in order for me, since I appointed the ancient people?
and

the things that are coming, and shall come, let them show unto
them.

set Assemble yourselves and come; draw near together,
ye

[that are] escaped of the nations: they have no knowledge that
{set}

up the wood of their graven image, and pray unto a god [that]
cannot

save.

set They bear him upon the shoulder, they carry him,
and

{set} him in his place, and he standeth; from his place shall he
not

remove: yea, [one] shall cry unto him, yet can he not answer, nor

save him out of his trouble.

set Thus saith the Lord GOD, Behold, I will lift up
mine

hand to the Gentiles, and {set} up my standard to the people: and

they shall bring thy sons in [their] arms, and thy daughters
shall

be carried upon [their] shoulders.

set For the Lord GOD will help me; therefore shall I
not

be confounded: therefore have I {set} my face like a flint, and I

know that I shall not be ashamed.

set Upon a lofty and high mountain hast thou {set} thy

bed: even thither wentest thou up to offer sacrifice.

set Behind the doors also and the posts hast thou
{set}

up thy remembrance: for thou hast discovered [thyself to another]

than me, and art gone up; thou hast enlarged thy bed, and made
thee

[a covenant] with them; thou lovedst their bed where t

hou sawest [it].

set I have {set} watchmen upon thy walls, O Jerusalem,

[which] shall never hold their peace day nor night: ye that make

mention of the LORD, keep not silence.

set And I will {set} a sign among them, and I will
send

those that escape of them unto the nations, [to] Tarshish, Pul,
and

Lud, that draw the bow, [to] Tubal, and Javan, [to] the isles
afar

off, that have not heard my fame, neither have seen

my glory; and they shall declare my glory among the Gentiles.

set See, I have this day {set} thee over the nations
and

over the kingdoms, to root out, and to pull down, and to destroy,

and to throw down, to build, and to plant.

set For, lo, I will call all the families of the
kingdoms

of the north, saith the LORD; and they shall come, and they shall

{set} every one his throne at the entering of the gates of

Jerusalem, and against all the walls thereof round about, and

against all the cities of Judah.

set {Set} up the standard toward Zion: retire, stay
not:

for I will bring evil from the north, and a great destruction.

set For among my people are found wicked [men]: they
lay

wait, as he that setteth snares; they {set} a trap, they catch
men.

set O ye children of Benjamin, gather yourselves to
flee

out of the midst of Jerusalem, and blow the trumpet in Tekoa, and

{set} up a sign of fire in Bethhaccerem: for evil appeareth out
of

the north, and great destruction.

set Also I {set} watchmen over you, [saying], Hearken
to

the sound of the trumpet. But they said, We will not hearken.

set They shall lay hold on bow and spear; they [are]

cruel, and have no mercy; their voice roareth like the sea; and
they

ride upon horses, {set} in array as men for war against thee, O

daughter of Zion.

set I have {set} thee [for] a tower [and] a fortress

among my people, that thou mayest know and try their way.

set But go ye now unto my place which [was] in Shiloh,

where I {set} my name at the first, and see what I did to it for
the

wickedness of my people Israel.

set For the children of Judah have done evil in my
sight,

saith the LORD: they have {set} their abominations in the house

which is called by my name, to pollute it.

set And the LORD saith, Because they have forsaken my
law

which I {set} before them, and have not obeyed my voice, neither

walked therein;

set My tabernacle is spoiled, and all my cords are

broken: my children are gone forth of me, and they [are] not:
[there

is] none to stretch forth my tent any more, and to {set} up my

curtains.

set For [according to] the number of thy cities were
thy

gods, O Judah; and [according to] the number of the streets of

Jerusalem have ye {set} up altars to [that] shameful thing,
[even]

altars to burn incense unto Baal.

set And unto this people thou shalt say, Thus saith
the

LORD; Behold, I {set} before you the way of life, and the way of

death.

set For I have {set} my face against this city for
evil,

and not for good, saith the LORD: it shall be given into the
hand of

the king of Babylon, and he shall burn it with fire.

set And I will {set} up shepherds over them which
shall

feed them: and they shall fear no more, nor be dismayed, neither

shall they be lacking, saith the LORD.

set The LORD showed me, and, behold, two baskets of
figs

[were] {set} before the temple of the LORD, after that

Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon had carried away captive Jeconiah
the

son of Jehoiakim king of Judah, and the princes of Judah, with

the carpenters and smiths, from Jerusalem, and had brought them
to

Babylon.

set For I will {set} mine eyes upon them for good,
and I

will bring them again to this land: and I will build them, and
not

pull [them] down; and I will plant them, and not pluck [them] up.

set And thou shalt say unto them, Thus saith the LORD;
If

ye will not hearken to me, to walk in my law, which I have {set}

before you,

set Set thee up waymarks, make thee high heaps: {set}

thine heart toward the highway, [even] the way [which] thou
wentest:

turn again, O virgin of Israel, turn again to these thy cities.

set {Set} thee up waymarks, make thee high heaps: set

thine heart toward the highway, [even] the way [which] thou
wentest:

turn again, O virgin of Israel, turn again to these thy cities.

set In those days they shall say no more, The fathers

have eaten a sour grape, and the children's teeth are {set} on
edge.

set But every one shall die for his own iniquity:
every

man that eateth the sour grape, his teeth shall be {set} on edge.

set Which hast {set} signs and wonders in the land of

Egypt, [even] unto this day, and in Israel, and among [other]
men;

and hast made thee a name, as at this day;

set And the Chaldeans, that fight against this city,

shall come and {set} fire on this city, and burn it with the
houses,

upon whose roofs they have offered incense unto Baal, and poured
out

drink offerings unto other gods, to provoke me to an

ger.

set But they {set} their abominations in the house,

which is called by my name, to defile it.

set But ye turned and polluted my name, and caused
every

man his servant, and every man his handmaid, whom he had {set} at

liberty at their pleasure, to return, and brought them into

subjection, to be unto you for servants and for handmaids.

set And I {set} before the sons of the house of the

Rechabites pots full of wine, and cups, and I said unto them,
Drink

ye wine.

set And, behold, all the women that are left in the
king

of Judah's house [shall be] brought forth to the king of
Babylon's

princes, and those [women] shall say, Thy friends have {set} thee

on, and have prevailed against thee: thy feet are sun

k in the mire, [and] they are turned away back.

set Likewise when all the Jews that [were] in Moab,
and

among the Ammonites, and in Edom, and that [were] in all the

countries, heard that the king of Babylon had left a remnant of

Judah, and that he had {set} over them Gedaliah the son of Ahi

kam the son of Shaphan;

set And now therefore hear the word of the LORD, ye

remnant of Judah; Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of
Israel;

If ye wholly {set} your faces to enter into Egypt, and go to
sojourn

there;

set So shall it be with all the men that {set} their

faces to go into Egypt to sojourn there; they shall die by the

sword, by the famine, and by the pestilence: and none of them
shall

remain or escape from the evil that I will bring upon them.

set And say unto them, Thus saith the LORD of hosts,
the

God of Israel; Behold, I will send and take Nebuchadrezzar the
king

of Babylon, my servant, and will {set} his throne upon these
stones

that I have hid; and he shall spread his royal pav

ilion over them.

set They are not humbled [even] unto this day,
neither

have they feared, nor walked in my law, nor in my statutes, that
I

{set} before you and before your fathers.

set Therefore thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God
of

Israel; Behold, I will {set} my face against you for evil, and to

cut off all Judah.

set And I will take the remnant of Judah, that have

{set} their faces to go into the land of Egypt to sojourn there,
and

they shall all be consumed, [and] fall in the land of Egypt; they

shall [even] be consumed by the sword [and] by the famin

e: they shall die, from the least even unto the greatest, by the

sword and by the famine: and they shall be an execration, [and]
an

astonishment, and a curse, and a reproach.

set And I will {set} my throne in Elam, and will
destroy

from thence the king and the princes, saith the LORD.

set Declare ye among the nations, and publish, and
{set}

up a standard; publish, [and] conceal not: say, Babylon is taken,

Bel is confounded, Merodach is broken in pieces; her idols are

confounded, her images are broken in pieces.

set For, lo, I will raise and cause to come up against

Babylon an assembly of great nations from the north country: and

they shall {set} themselves in array against her; from thence she

shall be taken: their arrows [shall be] as of a mighty exp

ert man; none shall return in vain.

set Set up the standard upon the walls of Babylon,
make

the watch strong, {set} up the watchmen, prepare the ambushes:
for

the LORD hath both devised and done that which he spake against
the

inhabitants of Babylon.

set {Set} up the standard upon the walls of Babylon,

make the watch strong, set up the watchmen, prepare the ambushes:

for the LORD hath both devised and done that which he spake
against

the inhabitants of Babylon.

set {Set} ye up a standard in the land, blow the
trumpet

among the nations, prepare the nations against her, call together

against her the kingdoms of Ararat, Minni, and Ashchenaz;
appoint a

captain against her; cause the horses to come up as

the rough caterpillars.

set And spake kindly unto him, and {set} his throne

above the throne of the kings that [were] with him in Babylon,

set The LORD hath done [that] which he had devised; he

hath fulfilled his word that he had commanded in the days of old:
he

hath thrown down, and hath not pitied: and he hath caused [thine]

enemy to rejoice over thee, he hath {set} up the horn

of thine adversaries.

set He hath {set} me in dark places, as [they that be]

dead of old.

set He hath bent his bow, and {set} me as a mark for
the

arrow.

set And the spirit entered into me when he spake unto
me,

and {set} me upon my feet, that I heard him that spake unto me.

set Then the spirit entered into me, and {set} me
upon my

feet, and spake with me, and said unto me, Go, shut thyself
within

thine house.

set And lay siege against it, and build a fort against
it,

and cast a mount against it; set the camp also against it, and
{set}

[battering] rams against it round about.

set And lay siege against it, and build a fort against
it,

and cast a mount against it; {set} the camp also against it, and
set

[battering] rams against it round about.

set Moreover take thou unto thee an iron pan, and
{set} it

[for] a wall of iron between thee and the city: and set thy face

against it, and it shall be besieged, and thou shalt lay siege

against it. This [shall be] a sign to the house of Israel.

set Moreover take thou unto thee an iron pan, and set
it

[for] a wall of iron between thee and the city: and {set} thy
face

against it, and it shall be besieged, and thou shalt lay siege

against it. This [shall be] a sign to the house of Israel.

set Therefore thou shalt {set} thy face toward the
siege

of Jerusalem, and thine arm [shall be] uncovered, and thou shalt

prophesy against it.

set Thus saith the Lord GOD; This [is] Jerusalem: I
have

{set} it in the midst of the nations and countries [that are]
round

about her.

set Son of man, {set} thy face toward the mountains of

Israel, and prophesy against them,

set As for the beauty of his ornament, he {set} it in

majesty: but they made the images of their abominations [and] of

their detestable things therein: therefore have I set it far from

them.

set As for the beauty of his ornament, he set it in

majesty: but they made the images of their abominations [and] of

their detestable things therein: therefore have I {set} it far
from

them.

set And the LORD said unto him, Go through the midst of

the city, through the midst of Jerusalem, and {set} a mark upon
the

foreheads of the men that sigh and that cry for all the
abominations

that be done in the midst thereof.

set In their sight shalt thou bear [it] upon [thy]

shoulders, [and] carry [it] forth in the twilight: thou shalt
cover

thy face, that thou see not the ground: for I have {set} thee
[for]

a sign unto the house of Israel.

set Likewise, thou son of man, {set} thy face against

the daughters of thy people, which prophesy out of their own
heart;

and prophesy thou against them,

set Son of man, these men have {set} up their idols in

their heart, and put the stumblingblock of their iniquity before

their face: should I be inquired of at all by them?

set And I will {set} my face against that man, and
will

make him a sign and a proverb, and I will cut him off from the
midst

of my people; and ye shall know that I [am] the LORD.

set And I will set my face against them; they shall go

out from [one] fire, and [another] fire shall devour them; and ye

shall know that I [am] the LORD, when I {set} my face against
them.

set And I will {set} my face against them; they shall
go

out from [one] fire, and [another] fire shall devour them; and ye

shall know that I [am] the LORD, when I set my face against them.

set And tookest thy broidered garments, and coveredst

them: and thou hast {set} mine oil and mine incense before them.

set My meat also which I gave thee, fine flour, and
oil,

and honey, [wherewith] I fed thee, thou hast even {set} it before

them for a sweet savour: and [thus] it was, saith the Lord GOD.

set He cropped off the top of his young twigs, and

carried it into a land of traffic; he {set} it in a city of

merchants.

set He took also of the seed of the land, and planted
it

in a fruitful field; he placed [it] by great waters, [and] {set}
it

[as] a willow tree.

set Thus saith the Lord GOD; I will also take of the

highest branch of the high cedar, and will {set} [it]; I will
crop

off from the top of his young twigs a tender one, and will plant

[it] upon an high mountain and eminent:

set What mean ye, that ye use this proverb concerning
the

land of Israel, saying, The fathers have eaten sour grapes, and
the

children's teeth are {set} on edge?

set Then the nations {set} against him on every side
from

the provinces, and spread their net over him: he was taken in
their

pit.

set Son of man, {set} thy face toward the south, and

drop [thy word] toward the south, and prophesy against the
forest of

the south field;

set Son of man, {set} thy face toward Jerusalem, and
drop

[thy word] toward the holy places, and prophesy against the land
of

Israel,

set I have {set} the point of the sword against all

their gates, that [their] heart may faint, and [their] ruins be

multiplied: ah! [it is] made bright, [it is] wrapped up for the

slaughter.

set Go thee one way or other, [either] on the right

hand, [or] on the left, whithersoever thy face [is] {set}.

set In thee have they {set} light by father and
mother:

in the midst of thee have they dealt by oppression with the

stranger: in thee have they vexed the fatherless and the widow.

set In thee have they discovered their fathers'

nakedness: in thee have they humbled her that was {set} apart for

pollution.

set And they shall come against thee with chariots,

wagons, and wheels, and with an assembly of people, [which] shall

set against thee buckler and shield and helmet round about: and I

will {set} judgment before them, and they shall judge thee

according to their judgments.

set And they shall come against thee with chariots,

wagons, and wheels, and with an assembly of people, [which] shall

{set} against thee buckler and shield and helmet round about:
and I

will set judgment before them, and they shall judge thee

according to their judgments.

set And I will {set} my jealousy against thee, and
they

shall deal furiously with thee: they shall take away thy nose and

thine ears; and thy remnant shall fall by the sword: they shall
take

thy sons and thy daughters; and thy residue shall be

devoured by the fire.

set And satest upon a stately bed, and a table
prepared

before it, whereupon thou hast {set} mine incense and mine oil.

set Son of man, write thee the name of the day,
[even] of

this same day: the king of Babylon {set} himself against
Jerusalem

this same day.

set And utter a parable unto the rebellious house, and

say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Set on a pot, {set} [it]
on,

and also pour water into it:

set And utter a parable unto the rebellious house, and

say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; {Set} on a pot, set [it]
on,

and also pour water into it:

set For her blood is in the midst of her; she {set} it

upon the top of a rock; she poured it not upon the ground, to
cover

it with dust;

set That it might cause fury to come up to take

vengeance; I have {set} her blood upon the top of a rock, that it

should not be covered.

set Then {set} it empty upon the coals thereof, that
the

brass of it may be hot, and may burn, and [that] the filthiness
of

it may be molten in it, [that] the scum of it may be consumed.

set Also, thou son of man, [shall it] not [be] in the

day when I take from them their strength, the joy of their glory,

the desire of their eyes, and that whereupon they {set} their
minds,

their sons and their daughters,

set Son of man, {set} thy face against the Ammonites,
and

prophesy against them;

set Behold, therefore I will deliver thee to the men
of

the east for a possession, and they shall {set} their palaces in

thee, and make their dwellings in thee: they shall eat thy fruit,

and they shall drink thy milk.

set And he shall {set} engines of war against thy
walls,

and with his axes he shall break down thy towers.

set When I shall bring thee down with them that
descend

into the pit, with the people of old time, and shall set thee in
the

low parts of the earth, in places desolate of old, with them
that go

down to the pit, that thou be not inhabited; and

I shall {set} glory in the land of the living;

set When I shall bring thee down with them that
descend

into the pit, with the people of old time, and shall {set} thee
in

the low parts of the earth, in places desolate of old, with them

that go down to the pit, that thou be not inhabited; an

d I shall set glory in the land of the living;

set They of Persia and of Lud and of Phut were in
thine

army, thy men of war: they hanged the shield and helmet in thee;

they {set} forth thy comeliness.

set Son of man, say unto the prince of Tyrus, Thus
saith

the Lord GOD; Because thine heart [is] lifted up, and thou hast

said, I [am] a God, I sit [in] the seat of God, in the midst of
the

seas; yet thou [art] a man, and not God, though thou {s

et} thine heart as the heart of God:

set Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Because thou
hast

{set} thine heart as the heart of God;

set Thou [art] the anointed cherub that covereth;
and I

have {set} thee [so]: thou wast upon the holy mountain of God;
thou

hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire.

set Son of man, {set} thy face against Zidon, and

prophesy against it,

set Son of man, {set} thy face against Pharaoh king of

Egypt, and prophesy against him, and against all Egypt:

set And they shall know that I [am] the LORD, when I
have

{set} a fire in Egypt, and [when] all her helpers shall be

destroyed.

set And I will make Pathros desolate, and will {set}

fire in Zoan, and will execute judgments in No.

set And I will {set} fire in Egypt: Sin shall have
great

pain, and No shall be rent asunder, and Noph [shall have]
distresses

daily.

set The waters made him great, the deep {set} him up
on

high with her rivers running round about his plants, and sent out

her little rivers unto all the trees of the field.

set All the bright lights of heaven will I make dark
over

thee, and {set} darkness upon thy land, saith the Lord GOD.

set Whose graves are {set} in the sides of the pit,
and

her company is round about her grave: all of them slain, fallen
by

the sword, which caused terror in the land of the living.

set They have {set} her a bed in the midst of the
slain

with all her multitude: her graves [are] round about him: all of

them uncircumcised, slain by the sword: though their terror was

caused in the land of the living, yet have they borne thei

r shame with them that go down to the pit: he is put in the
midst of

[them that be] slain.

set Son of man, speak to the children of thy people,
and

say unto them, When I bring the sword upon a land, if the people
of

the land take a man of their coasts, and {set} him for their

watchman:

set So thou, O son of man, I have {set} thee a
watchman

unto the house of Israel; therefore thou shalt hear the word at
my

mouth, and warn them from me.

set And I will {set} up one shepherd over them, and
he

shall feed them, [even] my servant David; he shall feed them,
and he

shall be their shepherd.

set Son of man, {set} thy face against mount Seir, and

prophesy against it,

set The hand of the LORD was upon me, and carried me
out

in the spirit of the LORD, and {set} me down in the midst of the

valley which [was] full of bones,

set Moreover I will make a covenant of peace with
them;

it shall be an everlasting covenant with them: and I will place

them, and multiply them, and will {set} my sanctuary in the
midst of

them for evermore.

set Son of man, {set} thy face against Gog, the land
of

Magog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal, and prophesy
against

him,

set And they that dwell in the cities of Israel shall
go

forth, and shall {set} on fire and burn the weapons, both the

shields and the bucklers, the bows and the arrows, and the

handstaves, and the spears, and they shall burn them with fire
sev

en years:

set And the passengers [that] pass through the land,

when [any] seeth a man's bone, then shall he {set} up a sign by
it,

till the buriers have buried it in the valley of Hamongog.

set And I will {set} my glory among the heathen, and
all

the heathen shall see my judgment that I have executed, and my
hand

that I have laid upon them.

set In the visions of God brought he me into the land
of

Israel, and {set} me upon a very high mountain, by which [was] as

the frame of a city on the south.

set And the man said unto me, Son of man, behold with

thine eyes, and hear with thine ears, and {set} thine heart upon
all

that I shall show thee; for to the intent that I might show
[them]

unto thee [art] thou brought hither: declare all that

thou seest to the house of Israel.

set And ye have not kept the charge of mine holy
things:

but ye have {set} keepers of my charge in my sanctuary for

yourselves.

set Then said Daniel to Melzar, whom the prince of the

eunuchs had {set} over Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah,

set And in the days of these kings shall the God of

heaven {set} up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed: and
the

kingdom shall not be left to other people, [but] it shall break
in

pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand

for ever.

set Then Daniel requested of the king, and he {set}

Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, over the affairs of the
province of

Babylon: but Daniel [sat] in the gate of the king.

set Nebuchadnezzar the king made an image of gold,
whose

height [was] threescore cubits, [and] the breadth thereof six

cubits: he {set} it up in the plain of Dura, in the province of

Babylon.

set Then Nebuchadnezzar the king sent to gather
together

the princes, the governors, and the captains, the judges, the

treasurers, the counsellors, the sheriffs, and all the rulers of
the

provinces, to come to the dedication of the image which N

ebuchadnezzar the king had {set} up.

set Then the princes, the governors, and captains, the

judges, the treasurers, the counsellors, the sheriffs, and all
the

rulers of the provinces, were gathered together unto the
dedication

of the image that Nebuchadnezzar the king had set up; a

nd they stood before the image that Nebuchadnezzar had {set} up.

set Then the princes, the governors, and captains, the

judges, the treasurers, the counsellors, the sheriffs, and all
the

rulers of the provinces, were gathered together unto the
dedication

of the image that Nebuchadnezzar the king had {set} up;

and they stood before the image that Nebuchadnezzar had set up.

set That] at what time ye hear the sound of the cornet,

flute, harp, sackbut, psaltery, dulcimer, and all kinds of music,
ye

fall down and worship the golden image that Nebuchadnezzar the
king

hath {set} up:

set Therefore at that time, when all the people heard
the

sound of the cornet, flute, harp, sackbut, psaltery, and all
kinds

of music, all the people, the nations, and the languages, fell
down

[and] worshipped the golden image that Nebuchadnezza

r the king had {set} up.

set There are certain Jews whom thou hast set over the

affairs of the province of Babylon, Shadrach, Meshach, and
Abednego;

these men, O king, have not regarded thee: they serve not thy
gods,

nor worship the golden image which thou hast {set} u

p.

set There are certain Jews whom thou hast {set} over
the

affairs of the province of Babylon, Shadrach, Meshach, and
Abednego;

these men, O king, have not regarded thee: they serve not thy
gods,

nor worship the golden image which thou hast set u

p.

set Nebuchadnezzar spake and said unto them, [Is it]

true, O Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, do not ye serve my gods,

nor worship the golden image which I have {set} up?

set But if not, be it known unto thee, O king, that we

will not serve thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou

hast {set} up.

set And for the majesty that he gave him, all people,

nations, and languages, trembled and feared before him: whom he

would he slew; and whom he would he kept alive; and whom he
would he

{set} up; and whom he would he put down.

set It pleased Darius to {set} over the kingdom an
hundred

and twenty princes, which should be over the whole kingdom;

set Then this Daniel was preferred above the presidents

and princes, because an excellent spirit [was] in him; and the
king

thought to {set} him over the whole realm.

set Then the king, when he heard [these] words, was
sore

displeased with himself, and {set} [his] heart on Daniel to
deliver

him: and he laboured till the going down of the sun to deliver
him.

set A fiery stream issued and came forth from before
him:

thousand thousands ministered unto him, and ten thousand times
ten

thousand stood before him: the judgment was {set}, and the books

were opened.

set Now as he was speaking with me, I was in a deep
sleep

on my face toward the ground: but he touched me, and {set} me

upright.

set And I {set} my face unto the Lord God, to seek by

prayer and supplications, with fasting, and sackcloth, and ashes:

set Neither have we obeyed the voice of the LORD our
God,

to walk in his laws, which he {set} before us by his servants the

prophets.

set And, behold, an hand touched me, which {set} me
upon

my knees and [upon] the palms of my hands.

set Then said he unto me, Fear not, Daniel: for from
the

first day that thou didst {set} thine heart to understand, and to

chasten thyself before thy God, thy words were heard, and I am
come

for thy words.

set And when he had spoken such words unto me, I
{set}

my face toward the ground, and I became dumb.

set And the king of the south shall be moved with

choler, and shall come forth and fight with him, [even] with the

king of the north: and he shall {set} forth a great multitude;
but

the multitude shall be given into his hand.

set For the king of the north shall return, and shall

{set} forth a multitude greater than the former, and shall
certainly

come after certain years with a great army and with much riches.

set He shall also {set} his face to enter with the

strength of his whole kingdom, and upright ones with him; thus
shall

he do: and he shall give him the daughter of women, corrupting
her:

but she shall not stand [on his side], neither be for h

im.

set And from the time [that] the daily [sacrifice]
shall

be taken away, and the abomination that maketh desolate {set} up,

[there shall be] a thousand two hundred and ninety days.

set Lest I strip her naked, and set her as in the day
that

she was born, and make her as a wilderness, and {set} her like a
dry

land, and slay her with thirst.

set Lest I strip her naked, and {set} her as in the day

that she was born, and make her as a wilderness, and set her
like a

dry land, and slay her with thirst.

set They eat up the sin of my people, and they {set}
their

heart on their iniquity.

set Also, O Judah, he hath {set} an harvest for thee,

when I returned the captivity of my people.

set {Set}] the trumpet to thy mouth. [He shall come]
as an

eagle against the house of the LORD, because they have
transgressed

my covenant, and trespassed against my law.

set They have {set} up kings, but not by me: they have

made princes, and I knew [it] not: of their silver and their gold

have they made them idols, that they may be cut off.

set How shall I give thee up, Ephraim? [how] shall I

deliver thee, Israel? how shall I make thee as Admah? [how]
shall I

{set} thee as Zeboim? mine heart is turned within me, my
repentings

are kindled together.

set Like the noise of chariots on the tops of mountains

shall they leap, like the noise of a flame of fire that devoureth

the stubble, as a strong people {set} in battle array.

set And the LORD said unto me, Amos, what seest thou?
And

I said, A plumbline. Then said the Lord, Behold, I will {set} a

plumbline in the midst of my people Israel: I will not again
pass by

them any more:

set Saying, When will the new moon be gone, that we may

sell corn? and the sabbath, that we may {set} forth wheat, making

the ephah small, and the shekel great, and falsifying the
balances

by deceit?

set And though they go into captivity before their

enemies, thence will I command the sword, and it shall slay them:

and I will {set} mine eyes upon them for evil, and not for good.

set Though thou exalt [thyself] as the eagle, and
though

thou {set} thy nest among the stars, thence will I bring thee
down,

saith the LORD.

set And I will cast abominable filth upon thee, and
make

thee vile, and will {set} thee as a gazingstock.

set Behold, thy people in the midst of thee [are]
women:

the gates of thy land shall be {set} wide open unto thine
enemies:

the fire shall devour thy bars.

set I will stand upon my watch, and {set} me upon the

tower, and will watch to see what he will say unto me, and what I

shall answer when I am reproved.

set Woe to him that coveteth an evil covetousness to
his

house, that he may {set} his nest on high, that he may be
delivered

from the power of evil!

set And I said, Let them {set} a fair mitre upon his
head.

So they set a fair mitre upon his head, and clothed him with

garments. And the angel of the LORD stood by.

set And I said, Let them set a fair mitre upon his
head.

So they {set} a fair mitre upon his head, and clothed him with

garments. And the angel of the LORD stood by.

set And he said unto me, To build it an house in the
land

of Shinar: and it shall be established, and {set} there upon her
own

base.

set Then take silver and gold, and make crowns, and
{set}

[them] upon the head of Joshua the son of Josedech, the high
priest;

set For before these days there was no hire for man,
nor

any hire for beast; neither [was there any] peace to him that
went

out or came in because of the affliction: for I {set} all men
every

one against his neighbour.

set And now we call the proud happy; yea, they that
work

wickedness are {set} up; yea, [they that] tempt God are even

delivered.

set And seeing the multitudes, he went up into a
mountain:

and when he was {set}, his disciples came unto him:

set Ye are the light of the world. A city that is
{set}

on an hill cannot be hid.

set For I am come to {set} a man at variance against
his

father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in
law

against her mother in law.

set And Jesus called a little child unto him, and
{set}

him in the midst of them,

set And brought the ass, and the colt, and put on them

their clothes, and they {set} [him] thereon.

set And he shall {set} the sheep on his right hand,
but
