sepulchres Hear us, my lord: thou [art] a mighty
prince

among us: in the choice of our {sepulchres} bury thy dead; none
of

us shall withhold from thee his sepulchre, but that thou mayest
bury

thy dead.

sepulchres <2KI23 -16> And as Josiah turned himself, he spied the

sepulchres that [were] there in the mount, and sent, and took the

bones out of the {sepulchres}, and burned [them] upon the altar,
and

polluted it, according to the word of the LORD which t

he man of God proclaimed, who proclaimed these words.

sepulchres <2KI23 -16> And as Josiah turned himself, he spied the

{sepulchres} that [were] there in the mount, and sent, and took
the

bones out of the sepulchres, and burned [them] upon the altar,
and

polluted it, according to the word of the LORD which t

he man of God proclaimed, who proclaimed these words.

sepulchres <2CH16 -14> And they buried him in his own
{sepulchres},

which he had made for himself in the city of David, and laid him
in

the bed which was filled with sweet odours and divers kinds [of

spices] prepared by the apothecaries' art: and they mad

e a very great burning for him.

sepulchres <2CH21 -20> Thirty and two years old was he when he
began

to reign, and he reigned in Jerusalem eight years, and departed

without being desired. Howbeit they buried him in the city of
David,

but not in the {sepulchres} of the kings.

sepulchres <2CH24 -25> And when they were departed from him, (for

they left him in great diseases,) his own servants conspired
against

him for the blood of the sons of Jehoiada the priest, and slew
him

on his bed, and he died: and they buried him in the c

ity of David, but they buried him not in the {sepulchres} of the

kings.

sepulchres <2CH28 -27> And Ahaz slept with his fathers, and they

buried him in the city, [even] in Jerusalem: but they brought him

not into the {sepulchres} of the kings of Israel: and Hezekiah
his

son reigned in his stead.

sepulchres <2CH32 -33> And Hezekiah slept with his fathers, and
they

buried him in the chiefest of the {sepulchres} of the sons of
David:

and all Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem did him honour at
his

death. And Manasseh his son reigned in his stead

.

sepulchres <2CH35 -24> His servants therefore took him out of
that

chariot, and put him in the second chariot that he had; and they

brought him to Jerusalem, and he died, and was buried in [one of]

the {sepulchres} of his fathers. And all Judah and Jerusa

lem mourned for Josiah.

sepulchres And said unto the king, Let the king live
for

ever: why should not my countenance be sad, when the city, the
place

of my fathers' {sepulchres}, [lieth] waste, and the gates thereof

are consumed with fire?

sepulchres And I said unto the king, If it please the

king, and if thy servant have found favour in thy sight, that
thou

wouldest send me unto Judah, unto the city of my fathers'

{sepulchres}, that I may build it.

sepulchres After him repaired Nehemiah the son of
Azbuk,

the ruler of the half part of Bethzur, unto [the place] over
against

the {sepulchres} of David, and to the pool that was made, and
unto

the house of the mighty.

sepulchres Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees,

hypocrites! for ye are like unto whited {sepulchres}, which
indeed

appear beautiful outward, but are within full of dead [men's]
bones,

and of all uncleanness.

sepulchres Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees,

hypocrites! because ye build the tombs of the prophets, and
garnish

the {sepulchres} of the righteous,

sepulchres Woe unto you! for ye build the
{sepulchres}

of the prophets, and your fathers killed them.

sepulchres Truly ye bear witness that ye allow the
deeds

of your fathers: for they indeed killed them, and ye build their

{sepulchres}.
