seir And the Horites in their mount {Seir}, unto
Elparan,

which [is] by the wilderness.

seir And Jacob sent messengers before him to Esau his

brother unto the land of {Seir}, the country of Edom.

seir Let my lord, I pray thee, pass over before his

servant: and I will lead on softly, according as the cattle that

goeth before me and the children be able to endure, until I come

unto my lord unto {Seir}.

seir So Esau returned that day on his way unto
{Seir}.

seir Thus dwelt Esau in mount {Seir}: Esau [is] Edom.

seir And these [are] the generations of Esau the
father

of the Edomites in mount {Seir}:

seir These [are] the sons of {Seir} the Horite, who

inhabited the land; Lotan, and Shobal, and Zibeon, and Anah,

seir And Dishon, and Ezer, and Dishan: these [are]
the

dukes of the Horites, the children of {Seir} in the land of Edom.

seir Duke Dishon, duke Ezer, duke Dishan: these [are]

the dukes [that came] of Hori, among their dukes in the land of

{Seir}.

seir And Edom shall be a possession, {Seir} also
shall

be a possession for his enemies; and Israel shall do valiantly.

seir There are] eleven days' [journey] from Horeb by
the

way of mount {Seir} unto Kadeshbarnea.)

seir And the Amorites, which dwelt in that mountain,
came

out against you, and chased you, as bees do, and destroyed you in

{Seir}, [even] unto Hormah.

seir Then we turned, and took our journey into the

wilderness by the way of the Red sea, as the LORD spake unto me:
and

we compassed mount {Seir} many days.

seir And command thou the people, saying, Ye [are] to
pass

through the coast of your brethren the children of Esau, which
dwell

in {Seir}; and they shall be afraid of you: take ye good heed
unto

yourselves therefore:

seir Meddle not with them; for I will not give you of

their land, no, not so much as a foot breadth; because I have
given

mount {Seir} unto Esau [for] a possession.

seir And when we passed by from our brethren the
children

of Esau, which dwelt in {Seir}, through the way of the plain from

Elath, and from Eziongaber, we turned and passed by the way of
the

wilderness of Moab.

seir The Horims also dwelt in {Seir} beforetime; but
the

children of Esau succeeded them, when they had destroyed them
from

before them, and dwelt in their stead; as Israel did unto the
land

of his possession, which the LORD gave unto them.

seir As he did to the children of Esau, which dwelt in

{Seir}, when he destroyed the Horims from before them; and they

succeeded them, and dwelt in their stead even unto this day:

seir As the children of Esau which dwell in {Seir},
and

the Moabites which dwell in Ar, did unto me;) until I shall pass

over Jordan into the land which the LORD our God giveth us.

seir And he said, The LORD came from Sinai, and rose
up

from {Seir} unto them; he shined forth from mount Paran, and he
came

with ten thousands of saints: from his right hand [went] a fiery
law

for them.

seir Even] from the mount Halak, that goeth up to

{Seir}, even unto Baalgad in the valley of Lebanon under mount

Hermon: and all their kings he took, and smote them, and slew
them.

seir And these [are] the kings of the country which

Joshua and the children of Israel smote on this side Jordan on
the

west, from Baalgad in the valley of Lebanon even unto the mount

Halak, that goeth up to {Seir}; which Joshua gave unto the tr

ibes of Israel [for] a possession according to their divisions;

seir And the border compassed from Baalah westward
unto

mount {Seir}, and passed along unto the side of mount Jearim,
which

[is] Chesalon, on the north side, and went down to Bethshemesh,
and

passed on to Timnah:

seir And I gave unto Isaac Jacob and Esau: and I gave

unto Esau mount {Seir}, to possess it; but Jacob and his children

went down into Egypt.

seir LORD, when thou wentest out of {Seir}, when thou

marchedst out of the field of Edom, the earth trembled, and the

heavens dropped, the clouds also dropped water.

seir <1CH1 -38> And the sons of {Seir}; Lotan, and Shobal, and

Zibeon, and Anah, and Dishon, and Ezar, and Dishan.

seir <1CH4 -42> And [some] of them, [even] of the sons of Simeon,

five hundred men, went to mount {Seir}, having for their captains

Pelatiah, and Neariah, and Rephaiah, and Uzziel, the sons of
Ishi.

seir <2CH20 -10> And now, behold, the children of Ammon and Moab
and

mount {Seir}, whom thou wouldest not let Israel invade, when they

came out of the land of Egypt, but they turned from them, and

destroyed them not;

seir <2CH20 -22> And when they began to sing and to praise, the
LORD

set ambushments against the children of Ammon, Moab, and mount

{Seir}, which were come against Judah; and they were smitten.

seir <2CH20 -23> For the children of Ammon and Moab stood up
against

the inhabitants of mount Seir, utterly to slay and destroy
[them]:

and when they had made an end of the inhabitants of {Seir}, every

one helped to destroy another.

seir <2CH20 -23> For the children of Ammon and Moab stood up
against

the inhabitants of mount {Seir}, utterly to slay and destroy
[them]:

and when they had made an end of the inhabitants of Seir, every
one

helped to destroy another.

seir <2CH25 -11> And Amaziah strengthened himself, and led forth
his

people, and went to the valley of salt, and smote of the
children of

{Seir} ten thousand.

seir <2CH25 -14> Now it came to pass, after that Amaziah was come

from the slaughter of the Edomites, that he brought the gods of
the

children of {Seir}, and set them up [to be] his gods, and bowed
down

himself before them, and burned incense unto them.

seir The burden of Dumah. He calleth to me out of

{Seir}, Watchman, what of the night? Watchman, what of the night?

seir Thus saith the Lord GOD; Because that Moab and

{Seir} do say, Behold, the house of Judah [is] like unto all the

heathen;

seir Son of man, set thy face against mount {Seir},
and

prophesy against it,

seir And say unto it, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold,
O

mount {Seir}, I [am] against thee, and I will stretch out mine
hand

against thee, and I will make thee most desolate.

seir Thus will I make mount {Seir} most desolate, and
cut

off from it him that passeth out and him that returneth.

seir As thou didst rejoice at the inheritance of the

house of Israel, because it was desolate, so will I do unto thee:

thou shalt be desolate, O mount {Seir}, and all Idumea, [even]
all

of it: and they shall know that I [am] the LORD.
