and that he was purposed to fight against Jerusalem,

saw And it came to pass, that when all our enemies
heard

[thereof], and all the heathen that [were] about us {saw} [these

things], they were much cast down in their own eyes: for they

perceived that this work was wrought of our God.

saw In those days {saw} I in Judah [some] treading
wine

presses on the sabbath, and bringing in sheaves, and lading
asses;

as also wine, grapes, and figs, and all [manner of] burdens,
which

they brought into Jerusalem on the sabbath day: and I

testified [against them] in the day wherein they sold victuals.

saw In those days also {saw} I Jews [that] had
married

wives of Ashdod, of Ammon, [and] of Moab:

saw And the next unto him [was] Carshena, Shethar,

Admatha, Tarshish, Meres, Marsena, [and] Memucan, the seven
princes

and

the king held out to Esther the golden sceptre that [was] in his

hand. So Esther drew near, and touched the top of the sc

eptre.

saw Then went Haman forth that day joyful and with a
glad

heart: but when Haman {saw} Mordecai in the king's gate, that he

stood not up, nor moved for him, he was full of indignation
against

Mordecai.

saw And the king arising from the banquet of wine in
his

wrath [went] into the palace garden: and Haman stood up to make

request for his life to Esther the queen; for he {saw} that there

was evil determined against him by the king.

saw So they sat down with him upon the ground seven
days

and seven nights, and none spake a word unto him: for they {saw}

that [his] grief was very great.

saw Or as an hidden untimely birth I had not been; as

infants [which] never {saw} light.

saw The eye also [which] {saw} him shall [see him] no

more; neither shall his place any more behold him.

saw The young men {saw} me, and hid themselves: and
the

aged arose, [and] stood up.

saw When the ear heard [me], then it blessed me; and

when the eye {saw} [me], it gave witness to me:

saw If I have lifted up my hand against the
fatherless,

when I {saw} my help in the gate:

saw When Elihu {saw} that [there was] no answer in the

mouth of [these] three men, then his wrath was kindled.

saw After this lived Job an hundred and forty years,
and

{saw} his sons, and his sons' sons, [even] four generations.

saw They {saw} [it, and] so they marvelled; they were

troubled, [and] hasted away.

saw For I was envious at the foolish, [when] I {saw}
the

prosperity of the wicked.

saw The waters {saw} thee, O God, the waters saw
thee;

they were afraid: the depths also were troubled.

saw The waters saw thee, O God, the waters {saw}
thee;

they were afraid: the depths also were troubled.

saw When your fathers tempted me, proved me, and
{saw} my

work.

saw His lightnings enlightened the world: the earth

{saw}, and trembled.

saw The sea {saw} [it], and fled: Jordan was driven

back.

saw Then I {saw}, [and] considered [it] well: I
looked

upon [it, and] received instruction.

saw Then I {saw} that wisdom excelleth folly, as far
as

light excelleth darkness.

saw There is] nothing better for a man, [than] that he

should eat and drink, and [that] he should make his soul enjoy
good

in his labour. This also I {saw}, that it [was] from the hand of

God.

saw And moreover I {saw} under the sun the place of

judgment, [that] wickedness [was] there; and the place of

righteousness, [that] iniquity [was] there.

saw Then I returned, and I {saw} vanity under the sun.

saw And so I {saw} the wicked buried, who had come and

gone from the place of the holy, and they were forgotten in the
city

where they had so done: this [is] also vanity.

saw I returned, and {saw} under the sun, that the race

[is] not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, neither yet

bread to the wise, nor yet riches to men of understanding, nor
yet

favour to men of skill; but time and chance happeneth to

them all.

saw The watchmen that go about the city found me: [to
whom

I said], {Saw} ye him whom my soul loveth?

saw My dove, my undefiled is [but] one; she [is] the

[only] one of her mother, she [is] the choice [one] of her that
bare

her. The daughters {saw} her, and blessed her; [yea], the queens
and

the concubines, and they praised her.

saw The vision of Isaiah the son of Amoz, which he
{saw}

concerning Judah and Jerusalem in the days of Uzziah, Jotham,
Ahaz,

[and] Hezekiah, kings of Judah.

saw The word that Isaiah the son of Amoz {saw}
concerning

Judah and Jerusalem.

saw In the year that king Uzziah died I {saw} also the

Lord sitting upon a throne, high and lifted up, and his train
filled

the temple.

saw Shall the ax boast itself against him that heweth

therewith? [or] shall the {saw} magnify itself against him that

shaketh it? as if the rod should shake [itself] against them that

lift it up, [or] as if the staff should lift up [itself, as

if it were] no wood.

saw And he {saw} a chariot [with] a couple of
horsemen, a

chariot of asses, [and] a chariot of camels; and he hearkened

diligently with much heed:

saw The isles {saw} [it], and feared; the ends of the

earth were afraid, drew near, and came.

saw Yea, truth faileth; and he [that] departeth from

evil maketh himself a prey: and the LORD {saw} [it], and it

displeased him that [there was] no judgment.

saw And he {saw} that [there was] no man, and
wondered

that [there was] no intercessor: therefore his arm brought
salvation

unto him; and his righteousness, it sustained him.

saw And I said after she had done all these [things],
Turn

thou unto me. But she returned not. And her treacherous sister
Judah

{saw} [it].

saw And I {saw}, when for all the causes whereby

backsliding Israel committed adultery I had put her away, and
given

her a bill of divorce; yet her treacherous sister Judah feared
not,

but went and played the harlot also.

saw And it came to pass, [that] when Zedekiah the
king of

Judah {saw} them, and all the men of war, then they fled, and
went

forth out of the city by night, by the way of the king's garden,
by

the gate betwixt the two walls: and he went out the

way of the plain.

saw Now it came to pass, [that] when all the people

which [were] with Ishmael {saw} Johanan the son of Kareah, and
all

the captains of the forces that [were] with him, then they were

glad.

saw But we will certainly do whatsoever thing goeth

forth out of our own mouth, to burn incense unto the queen of

heaven, and to pour out drink offerings unto her, as we have
done,

we, and our fathers, our kings, and our princes, in the cities

of Judah, and in the streets of Jerusalem: for [then] had we
plenty

of victuals, and were well, and {saw} no evil.

saw Jerusalem remembered in the days of her affliction
and

of her miseries all her pleasant things that she had in the days
of

old, when her people fell into the hand of the enemy, and none
did

help her: the adversaries {saw} her, [and] did mock

at her sabbaths.

saw Now it came to pass in the thirtieth year, in the

fourth [month], in the fifth [day] of the month, as I [was] among

the captives by the river of Chebar, [that] the heavens were
opened,

and I {saw} visions of God.

saw And I saw as the colour of amber, as the
appearance

of fire round about within it, from the appearance of his loins
even

upward, and from the appearance of his loins even downward, I
{saw}

as it were the appearance of fire, and it had brigh

tness round about.

saw And I {saw} as the colour of amber, as the
appearance

of fire round about within it, from the appearance of his loins
even

upward, and from the appearance of his loins even downward, I
saw as

it were the appearance of fire, and it had brigh

tness round about.

saw As the appearance of the bow that is in the cloud
in

the day of rain, so [was] the appearance of the brightness round

about. This [was] the appearance of the likeness of the glory of
the

LORD. And when I {saw} [it], I fell upon my face, and

I heard a voice of one that spake.

saw Then I arose, and went forth into the plain: and,

behold, the glory of the LORD stood there, as the glory which I

{saw} by the river of Chebar: and I fell on my face.

saw And, behold, the glory of the God of Israel [was]

there, according to the vision that I {saw} in the plain.

saw So I went in and {saw}; and behold every form of

creeping things, and abominable beasts, and all the idols of the

house of Israel, portrayed upon the wall round about.

saw And the cherubims were lifted up. This [is] the

living creature that I {saw} by the river of Chebar.

saw This [is] the living creature that I {saw} under
the

God of Israel by the river of Chebar; and I knew that they [were]

the cherubims.

saw And the likeness of their faces [was] the same
faces

which I {saw} by the river of Chebar, their appearances and

themselves: they went every one straight forward.

saw Moreover the spirit lifted me up, and brought me
unto

the east gate of the LORD'S house, which looketh eastward: and

behold at the door of the gate five and twenty men; among whom I

{saw} Jaazaniah the son of Azur, and Pelatiah the son of B

enaiah, princes of the people.

saw And when I passed by thee, and {saw} thee
polluted in

thine own blood, I said unto thee [when thou wast] in thy blood,

Live; yea, I said unto thee [when thou wast] in thy blood, Live.

saw And they were haughty, and committed abomination

before me: therefore I took them away as I {saw} [good].

saw Now when she {saw} that she had waited, [and] her

hope was lost, then she took another of her whelps, [and] made
him a

young lion.

saw For] when I had brought them into the land, [for]

the which I lifted up mine hand to give it to them, then they
{saw}

every high hill, and all the thick trees, and they offered there

their sacrifices, and there they presented the provocati

on of their offering: there also they made their sweet savour,
and

poured out there their drink offerings.

saw And when her sister Aholibah {saw} [this], she
was

more corrupt in her inordinate love than she, and in her
whoredoms

more than her sister in [her] whoredoms.

saw Then I {saw} that she was defiled, [that] they

[took] both one way,

saw And [that] she increased her whoredoms: for when
she

{saw} men portrayed upon the wall, the images of the Chaldeans

portrayed with vermilion,

saw And as soon as she {saw} them with her eyes, she

doted upon them, and sent messengers unto them into Chaldea.

saw I {saw} also the height of the house round about:
the

foundations of the side chambers [were] a full reed of six great

cubits.

saw And [it was] according to the appearance of the

vision which I {saw}, [even] according to the vision that I saw
when

I came to destroy the city: and the visions [were] like the
vision

that I saw by the river Chebar; and I fell upon my face.

saw And [it was] according to the appearance of the

vision which I saw, [even] according to the vision that I saw
when I

came to destroy the city: and the visions [were] like the vision

that I {saw} by the river Chebar; and I fell upon my face.

saw And [it was] according to the appearance of the

vision which I saw, [even] according to the vision that I {saw}
when

I came to destroy the city: and the visions [were] like the
vision

that I saw by the river Chebar; and I fell upon my face.

saw And the princes, governors, and captains, and the

king's counsellors, being gathered together, {saw} these men,
upon

whose bodies the fire had no power, nor was an hair of their head

singed, neither were their coats changed, nor the smell o

f fire had passed on them.

saw I {saw} a dream which made me afraid, and the
thoughts

upon my bed and the visions of my head troubled me.

saw Thus [were] the visions of mine head in my bed; I

{saw}, and behold, a tree in the midst of the earth, and the
height

thereof [was] great.

saw I {saw} in the visions of my head upon my bed,
and,

behold, a watcher and an holy one came down from heaven;

saw And whereas the king {saw} a watcher and an holy
one

coming down from heaven, and saying, Hew the tree down, and
destroy

it; yet leave the stump of the roots thereof in the earth, even
with

a band of iron and brass, in the tender grass of t

he field; and let it be wet with the dew of heaven, and [let] his

portion [be] with the beasts of the field, till seven times pass

over him;

saw In the same hour came forth fingers of a man's
hand,

and wrote over against the candlestick upon the plaster of the
wall

of the king's palace: and the king {saw} the part of the hand
that

wrote.

saw Daniel spake and said, I {saw} in my vision by
night,

and, behold, the four winds of the heaven strove upon the great
sea.

saw After this I {saw} in the night visions, and
behold a

fourth beast, dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly; and
it

had great iron teeth: it devoured and brake in pieces, and
stamped

the residue with the feet of it: and it [was] divers

e from all the beasts that [were] before it; and it had ten
horns.

saw I {saw} in the night visions, and, behold, [one]
like

the Son of man came with the clouds of heaven, and came to the

Ancient of days, and they brought him near before him.

saw And I saw in a vision; and it came to pass, when I

{saw}, that I [was] at Shushan [in] the palace, which [is] in the

province of Elam; and I saw in a vision, and I was by the river
of

Ulai.

saw And I {saw} in a vision; and it came to pass, when
I

saw, that I [was] at Shushan [in] the palace, which [is] in the

province of Elam; and I saw in a vision, and I was by the river
of

Ulai.

saw And I saw in a vision; and it came to pass, when I

saw, that I [was] at Shushan [in] the palace, which [is] in the

province of Elam; and I {saw} in a vision, and I was by the
river of

Ulai.

saw Then I lifted up mine eyes, and {saw}, and, behold,

there stood before the river a ram which had [two] horns: and the

[two] horns [were] high; but one [was] higher than the other, and

the higher came up last.

saw I {saw} the ram pushing westward, and northward,
and

southward; so that no beasts might stand before him, neither [was

there any] that could deliver out of his hand; but he did
according

to his will, and became great.

saw And I {saw} him come close unto the ram, and he was

moved with choler against him, and smote the ram, and brake his
two

horns: and there was no power in the ram to stand before him,
but he

cast him down to the ground, and stamped upon him: a

nd there was none that could deliver the ram out of his hand.

saw And I Daniel alone {saw} the vision: for the men
that

were with me saw not the vision; but a great quaking fell upon
them,

so that they fled to hide themselves.

saw And I Daniel alone saw the vision: for the men
that

were with me {saw} not the vision; but a great quaking fell upon

them, so that they fled to hide themselves.

saw Therefore I was left alone, and {saw} this great

vision, and there remained no strength in me: for my comeliness
was

turned in me into corruption, and I retained no strength.

saw When Ephraim {saw} his sickness, and Judah [saw]
his

wound, then went Ephraim to the Assyrian, and sent to king Jareb:

yet could he not heal you, nor cure you of your wound.

saw When Ephraim saw his sickness, and Judah [{saw}]
his

wound, then went Ephraim to the Assyrian, and sent to king Jareb:

yet could he not heal you, nor cure you of your wound.

saw I found Israel like grapes in the wilderness; I

shame; and [their] abominations were according as they

loved.

saw I {saw} the Lord standing upon the altar: and he
said,

Smite the lintel of the door, that the posts may shake: and cut

sword: he that fleeth of them shall not flee away

, and he that escapeth of them shall not be delivered.

four horns.

saw When they had heard the king, they departed; and,

exceeding great joy.

saw And when they were come into the house, they {saw}

straightway

out of the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and

gave

[thee] drink?

saw When {saw} we thee a stranger, and took [thee]
in?

or naked, and clothed [thee]?

came

unto thee?

saw Then shall they also answer him, saying, Lord,
when

{saw} we thee an hungered, or athirst, or a stranger, or naked,

of the day an angel of God coming in to him, and saying unto him,

Cornelius.

saw And {saw} heaven opened, and a certain vessel

descending unto him, as it had been a great sheet knit at the
four

corners, and let down to the earth:

saw I was in the city of Joppa praying: and in a
trance I

{saw} a vision, A certain vessel descend, as it had been a great

sheet, let down from heaven by four corners; and it came even to
me:

saw Upon the which when I had fastened mine eyes, I

considered, and {saw} fourfooted beasts of the earth, and wild

beasts, and creeping things, and fowls of the air.

saw And because he {saw} it pleased the Jews, he

proceeded further to take Peter also. Then were the days of

unleavened bread.)

saw And he went out, and followed him; and wist not
that

it was true which was done by the angel; but thought he {saw} a

vision.

saw But Peter continued knocking: and when they had

opened the door], and {saw} him, they were astonished.

saw Then the deputy, when he {saw} what was done,

believed, being astonished at the doctrine of the Lord.

saw For David, after he had served his own
generation by

the will of God, fell on sleep, and was laid unto his fathers,
and

{saw} corruption:

saw But he, whom God raised again, {saw} no
corruption.

saw But when the Jews {saw} the multitudes, they were

filled with envy, and spake against those things which were
spoken

by Paul, contradicting and blaspheming.

saw And when the people {saw} what Paul had done,
they

lifted up their voices, saying in the speech of Lycaonia, The
gods

are come down to us in the likeness of men.

saw And when her masters {saw} that the hope of their

gains was gone, they caught Paul and Silas, and drew them] into
the

marketplace unto the rulers,

saw Now while Paul waited for them at Athens, his
spirit

was stirred in him, when he {saw} the city wholly given to
idolatry.

saw And when the seven days were almost ended, the
Jews

which were of Asia, when they {saw} him in the temple, stirred up

all the people, and laid hands on him,

saw Who immediately took soldiers and centurions, and

ran down unto them: and when they {saw} the chief captain and the

soldiers, they left beating of Paul.

saw And they that were with me {saw} indeed the light,

and were afraid; but they heard not the voice of him that spake
to

me.

saw And {saw} him saying unto me, Make haste, and get

thee quickly out of Jerusalem: for they will not receive thy

testimony concerning me.

saw At midday, O king, I {saw} in the way a light
from

heaven, above the brightness of the sun, shining round about me
and

them which journeyed with me.

saw And when the barbarians {saw} the venomous] beast

hang on his hand, they said among themselves, No doubt this man
is a

murderer, whom, though he hath escaped the sea, yet vengeance

suffereth not to live.

saw Howbeit they looked when he should have swollen,
or

fallen down dead suddenly: but after they had looked a great
while,

and {saw} no harm come to him, they changed their minds, and said

that he was a god.

saw And from thence, when the brethren heard of us,
they

came to meet us as far as Appii forum, and The three taverns:
whom

when Paul {saw}, he thanked God, and took courage.

saw But other of the apostles {saw} I none, save James

the Lord's brother.

saw But contrariwise, when they {saw} that the gospel
of

the uncircumcision was committed unto me, as the gospel] of the

circumcision was] unto Peter;

saw But when I {saw} that they walked not uprightly

according to the truth of the gospel, I said unto Peter before
them]

all, If thou, being a Jew, livest after the manner of Gentiles,
and

not as do the Jews, why compellest thou the Gentiles to

live as do the Jews?

saw Having the same conflict which ye {saw} in me, and

now hear to be] in me.

saw When your fathers tempted me, proved me, and {saw}
my

works forty years.

saw By faith Moses, when he was born, was hid three

months of his parents, because they {saw} he was] a proper child;

and they were not afraid of the king's commandment.

saw Who bare record of the word of God, and of the

testimony of Jesus Christ, and of all things that he {saw}.

saw And I turned to see the voice that spake with me.
And

being turned, I {saw} seven golden candlesticks;

saw And when I {saw} him, I fell at his feet as dead.
And

he laid his right hand upon me, saying unto me, Fear not; I am
the

first and the last:

saw And round about the throne were] four and twenty

seats: and upon the seats I {saw} four and twenty elders sitting,

clothed in white raiment; and they had on their heads crowns of

gold.

saw And I {saw} in the right hand of him that sat on
the

throne a book written within and on the backside, sealed with
seven

seals.

saw And I {saw} a strong angel proclaiming with a loud

voice, Who is worthy to open the book, and to loose the seals

thereof?

saw And I {saw} when the Lamb opened one of the seals,
and

I heard, as it were the noise of thunder, one of the four beasts

saying, Come and see.

saw And I {saw}, and behold a white horse: and he that
sat

on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went
forth

conquering, and to conquer.

saw And when he had opened the fifth seal, I {saw}
under

the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of God,
and

for the testimony which they held:

saw And after these things I {saw} four angels
standing on

the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the
earth,

that the wind should not blow on the earth, nor on the sea, nor
on

any tree.

saw And I {saw} another angel ascending from the east,

having the seal of the living God: and he cried with a loud
voice to

the four angels, to whom it was given to hurt the earth and the
sea,

saw And I {saw} the seven angels which stood before
God;

and to them were given seven trumpets.

saw And the fifth angel sounded, and I {saw} a star
fall

from heaven unto the earth: and to him was given the key of the

bottomless pit.

saw And thus I {saw} the horses in the vision, and
them

that sat on them, having breastplates of fire, and of jacinth,
and

brimstone: and the heads of the horses were] as the heads of
lions;

and out of their mouths issued fire and smoke and bri

mstone.

saw And I {saw} another mighty angel come down from

heaven, clothed with a cloud: and a rainbow was] upon his head,
and

his face was] as it were the sun, and his feet as pillars of
fire:

saw And the angel which I {saw} stand upon the sea and

upon the earth lifted up his hand to heaven,

saw And after three days and an half the Spirit of
life

from God entered into them, and they stood upon their feet; and

great fear fell upon them which {saw} them.

the

earth, he persecuted the woman which brought forth the man
child].

saw And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and {saw} a

beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns,
and

upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of
blasphemy.

saw And the beast which I {saw} was like unto a
leopard,

and his feet were as the feet] of a bear, and his mouth as the
mouth

of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and

great authority.

saw And I {saw} one of his heads as it were wounded to

death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world
wondered

after the beast.

saw And I {saw} another angel fly in the midst of
heaven,

having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on
the

earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people,

saw And I {saw} another sign in heaven, great and

marvellous, seven angels having the seven last plagues; for in
them

is filled up the wrath of God.

saw And I {saw} as it were a sea of glass mingled with

fire: and them that had gotten the victory over the beast, and
over

his image, and over his mark, and] over the number of his name,

stand on the sea of glass, having the harps of God.

saw And I {saw} three unclean spirits like frogs
come]

out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the
beast,

and out of the mouth of the false prophet.

saw So he carried me away in the spirit into the

wilderness: and I {saw} a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured
beast,

full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.

saw And I {saw} the woman drunken with the blood of
the

saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I
saw

her, I wondered with great admiration.

saw And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the

saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I
{saw}

her, I wondered with great admiration.

saw And after these things I {saw} another angel come

down from heaven, having great power; and the earth was lightened

with his glory.

saw And cried when they {saw} the smoke of her
burning,

saying, What city is] like unto this great city!

saw And I {saw} heaven opened, and behold a white
horse;

and he that sat upon him was] called Faithful and True, and in

righteousness he doth judge and make war.

saw And I {saw} an angel standing in the sun; and he

cried with a loud voice, saying to all the fowls that fly in the

midst of heaven, Come and gather yourselves together unto the
supper

of the great God;

saw And I {saw} the beast, and the kings of the
earth,

and their armies, gathered together to make war against him that
sat

on the horse, and against his army.

saw And I {saw} an angel come down from heaven, having

the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand.

saw And I {saw} thrones, and they sat upon them, and

judgment was given unto them: and I saw] the souls of them that
were

beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and

which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, nei

ther had received his] mark upon their foreheads, or in their
hands;

and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.

saw And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and

judgment was given unto them: and I {saw}] the souls of them that

were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God,
and

which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, nei

ther had received his] mark upon their foreheads, or in their
hands;

and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.

saw And I {saw} a great white throne, and him that
sat

on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and
there

was found no place for them.

saw And I {saw} the dead, small and great, stand
before

God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened,
which

is the book] of life: and the dead were judged out of those
things

which were written in the books, according to their w

orks.

saw And I {saw} a new heaven and a new earth: for the

first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was
no

more sea.

saw And I John {saw} the holy city, new Jerusalem,
coming

down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her

husband.

saw And I {saw} no temple therein: for the Lord God

Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it.

saw And I John {saw} these things, and heard them].
And

when I had heard and seen, I fell down to worship before the
feet of

the angel which showed me these things.
