oppressed And thou shalt grope at noonday, as the
blind
gropeth in darkness, and thou shalt not prosper in thy ways: and
thou shalt be only {oppressed} and spoiled evermore, and no man
shall save [thee].
oppressed The fruit of thy land, and all thy labours,
shall a nation which thou knowest not eat up; and thou shalt be
only
{oppressed} and crushed alway:
oppressed And when the LORD raised them up judges,
then
the LORD was with the judge, and delivered them out of the hand
of
their enemies all the days of the judge: for it repented the LORD
because of their groanings by reason of them that {oppr
essed} them and vexed them.
oppressed And the children of Israel cried unto the
LORD:
for he had nine hundred chariots of iron; and twenty years he
mightily {oppressed} the children of Israel.
oppressed And I delivered you out of the hand of the
Egyptians, and out of the hand of all that {oppressed} you, and
drave them out from before you, and gave you their land;
oppressed And that year they vexed and {oppressed} the
children of Israel: eighteen years, all the children of Israel
that
[were] on the other side Jordan in the land of the Amorites,
which
[is] in Gilead.
oppressed <1SA10 -18> And said unto the children of Israel, Thus
saith the LORD God of Israel, I brought up Israel out of Egypt,
and
delivered you out of the hand of the Egyptians, and out of the
hand
of all kingdoms, [and] of them that {oppressed} you:
oppressed <1SA12 -3> Behold, here I [am]: witness against me
before
the LORD, and before his anointed: whose ox have I taken? or
whose
ass have I taken? or whom have I defrauded? whom have I
{oppressed}?
or of whose hand have I received [any] bribe to bli
nd mine eyes therewith? and I will restore it you.
oppressed <1SA12 -4> And they said, Thou hast not defrauded us,
nor
{oppressed} us, neither hast thou taken ought of any man's hand.
oppressed <2KI13 -4> And Jehoahaz besought the LORD, and the LORD
hearkened unto him: for he saw the oppression of Israel, because
the
king of Syria {oppressed} them.
oppressed <2KI13 -22> But Hazael king of Syria {oppressed} Israel
all the days of Jehoahaz.
oppressed <2CH16 -10> Then Asa was wroth with the seer, and put
him
in a prison house; for [he was] in a rage with him because of
this
[thing]. And Asa {oppressed} [some] of the people the same time.
oppressed Because he hath {oppressed} [and] hath
forsaken the poor; [because] he hath violently taken away an
house
which he builded not;
oppressed By reason of the multitude of oppressions
they
make [the {oppressed}] to cry: they cry out by reason of the arm
of
the mighty.
oppressed The LORD also will be a refuge for the
{oppressed}, a refuge in times of trouble.
oppressed To judge the fatherless and the
{oppressed},
that the man of the earth may no more oppress.
oppressed O let not the {oppressed} return ashamed:
let
the poor and needy praise thy name.
oppressed The LORD executeth righteousness and
judgment
for all that are {oppressed}.
oppressed Their enemies also {oppressed} them, and
they
were brought into subjection under their hand.
oppressed Which executeth judgment for the
{oppressed}:
which giveth food to the hungry. The LORD looseth the prisoners:
oppressed So I returned, and considered all the
oppressions that are done under the sun: and behold the tears of
[such as were] {oppressed}, and they had no comforter; and on the
side of their oppressors [there was] power; but they had no
comfor
ter.
oppressed Learn to do well; seek judgment, relieve the
{oppressed}, judge the fatherless, plead for the widow.
oppressed And the people shall be {oppressed}, every
one
by another, and every one by his neighbour: the child shall
behave
himself proudly against the ancient, and the base against the
honourable.
oppressed And he said, Thou shalt no more rejoice, O
thou {oppressed} virgin, daughter of Zidon: arise, pass over to
Chittim; there also shalt thou have no rest.
oppressed Like a crane [or] a swallow, so did I
chatter:
I did mourn as a dove: mine eyes fail [with looking] upward: O
LORD,
I am {oppressed}; undertake for me.
oppressed For thus saith the Lord GOD, My people went
down aforetime into Egypt to sojourn there; and the Assyrian
{oppressed} them without cause.
oppressed He was {oppressed}, and he was afflicted,
yet
he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the
slaughter,
and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his
mouth.
oppressed Is] not this the fast that I have chosen? to
loose the bands of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, and to
let
the {oppressed} go free, and that ye break every yoke?
oppressed Thus saith the LORD of hosts; The children
of
Israel and the children of Judah [were] {oppressed} together: and
all that took them captives held them fast; they refused to let
them
go.
oppressed And hath not {oppressed} any, [but] hath
restored to the debtor his pledge, hath spoiled none by violence,
hath given his bread to the hungry, and hath covered the naked
with
a garment;
oppressed Hath {oppressed} the poor and needy, hath
spoiled by violence, hath not restored the pledge, and hath
lifted
up his eyes to the idols, hath committed abomination,
oppressed Neither hath {oppressed} any, hath not
withholden the pledge, neither hath spoiled by violence, [but]
hath
given his bread to the hungry, and hath covered the naked with a
garment,
oppressed As for] his father, because he cruelly
{oppressed}, spoiled his brother by violence, and did [that]
which
[is] not good among his people, lo, even he shall die in his
iniquity.
oppressed The people of the land have used
oppression,
and exercised robbery, and have vexed the poor and needy: yea,
they
have {oppressed} the stranger wrongfully.
oppressed Ephraim [is] {oppressed} [and] broken in
judgment, because he willingly walked after the commandment.
oppressed Publish in the palaces at Ashdod, and in the
palaces in the land of Egypt, and say, Assemble yourselves upon
the
mountains of Samaria, and behold the great tumults in the midst
thereof, and the {oppressed} in the midst thereof.
oppressed And seeing one of them] suffer wrong, he
defended him], and avenged him that was {oppressed}, and smote
the
Egyptian:
oppressed How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the
Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing
all that were {oppressed} of the devil; for God was with him.
