then I will go to the right; or if [thou depart] to the right
hand,

then I will go to the left.

left Is] not the whole land before thee? separate

thyself, I pray thee, from me: if [thou wilt take] the left hand,

left When that year was ended, they came unto him the

second year, and said unto him, We will not hide [it] from my
lord,

how that our money is spent; my lord also hath our herds of

there is not ought {left} in the sight of my lord, bu

t our bodies, and our lands:

left And Joseph took them both, Ephraim in his right

hand toward Israel's left hand, and Manasseh in his {left} hand

toward Israel's right hand, and brought [them] near unto him.

left And Joseph took them both, Ephraim in his right

his servants and his cattle in the field.

left And the LORD said unto Moses, Stretch out thine

hand over the land of Egypt for the locusts, that they may come
up

upon the land of Egypt, and eat every herb of the land, [even]
all

that the hail hath {left}.

left For they covered the face of the whole earth, so

that the land was darkened; and they did eat every herb of the
land,

and all the fruit of the trees which the hail had {left}: and
there

remained not any green thing in the trees, or in the

herbs of the field, through all the land of Egypt.

left Our cattle also shall go with us; there shall
not

an hoof be {left} behind; for thereof must we take to serve the
LORD

our God; and we know not with what we must serve the LORD, until
we

come thither.

left And the children of Israel went into the midst
of

the sea upon the dry [ground]: and the waters [were] a wall unto

them on their right hand, and on their {left}.

left But the children of Israel walked upon dry
[land]

in the midst of the sea; and the waters [were] a wall unto them
on

their right hand, and on their {left}.

left And Moses spake unto Aaron, and unto Eleazar and

unto Ithamar, his sons that were {left}, Take the meat offering
that

remaineth of the offerings of the LORD made by fire, and eat it

without leaven beside the altar: for it [is] most holy:

left And Moses diligently sought the goat of the sin

offering, and, behold, it was burnt: and he was angry with
Eleazar

and Ithamar, the sons of Aaron [which were] {left} [alive],
saying,

left And the priest shall take [some] of the log of
oil,

and pour [it] into the palm of his own {left} hand:

left And the priest shall dip his right finger in the

oil that [is] in his {left} hand, and shall sprinkle of the oil
with

his finger seven times before the LORD:

left And the priest shall pour of the oil into the
palm

of his own {left} hand:

left And the priest shall sprinkle with his right
finger

[some] of the oil that [is] in his {left} hand seven times before

the LORD:

left And upon them that are {left} [alive] of you I
will

send a faintness into their hearts in the lands of their enemies;

and the sound of a shaken leaf shall chase them; and they shall

flee, as fleeing from a sword; and they shall fall when

none pursueth.

left And they that are {left} of you shall pine away
in

their iniquity in your enemies' lands; and also in the
iniquities of

their fathers shall they pine away with them.

left The land also shall be {left} of them, and shall

enjoy her sabbaths, while she lieth desolate without them: and
they

shall accept of the punishment of their iniquity: because, even

because they despised my judgments, and because their sou

l abhorred my statutes.

left Let us pass, I pray thee, through thy country:
we

will not pass through the fields, or through the vineyards,
neither

will we drink [of] the water of the wells: we will go by the
king's

[high] way, we will not turn to the right hand nor t

o the {left}, until we have passed thy borders.

left So they smote him, and his sons, and all his

people, until there was none {left} him alive: and they possessed

his land.

left And the angel of the LORD went further, and
stood

in a narrow place, where [was] no way to turn either to the right

hand or to the {left}.

left For the LORD had said of them, They shall surely

die in the wilderness. And there was not {left} a man of them,
save

Caleb the son of Jephunneh, and Joshua the son of Nun.

left Let me pass through thy land: I will go along by
the

high way, I will neither turn unto the right hand nor to the
{left}.

left And we took all his cities at that time, and
utterly

destroyed the men, and the women, and the little ones, of every

city, we {left} none to remain:

left So the LORD our God delivered into our hands Og
also,

the king of Bashan, and all his people: and we smote him until
none

was {left} to him remaining.

left And the LORD shall scatter you among the nations,

and ye shall be {left} few in number among the heathen, whither
the

LORD shall lead you.

left Ye shall observe to do therefore as the LORD your

hand or

to the {left}.

left Moreover the LORD thy God will send the hornet
among

them, until they that are {left}, and hide themselves from thee,
be

destroyed.

left According to the sentence of the law which they

shall teach thee, and according to the judgment which they shall

tell thee, thou shalt do: thou shalt not decline from the
sentence

which they shall show thee, [to] the right hand, nor [to]

the {left}.

left That his heart be not lifted up above his
brethren,

in his kingdom, he, and his children, in the midst of

Israel.

left And thou shalt not go aside from any of the
words

which I command thee this day, [to] the right hand, or [to] the

{left}, to go after other gods to serve them.

gone,

and [there is] none shut up, or {left}.

[to]

the {left}, that thou mayest prosper whithersoever thou go

est.

erly, and all the souls that [were] therein.

left And he took it, and the king thereof, and all
the

cities thereof; and they smote them with the edge of the sword,
and

none

remaining: as he had done to Hebron, so he did to De

to

her king.

breathed, as the LORD God of Israel commanded.

left And the LORD delivered them into the hand of

left Ye have not {left} your brethren these many days

unto this day, but have kept the charge of the commandment of the

LORD your God.

left Be ye therefore very courageous to keep and to do

all that is written in the book of the law of Moses, that ye turn

not aside therefrom [to] the right hand or [to] the {left};

before

them of the nations which Joshua {left} when he died:

left Therefore the LORD {left} those nations, without

driving them out hastily; neither delivered he them into the
hand of

Joshua.

mightest see the battle.

left <1SA25 -34> For in very deed, [as] the LORD God of Israel

thine

handmaid, and they said, Deliver him that smote his brother,
that we

[neither]

name nor remainder upon the earth.

left <2SA14 -19> And the king said, [Is not] the hand of Joab
with

the hands of all that [are] with thee be strong.

left <2SA17 -12> So shall we come upon him in some place where he

shall be found, and we will light upon him as the dew falleth on

left <2SA20 -3> And David came to his house at Jerusalem; and the

and the lamps, and the tongs [of] gold,

[were]

not of the children of Israel,

land, whom the children of Israel also were not able utterly to

destroy, upon those did Solomon levy a tribute of bondservice
unto

this day.

left <1KI14 -10> Therefore, behold, I will bring evil upon the
house

of Jeroboam, and will cut off from Jeroboam him that pisseth
against

will

take away the remnant of the house of Jeroboam, as

a man taketh away dung, till it be all gone.

left <1KI15 -18> Then Asa took all the silver and the gold [that

were] {left} in the treasures of the house of the LORD, and the

[thereof],

that he {left} off building of Ramah, and dwelt in Tirzah.

left <1KI15 -29> And it came to pass, when he reigned, [that] he

smote all the house of Jeroboam; he {left} not to Jeroboam any

of

the LORD, which he spake by his servant Ahijah the Shil

onite:

left <1KI16 -11> And it came to pass, when he began to reign, as

neither

of his kinsfolks, nor of his friends.

left <1KI19 -10> And he said, I have been very jealous for the
LORD

thrown down thine altars, and slain thy prophets with the sword;
and

I, [even] I only, am {left}; and they seek my lif

e, to take it away.

left <1KI19 -14> And he said, I have been very jealous for the

[that

were] {left}. And Benhadad fled, and came into the city, into an

inner chamber.

left <1KI21 -21> Behold, I will bring evil upon thee, and will
take

away thy posterity, and will cut off from Ahab him that pisseth

against the wall, and him that is shut up and {left} in Israel,

left <1KI22 -19> And he said, Hear thou therefore the word of the

LORD: I saw the LORD sitting on his throne, and all the host of

heaven standing by him on his right hand and on his {left}.

left <2KI3 -25> And they beat down the cities, and on every good

piece of land cast every man his stone, and filled it; and they

stopped all the wells of water, and felled all the good trees:
only

in Kirharaseth {left} they the stones thereof; howbeit the

slingers went about [it], and smote it.

left <2KI4 -44> So he set [it] before them, and they did eat, and

{left} [thereof], according to the word of the LORD.

left <2KI7 -7> Wherefore they arose and fled in the twilight, and

{left} their tents, and their horses, and their asses, even the
camp

as it [was], and fled for their life.

left <2KI7 -13> And one of his servants answered and said, Let

[some] take, I pray thee, five of the horses that remain, which
are

left in the city, (behold, they [are] as all the multitude of
Israel

that are {left} in it: behold, [I say], they [are] even

as all the multitude of the Israelites that are consumed:) and
let

us send and see.

left <2KI7 -13> And one of his servants answered and said, Let

[some] take, I pray thee, five of the horses that remain, which
are

{left} in the city, (behold, they [are] as all the multitude of

Israel that are left in it: behold, [I say], they [are] even

as all the multitude of the Israelites that are consumed:) and
let

us send and see.

left <2KI8 -6> And when the king asked the woman, she told him.
So

the king appointed unto her a certain officer, saying, Restore
all

that [was] hers, and all the fruits of the field since the day
that

she {left} the land, even until now.

left <2KI9 -8> For the whole house of Ahab shall perish: and I
will

cut off from Ahab him that pisseth against the wall, and him
that is

shut up and {left} in Israel:

left <2KI10 -11> So Jehu slew all that remained of the house of
Ahab

in Jezreel, and all his great men, and his kinsfolks, and his

priests, until he {left} him none remaining.

left <2KI10 -14> And he said, Take them alive. And they took them

alive, and slew them at the pit of the shearing house, [even] two

and forty men; neither {left} he any of them.

left <2KI10 -21> And Jehu sent through all Israel: and all the

worshippers of Baal came, so that there was not a man {left} that

came not. And they came into the house of Baal; and the house of

Baal was full from one end to another.

left <2KI11 -11> And the guard stood, every man with his weapons
in

his hand, round about the king, from the right corner of the
temple

to the {left} corner of the temple, [along] by the altar and the

temple.

left <2KI14 -26> For the LORD saw the affliction of Israel,
[that it

was] very bitter: for [there was] not any shut up, nor any
{left},

nor any helper for Israel.

left <2KI17 -16> And they {left} all the commandments of the LORD

their God, and made them molten images, [even] two calves, and
made

a grove, and worshipped all the host of heaven, and served Baal.

left <2KI17 -18> Therefore the LORD was very angry with Israel,
and

removed them out of his sight: there was none {left} but the
tribe

of Judah only.

left <2KI19 -4> It may be the LORD thy God will hear all the
words

of Rabshakeh, whom the king of Assyria his master hath sent to

reproach the living God; and will reprove the words which the
LORD

thy God hath heard: wherefore lift up [thy] prayer for the

remnant that are {left}.

left <2KI20 -17> Behold, the days come, that all that [is] in
thine

house, and that which thy fathers have laid up in store unto this

day, shall be carried into Babylon: nothing shall be {left},
saith

the LORD.

left <2KI22 -2> And he did [that which was] right in the sight of

the LORD, and walked in all the way of David his father, and
turned

not aside to the right hand or to the {left}.

left <2KI23 -8> And he brought all the priests out of the cities
of

Judah, and defiled the high places where the priests had burned

incense, from Geba to Beersheba, and brake down the high places
of

the gates that [were] in the entering in of the gate of

Joshua the governor of the city, which [were] on a man's {left}
hand

at the gate of the city.

left <2KI25 -11> Now the rest of the people [that were] {left} in

the city, and the fugitives that fell away to the king of
Babylon,

with the remnant of the multitude, did Nebuzaradan the captain of

the guard carry away.

left <2KI25 -12> But the captain of the guard {left} of the poor
of

the land [to be] vinedressers and husbandmen.

left <2KI25 -22> And [as for] the people that remained in the
land

of Judah, whom Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon had {left}, even
over

them he made Gedaliah the son of Ahikam, the son of Shaphan,
ruler.

left <1CH6 -44> And their brethren the sons of Merari [stood] on
the

{left} hand: Ethan the son of Kishi, the son of Abdi, the son of

Malluch,

left <1CH6 -61> And unto the sons of Kohath, [which were] {left}
of

the family of that tribe, [were cities given] out of the half
tribe,

[namely, out of] the half [tribe] of Manasseh, by lot, ten
cities.

left <1CH12 -2> They were] armed with bows, and could use both
the

right hand and the {left} in [hurling] stones and [shooting]
arrows

out of a bow, [even] of Saul's brethren of Benjamin.

left <1CH13 -2> And David said unto all the congregation of
Israel,

If [it seem] good unto you, and [that it be] of the LORD our God,

let us send abroad unto our brethren every where, [that are]
{left}

in all the land of Israel, and with them [also] to th

e priests and Levites [which are] in their cities [and] suburbs,

that they may gather themselves unto us:

left <1CH14 -12> And when they had {left} their gods there, David

gave a commandment, and they were burned with fire.

left <1CH16 -37> So he {left} there before the ark of the
covenant

of the LORD Asaph and his brethren, to minister before the ark

continually, as every day's work required:

left <2CH3 -17> And he reared up the pillars before the temple,
one

on the right hand, and the other on the {left}; and called the
name

of that on the right hand Jachin, and the name of that on the
left

Boaz.

left <2CH3 -17> And he reared up the pillars before the temple,
one

on the right hand, and the other on the left; and called the
name of

that on the right hand Jachin, and the name of that on the {left}

Boaz.

left <2CH4 -6> He made also ten lavers, and put five on the right

hand, and five on the {left}, to wash in them: such things as
they

offered for the burnt offering they washed in them; but the sea

[was] for the priests to wash in.

left <2CH4 -7> And he made ten candlesticks of gold according to

their form, and set [them] in the temple, five on the right hand,

and five on the {left}.

left <2CH4 -8> He made also ten tables, and placed [them] in the

temple, five on the right side, and five on the {left}. And he
made

an hundred basins of gold.

left <2CH8 -7> As for] all the people [that were] {left} of the

Hittites, and the Amorites, and the Perizzites, and the Hivites,
and

the Jebusites, which [were] not of Israel,

left <2CH8 -8> But] of their children, who were {left} after
them in

the land, whom the children of Israel consumed not, them did
Solomon

make to pay tribute until this day.

left <2CH11 -14> For the Levites {left} their suburbs and their

possession, and came to Judah and Jerusalem: for Jeroboam and his

sons had cast them off from executing the priest's office unto
the

LORD:

left <2CH12 -5> Then came Shemaiah the prophet to Rehoboam, and
[to]

the princes of Judah, that were gathered together to Jerusalem

because of Shishak, and said unto them, Thus saith the LORD, Ye
have

forsaken me, and therefore have I also {left} you in t

he hand of Shishak.

left <2CH16 -5> And it came to pass, when Baasha heard [it],
that he

{left} off building of Ramah, and let his work cease.

left <2CH18 -18> Again he said, Therefore hear the word of the
LORD;

I saw the LORD sitting upon his throne, and all the host of
heaven

standing on his right hand and [on] his {left}.

left <2CH21 -17> And they came up into Judah, and brake into it,
and

carried away all the substance that was found in the king's
house,

and his sons also, and his wives; so that there was never a son

{left} him, save Jehoahaz, the youngest of his sons.

left <2CH23 -10> And he set all the people, every man having his

weapon in his hand, from the right side of the temple to the
{left}

side of the temple, along by the altar and the temple, by the
king

round about.

left <2CH24 -18> And they {left} the house of the LORD God of
their

fathers, and served groves and idols: and wrath came upon Judah
and

Jerusalem for this their trespass.

left <2CH24 -25> And when they were departed from him, (for they

{left} him in great diseases,) his own servants conspired against

him for the blood of the sons of Jehoiada the priest, and slew
him

on his bed, and he died: and they buried him in the city

of David, but they buried him not in the sepulchres of the kings.

left <2CH25 -12> And [other] ten thousand [{left}] alive did the

children of Judah carry away captive, and brought them unto the
top

of the rock, and cast them down from the top of the rock, that
they

all were broken in pieces.

left <2CH28 -14> So the armed men {left} the captives and the
spoil

before the princes and all the congregation.

left <2CH31 -10> And Azariah the chief priest of the house of
Zadok

answered him, and said, Since [the people] began to bring the

offerings into the house of the LORD, we have had enough to eat,
and

have {left} plenty: for the LORD hath blessed his people

; and that which is left [is] this great store.

left <2CH31 -10> And Azariah the chief priest of the house of
Zadok

answered him, and said, Since [the people] began to bring the

offerings into the house of the LORD, we have had enough to eat,
and

have left plenty: for the LORD hath blessed his people;

and that which is {left} [is] this great store.

left <2CH32 -31> Howbeit in [the business of] the ambassadors of
the

princes of Babylon, who sent unto him to inquire of the wonder
that

was [done] in the land, God {left} him, to try him, that he might

know all [that was] in his heart.

left <2CH34 -2> And he did [that which was] right in the sight of

the LORD, and walked in the ways of David his father, and
declined

[neither] to the right hand, nor to the {left}.

left <2CH34 -21> Go, inquire of the LORD for me, and for them
that

are {left} in Israel and in Judah, concerning the words of the
book

that is found: for great [is] the wrath of the LORD that is
poured

out upon us, because our fathers have not kept the wo

rd of the LORD, to do after all that is written in this book.

left That Hanani, one of my brethren, came, he and

[certain] men of Judah; and I asked them concerning the Jews that

had escaped, which were {left} of the captivity, and concerning

Jerusalem.

left And they said unto me, The remnant that are
{left} of

the captivity there in the province [are] in great affliction and

reproach: the wall of Jerusalem also [is] broken down, and the
gates

thereof are burned with fire.

left Now it came to pass, when Sanballat, and Tobiah,
and

Geshem the Arabian, and the rest of our enemies, heard that I had

builded the wall, and [that] there was no breach {left} therein;

(though at that time I had not set up the doors upon the

gates;)

left And Ezra the scribe stood upon a pulpit of wood,

which they had made for the purpose; and beside him stood

Mattithiah, and Shema, and Anaiah, and Urijah, and Hilkiah, and

Maaseiah, on his right hand; and on his {left} hand, Pedaiah, and

Mis

hael, and Malchiah, and Hashum, and Hashbadana, Zechariah, [and]

Meshullam.

left There shall none of his meat be {left};
therefore

shall no man look for his goods.

left All darkness [shall be] hid in his secret
places: a

fire not blown shall consume him; it shall go ill with him that
is

{left} in his tabernacle.

left On the {left} hand, where he doth work, but I
cannot

behold [him]: he hideth himself on the right hand, that I cannot
see

[him]:

left They were amazed, they answered no more: they

{left} off speaking.

left The words of his mouth [are] iniquity and deceit:
he

hath {left} off to be wise, [and] to do good.

left And the waters covered their enemies: there was

not one of them {left}.

left Length of days [is] in her right hand; [and] in
her

{left} hand riches and honour.

left Turn not to the right hand nor to the {left}:
remove

thy foot from evil.

left The rod and reproof give wisdom: but a child
{left}

[to himself] bringeth his mother to shame.

left A wise man's heart [is] at his right hand; but a

fool's heart at his {left}.

left His {left} hand [is] under my head, and his right

hand doth embrace me.

left His {left} hand [should be] under my head, and his

right hand should embrace me.

left And the daughter of Zion is {left} as a cottage
in a

vineyard, as a lodge in a garden of cucumbers, as a besieged
city.

left Except the LORD of hosts had {left} unto us a very

small remnant, we should have been as Sodom, [and] we should have

been like unto Gomorrah.

left And it shall come to pass, [that he that is]
{left}

in Zion, and [he that] remaineth in Jerusalem, shall be called
holy,

[even] every one that is written among the living in Jerusalem:

left And it shall come to pass, for the abundance of
milk

[that] they shall give he shall eat butter: for butter and honey

shall every one eat that is {left} in the land.

left And he shall snatch on the right hand, and be

hungry; and he shall eat on the {left} hand, and they shall not
be

satisfied: they shall eat every man the flesh of his own arm:

left And my hand hath found as a nest the riches of
the

people: and as one gathereth eggs [that are] {left}, have I
gathered

all the earth; and there was none that moved the wing, or opened
the

mouth, or peeped.

left And it shall come to pass in that day, [that]
the

Lord shall set his hand again the second time to recover the
remnant

of his people, which shall be {left}, from Assyria, and from
Egypt,

and from Pathros, and from Cush, and from Elam, and

from Shinar, and from Hamath, and from the islands of the sea.

left And there shall be an highway for the remnant of

his people, which shall be {left}, from Assyria; like as it was
to

Israel in the day that he came up out of the land of Egypt.

left Yet gleaning grapes shall be {left} in it, as the

shaking of an olive tree, two [or] three berries in the top of
the

uppermost bough, four [or] five in the outmost fruitful branches

thereof, saith the LORD God of Israel.

left In that day shall his strong cities be as a
forsaken

bough, and an uppermost branch, which they {left} because of the

children of Israel: and there shall be desolation.

left They shall be {left} together unto the fowls of
the

mountains, and to the beasts of the earth: and the fowls shall

summer upon them, and all the beasts of the earth shall winter
upon

them.

left Therefore hath the curse devoured the earth, and

they that dwell therein are desolate: therefore the inhabitants
of

the earth are burned, and few men {left}.

left In the city is {left} desolation, and the gate
is

smitten with destruction.

left Yet the defenced city [shall be] desolate, [and]

the habitation forsaken, and {left} like a wilderness: there
shall

the calf feed, and there shall he lie down, and consume the
branches

thereof.

left One thousand [shall flee] at the rebuke of one;
at

the rebuke of five shall ye flee: till ye be {left} as a beacon
upon

the top of a mountain, and as an ensign on an hill.

left And thine ears shall hear a word behind thee,

saying, This [is] the way, walk ye in it, when ye turn to the
right

hand, and when ye turn to the {left}.

left Because the palaces shall be forsaken; the

multitude of the city shall be {left}; the forts and towers
shall be

for dens for ever, a joy of wild asses, a pasture of flocks;

left It may be the LORD thy God will hear the words of

Rabshakeh, whom the king of Assyria his master hath sent to
reproach

the living God, and will reprove the words which the LORD thy God

hath heard: wherefore lift up [thy] prayer for the rem

nant that is {left}.

left Behold, the days come, that all that [is] in
thine

house, and [that] which thy fathers have laid up in store until
this

day, shall be carried to Babylon: nothing shall be {left}, saith
the

LORD.

left Then shalt thou say in thine heart, Who hath

begotten me these, seeing I have lost my children, and am
desolate,

a captive, and removing to and fro? and who hath brought up
these?

Behold, I was {left} alone; these, where [had] they [been]

?

left For thou shalt break forth on the right hand and
on

the {left}; and thy seed shall inherit the Gentiles, and make the

desolate cities to be inhabited.

left I have forsaken mine house, I have {left} mine

heritage; I have given the dearly beloved of my soul into the
hand

of her enemies.

left And afterward, saith the LORD, I will deliver

Zedekiah king of Judah, and his servants, and the people, and
such

as are {left} in this city from the pestilence, from the sword,
and

from the famine, into the hand of Nebuchadrezzar king of B

abylon, and into the hand of their enemies, and into the hand of

those that seek their life: and he shall smite them with the
edge of

the sword; he shall not spare them, neither have pity, nor have

mercy.

left But if they [be] prophets, and if the word of
the

LORD be with them, let them now make intercession to the LORD of

hosts, that the vessels which are {left} in the house of the
LORD,

and [in] the house of the king of Judah, and at Jerusale

m, go not to Babylon.

left Thus saith the LORD, The people [which were]
{left}

of the sword found grace in the wilderness; [even] Israel, when I

went to cause him to rest.

left When the king of Babylon's army fought against

Jerusalem, and against all the cities of Judah that were {left},

against Lachish, and against Azekah: for these defenced cities

remained of the cities of Judah.

left And, behold, all the women that are {left} in
the

king of Judah's house [shall be] brought forth to the king of

Babylon's princes, and those [women] shall say, Thy friends have
set

thee on, and have prevailed against thee: thy feet are su

nk in the mire, [and] they are turned away back.

left Then came all the princes unto Jeremiah, and
asked

him: and he told them according to all these words that the king
had

commanded. So they {left} off speaking with him; for the matter
was

not perceived.

left But Nebuzaradan the captain of the guard {left}
of

the poor of the people, which had nothing, in the land of Judah,
and

gave them vineyards and fields at the same time.

left Then went Jeremiah unto Gedaliah the son of
Ahikam

to Mizpah; and dwelt with him among the people that were {left}
in

the land.

left Likewise when all the Jews that [were] in Moab,
and

among the Ammonites, and in Edom, and that [were] in all the

countries, heard that the king of Babylon had {left} a remnant of

Judah, and that he had set over them Gedaliah the son of Ah

ikam the son of Shaphan;

left And said unto Jeremiah the prophet, Let, we
beseech

thee, our supplication be accepted before thee, and pray for us
unto

the LORD thy God, [even] for all this remnant; (for we are {left}

[but] a few of many, as thine eyes do behold us:)

left Even] men, and women, and children, and the
king's

daughters, and every person that Nebuzaradan the captain of the

guard had {left} with Gedaliah the son of Ahikam the son of
Shaphan,

and Jeremiah the prophet, and Baruch the son of Neriah.

left But since we {left} off to burn incense to the

queen of heaven, and to pour out drink offerings unto her, we
have

wanted all [things], and have been consumed by the sword and by
the

famine.

left How is the city of praise not {left}, the city
of

my joy!

left Come against her from the utmost border, open
her

storehouses: cast her up as heaps, and destroy her utterly: let

nothing of her be {left}.

left But Nebuzaradan the captain of the guard {left}

[certain] of the poor of the land for vinedressers and for

husbandmen.

left As for the likeness of their faces, they four had

the face of a man, and the face of a lion, on the right side: and

they four had the face of an ox on the {left} side; they four
also

had the face of an eagle.

left Lie thou also upon thy {left} side, and lay the

iniquity of the house of Israel upon it: [according] to the
number

of the days that thou shalt lie upon it thou shalt bear their

iniquity.

left And it came to pass, while they were slaying them,

and I was {left}, that I fell upon my face, and cried, and said,
Ah

Lord GOD! wilt thou destroy all the residue of Israel in thy
pouring

out of thy fury upon Jerusalem?

left Yet, behold, therein shall be {left} a remnant
that

shall be brought forth, [both] sons and daughters: behold, they

shall come forth unto you, and ye shall see their way and their

doings: and ye shall be comforted concerning the evil that

I have brought upon Jerusalem, [even] concerning all that I have

brought upon it.

left And thine elder sister [is] Samaria, she and her

daughters that dwell at thy {left} hand: and thy younger sister,

that dwelleth at thy right hand, [is] Sodom and her daughters.

left Go thee one way or other, [either] on the right

hand, [or] on the {left}, whithersoever thy face [is] set.

left Neither {left} she her whoredoms [brought] from

Egypt: for in her youth they lay with her, and they bruised the

breasts of her virginity, and poured their whoredom upon her.

left Speak unto the house of Israel, Thus saith the
Lord

GOD; Behold, I will profane my sanctuary, the excellency of your

strength, the desire of your eyes, and that which your soul
pitieth;

and your sons and your daughters whom ye have {left}

shall fall by the sword.

left And strangers, the terrible of the nations, have

cut him off, and have left him: upon the mountains and in all the

valleys his branches are fallen, and his boughs are broken by all

the rivers of the land; and all the people of the earth a

re gone down from his shadow, and have {left} him.

left And strangers, the terrible of the nations, have

cut him off, and have {left} him: upon the mountains and in all
the

valleys his branches are fallen, and his boughs are broken by all

the rivers of the land; and all the people of the earth

are gone down from his shadow, and have left him.

left Then the heathen that are {left} round about you

shall know that I the LORD build the ruined [places, and] plant
that

that was desolate: I the LORD have spoken [it], and I will do
[it].

left And I will smite thy bow out of thy {left} hand,
and

will cause thine arrows to fall out of thy right hand.

left Then shall they know that I [am] the LORD their

God, which caused them to be led into captivity among the
heathen:

but I have gathered them unto their own land, and have {left}
none

of them any more there.

left The thickness of the wall, which [was] for the
side

chamber without, [was] five cubits: and [that] which [was] {left}

[was] the place of the side chambers that [were] within.

left And the doors of the side chambers [were] toward

[the place that was] left, one door toward the north, and another

door toward the south: and the breadth of the place that was
{left}

[was] five cubits round about.

left And the doors of the side chambers [were] toward

[the place that was] {left}, one door toward the north, and
another

door toward the south: and the breadth of the place that was left

[was] five cubits round about.

left And the five thousand, that are {left} in the

breadth over against the five and twenty thousand, shall be a

profane [place] for the city, for dwelling, and for suburbs: and
the

city shall be in the midst thereof.

left And in the days of these kings shall the God of

heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed: and the

kingdom shall not be {left} to other people, [but] it shall
break in

pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand

for ever.

left Therefore I was {left} alone, and saw this great

vision, and there remained no strength in me: for my comeliness
was

turned in me into corruption, and I retained no strength.

left For how can the servant of this my lord talk
with

this my lord? for as for me, straightway there remained no
strength

in me, neither is there breath {left} in me.

left And I heard the man clothed in linen, which [was]

upon the waters of the river, when he held up his right hand and
his

{left} hand unto heaven, and sware by him that liveth for ever
that

[it shall be] for a time, times, and an half; and wh

en he shall have accomplished to scatter the power of the holy

people, all these [things] shall be finished.

left For they shall eat, and not have enough: they
shall

commit whoredom, and shall not increase: because they have {left}

off to take heed to the LORD.

left Though they bring up their children, yet will I

bereave them, [that there shall] not [be] a man [{left}]: yea,
woe

also to them when I depart from them!

left That which the palmerworm hath left hath the
locust

eaten; and that which the locust hath left hath the cankerworm

eaten; and that which the cankerworm hath {left} hath the

caterpillar eaten.

left That which the palmerworm hath {left} hath the
locust

eaten; and that which the locust hath left hath the cankerworm

eaten; and that which the cankerworm hath left hath the
caterpillar

eaten.

left That which the palmerworm hath left hath the
locust

eaten; and that which the locust hath {left} hath the cankerworm

eaten; and that which the cankerworm hath left hath the
caterpillar

eaten.

left And should not I spare Nineveh, that great city,

wherein are more than sixscore thousand persons that cannot
discern

between their right hand and their {left} hand; and [also] much

cattle?

left Who [is] {left} among you that saw this house in
her

first glory? and how do ye see it now? [is it] not in your eyes
in

comparison of it as nothing?

left And two olive trees by it, one upon the right
[side]

of the bowl, and the other upon the {left} [side] thereof.

left Then answered I, and said unto him, What [are]
these

two olive trees upon the right [side] of the candlestick and upon

the {left} [side] thereof?

left In that day will I make the governors of Judah
like

an hearth of fire among the wood, and like a torch of fire in a

sheaf; and they shall devour all the people round about, on the

right hand and on the {left}: and Jerusalem shall be inhabi

ted again in her own place, [even] in Jerusalem.

left And it shall come to pass, [that] in all the
land,

saith the LORD, two parts therein shall be cut off [and] die; but

the third shall be {left} therein.

left And it shall come to pass, [that] every one
that is

{left} of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall
even go

up from year to year to worship the King, the LORD of hosts, and
