lebanon Turn you, and take your journey, and go to the

mount of the Amorites, and unto all [the places] nigh thereunto,
in

the plain, in the hills, and in the vale, and in the south, and
by

the sea side, to the land of the Canaanites, and unto {

Lebanon}, unto the great river, the river Euphrates.

lebanon I pray thee, let me go over, and see the good

land that [is] beyond Jordan, that goodly mountain, and
{Lebanon}.

lebanon Every place whereon the soles of your feet
shall

tread shall be yours: from the wilderness and {Lebanon}, from the

river, the river Euphrates, even unto the uttermost sea shall
your

coast be.

lebanon From the wilderness and this {Lebanon} even
unto

the great river, the river Euphrates, all the land of the
Hittites,

and unto the great sea toward the going down of the sun, shall be

your coast.

lebanon And it came to pass, when all the kings which

[were] on this side Jordan, in the hills, and in the valleys,
and in

all the coasts of the great sea over against {Lebanon}, the
Hittite,

and the Amorite, the Canaanite, the Perizzite, the Hi

vite, and the Jebusite, heard [thereof];

lebanon Even] from the mount Halak, that goeth up to

Seir, even unto Baalgad in the valley of {Lebanon} under mount

Hermon: and all their kings he took, and smote them, and slew
them.

lebanon And these [are] the kings of the country which

Joshua and the children of Israel smote on this side Jordan on
the

west, from Baalgad in the valley of {Lebanon} even unto the mount

Halak, that goeth up to Seir; which Joshua gave unto the

tribes of Israel [for] a possession according to their
divisions;

l

ebanon And the land of the Giblites, and all
{Lebanon},

toward the sunrising, from Baalgad under mount Hermon unto the

entering into Hamath.

lebanon All the inhabitants of the hill country from

{Lebanon} unto Misrephothmaim, [and] all the Sidonians, them
will I

drive out from before the children of Israel: only divide thou
it by

lot unto the Israelites for an inheritance, as I have

commanded thee.

lebanon [Namely], five lords of the Philistines, and
all

the Canaanites, and the Sidonians, and the Hivites that dwelt in

mount {Lebanon}, from mount Baalhermon unto the entering in of

Hamath.

lebanon And the bramble said unto the trees, If in
truth

ye anoint me king over you, [then] come [and] put your trust in
my

shadow: and if not, let fire come out of the bramble, and devour
the

cedars of {Lebanon}.

lebanon <1KI4 -33> And he spake of trees, from the cedar tree
that

[is] in {Lebanon} even unto the hyssop that springeth out of the

wall: he spake also of beasts, and of fowl, and of creeping
things,

and of fishes.

lebanon <1KI5 -6> Now therefore command thou that they hew me
cedar

trees out of {Lebanon}; and my servants shall be with thy
servants:

and unto thee will I give hire for thy servants according to all

that thou shalt appoint: for thou knowest that [there

is] not among us any that can skill to hew timber like unto the

Sidonians.

lebanon <1KI5 -9> My servants shall bring [them] down from
{Lebanon}

unto the sea: and I will convey them by sea in floats unto the
place

that thou shalt appoint me, and will cause them to be discharged

there, and thou shalt receive [them]: and thou shalt

accomplish my desire, in giving food for my household.

l

ebanon <1KI5 -14> And he sent them to Lebanon, ten thousand a
month

by courses: a month they were in {Lebanon}, [and] two months at

home: and Adoniram [was] over the levy.

lebanon <1KI5 -14> And he sent them to {Lebanon}, ten thousand a

month by courses: a month they were in Lebanon, [and] two months
at

home: and Adoniram [was] over the levy.

lebanon <1KI7 -2> He built also the house of the forest of

{Lebanon}; the length thereof [was] an hundred cubits, and the

breadth thereof fifty cubits, and the height thereof thirty
cubits,

upon four rows of cedar pillars, with cedar beams upon the pillar

s.

lebanon <1KI9 -19> And all the cities of store that Solomon had,
and

cities for his chariots, and cities for his horsemen, and that
which

Solomon desired to build in Jerusalem, and in {Lebanon}, and in
all

the land of his dominion.

lebanon <1KI10 -17> And [he made] three hundred shields [of]
beaten

gold; three pound of gold went to one shield: and the king put
them

in the house of the forest of {Lebanon}.

lebanon <1KI10 -21> And all king Solomon's drinking vessels [were

of] gold, and all the vessels of the house of the forest of

{Lebanon} [were of] pure gold; none [were of] silver: it was
nothing

accounted of in the days of Solomon.

lebanon <2KI14 -9> And Jehoash the king of Israel sent to Amaziah

king of Judah, saying, The thistle that [was] in Lebanon sent to
the

cedar that [was] in Lebanon, saying, Give thy daughter to my son
to

wife: and there passed by a wild beast that [was] in

{Lebanon}, and trode down the thistle.

l

ebanon <2KI14 -9> And Jehoash the king of Israel sent to Amaziah

king of Judah, saying, The thistle that [was] in Lebanon sent to
the

cedar that [was] in {Lebanon}, saying, Give thy daughter to my
son

to wife: and there passed by a wild beast that [was]

in Lebanon, and trode down the thistle.

lebanon <2KI14 -9> And Jehoash the king of Israel sent to Amaziah

king of Judah, saying, The thistle that [was] in {Lebanon} sent
to

the cedar that [was] in Lebanon, saying, Give thy daughter to my
son

to wife: and there passed by a wild beast that [was]

in Lebanon, and trode down the thistle.

lebanon <2KI19 -23> By thy messengers thou hast reproached the
Lord,

and hast said, With the multitude of my chariots I am come up to
the

height of the mountains, to the sides of {Lebanon}, and will cut

down the tall cedar trees thereof, [and] the choice

fir trees thereof: and I will enter into the lodgings of his

borders, [and into] the forest of his Carmel.

lebanon <2CH2 -8> Send me also cedar trees, fir trees, and algum

trees, out of {Lebanon}: for I know that thy servants can skill
to

cut timber in Lebanon; and, behold, my servants [shall be] with
thy

servants,

lebanon <2CH2 -8> Send me also cedar trees, fir trees, and algum

trees, out of Lebanon: for I know that thy servants can skill to
cut

timber in {Lebanon}; and, behold, my servants [shall be] with thy

servants,

lebanon <2CH2 -16> And we will cut wood out of {Lebanon}, as
much as

thou shalt need: and we will bring it to thee in floats by sea to

Joppa; and thou shalt carry it up to Jerusalem.

lebanon <2CH8 -6> And Baalath, and all the store cities that
Solomon

had, and all the chariot cities, and the cities of the horsemen,
and

all that Solomon desired to build in Jerusalem, and in {Lebanon},

and throughout all the land of his dominion.

lebanon <2CH9 -16> And three hundred shields [made he of] beaten

gold: three hundred [shekels] of gold went to one shield. And the

king put them in the house of the forest of {Lebanon}.

lebanon <2CH9 -20> And all the drinking vessels of king Solomon

[were of] gold, and all the vessels of the house of the forest of

{Lebanon} [were of] pure gold: none [were of] silver; it was
[not]

any thing accounted of in the days of Solomon.

lebanon <2CH25 -18> And Joash king of Israel sent to Amaziah
king of

Judah, saying, The thistle that [was] in Lebanon sent to the
cedar

that [was] in {Lebanon}, saying, Give thy daughter to my son to

wife: and there passed by a wild beast that [was] in Le

banon, and trode down the thistle.

lebanon <2CH25 -18> And Joash king of Israel sent to Amaziah
king of

Judah, saying, The thistle that [was] in {Lebanon} sent to the
cedar

that [was] in Lebanon, saying, Give thy daughter to my son to
wife:

and there passed by a wild beast that [was] in Le

banon, and trode down the thistle.

lebanon <2CH25 -18> And Joash king of Israel sent to Amaziah
king of

Judah, saying, The thistle that [was] in Lebanon sent to the
cedar

that [was] in Lebanon, saying, Give thy daughter to my son to
wife:

and there passed by a wild beast that [was] in {Leb

anon}, and trode down the thistle.

lebanon They gave money also unto the masons, and to
the

carpenters; and meat, and drink, and oil, unto them of Zidon,
and to

them of Tyre, to bring cedar trees from {Lebanon} to the sea of

Joppa, according to the grant that they had of Cyrus ki

ng of Persia.

lebanon The voice of the LORD breaketh the cedars;
yea,

the LORD breaketh the cedars of {Lebanon}.

lebanon He maketh them also to skip like a calf;

{Lebanon} and Sirion like a young unicorn.

lebanon There shall be an handful of corn in the
earth

upon the top of the mountains; the fruit thereof shall shake like

{Lebanon}: and [they] of the city shall flourish like grass of
the

earth.

lebanon The righteous shall flourish like the palm
tree:

he shall grow like a cedar in {Lebanon}.

lebanon The trees of the LORD are full [of sap]; the

cedars of {Lebanon}, which he hath planted;

lebanon King Solomon made himself a chariot of the
wood of

{Lebanon}.

lebanon Come with me from {Lebanon}, [my] spouse, with
me

from Lebanon: look from the top of Amana, from the top of Shenir
and

Hermon, from the lions' dens, from the mountains of the leopards.

lebanon Come with me from Lebanon, [my] spouse, with me

from {Lebanon}: look from the top of Amana, from the top of
Shenir

and Hermon, from the lions' dens, from the mountains of the

leopards.

lebanon Thy lips, O [my] spouse, drop [as] the
honeycomb:

honey and milk [are] under thy tongue; and the smell of thy
garments

[is] like the smell of {Lebanon}.

lebanon A fountain of gardens, a well of living
waters,

and streams from {Lebanon}.

lebanon His legs [are as] pillars of marble, set upon

sockets of fine gold: his countenance [is] as {Lebanon},
excellent

as the cedars.

lebanon Thy neck [is] as a tower of ivory; thine eyes

[like] the fishpools in Heshbon, by the gate of Bathrabbim: thy
nose

[is] as the tower of {Lebanon} which looketh toward Damascus.

lebanon And upon all the cedars of {Lebanon}, [that
are]

high and lifted up, and upon all the oaks of Bashan,

lebanon And he shall cut down the thickets of the
forest

with iron, and {Lebanon} shall fall by a mighty one.

lebanon Yea, the fir trees rejoice at thee, [and] the

cedars of {Lebanon}, [saying], Since thou art laid down, no
feller

is come up against us.

lebanon Is] it not yet a very little while, and

{Lebanon} shall be turned into a fruitful field, and the fruitful

field shall be esteemed as a forest?

lebanon The earth mourneth [and] languisheth:
{Lebanon}

is ashamed [and] hewn down: Sharon is like a wilderness; and
Bashan

and Carmel shake off [their fruits].

lebanon It shall blossom abundantly, and rejoice even

with joy and singing: the glory of {Lebanon} shall be given unto
it,

the excellency of Carmel and Sharon, they shall see the glory of
the

LORD, [and] the excellency of our God.

lebanon By thy servants hast thou reproached the
Lord,

and hast said, By the multitude of my chariots am I come up to
the

height of the mountains, to the sides of {Lebanon}; and I will
cut

down the tall cedars thereof, [and] the choice fir tre

es thereof: and I will enter into the height of his border, [and]

the forest of his Carmel.

lebanon And {Lebanon} [is] not sufficient to burn,
nor

the beasts thereof sufficient for a burnt offering.

lebanon The glory of {Lebanon} shall come unto thee,
the

fir tree, the pine tree, and the box together, to beautify the
place

of my sanctuary; and I will make the place of my feet glorious.

lebanon Will [a man] leave the snow of {Lebanon}
[which

cometh] from the rock of the field? [or] shall the cold flowing

waters that come from another place be forsaken?

lebanon For thus saith the LORD unto the king's house
of

Judah; Thou [art] Gilead unto me, [and] the head of {Lebanon}:
[yet]

surely I will make thee a wilderness, [and] cities [which] are
not

inhabited.

lebanon Go up to {Lebanon}, and cry; and lift up thy

voice in Bashan, and cry from the passages: for all thy lovers
are

destroyed.

lebanon O inhabitant of {Lebanon}, that makest thy
nest

in the cedars, how gracious shalt thou be when pangs come upon
thee,

the pain as of a woman in travail!

lebanon And say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; A great
eagle

with great wings, longwinged, full of feathers, which had divers

colours, came unto {Lebanon}, and took the highest branch of the

cedar:

lebanon They have made all thy [ship] boards of fir
trees

of Senir: they have taken cedars from {Lebanon} to make masts for

thee.

lebanon Behold, the Assyrian [was] a cedar in
{Lebanon}

with fair branches, and with a shadowing shroud, and of an high

stature; and his top was among the thick boughs.

lebanon Thus saith the Lord GOD; In the day when he
went

down to the grave I caused a mourning: I covered the deep for
him,

and I restrained the floods thereof, and the great waters were

stayed: and I caused {Lebanon} to mourn for him, and all

the trees of the field fainted for him.

l

ebanon I made the nations to shake at the sound of
his

fall, when I cast him down to hell with them that descend into
the

pit: and all the trees of Eden, the choice and best of {Lebanon},

all that drink water, shall be comforted in the nether

parts of the earth.

l

ebanon I will be as the dew unto Israel: he shall
grow as

the lily, and cast forth his roots as {Lebanon}.

lebanon His branches shall spread, and his beauty
shall

be as the olive tree, and his smell as {Lebanon}.

lebanon They that dwell under his shadow shall return;

they shall revive [as] the corn, and grow as the vine: the scent

thereof [shall be] as the wine of {Lebanon}.

lebanon He rebuketh the sea, and maketh it dry, and
drieth

up all the rivers: Bashan languisheth, and Carmel, and the
flower of

{Lebanon} languisheth.

lebanon For the violence of {Lebanon} shall cover
thee,

and the spoil of beasts, [which] made them afraid, because of
men's

blood, and for the violence of the land, of the city, and of all

that dwell therein.

lebanon I will bring them again also out of the land
of

Egypt, and gather them out of Assyria; and I will bring them into

the land of Gilead and {Lebanon}; and [place] shall not be found
for

them.

lebanon Open thy doors, O {Lebanon}, that the fire may

devour thy cedars.
