highways In the days of Shamgar the son of Anath, in
the days of Jael, the {highways} were unoccupied, and the
travellers walked through byways.

highways And the children of Benjamin went out
against the people, [and] were drawn away from the city; and
they began to smite of the people, [and] kill, as at other times,
in the {highways}, of which one goeth up to the house of God,
and the

other to Gibeah in the field, about thirty men of Israel.

highways And the children of Benjamin said, They
[are] smitten down before us, as at the first. But the children
of Israel said, Let us flee, and draw them from the city unto
the {highways}.

highways And they turned and fled toward the
wilderness unto the rock of Rimmon: and they gleaned of them in
the {highways} five thousand men; and pursued hard after them
unto Gidom, and slew two thousand men of them.

highways The {highways} lie waste, the wayfaring man
ceaseth: he hath broken the covenant, he hath despised the
cities, he regardeth no man.

highways And I will make all my mountains a way, and
my {highways} shall be exalted.

highways Therefore the LORD, the God of hosts, the
Lord, saith thus; Wailing [shall be] in all streets; and they
shall say in all the {highways}, Alas! alas! and they shall call
the husbandman to mourning, and such as are skilful of
lamentation

to wailing.

highways Go ye therefore into the {highways}, and as
many as ye shall find, bid to the marriage.

highways So those servants went out into the
{highways}, and gathered together all as many as they found,
both bad and good: and the wedding was furnished with guests.

highways And the lord said unto the servant, Go out
into the {highways} and hedges, and compel them] to come in,
that my house may be filled.
