guard And the Midianites sold him into Egypt unto

Potiphar, an officer of Pharaoh's, [and] captain of the {guard}.

guard And Joseph was brought down to Egypt; and
Potiphar,

an officer of Pharaoh, captain of the {guard}, an Egyptian,
bought

him of the hands of the Ishmeelites, which had brought him down

thither.

guard And he put them in ward in the house of the
captain

of the {guard}, into the prison, the place where Joseph [was]
bound.

guard And the captain of the {guard} charged Joseph
with

them, and he served them: and they continued a season in ward.

guard And [there was] there with us a young man, an

Hebrew, servant to the captain of the {guard}; and we told him,
and

he interpreted to us our dreams; to each man according to his
dream

he did interpret.

guard <2SA23 -23> He was more honourable than the thirty, but he

attained not to the [first] three. And David set him over his

{guard}.

guard <1KI14 -27> And king Rehoboam made in their stead brazen

shields, and committed [them] unto the hands of the chief of the

{guard}, which kept the door of the king's house.

guard <1KI14 -28> And it was [so], when the king went into the
house

of the LORD, that the guard bare them, and brought them back into

the {guard} chamber.

guard <1KI14 -28> And it was [so], when the king went into the
house

of the LORD, that the {guard} bare them, and brought them back
into

the guard chamber.

guard <2KI10 -25> And it came to pass, as soon as he had made an
end

of offering the burnt offering, that Jehu said to the {guard}
and to

the captains, Go in, [and] slay them; let none come forth. And
they

smote them with the edge of the sword; and the gu

ard and the captains cast [them] out, and went to the city of the

house of Baal.

guard <2KI10 -25> And it came to pass, as soon as he had made an

of offering the burnt offering, that Jehu said to the guard and
to

the captains, Go in, [and] slay them; let none come forth. And
they

smote them with the edge of the sword; and the {gua

rd} and the captains cast [them] out, and went to the city of the

house of Baal.

guard <2KI11 -4> And the seventh year Jehoiada sent and fetched
the

rulers over hundreds, with the captains and the {guard}, and
brought

them to him into the house of the LORD, and made a covenant with

them, and took an oath of them in the house of the LO

RD, and showed them the king's son.

guard <2KI11 -6> And a third part [shall be] at the gate of Sur;
and

a third part at the gate behind the {guard}: so shall ye keep the

watch of the house, that it be not broken down.

guard <2KI11 -11> And the {guard} stood, every man with his
weapons

in his hand, round about the king, from the right corner of the

temple to the left corner of the temple, [along] by the altar and

the temple.

guard <2KI11 -13> And when Athaliah heard the noise of the
{guard}

[and] of the people, she came to the people into the temple of
the

LORD.

guard <2KI11 -19> And he took the rulers over hundreds, and the

captains, and the {guard}, and all the people of the land; and
they

brought down the king from the house of the LORD, and came by the

way of the gate of the guard to the king's house. And he

sat on the throne of the kings.

guard <2KI11 -19> And he took the rulers over hundreds, and the

sat on the throne of the kings.

guard <2KI25 -8> And in the fifth month, on the seventh [day] of
the

month, which [is] the nineteenth year of king Nebuchadnezzar
king of

Babylon, came Nebuzaradan, captain of the {guard}, a servant of
the

king of Babylon, unto Jerusalem:

guard <2KI25 -10> And all the army of the Chaldees, that [were
with]

the captain of the {guard}, brake down the walls of Jerusalem
round

about.

guard <2KI25 -11> Now the rest of the people [that were] left in
the

city, and the fugitives that fell away to the king of Babylon,
with

the remnant of the multitude, did Nebuzaradan the captain of the

{guard} carry away.

guard <2KI25 -12> But the captain of the {guard} left of the
poor of

the land [to be] vinedressers and husbandmen.

guard <2KI25 -15> And the firepans, and the bowls, [and] such
things

as [were] of gold, [in] gold, and of silver, [in] silver, the

captain of the {guard} took away.

guard <2KI25 -18> And the captain of the {guard} took Seraiah the

chief priest, and Zephaniah the second priest, and the three
keepers

of the door:

guard <2KI25 -20> And Nebuzaradan captain of the {guard} took
these,

and brought them to the king of Babylon to Riblah:

guard <1CH11 -25> Behold, he was honourable among the thirty, but

attained not to the [first] three: and David set him over his

LORD, the guard came and fetched them, and brought them again
into

the {guard} chamber.

guard <2CH12 -11> And when the king entered into the house of the

LORD, the {guard} came and fetched them, and brought them again
into

the guard chamber.

guard Likewise at the same time said I unto the
people,

Let every one with his servant lodge within Jerusalem, that in
the

night they may be a {guard} to us, and labour on the day.

guard So neither I, nor my brethren, nor my servants,
nor

the men of the {guard} which followed me, none of us put off our

clothes, [saving that] every one put them off for washing.

guard Then Nebuzaradan the captain of the {guard}
carried

away captive into Babylon the remnant of the people that
remained in

the city, and those that fell away, that fell to him, with the

guard But Nebuzaradan the captain of the {guard}
left of

the poor of the people, which had nothing, in the land of Judah,
and

gave them vineyards and fields at the same time.

guard Now Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon gave charge

concerning Jeremiah to Nebuzaradan the captain of the {guard},

saying,

guard So Nebuzaradan the captain of the {guard} sent,

and Nebushasban, Rabsaris, and Nergalsharezer, Rabmag, and all
the

king of Babylon's princes;

guard The word that came to Jeremiah from the LORD,
after

that Nebuzaradan the captain of the {guard} had let him go from

Ramah, when he had taken him being bound in chains among all that

were carried away captive of Jerusalem and Judah, which

were carried away captive unto Babylon.

guard And the captain of the {guard} took Jeremiah,
and

said unto him, The LORD thy God hath pronounced this evil upon
this

place.

guard Now while he was not yet gone back, [he said],
Go

back also to Gedaliah the son of Ahikam the son of Shaphan, whom
the

king of Babylon hath made governor over the cities of Judah, and

dwell with him among the people: or go wheresoever it

seemeth convenient unto thee to go. So the captain of the {guard}

gave him victuals and a reward, and let him go.

guard Then Ishmael carried away captive all the
residue

of the people that [were] in Mizpah, [even] the king's daughters,

and all the people that remained in Mizpah, whom Nebuzaradan the

captain of the {guard} had committed to Gedaliah the son

of Ahikam: and Ishmael the son of Nethaniah carried them away

captive, and departed to go over to the Ammonites.

guard Even] men, and women, and children, and the
king's

daughters, and every person that Nebuzaradan the captain of the

{guard} had left with Gedaliah the son of Ahikam the son of
Shaphan,

and Jeremiah the prophet, and Baruch the son of Neriah

.

guard Now in the fifth month, in the tenth [day] of
the

month, which [was] the nineteenth year of Nebuchadrezzar king of

Babylon, came Nebuzaradan, captain of the {guard}, [which] served

the king of Babylon, into Jerusalem,

guard And all the army of the Chaldeans, that [were]

with the captain of the {guard}, brake down all the walls of

Jerusalem round about.

guard Then Nebuzaradan the captain of the {guard}

carried away captive [certain] of the poor of the people, and the

residue of the people that remained in the city, and those that
fell

away, that fell to the king of Babylon, and the rest of th

e multitude.

guard But Nebuzaradan the captain of the {guard} left

[certain] of the poor of the land for vinedressers and for

husbandmen.

guard And the basins, and the firepans, and the
bowls,

and the caldrons, and the candlesticks, and the spoons, and the

cups; [that] which [was] of gold [in] gold, and [that] which
[was]

of silver [in] silver, took the captain of the {guard} aw

ay.

guard And the captain of the {guard} took Seraiah the

chief priest, and Zephaniah the second priest, and the three
keepers

of the door:

guard So Nebuzaradan the captain of the {guard} took

them, and brought them to the king of Babylon to Riblah.

guard In the three and twentieth year of
Nebuchadrezzar

Nebuzaradan the captain of the {guard} carried away captive of
the

Jews seven hundred forty and five persons: all the persons [were]

four thousand and six hundred.

guard Be thou prepared, and prepare for thyself, thou,

and all thy company that are assembled unto thee, and be thou a

{guard} unto them.

guard Then Daniel answered with counsel and wisdom to

Arioch the captain of the king's {guard}, which was gone forth to

slay the wise [men] of Babylon:

guard And when we came to Rome, the centurion
delivered

the prisoners to the captain of the {guard}: but Paul was
suffered

to dwell by himself with a soldier that kept him.
