grown Then said Judah to Tamar his daughter in law,
Remain a widow at thy father's house, till Shelah my son be
{grown}:
for he said, Lest peradventure he die also, as his brethren
[did].
And Tamar went and dwelt in her father's house.
grown And she put her widow's garments off from her,
and
covered her with a veil, and wrapped herself, and sat in an open
place, which [is] by the way to Timnath; for she saw that Shelah
was
{grown}, and she was not given unto him to wife.
grown And it came to pass in those days, when Moses
was
{grown}, that he went out unto his brethren, and looked on their
burdens: and he spied an Egyptian smiting an Hebrew, one of his
brethren.
grown But the wheat and the rie were not smitten: for
they [were] not {grown} up.
grown But if the scall be in his sight at a stay, and
[that] there is black hair {grown} up therein; the scall is
healed,
he [is] clean: and the priest shall pronounce him clean.
grown But Jeshurun waxed fat, and kicked: thou art
waxen
fat, thou art {grown} thick, thou art covered [with fatness];
then
he forsook God [which] made him, and lightly esteemed the Rock of
his salvation.
grown Would ye tarry for them till they were {grown}?
would ye stay for them from having husbands? nay, my daughters;
for
it grieveth me much for your sakes that the hand of the LORD is
gone
out against me.
grown <2SA10 -5> When they told [it] unto David, he sent to meet
them, because the men were greatly ashamed: and the king said,
Tarry
at Jericho until your beards be {grown}, and [then] return.
grown <1KI12 -8> But he forsook the counsel of the old men, which
they had given him, and consulted with the young men that were
{grown} up with him, [and] which stood before him:
grown <1KI12 -10> And the young men that were {grown} up with him
spake unto him, saying, Thus shalt thou speak unto this people
that
spake unto thee, saying, Thy father made our yoke heavy, but make
thou [it] lighter unto us; thus shalt thou say unto the
m, My little [finger] shall be thicker than my father's loins.
grown <2KI4 -18> And when the child was {grown}, it fell on a
day,
that he went out to his father to the reapers.
grown <2KI19 -26> Therefore their inhabitants were of small
power,
they were dismayed and confounded; they were [as] the grass of
the
field, and [as] the green herb, [as] the grass on the house tops,
and [as corn] blasted before it be {grown} up.
grown <1CH19 -5> Then there went [certain], and told David how
the
men were served. And he sent to meet them: for the men were
greatly
ashamed. And the king said, Tarry at Jericho until your beards be
{grown}, and [then] return.
grown And said, O my God, I am ashamed and blush to
lift
up my face to thee, my God: for our iniquities are increased over
[our] head, and our trespass is {grown} up unto the heavens.
grown That our sons [may be] as plants {grown} up in
their youth; [that] our daughters [may be] as corner stones,
polished [after] the similitude of a palace:
grown And, lo, it was all {grown} over with thorns,
[and] nettles had covered the face thereof, and the stone wall
thereof was broken down.
grown Therefore their inhabitants [were] of small
power,
they were dismayed and confounded: they were [as] the grass of
the
field, and [as] the green herb, [as] the grass on the housetops,
and
[as corn] blasted before it be {grown} up.
grown Because ye were glad, because ye rejoiced, O ye
destroyers of mine heritage, because ye are {grown} fat as the
heifer at grass, and bellow as bulls;
grown I have caused thee to multiply as the bud of the
field, and thou hast increased and waxen great, and thou art
come to
excellent ornaments: [thy] breasts are fashioned, and thine hair
is
{grown}, whereas thou [wast] naked and bare.
grown It [is] thou, O king, that art grown and become
strong: for thy greatness is {grown}, and reacheth unto heaven,
and
thy dominion to the end of the earth.
grown It [is] thou, O king, that art {grown} and
become
strong: for thy greatness is grown, and reacheth unto heaven, and
thy dominion to the end of the earth.
grown The same hour was the thing fulfilled upon
Nebuchadnezzar: and he was driven from men, and did eat grass as
oxen, and his body was wet with the dew of heaven, till his hairs
were {grown} like eagles' [feathers], and his nails like birds'
[claws].
grown Which indeed is the least of all seeds: but
when
it is {grown}, it is the greatest among herbs, and becometh a
tree,
so that the birds of the air come and lodge in the branches
thereof.
