firstripe And what the land [is], whether it [be]
fat or

lean, whether there be wood therein, or not. And be ye of good

courage, and bring of the fruit of the land. Now the time [was]
the

time of the {firstripe} grapes.



firstripe I found Israel like grapes in the
wilderness; I

saw your fathers as the {firstripe} in the fig tree at her first

time: [but] they went to Baalpeor, and separated themselves unto

[that] shame; and [their] abominations were according as



they loved.

the summer fruits, as the grapegleanings of the vintage: [there

no cluster to eat: my soul desired the {firstripe} fruit.



firstripe All thy strong holds [shall be like] fig
trees

with the {firstripe} figs: if they be shaken, they shall even
fall

into the mouth of the eater.
