divination And the elders of Moab and the elders of

Midian departed with the rewards of {divination} in their hand;
and

they came unto Balaam, and spake unto him the words of Balak.

divination Surely [there is] no enchantment against

Jacob, neither [is there] any {divination} against Israel:
according

to this time it shall be said of Jacob and of Israel, What hath
God

wrought!

divination There shall not be found among you [any
one]

that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire,
[or]

that useth {divination}, [or] an observer of times, or an
enchanter,

or a witch,

divination <2KI17 -17> And they caused their sons and their

daughters to pass through the fire, and used {divination} and

enchantments, and sold themselves to do evil in the sight of the

LORD, to provoke him to anger.

divination Then the LORD said unto me, The prophets

prophesy lies in my name: I sent them not, neither have I
commanded

them, neither spake unto them: they prophesy unto you a false
vision

and {divination}, and a thing of nought, and the decei

t of their heart.

divination For the king of Babylon stood at the
parting

of the way, at the head of the two ways, to use {divination}: he

made [his] arrows bright, he consulted with images, he looked in
the

liver.

divination At his right hand was the {divination} for

Jerusalem, to appoint captains, to open the mouth in the
slaughter,

to lift up the voice with shouting, to appoint [battering] rams

against the gates, to cast a mount, [and] to build a fort

.

divination And it shall be unto them as a false

{divination} in their sight, to them that have sworn oaths: but
he

will call to remembrance the iniquity, that they may be taken.

divination And it came to pass, as we went to prayer,
a

certain damsel possessed with a spirit of {divination} met us,
which

brought her masters much gain by soothsaying:
