deadly <1SA5 -11> So they sent and gathered together all the
lords of the Philistines, and said, Send away the ark of the God
of Israel, and let it go again to his own place, that it slay us
not, and our people: for there was a {deadly} destruction throug

hout all the city; the hand of God was very heavy there.

deadly From the wicked that oppress me, [from] my
{deadly} enemies, [who] compass me about.

deadly And I will strengthen the arms of the king of
Babylon, and put my sword in his hand: but I will break
Pharaoh's arms, and he shall groan before him with the groanings
of a {deadly} wounded [man].

deadly They shall take up serpents; and if they
drink any {deadly} thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay
hands on the sick, and they shall recover.

deadly But the tongue can no man tame; it is] an
unruly evil, full of {deadly} poison.

deadly And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded
to death; and his {deadly} wound was healed: and all the world
wondered after the beast.

deadly And he exerciseth all the power of the first
beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell
therein to worship the first beast, whose {deadly} wound was
healed.
