offering.

burnt And one goat [for] a sin offering; beside the

continual {burnt} offering, his meat offering, and his drink

offering.

burnt And one goat [for] a sin offering; beside the

continual {burnt} offering, his meat offering, and his drink

offering.

burnt But ye shall offer a {burnt} offering, a
sacrifice

made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the LORD: one bullock, one
ram,

seven lambs of the first year without blemish:

burnt And one goat [for] a sin offering; beside the

continual {burnt} offering, and his meat offering, and his drink

offering.

burnt These [things] ye shall do unto the LORD in
your

set feasts, beside your vows, and your freewill offerings, for
your

{burnt} offerings, and for your meat offerings, and for your
drink

offerings, and for your peace offerings.

burnt And they {burnt} all their cities wherein they

dwelt, and all their goodly castles, with fire.

burnt And I took your sin, the calf which ye had made,

and {burnt} it with fire, and stamped it, [and] ground [it] very

small, [even] until it was as small as dust: and I cast the dust

thereof into the brook that descended out of the mount.

burnt And thither ye shall bring your {burnt}
offerings,

and your sacrifices, and your tithes, and heave offerings of your

hand, and your vows, and your freewill offerings, and the
firstlings

of your herds and of your flocks:

burnt Then there shall be a place which the LORD your

God shall choose to cause his name to dwell there; thither shall
ye

bring all that I command you; your {burnt} offerings, and your

sacrifices, your tithes, and the heave offering of your ha

nd, and all your choice vows which ye vow unto the LORD:

burnt Take heed to thyself that thou offer not thy

{burnt} offerings in every place that thou seest:

burnt But in the place which the LORD shall choose in

one of thy tribes, there thou shalt offer thy {burnt} offerings,
and

there thou shalt do all that I command thee.

burnt And thou shalt offer thy {burnt} offerings, the

flesh and the blood, upon the altar of the LORD thy God: and the

blood of thy sacrifices shall be poured out upon the altar of the

LORD thy God, and thou shalt eat the flesh.

burnt Thou shalt not do so unto the LORD thy God: for

every abomination to the LORD, which he hateth, have they done
unto

their gods; for even their sons and their daughters they have

{burnt} in the fire to their gods.

burnt Thou shalt build the altar of the LORD thy God
of

whole stones: and thou shalt offer {burnt} offerings thereon unto

the LORD thy God:

burnt They shall be] {burnt} with hunger, and
devoured

with burning heat, and with bitter destruction: I will also send
the

teeth of beasts upon them, with the poison of serpents of the
dust.

burnt They shall teach Jacob thy judgments, and
Israel

thy law: they shall put incense before thee, and whole {burnt}

sacrifice upon thine altar.

burnt And they {burnt} the city with fire, and all
that

[was] therein: only the silver, and the gold, and the vessels of

brass and of iron, they put into the treasury of the house of the

LORD.

burnt And it shall be, [that] he that is taken with
the

accursed thing shall be {burnt} with fire, he and all that he
hath:

because he hath transgressed the covenant of the LORD, and
because

he hath wrought folly in Israel.

burnt And Joshua {burnt} Ai, and made it an heap for

ever, [even] a desolation unto this day.

burnt As Moses the servant of the LORD commanded the

children of Israel, as it is written in the book of the law of

Moses, an altar of whole stones, over which no man hath lift up

[any] iron: and they offered thereon {burnt} offerings unto the

LORD, and sacrificed peace offerings.

burnt And Joshua did unto them as the LORD bade him:
he

hocked their horses, and {burnt} their chariots with fire.

burnt And they smote all the souls that [were]
therein

with the edge of the sword, utterly destroying [them]: there was
not

any left to breathe: and he {burnt} Hazor with fire.

burnt That we have built us an altar to turn from

following the LORD, or if to offer thereon {burnt} offering or
meat

offering, or if to offer peace offerings thereon, let the LORD

himself require [it];

burnt Therefore we said, Let us now prepare to build
us

an altar, not for {burnt} offering, nor for sacrifice:

burnt But [that] it [may be] a witness between us,
and

you, and our generations after us, that we might do the service
of

the LORD before him with our {burnt} offerings, and with our

sacrifices, and with our peace offerings; that your children

may not say to our children in time to come, Ye have no part in
the

LORD.

burnt Therefore said we, that it shall be, when they

should [so] say to us or to our generations in time to come,
that we

may say [again], Behold the pattern of the altar of the LORD,
which

our fathers made, not for {burnt} offerings, nor for

sacrifices; but it [is] a witness between us and you.

burnt God forbid that we should rebel against the
LORD,

and turn this day from following the LORD, to build an altar for

{burnt} offerings, for meat offerings, or for sacrifices, beside
the

altar of the LORD our God that [is] before his tabern

acle.

burnt And build an altar unto the LORD thy God upon
the

top of this rock, in the ordered place, and take the second
bullock,

and offer a {burnt} sacrifice with the wood of the grove which
thou

shalt cut down.

burnt Then it shall be, that whatsoever cometh forth
of

the doors of my house to meet me, when I return in peace from the

children of Ammon, shall surely be the LORD'S, and I will offer
it

up for a {burnt} offering.

burnt And the angel of the LORD said unto Manoah,
Though

thou detain me, I will not eat of thy bread: and if thou wilt
offer

a {burnt} offering, thou must offer it unto the LORD. For Manoah

knew not that he [was] an angel of the LORD.

burnt But his wife said unto him, If the LORD were

pleased to kill us, he would not have received a {burnt} offering

and a meat offering at our hands, neither would he have showed us

all these [things], nor would as at this time have told us [

such things] as these.

burnt And when he had set the brands on fire, he let

[them] go into the standing corn of the Philistines, and {burnt}
up

both the shocks, and also the standing corn, with the vineyards

[and] olives.

burnt Then the Philistines said, Who hath done this?
And

they answered, Samson, the son in law of the Timnite, because he
had

taken his wife, and given her to his companion. And the
Philistines

came up, and {burnt} her and her father with fire.

burnt [And] when he came unto Lehi, the Philistines

shouted against him: and the spirit of the LORD came mightily
upon

him, and the cords that [were] upon his arms became as flax that
was

{burnt} with fire, and his bands loosed from off his ha

nds.

burnt And they took [the things] which Micah had
made,

and the priest which he had, and came unto Laish, unto a people

[that were] at quiet and secure: and they smote them with the
edge

of the sword, and {burnt} the city with fire.

burnt Then all the children of Israel, and all the

people, went up, and came unto the house of God, and wept, and
sat

there before the LORD, and fasted that day until even, and
offered

{burnt} offerings and peace offerings before the LORD.

burnt And it came to pass on the morrow, that the
people

rose early, and built there an altar, and offered {burnt}
offerings

and peace offerings.

burnt <1SA2 -15> Also before they {burnt} the fat, the priest's

servant came, and said to the man that sacrificed, Give flesh to

roast for the priest; for he will not have sodden flesh of thee,
but

raw.

burnt <1SA6 -14> And the cart came into the field of Joshua, a

Bethshemite, and stood there, where [there was] a great stone:
and

they clave the wood of the cart, and offered the kine a {burnt}

offering unto the LORD.

burnt <1SA6 -15> And the Levites took down the ark of the LORD,
and

the coffer that [was] with it, wherein the jewels of gold [were],

and put [them] on the great stone: and the men of Bethshemesh

offered {burnt} offerings and sacrificed sacrifices the sam

e day unto the LORD.

burnt <1SA7 -9> And Samuel took a sucking lamb, and offered [it
for]

a {burnt} offering wholly unto the LORD: and Samuel cried unto
the

LORD for Israel; and the LORD heard him.

burnt <1SA7 -10> And as Samuel was offering up the {burnt}
offering,

the Philistines drew near to battle against Israel: but the LORD

thundered with a great thunder on that day upon the Philistines,
and

discomfited them; and they were smitten before Israe

l.

burnt <1SA10 -8> And thou shalt go down before me to Gilgal; and,

behold, I will come down unto thee, to offer {burnt} offerings,

[and] to sacrifice sacrifices of peace offerings: seven days
shalt

thou tarry, till I come to thee, and show thee what thou s

halt do.

burnt <1SA13 -9> And Saul said, Bring hither a {burnt} offering
to

me, and peace offerings. And he offered the burnt offering.

burnt <1SA13 -9> And Saul said, Bring hither a burnt offering to
me,

and peace offerings. And he offered the {burnt} offering.

burnt <1SA13 -10> And it came to pass, that as soon as he had
made

an end of offering the {burnt} offering, behold, Samuel came; and

Saul went out to meet him, that he might salute him.

burnt <1SA13 -12> Therefore said I, The Philistines will come
down

now upon me to Gilgal, and I have not made supplication unto the

LORD: I forced myself therefore, and offered a {burnt} offering.

burnt <1SA15 -22> And Samuel said, Hath the LORD [as great]
delight

in {burnt} offerings and sacrifices, as in obeying the voice of
the

LORD? Behold, to obey [is] better than sacrifice, [and] to
hearken

than the fat of rams.

burnt <1SA31 -12> All the valiant men arose, and went all night,
and

took the body of Saul and the bodies of his sons from the wall of

Bethshan, and came to Jabesh, and {burnt} them there.

burnt <2SA6 -17> And they brought in the ark of the LORD, and
set it

in his place, in the midst of the tabernacle that David had
pitched

for it: and David offered {burnt} offerings and peace offerings

before the LORD.

burnt <2SA6 -18> And as soon as David had made an end of offering

{burnt} offerings and peace offerings, he blessed the people in
the

name of the LORD of hosts.

burnt <2SA24 -22> And Araunah said unto David, Let my lord the
king

take and offer up what [seemeth] good unto him: behold, [here be]

oxen for {burnt} sacrifice, and threshing instruments and [other]

instruments of the oxen for wood.

burnt <2SA24 -24> And the king said unto Araunah, Nay; but I will

surely buy [it] of thee at a price: neither will I offer {burnt}

offerings unto the LORD my God of that which doth cost me
nothing.

So David bought the threshingfloor and the oxen for fifty

shekels of silver.

burnt <2SA24 -25> And David built there an altar unto the LORD,
and

offered {burnt} offerings and peace offerings. So the LORD was

entreated for the land, and the plague was stayed from Israel.

burnt <1KI3 -3> And Solomon loved the LORD, walking in the
statutes

of David his father: only he sacrificed and {burnt} incense in
high

places.

burnt <1KI3 -4> And the king went to Gibeon to sacrifice there;
for

that [was] the great high place: a thousand {burnt} offerings did

Solomon offer upon that altar.

burnt <1KI3 -15> And Solomon awoke; and, behold, [it was] a
dream.

And he came to Jerusalem, and stood before the ark of the
covenant

of the LORD, and offered up {burnt} offerings, and offered peace

offerings, and made a feast to all his servants.

burnt <1KI8 -64> The same day did the king hallow the middle of
the

court that [was] before the house of the LORD for there he
offered

{burnt} offerings, and meat offerings, and the fat of the peace

offerings: because the brazen altar that [was] before th

e LORD [was] too little to receive the burnt offerings, and meat

offerings, and the fat of the peace offerings.

burnt <1KI8 -64> The same day did the king hallow the middle of
the

court that [was] before the house of the LORD for there he
offered

burnt offerings, and meat offerings, and the fat of the peace

offerings: because the brazen altar that [was] before the

LORD [was] too little to receive the {burnt} offerings, and meat

offerings, and the fat of the peace offerings.

burnt <1KI9 -16> For] Pharaoh king of Egypt had gone up, and
taken

Gezer, and {burnt} it with fire, and slain the Canaanites that
dwelt

in the city, and given it [for] a present unto his daughter,

Solomon's wife.

burnt <1KI9 -25> And three times in a year did Solomon offer
burnt

offerings and peace offerings upon the altar which he built unto
the

LORD, and he {burnt} incense upon the altar that [was] before the

LORD. So he finished the house.

burnt <1KI9 -25> And three times in a year did Solomon offer
{burnt}

offerings and peace offerings upon the altar which he built unto
the

LORD, and he burnt incense upon the altar that [was] before the

LORD. So he finished the house.

burnt <1KI11 -8> And likewise did he for all his strange wives,

which {burnt} incense and sacrificed unto their gods.

burnt <1KI12 -33> So he offered upon the altar which he had made
in

Bethel the fifteenth day of the eighth month, [even] in the month

which he had devised of his own heart; and ordained a feast unto
the

children of Israel: and he offered upon the altar, a

nd {burnt} incense.

burnt <1KI13 -2> And he cried against the altar in the word of
the

LORD, and said, O altar, altar, thus saith the LORD; Behold, a
child

shall be born unto the house of David, Josiah by name; and upon
thee

shall he offer the priests of the high places that

burn incense upon thee, and men's bones shall be {burnt} upon
thee.

burnt <1KI15 -13> And also Maachah his mother, even her he
removed

from [being] queen, because she had made an idol in a grove; and
Asa

destroyed her idol, and {burnt} [it] by the brook Kidron.

burnt <1KI16 -18> And it came to pass, when Zimri saw that the
city

was taken, that he went into the palace of the king's house, and

{burnt} the king's house over him with fire, and died,

burnt <1KI18 -33> And he put the wood in order, and cut the
bullock

in pieces, and laid [him] on the wood, and said, Fill four
barrels

with water, and pour [it] on the {burnt} sacrifice, and on the
wood.

burnt <1KI18 -38> Then the fire of the LORD fell, and consumed
the

{burnt} sacrifice, and the wood, and the stones, and the dust,
and

licked up the water that [was] in the trench.

burnt <1KI22 -43> And he walked in all the ways of Asa his
father;

he turned not aside from it, doing [that which was] right in the

eyes of the LORD: nevertheless the high places were not taken
away;

[for] the people offered and {burnt} incense yet in the

high places.

burnt <2KI1 -14> Behold, there came fire down from heaven, and

{burnt} up the two captains of the former fifties with their

fifties: therefore let my life now be precious in thy sight.

burnt <2KI3 -27> Then he took his eldest son that should have

reigned in his stead, and offered him [for] a {burnt} offering
upon

the wall. And there was great indignation against Israel: and
they

departed from him, and returned to [their own] land.

burnt <2KI5 -17> And Naaman said, Shall there not then, I pray
thee,

be given to thy servant two mules' burden of earth? for thy
servant

will henceforth offer neither {burnt} offering nor sacrifice unto

other gods, but unto the LORD.

burnt <2KI10 -24> And when they went in to offer sacrifices and

{burnt} offerings, Jehu appointed fourscore men without, and
said,

[If] any of the men whom I have brought into your hands escape,
[he

that letteth him go], his life [shall be] for the life o

f him.

burnt <2KI10 -25> And it came to pass, as soon as he had made an
end

of offering the {burnt} offering, that Jehu said to the guard
and to

the captains, Go in, [and] slay them; let none come forth. And
they

smote them with the edge of the sword; and the gu

ard and the captains cast [them] out, and went to the city of the

house of Baal.

burnt <2KI12 -3> But the high places were not taken away: the
people

still sacrificed and {burnt} incense in the high places.

burnt <2KI14 -4> Howbeit the high places were not taken away: as
yet

the people did sacrifice and {burnt} incense on the high places.

burnt <2KI15 -4> Save that the high places were not removed: the

people sacrificed and {burnt} incense still on the high places.

burnt <2KI16 -4> And he sacrificed and {burnt} incense in the
high

places, and on the hills, and under every green tree.

burnt <2KI16 -13> And he {burnt} his burnt offering and his meat

offering, and poured his drink offering, and sprinkled the blood
of

his peace offerings, upon the altar.

burnt <2KI16 -13> And he burnt his {burnt} offering and his meat

offering, and poured his drink offering, and sprinkled the blood
of

his peace offerings, upon the altar.

burnt <2KI16 -15> And king Ahaz commanded Urijah the priest,
saying,

Upon the great altar burn the morning burnt offering, and the

evening meat offering, and the king's {burnt} sacrifice, and his

meat offering, with the burnt offering of all the people of

the land, and their meat offering, and their drink offerings;
and

sprinkle upon it all the blood of the burnt offering, and all the

blood of the sacrifice: and the brazen altar shall be for me to

inquire [by].

burnt <2KI16 -15> And king Ahaz commanded Urijah the priest,
saying,

Upon the great altar burn the morning burnt offering, and the

evening meat offering, and the king's burnt sacrifice, and his
meat

offering, with the {burnt} offering of all the people of

the land, and their meat offering, and their drink offerings;
and

sprinkle upon it all the blood of the burnt offering, and all the

blood of the sacrifice: and the brazen altar shall be for me to

inquire [by].

burnt <2KI16 -15> And king Ahaz commanded Urijah the priest,
saying,

Upon the great altar burn the morning {burnt} offering, and the

evening meat offering, and the king's burnt sacrifice, and his
meat

offering, with the burnt offering of all the people of

the land, and their meat offering, and their drink offerings;
and

sprinkle upon it all the blood of the burnt offering, and all the

blood of the sacrifice: and the brazen altar shall be for me to

inquire [by].

burnt <2KI16 -15> And king Ahaz commanded Urijah the priest,
saying,

Upon the great altar burn the morning burnt offering, and the

evening meat offering, and the king's burnt sacrifice, and his
meat

offering, with the burnt offering of all the people of t

he land, and their meat offering, and their drink offerings; and

sprinkle upon it all the blood of the {burnt} offering, and all
the

blood of the sacrifice: and the brazen altar shall be for me to

inquire [by].

burnt <2KI17 -11> And there they {burnt} incense in all the high

places, as [did] the heathen whom the LORD carried away before
them;

and wrought wicked things to provoke the LORD to anger:

burnt <2KI17 -31> And the Avites made Nibhaz and Tartak, and the

Sepharvites {burnt} their children in fire to Adrammelech and

Anammelech, the gods of Sepharvaim.

burnt <2KI25 -9> And he {burnt} the house of the LORD, and the

king's house, and all the houses of Jerusalem, and every great

[man's] house burnt he with fire.

burnt <2KI25 -9> And he burnt the house of the LORD, and the
king's

house, and all the houses of Jerusalem, and every great [man's]

house {burnt} he with fire.

burnt <1CH6 -49> But Aaron and his sons offered upon the altar of

make an

atonement for Israel, according to all that Moses the serva

nt of God had commanded.

burnt <1CH16 -1> So they brought the ark of God, and set it in
the

burnt <1CH16 -2> And when David had made an end of offering the

{burnt} offerings and the peace offerings, he blessed the people
in

the name of the LORD.

burnt <1CH16 -40> To offer {burnt} offerings unto the LORD upon
the

altar of the burnt offering continually morning and evening, and
[to

do] according to all that is written in the law of the LORD,
which

he commanded Israel;

burnt <1CH16 -40> To offer burnt offerings unto the LORD upon the

altar of the {burnt} offering continually morning and evening,
and

[to do] according to all that is written in the law of the LORD,

which he commanded Israel;

burnt <1CH21 -23> And Ornan said unto David, Take [it] to thee,
and

let my lord the king do [that which is] good in his eyes: lo, I
give

[thee] the oxen [also] for {burnt} offerings, and the threshing

instruments for wood, and the wheat for the meat offer

ing; I give it all.

burnt <1CH21 -24> And king David said to Ornan, Nay; but I will

verily buy it for the full price: for I will not take [that]
which

[is] thine for the LORD, nor offer {burnt} offerings without
cost.

burnt <1CH21 -26> And David built there an altar unto the LORD,
and

offered {burnt} offerings and peace offerings, and called upon
the

LORD; and he answered him from heaven by fire upon the altar of

burnt offering.

and

offered burnt offerings and peace offerings, and called upon the

LORD; and he answered him from heaven by fire upon the altar of

{burnt} offering.

made

in the wilderness, and the altar of the {burnt} offering, [were]
at

that season in the high place at Gibeon.

burnt <1CH22 -1> Then David said, This [is] the house of the LORD

God, and this [is] the altar of the {burnt} offering for Israel.

burnt <1CH23 -31> And to offer all {burnt} sacrifices unto the
LORD

in the sabbaths, in the new moons, and on the set feasts, by
number,

according to the order commanded unto them, continually before
the

LORD:

burnt <1CH29 -21> And they sacrificed sacrifices unto the LORD,
and

offered {burnt} offerings unto the LORD, on the morrow after that

day, [even] a thousand bullocks, a thousand rams, [and] a
thousand

lambs, with their drink offerings, and sacrifices in a

my

God, to dedicate [it] to him, [and] to burn before him sweet

incense, and for the continual showbread, and for the {burnt}

offerings morning and evening, on the sabbaths, and on the new m

oons, and on the solemn feasts of the LORD our God. This [is an

ordinance] for ever to Israel.

burnt <2CH4 -6> He made also ten lavers, and put five on the
right

hand, and five on the left, to wash in them: such things as they

offered for the {burnt} offering they washed in them; but the sea

[was] for the priests to wash in.

burnt <2CH7 -1> Now when Solomon had made an end of praying, the

fire came down from heaven, and consumed the {burnt} offering and

the sacrifices; and the glory of the LORD filled the house.

burnt <2CH7 -7> Moreover Solomon hallowed the middle of the court

that [was] before the house of the LORD: for there he offered
burnt

offerings, and the fat of the peace offerings, because the brazen

altar which Solomon had made was not able to receive th

e {burnt} offerings, and the meat offerings, and the fat.

burnt <2CH7 -7> Moreover Solomon hallowed the middle of the court

that [was] before the house of the LORD: for there he offered

the burnt offerings, and the meat offerings, and the fat.

burnt <2CH8 -12> Then Solomon offered {burnt} offerings unto the

LORD on the altar of the LORD, which he had built before the
porch,

burnt <2CH13 -11> And they burn unto the LORD every morning and

every evening {burnt} sacrifices and sweet incense: the showbread

also [set they in order] upon the pure table; and the
candlestick of

gold with the lamps thereof, to burn every evening: for

we keep the charge of the LORD our God; but ye have forsaken him.

burnt <2CH15 -16> And also [concerning] Maachah the mother of Asa

the king, he removed her from [being] queen, because she had
made an

idol in a grove: and Asa cut down her idol, and stamped [it], and

{burnt} [it] at the brook Kidron.

burnt <2CH23 -18> Also Jehoiada appointed the offices of the
house

of the LORD by the hand of the priests the Levites, whom David
had

distributed in the house of the LORD, to offer the {burnt}
offerings

of the LORD, as [it is] written in the law of Moses,

with rejoicing and with singing, [as it was ordained] by David.

burnt <2CH24 -14> And when they had finished [it], they brought
the

rest of the money before the king and Jehoiada, whereof were made

vessels for the house of the LORD, [even] vessels to minister,
and

to offer [withal], and spoons, and vessels of gold and

silver. And they offered {burnt} offerings in the house of the
LORD

continually all the days of Jehoiada.

burnt <2CH28 -3> Moreover he burnt incense in the valley of the
son

of Hinnom, and {burnt} his children in the fire, after the

abominations of the heathen whom the LORD had cast out before the

children of Israel.

burnt <2CH28 -3> Moreover he {burnt} incense in the valley of the

son of Hinnom, and burnt his children in the fire, after the

abominations of the heathen whom the LORD had cast out before the

children of Israel.

burnt <2CH28 -4> He sacrificed also and {burnt} incense in the
high

places, and on the hills, and under every green tree.

burnt <2CH29 -7> Also they have shut up the doors of the porch,
and

put out the lamps, and have not burned incense nor offered
{burnt}

offerings in the holy [place] unto the God of Israel.

burnt <2CH29 -18> Then they went in to Hezekiah the king, and
said,

We have cleansed all the house of the LORD, and the altar of
{burnt}

offering, with all the vessels thereof, and the showbread table,

with all the vessels thereof.

burnt <2CH29 -24> And the priests killed them, and they made

reconciliation with their blood upon the altar, to make an
atonement

for all Israel: for the king commanded [that] the {burnt}
offering

and the sin offering [should be made] for all Israel.

burnt <2CH29 -27> And Hezekiah commanded to offer the burnt
offering

upon the altar. And when the {burnt} offering began, the song of
the

LORD began [also] with the trumpets, and with the instruments

[ordained] by David king of Israel.

burnt <2CH29 -27> And Hezekiah commanded to offer the {burnt}

offering upon the altar. And when the burnt offering began, the
song

of the LORD began [also] with the trumpets, and with the
instruments

[ordained] by David king of Israel.

burnt <2CH29 -28> And all the congregation worshipped, and the

singers sang, and the trumpeters sounded: [and] all [this
continued]

until the {burnt} offering was finished.

burnt <2CH29 -31> Then Hezekiah answered and said, Now ye have

consecrated yourselves unto the LORD, come near and bring
sacrifices

and thank offerings into the house of the LORD. And the
congregation

brought in sacrifices and thank offerings; and as many

as were of a free heart {burnt} offerings.

burnt <2CH29 -32> And the number of the {burnt} offerings, which
the

congregation brought, was threescore and ten bullocks, an hundred

rams, [and] two hundred lambs: all these [were] for a burnt
offering

to the LORD.

burnt <2CH29 -32> And the number of the burnt offerings, which
the

congregation brought, was threescore and ten bullocks, an hundred

rams, [and] two hundred lambs: all these [were] for a {burnt}

offering to the LORD.

burnt <2CH29 -34> But the priests were too few, so that they
could

not flay all the {burnt} offerings: wherefore their brethren the

Levites did help them, till the work was ended, and until the

[other] priests had sanctified themselves: for the Levites [w

ere] more upright in heart to sanctify themselves than the
priests.

burnt <2CH29 -35> And also the burnt offerings [were] in
abundance,

with the fat of the peace offerings, and the drink offerings for

[every] {burnt} offering. So the service of the house of the LORD

was set in order.

burnt <2CH29 -35> And also the {burnt} offerings [were] in

abundance, with the fat of the peace offerings, and the drink

offerings for [every] burnt offering. So the service of the
house of

the LORD was set in order.

burnt <2CH30 -15> Then they killed the passover on the fourteenth

[day] of the second month: and the priests and the Levites were

ashamed, and sanctified themselves, and brought in the {burnt}

offerings into the house of the LORD.

burnt <2CH31 -2> And Hezekiah appointed the courses of the
priests

and the Levites after their courses, every man according to his

service, the priests and Levites for {burnt} offerings and for
peace

offerings, to minister, and to give thanks, and to prai

se in the gates of the tents of the LORD.

burnt <2CH31 -3> He appointed] also the king's portion of his

substance for the burnt offerings, [to wit], for the morning and

evening {burnt} offerings, and the burnt offerings for the
sabbaths,

and for the new moons, and for the set feasts, as [it is] w

ritten in the law of the LORD.

burnt <2CH31 -3> He appointed] also the king's portion of his

substance for the burnt offerings, [to wit], for the morning and

evening burnt offerings, and the {burnt} offerings for the
sabbaths,

and for the new moons, and for the set feasts, as [it is] w

ritten in the law of the LORD.

burnt <2CH31 -3> He appointed] also the king's portion of his

substance for the {burnt} offerings, [to wit], for the morning
and

evening burnt offerings, and the burnt offerings for the
sabbaths,

and for the new moons, and for the set feasts, as [it is] w

ritten in the law of the LORD.

burnt <2CH34 -5> And he {burnt} the bones of the priests upon
their

altars, and cleansed Judah and Jerusalem.

burnt <2CH35 -12> And they removed the {burnt} offerings, that
they

might give according to the divisions of the families of the
people,

to offer unto the LORD, as [it is] written in the book of Moses.
And

so [did they] with the oxen.

burnt <2CH35 -14> And afterward they made ready for themselves,
and

for the priests: because the priests the sons of Aaron [were
busied]

in offering of {burnt} offerings and the fat until night;
therefore

the Levites prepared for themselves, and for the p

riests the sons of Aaron.

burnt <2CH35 -16> So all the service of the LORD was prepared the

same day, to keep the passover, and to offer {burnt} offerings
upon

the altar of the LORD, according to the commandment of king
Josiah.

burnt <2CH36 -19> And they {burnt} the house of God, and brake
down

the wall of Jerusalem, and burnt all the palaces thereof with
fire,

and destroyed all the goodly vessels thereof.

burnt <2CH36 -19> And they burnt the house of God, and brake down

the wall of Jerusalem, and {burnt} all the palaces thereof with

fire, and destroyed all the goodly vessels thereof.

burnt Then stood up Jeshua the son of Jozadak, and his

brethren the priests, and Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel, and
his

brethren, and builded the altar of the God of Israel, to offer

{burnt} offerings thereon, as [it is] written in the law of

Moses the man of God.

burnt And they set the altar upon his bases; for fear

[was] upon them because of the people of those countries: and
they

offered burnt offerings thereon unto the LORD, [even] {burnt}

offerings morning and evening.

burnt And they set the altar upon his bases; for fear

[was] upon them because of the people of those countries: and
they

offered {burnt} offerings thereon unto the LORD, [even] burnt

offerings morning and evening.

burnt They kept also the feast of tabernacles, as [it
is]

written, and [offered] the daily {burnt} offerings by number,

according to the custom, as the duty of every day required;

burnt And afterward [offered] the continual {burnt}

offering, both of the new moons, and of all the set feasts of the

LORD that were consecrated, and of every one that willingly
offered

a freewill offering unto the LORD.

burnt From the first day of the seventh month began
they

to offer {burnt} offerings unto the LORD. But the foundation of
the

temple of the LORD was not [yet] laid.

burnt And that which they have need of, both young

bullocks, and rams, and lambs, for the {burnt} offerings of the
God

of heaven, wheat, salt, wine, and oil, according to the
appointment

of the priests which [are] at Jerusalem, let it be given t

hem day by day without fail:

burnt Also] the children of those that had been
carried

away, which were come out of the captivity, offered burnt
offerings

unto the God of Israel, twelve bullocks for all Israel, ninety
and

six rams, seventy and seven lambs, twelve he goats [f

or] a sin offering: all [this was] a {burnt} offering unto the
LORD.

burnt Also] the children of those that had been
carried

away, which were come out of the captivity, offered {burnt}

offerings unto the God of Israel, twelve bullocks for all Israel,

ninety and six rams, seventy and seven lambs, twelve he goats

[for] a sin offering: all [this was] a burnt offering unto the
LORD.

burnt For the showbread, and for the continual meat

offering, and for the continual {burnt} offering, of the
sabbaths,

of the new moons, for the set feasts, and for the holy [things],
and

for the sin offerings to make an atonement for Israel,

and [for] all the work of the house of our God.

burnt And it was so, when the days of [their] feasting

were gone about, that Job sent and sanctified them, and rose up

early in the morning, and offered {burnt} offerings [according]
to

the number of them all: for Job said, It may be that my son

s have sinned, and cursed God in their hearts. Thus did Job

continually.

burnt Therefore take unto you now seven bullocks and

seven rams, and go to my servant Job, and offer up for
yourselves a

{burnt} offering; and my servant Job shall pray for you: for him

will I accept: lest I deal with you [after your] folly, in

that ye have not spoken of me [the thing which is] right, like
my

servant Job.

burnt Remember all thy offerings, and accept thy
{burnt}

sacrifice; Selah.

burnt Sacrifice and offering thou didst not desire;
mine

ears hast thou opened: {burnt} offering and sin offering hast
thou

not required.

burnt I will not reprove thee for thy sacrifices or
thy

{burnt} offerings, [to have been] continually before me.

burnt For thou desirest not sacrifice; else would I
give

[it]: thou delightest not in {burnt} offering.

burnt Then shalt thou be pleased with the sacrifices
of

righteousness, with burnt offering and whole {burnt} offering:
then

shall they offer bullocks upon thine altar.

burnt Then shalt thou be pleased with the sacrifices
of

righteousness, with {burnt} offering and whole burnt offering:
then

shall they offer bullocks upon thine altar.

burnt I will go into thy house with {burnt}
offerings: I

will pay thee my vows,

burnt I will offer unto thee {burnt} sacrifices of

fatlings, with the incense of rams; I will offer bullocks with

goats. Selah.

burnt To what purpose [is] the multitude of your

sacrifices unto me? saith the LORD: I am full of the {burnt}

offerings of rams, and the fat of fed beasts; and I delight not
in

the blood of bullocks, or of lambs, or of he goats.

burnt And Lebanon [is] not sufficient to burn, nor
the

beasts thereof sufficient for a {burnt} offering.

burnt Thou hast not brought me the small cattle of
thy

{burnt} offerings; neither hast thou honoured me with thy

sacrifices. I have not caused thee to serve with an offering, nor

wearied thee with incense.

burnt Even them will I bring to my holy mountain, and

make them joyful in my house of prayer: their {burnt} offerings
and

their sacrifices [shall be] accepted upon mine altar; for mine
house

shall be called an house of prayer for all people.

burnt For I the LORD love judgment, I hate robbery for

{burnt} offering; and I will direct their work in truth, and I
will

make an everlasting covenant with them.

burnt To what purpose cometh there to me incense from

Sheba, and the sweet cane from a far country? your {burnt}
offerings

[are] not acceptable, nor your sacrifices sweet unto me.

burnt Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel;

Put your {burnt} offerings unto your sacrifices, and eat flesh.

burnt For I spake not unto your fathers, nor commanded

them in the day that I brought them out of the land of Egypt,

concerning {burnt} offerings or sacrifices:

burnt When they fast, I will not hear their cry; and

when they offer {burnt} offering and an oblation, I will not
accept

them: but I will consume them by the sword, and by the famine,
and

by the pestilence.

burnt And they shall come from the cities of Judah,
and

from the places about Jerusalem, and from the land of Benjamin,
and

from the plain, and from the mountains, and from the south,
bringing

{burnt} offerings, and sacrifices, and meat offeri

ngs, and incense, and bringing sacrifices of praise, unto the
house

of the LORD.

burnt They have built also the high places of Baal, to

burn their sons with fire [for] {burnt} offerings unto Baal,
which I

commanded not, nor spake [it], neither came [it] into my mind:

burnt Neither shall the priests the Levites want a
man

before me to offer {burnt} offerings, and to kindle meat
offerings,

and to do sacrifice continually.

burnt Behold, I [am] against thee, O destroying

mountain, saith the LORD, which destroyest all the earth: and I
will

stretch out mine hand upon thee, and roll thee down from the
rocks,

and will make thee a {burnt} mountain.

burnt And the chambers and the entries thereof
[were] by

the posts of the gates, where they washed the {burnt} offering.

burnt And in the porch of the gate [were] two tables
on

this side, and two tables on that side, to slay thereon the
{burnt}

offering and the sin offering and the trespass offering.

burnt And the four tables [were] of hewn stone for
the

{burnt} offering, of a cubit and an half long, and a cubit and an

half broad, and one cubit high: whereupon also they laid the

instruments wherewith they slew the burnt offering and the sa

crifice.

burnt And the four tables [were] of hewn stone for
the

burnt offering, of a cubit and an half long, and a cubit and an
half

broad, and one cubit high: whereupon also they laid the
instruments

wherewith they slew the {burnt} offering and the sa

crifice.

burnt And he said unto me, Son of man, thus saith the

Lord GOD; These [are] the ordinances of the altar in the day when

they shall make it, to offer {burnt} offerings thereon, and to

sprinkle blood thereon.

burnt And thou shalt offer them before the LORD, and
the

priests shall cast salt upon them, and they shall offer them up

[for] a {burnt} offering unto the LORD.

burnt And when these days are expired, it shall be,

[that] upon the eighth day, and [so] forward, the priests shall
make

your {burnt} offerings upon the altar, and your peace offerings;
and

I will accept you, saith the Lord GOD.

burnt Yet they shall be ministers in my sanctuary,

[having] charge at the gates of the house, and ministering to the

house: they shall slay the {burnt} offering and the sacrifice for

the people, and they shall stand before them to minister unt

o them.

burnt And one lamb out of the flock, out of two
hundred,

out of the fat pastures of Israel; for a meat offering, and for a

{burnt} offering, and for peace offerings, to make reconciliation

for them, saith the Lord GOD.

burnt And it shall be the prince's part [to give]
burnt

offerings, and meat offerings, and drink offerings, in the
feasts,

and in the new moons, and in the sabbaths, in all solemnities of
the

house of Israel: he shall prepare the sin offering,

and the meat offering, and the {burnt} offering, and the peace

offerings, to make reconciliation for the house of Israel.

burnt And it shall be the prince's part [to give]

{burnt} offerings, and meat offerings, and drink offerings, in
the

feasts, and in the new moons, and in the sabbaths, in all

solemnities of the house of Israel: he shall prepare the sin
offerin

g, and the meat offering, and the burnt offering, and the peace

offerings, to make reconciliation for the house of Israel.

burnt And seven days of the feast he shall prepare a

{burnt} offering to the LORD, seven bullocks and seven rams
without

blemish daily the seven days; and a kid of the goats daily [for]
a

sin offering.

burnt In the seventh [month], in the fifteenth day of

the month, shall he do the like in the feast of the seven days,

according to the sin offering, according to the {burnt} offering,

and according to the meat offering, and according to the oi

l.

burnt And the prince shall enter by the way of the
porch

of [that] gate without, and shall stand by the post of the gate,
and

the priests shall prepare his {burnt} offering and his peace

offerings, and he shall worship at the threshold of the g

ate: then he shall go forth; but the gate shall not be shut until

the evening.

burnt And the {burnt} offering that the prince shall

offer unto the LORD in the sabbath day [shall be] six lambs
without

blemish, and a ram without blemish.

burnt Now when the prince shall prepare a voluntary

{burnt} offering or peace offerings voluntarily unto the LORD,
[one]

shall then open him the gate that looketh toward the east, and he

shall prepare his burnt offering and his peace offerings

, as he did on the sabbath day: then he shall go forth; and after

his going forth [one] shall shut the gate.

burnt Now when the prince shall prepare a voluntary

burnt offering or peace offerings voluntarily unto the LORD,
[one]

shall then open him the gate that looketh toward the east, and he

shall prepare his {burnt} offering and his peace offerings

, as he did on the sabbath day: then he shall go forth; and after

his going forth [one] shall shut the gate.

burnt Thou shalt daily prepare a {burnt} offering
unto

the LORD [of] a lamb of the first year without blemish: thou
shalt

prepare it every morning.

burnt Thus shall they prepare the lamb, and the meat

offering, and the oil, every morning [for] a continual {burnt}

offering.

burnt For I desired mercy, and not sacrifice; and the

knowledge of God more than {burnt} offerings.

burnt Though ye offer me {burnt} offerings and your
meat

offerings, I will not accept [them]: neither will I regard the
peace

offerings of your fat beasts.

burnt Wherewith shall I come before the LORD, [and] bow

myself before the high God? shall I come before him with {burnt}

offerings, with calves of a year old?

burnt And to love him with all the heart, and with
all

the understanding, and with all the soul, and with all the
strength,

and to love his] neighbour as himself, is more than all whole

{burnt} offerings and sacrifices.

burnt In {burnt} offerings and sacrifices] for sin
thou

hast had no pleasure.

burnt Above when he said, Sacrifice and offering and

{burnt} offerings and offering] for sin thou wouldest not,
neither

hadst pleasure therein]; which are offered by the law;

burnt The first angel sounded, and there followed hail
and

fire mingled with blood, and they were cast upon the earth: and
the

third part of trees was {burnt} up, and all green grass was burnt

up.

burnt The first angel sounded, and there followed hail
and

fire mingled with blood, and they were cast upon the earth: and
the

third part of trees was burnt up, and all green grass was {burnt}

up.
