Kir of Moab is laid waste, [and] {brought} to silence;

brought In that time shall the present be {brought}
unto

the LORD of hosts of a people scattered and peeled, and from a

people terrible from their beginning hitherto; a nation meted out

and trodden under foot, whose land the rivers have spoiled

, to the place of the name of the LORD of hosts, the mount Zion.

brought The inhabitants of the land of Tema {brought}

water to him that was thirsty, they prevented with their bread
him

that fled.

brought Behold the land of the Chaldeans; this people

was not, [till] the Assyrian founded it for them that dwell in
the

wilderness: they set up the towers thereof, they raised up the

as

the heat in a dry place; [even] the heat with the shadow of a
cloud:

thy burnt offerings; neither hast thou honoured me with thy

sacrifices. I have not caused thee to serve with an offering, nor

wearied thee with incense.

brought I, [even] I, have spoken; yea, I have called

him: I have {brought} him, and he shall make his way prosperous.

brought Then shalt thou say in thine heart, Who hath

begotten me these, seeing I have lost my children, and am
desolate,

a captive, and removing to and fro? and who hath {brought} up
these?

Behold, I was left alone; these, where [had] they [be

en]?

entered,

ye defiled my land, and made mine heritage an abomination.

trouble

away to the Chaldeans. But he hearkened not to him: so Irijah
took

Jeremiah, and {brought} him to the princes.

brought And, behold, all the women that are left in
the

king of Judah's house [shall be] {brought} forth to the king of

Babylon's princes, and those [women] shall say, Thy friends have
set

thee on, and have prevailed against thee: thy feet are

sunk in the mire, [and] they are turned away back.

brought But the Chaldeans' army pursued after them,
and

overtook Zedekiah in the plains of Jericho: and when they had
taken

him, they {brought} him up to Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon to

Riblah in the land of Hamath, where he gave judgment upo

n him.

according as he hath said: because ye have sinned against the
LORD,

and have not obeyed his voice, therefore this thing is come upon

you.

brought Then took Johanan the son of Kareah, and all
the

captains of the forces that [were] with him, all the remnant of

people whom he had recovered from Ishmael the son of Nethaniah,
from

Mizpah, after [that] he had slain Gedaliah the so

n of Ahikam, [even] mighty men of war, and the women, and the

children, and the eunuchs, whom he had {brought} again from
Gibeon:

brought Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of
Israel;

Ye have seen all the evil that I have {brought} upon Jerusalem,
and

upon all the cities of Judah; and, behold, this day they [are] a

desolation, and no man dwelleth therein,

brought The LORD hath opened his armoury, and hath

{brought} forth the weapons of his indignation: for this [is] the

work of the Lord GOD of hosts in the land of the Chaldeans.

brought So Nebuzaradan the captain of the guard took

them, and {brought} them to the king of Babylon to Riblah.

month, in the five and twentieth [day] of the month, [that]

Evilmerodach king of Babylon in the [first] year of his reign

lifted up the head of Jehoiachin king of Judah, and {brought} him

forth out of prison,

brought The Lord hath swallowed up all the habitations
of

Jacob, and hath not pitied: he hath thrown down in his wrath the

strong holds of the daughter of Judah; he hath {brought} [them]
down

to the ground: he hath polluted the kingdom and the p

rinces thereof.
