brethren And Ham, the father of Canaan, saw the
nakedness of his father, and told his two {brethren} without.

went down from his {brethren}, and turned in to a certain
Adullamite, whose name [was] Hirah.
brethren Then said Judah to Tamar his daughter in
law, Remain a widow at thy father's house, till Shelah my son be
grown: for he said, Lest peradventure he die also, as his
{brethren} [did]. And Tamar went and dwelt in her father's house.

{brethren}, and gave them a possession in the land of Egypt, in
the best of the land, in the land of Rameses, as Pharaoh had
commanded.

according to [their] families.

upon Abimelech their brother, which slew them; and upon the men
of Shechem, which aided him in the killing of his {brethren}.

their confidence in him.

[that is], twelve years, I and my {brethren} have not eaten the
bread of the governor.

nobles, and entered into a curse, and into an oath, to walk in
God's law, which was given by Moses the servant of God, and to
observe and do all the commandments of the LORD our Lord, and

their {brethren} that kept the gates, [were] an hundred seventy

brethren Sallu, Amok, Hilkiah, Jedaiah. These [were]
the chief of the priests and of their {brethren} in the days of
Jeshua.
brethren Moreover the Levites: Jeshua, Binnui,
Kadmiel, Sherebiah, Judah, [and] Mattaniah, [which was] over the
thanksgiving, he and his {brethren}.
brethren Also Bakbukiah and Unni, their {brethren},
[were] over against them in the watches.
brethren And the chief of the Levites: Hashabiah,
Sherebiah, and Jeshua the son of Kadmiel, with their {brethren}
over against them, to praise [and] to give thanks, according to
the commandment of David the man of God, ward over against ward.
brethren And his {brethren}, Shemaiah, and Azarael,
Milalai, Gilalai, Maai, Nethaneel, and Judah, Hanani, with the
musical instruments of David the man of God, and Ezra the scribe
before them.
brethren And I made treasurers over the treasuries,
Shelemiah the priest, and Zadok the scribe, and of the Levites,
Pedaiah: and next to them [was] Hanan the son of Zaccur, the son
of Mattaniah: for they were counted faithful, and their office
[was] to distribute unto their {brethren}.
brethren For Mordecai the Jew [was] next unto king
Ahasuerus, and great among the Jews, and accepted of the
multitude of his {brethren}, seeking the wealth of his people,
and speaking peace to all his seed.

children, and lands, with persecutions; and in the world to come
eternal life.
