you it shall be for meat.

behold And God saw every thing that he had made, and,

behold And the LORD God said, {Behold}, the man is
become

as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth
his

hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for
ever:

behold {Behold}, thou hast driven me out this day from

the face of the earth; and from thy face shall I be hid; and I
shall

be a fugitive and a vagabond in the earth; and it shall come to

pass, [that] every one that findeth me shall slay me.

it

was corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted his way upon the earth.

come before me; for the earth is filled with violence through
them;

and, {behold}, I will destroy them with the earth.

behold And, {behold}, I, even I, do bring a flood of

waters upon the earth, to destroy all flesh, wherein [is] the
breath

of life, from under heaven; [and] every thing that [is] in the
earth

shall die.

behold And it came to pass in the six hundredth and
first

year, in the first [month], the first [day] of the month, the

e ground was dry.

you,

and with your seed after you;

enter into Egypt, that he said unto Sarai his wife, {Behold} now,
I

know that thou [art] a fair woman to look upon:

take

[her], and go thy way.

behold And Abram said, {Behold}, to me thou hast
given no

seed: and, lo, one born in my house is mine heir.

behold And Sarai said unto Abram, {Behold} now, the
LORD

hath restrained me from bearing: I pray thee, go in unto my maid;

may be that I may obtain children by her. And Abram hearkened to
the

voice of Sarai.

behold But Abram said unto Sarai, {Behold}, thy maid
[is]

in thy hand; do to her as it pleaseth thee. And when Sarai dealt

thee,

and thou shalt be a father of many nations.

{Behold},

I have blessed him, and will make him fruitful, and will multiply

him

a great nation.

there. And he said, I will not destroy [it] for twenty's sake.

behold And he said, {Behold} now, my lords, turn in, I

pray you, into your servant's house, and tarry all night, and
wash

your feet, and ye shall rise up early, and go on your ways. And

said, Nay; but we will abide in the street all night.

behold {Behold} now, I have two daughters which have
not

known man; let me, I pray you, bring them out unto you, and do
ye to

them as [is] good in your eyes: only unto these men do nothing;
for

therefore came they under the shadow of my roof.

behold {Behold} now, thy servant hath found grace in
thy

sight, and thou hast magnified thy mercy, which thou hast showed

unto me in saving my life; and I cannot escape to the mountain,
lest

some evil take me, and I die:

behold {Behold} now, this city [is] near to flee
unto,

and it [is] a little one: Oh, let me escape thither, ([is] it
not a

little one?) and my soul shall live.

behold And it came to pass on the morrow, that the

upon

her shoulder.

came

unto the man; and, {behold}, he stood by the camels

at the well.

behold {Behold}, I stand by the well of water; and it

shall come to pass, that when the virgin cometh forth to draw

[water], and I say to her, Give me, I pray thee, a little water
of

thy pitcher to drink;

behold And before I had done speaking in mine heart,

{behold}, Rebekah came forth with her pitcher on her shoulder;
and

she went down unto the well, and drew [water]: and I said unto
her,

Let me drink, I pray thee.

[her],

and go, and let her be thy master's son's wife, as the LORD hath

spoken.

Esau my brother [is] a hairy man, and I [am] a smooth man:

behold And he said, Is not he rightly named Jacob?
for

he hath supplanted me these two times: he took away my
birthright;

and, {behold}, now he hath taken away my blessing. And he said,
Hast

thou not reserved a blessing for me?

behold And Isaac answered and said unto Esau,
{Behold},

I have made him thy lord, and all his brethren have I given to
him

for servants; and with corn and wine have I sustained him: and
what

shall I do now unto thee, my son?

behold And Isaac his father answered and said unto
him,

{Behold}, thy dwelling shall be the fatness of the earth, and of
the

dew of heaven from above;

again

into this land; for I will not leave thee, until I have done
[that]

which I have spoken to thee of.

unto

her; and she shall bear upon my knees, that I may also have

Jacob's; it [is] a present sent unto my lord Esau: and, {behold},

also he [is] behind us.

Jacob

[is] behind us. For he said, I will appease him with the present

that goeth before me, and afterward I will see his face;

peradventure he will accept of me.

behold And Jacob lifted up his eyes, and looked, and,

{behold}, Esau came, and with him four hundred men. And he

the children unto Leah, and unto Rachel, and unto the two
handmaids.

behold These men [are] peaceable with us; therefore
let

them dwell in the land, and trade therein; for the land,
{behold},

[it is] large enough for them; let us take their daughters to us
for

wives, and let us give them our daughters.

behold For, behold, we [were] binding sheaves in the

field, and, lo, my sheaf arose, and also stood upright; and,

{behold}, your sheaves stood round about, and made obeisance to

your sheaves stood round about, and made obeisance to my sheaf.

will not believe me, nor hearken unto my voice: for they will
say,

The LORD hath not appeared unto thee.

behold And the LORD said furthermore unto him, Put now

thine hand into thy bosom. And he put his hand into his bosom:
and

when he took it out, {behold}, his hand [was] leprous as snow.

again.

And he put his hand into his bosom again; and plucked it out of
his

bosom, and, {behold}, it was turned again as his [other] flesh.

behold And the anger of the LORD was kindled against

beaten; but the fault [is] in thine own people.

behold And Moses spake before the LORD, saying,
{Behold},

the children of Israel have not hearkened unto me; how then shall

[am]

of uncircumcised lips, and how shall Pharaoh hearken unto me?

behold And thou shalt say unto him, The LORD God of
the

Hebrews hath sent me unto thee, saying, Let my people go, that
they

may serve me in the wilderness: and, {behold}, hitherto thou

wouldest not hear.

behold Thus saith the LORD, In this thou shalt know
that

I [am] the LORD: {behold}, I will smite with the rod that [is] in

mine hand upon the waters which [are] in the river, and they
shall

be turned to blood.

behold And if thou refuse to let [them] go, {behold}, I

will smite all thy borders with frogs:

behold Else, if thou wilt not let my people go,
{behold},

I will send swarms [of flies] upon thee, and upon thy servants,
and

upon thy people, and into thy houses: and the houses of the

Egyptians shall be full of swarms [of flies], and also the

ground whereon they [are].

behold And Moses said, {Behold}, I go out from thee,
and

I will entreat the LORD that the swarms [of flies] may depart
from

Pharaoh, from his servants, and from his people, to morrow: but
let

not Pharaoh deal deceitfully any more in not letting

the people go to sacrifice to the LORD.

behold {Behold}, the hand of the LORD is upon thy
cattle

which [is] in the field, upon the horses, upon the asses, upon

the

Egyptians, and they shall follow them: and I will get me honour
upon

Pharaoh, and upon all his host, upon his chariots, and upon his

the

rock in Horeb; and thou shalt smite the rock, and there shall
come

water out of it, that the people may drink. And Moses did so in
the

sight of the elders of Israel.

thee in the way, and to bring thee into the place which I have

people, and, {behold}, it [is] a stiffnecked people:

shall

go before thee: nevertheless in the day when I visit I will visit

their sin upon them.

place

by me, and thou shalt stand upon a rock:

all

the earth, nor in any nation: and all the people among which thou

[art] shall see the work of the LORD: for it [is] a t

errible thing that I will do with thee.

behold Observe thou that which I command thee this
day:

{behold}, I drive out before thee the Amorite, and the Canaanite,

and the Hittite, and the Perizzite, and the Hivite, and the

Jebusite.

behold And when Aaron and all the children of Israel
saw

Moses, {behold}, the skin of his face shone; and they were

they done it: and Moses blessed them.

offering, and, {behold}, it was burnt: and he was angry with

and Ithamar, the sons of Aaron [which were] left [alive], saying,

behold {Behold}, the blood of it was not brought in

within the holy [place]: ye should indeed have eaten it in the
holy

[place], as I commanded.

behold And Aaron said unto Moses, {Behold}, this day

have they offered their sin offering and their burnt offering
before

the LORD; and such things have befallen me: and [if] I had eaten
the

sin offering to day, should it have been accepted in

the sight of the LORD?

behold And the priest shall look on him the seventh
day:

and, {behold}, [if] the plague in his sight be at a stay, [and]
the

plague spread not in the skin; then the priest shall shut him up

seven days more:

behold And the priest shall look on him again the
seventh

day: and, {behold}, [if] the plague [be] somewhat dark, [and] the

plague spread not in the skin, the priest shall pronounce him
clean:

it [is but] a scab: and he shall wash his clothes,

and be clean.

behold And [if] the priest see that, {behold}, the
scab

spreadeth in the skin, then the priest shall pronounce him
unclean:

it [is] a leprosy.

behold And the priest shall see [him]: and, {behold},

[if] the rising [be] white in the skin, and it have turned the
hair

white, and [there be] quick raw flesh in the rising;

behold Then the priest shall consider: and, {behold},

[if] the leprosy have covered all his flesh, he shall pronounce

[him] clean [that hath] the plague: it is all turned white: he
[is]

clean.

behold And the priest shall see him: and, {behold},
[if]

the plague be turned into white; then the priest shall pronounce

[him] clean [that hath] the plague: he [is] clean.

behold And if, when the priest seeth it, {behold}, it

[be] in sight lower than the skin, and the hair thereof be turned

white; the priest shall pronounce him unclean: it [is] a plague
of

leprosy broken out of the boil.

behold But if the priest look on it, and, {behold},

[there be] no white hairs therein, and [if] it [be] not lower
than

the skin, but [be] somewhat dark; then the priest shall shut him
up

seven days:

behold Then the priest shall look upon it: and,

{behold}, [if] the hair in the bright spot be turned white, and
it

[be in] sight deeper than the skin; it [is] a leprosy broken out
of

the burning: wherefore the priest shall pronounce him unclea

n: it [is] the plague of leprosy.

behold But if the priest look on it, and, {behold},

[there be] no white hair in the bright spot, and it [be] no lower

than the [other] skin, but [be] somewhat dark; then the priest
shall

shut him up seven days:

behold Then the priest shall see the plague: and,

{behold}, if it [be] in sight deeper than the skin; [and there
be]

in it a yellow thin hair; then the priest shall pronounce him

unclean: it [is] a dry scall, [even] a leprosy upon the head or

beard.

behold And if the priest look on the plague of the

scall, and, {behold}, it [be] not in sight deeper than the skin,
and

[that there is] no black hair in it; then the priest shall shut
up

[him that hath] the plague of the scall seven days:

behold And in the seventh day the priest shall look
on

the plague: and, {behold}, [if] the scall spread not, and there
be

in it no yellow hair, and the scall [be] not in sight deeper than

the skin;

behold And in the seventh day the priest shall look
on

the scall: and, {behold}, [if] the scall be not spread in the
skin,

nor [be] in sight deeper than the skin; then the priest shall

pronounce him clean: and he shall wash his clothes, and be

clean.

behold Then the priest shall look on him: and,
{behold},

if the scall be spread in the skin, the priest shall not seek for

yellow hair; he [is] unclean.

behold Then the priest shall look: and, {behold},
[if]

the bright spots in the skin of their flesh [be] darkish white;
it

[is] a freckled spot [that] groweth in the skin; he [is] clean.

behold Then the priest shall look upon it: and,

{behold}, [if] the rising of the sore [be] white reddish in his
bald

head, or in his bald forehead, as the leprosy appeareth in the
skin

of the flesh;

behold And if the priest shall look, and, {behold},
the

plague be not spread in the garment, either in the warp, or in
the

woof, or in any thing of skin;

behold And the priest shall look on the plague, after

that it is washed: and, {behold}, [if] the plague have not
changed

his colour, and the plague be not spread; it [is] unclean; thou

shalt burn it in the fire; it [is] fret inward, [whether]

it [be] bare within or without.

behold And if the priest look, and, {behold}, the
plague

[be] somewhat dark after the washing of it; then he shall rend it

out of the garment, or out of the skin, or out of the warp, or
out

of the woof:

behold And the priest shall go forth out of the camp;
and

the priest shall look, and, {behold}, [if] the plague of leprosy
be

healed in the leper;

behold And he shall look on the plague, and,
{behold},

[if] the plague [be] in the walls of the house with hollow
streaks,

greenish or reddish, which in sight [are] lower than the wall;

behold And the priest shall come again the seventh
day,

and shall look: and, {behold}, [if] the plague be spread in the

walls of the house;

behold Then the priest shall come and look, and,

{behold}, [if] the plague be spread in the house, it [is] a
fretting

leprosy in the house: it [is] unclean.

behold And if the priest shall come in, and look
[upon

it], and, {behold}, the plague hath not spread in the house,
after

the house was plastered: then the priest shall pronounce the
house

clean, because the plague is healed.

behold And if ye shall say, What shall we eat the

seventh year? {behold}, we shall not sow, nor gather in our

increase:

behold And I, {behold}, I have taken the Levites from

among the children of Israel instead of all the firstborn that

openeth the matrix among the children of Israel: therefore the

Levites shall be mine;

behold With him will I speak mouth to mouth, even

apparently, and not in dark speeches; and the similitude of the
LORD

shall he {behold}: wherefore then were ye not afraid to speak

against my servant Moses?

behold And the cloud departed from off the
tabernacle;

and, behold, Miriam [became] leprous, [white] as snow: and Aaron

looked upon Miriam, and, {behold}, [she was] leprous.

behold And the cloud departed from off the
tabernacle;

and, {behold}, Miriam [became] leprous, [white] as snow: and
Aaron

looked upon Miriam, and, behold, [she was] leprous.

behold And it came to pass, when the congregation was

gathered against Moses and against Aaron, that they looked toward

the tabernacle of the congregation: and, {behold}, the cloud
covered

it, and the glory of the LORD appeared.

behold And Aaron took as Moses commanded, and ran
into

the midst of the congregation; and, {behold}, the plague was
begun

among the people: and he put on incense, and made an atonement
for

the people.

behold And it came to pass, that on the morrow Moses
went

into the tabernacle of witness; and, {behold}, the rod of Aaron
for

the house of Levi was budded, and brought forth buds, and bloomed

blossoms, and yielded almonds.

behold And the children of Israel spake unto Moses,

saying, {Behold}, we die, we perish, we all perish.

behold And I, {behold}, I have taken your brethren the

Levites from among the children of Israel: to you [they are]
given

[as] a gift for the LORD, to do the service of the tabernacle of
the

congregation.

behold And the LORD spake unto Aaron, {Behold}, I also

have given thee the charge of mine heave offerings of all the

hallowed things of the children of Israel; unto thee have I given

them by reason of the anointing, and to thy sons, by an ordin

ance for ever.

behold And, {behold}, I have given the children of
Levi

all the tenth in Israel for an inheritance, for their service
which

they serve, [even] the service of the tabernacle of the

congregation.

behold And when we cried unto the LORD, he heard our

voice, and sent an angel, and hath brought us forth out of Egypt:

and, {behold}, we [are] in Kadesh, a city in the uttermost of thy

border:

behold He sent messengers therefore unto Balaam the
son

of Beor to Pethor, which [is] by the river of the land of the

children of his people, to call him, saying, Behold, there is a

people come out from Egypt: {behold}, they cover the face of t

he earth, and they abide over against me:

behold He sent messengers therefore unto Balaam the
son

of Beor to Pethor, which [is] by the river of the land of the

children of his people, to call him, saying, {Behold}, there is a

people come out from Egypt: behold, they cover the face of t

he earth, and they abide over against me:

behold {Behold}, [there is] a people come out of
Egypt,

which covereth the face of the earth: come now, curse me them;

peradventure I shall be able to overcome them, and drive them
out.

behold And the angel of the LORD said unto him,

Wherefore hast thou smitten thine ass these three times?
{behold}, I

went out to withstand thee, because [thy] way is perverse before
me:

behold For from the top of the rocks I see him, and
from

the hills I {behold} him: lo, the people shall dwell alone, and

shall not be reckoned among the nations.

behold And Balak said unto Balaam, What hast thou
done

unto me? I took thee to curse mine enemies, and, {behold}, thou
hast

blessed [them] altogether.

behold And when he came to him, {behold}, he stood by

his burnt offering, and the princes of Moab with him. And Balak
said

unto him, What hath the LORD spoken?

behold {Behold}, I have received [commandment] to
bless:

and he hath blessed; and I cannot reverse it.

behold {Behold}, the people shall rise up as a great

lion, and lift up himself as a young lion: he shall not lie down

until he eat [of] the prey, and drink the blood of the slain.

behold And Balak's anger was kindled against Balaam,
and

he smote his hands together: and Balak said unto Balaam, I called

thee to curse mine enemies, and, {behold}, thou hast altogether

blessed [them] these three times.

behold And now, {behold}, I go unto my people: come

[therefore, and] I will advertise thee what this people shall do
to

thy people in the latter days.

behold I shall see him, but not now: I shall {behold}

him, but not nigh: there shall come a Star out of Jacob, and a

Sceptre shall rise out of Israel, and shall smite the corners of

Moab, and destroy all the children of Sheth.

behold And, {behold}, one of the children of Israel
came

and brought unto his brethren a Midianitish woman in the sight of

Moses, and in the sight of all the congregation of the children
of

Israel, who [were] weeping [before] the door of the ta

bernacle of the congregation.

behold Wherefore say, {Behold}, I give unto him my

covenant of peace:

behold {Behold}, these caused the children of Israel,

through the counsel of Balaam, to commit trespass against the
LORD

in the matter of Peor, and there was a plague among the
congregation

of the LORD.

behold Now the children of Reuben and the children of
Gad

had a very great multitude of cattle: and when they saw the land
of

Jazer, and the land of Gilead, that, {behold}, the place [was] a

place for cattle;

behold And, {behold}, ye are risen up in your
fathers'

stead, an increase of sinful men, to augment yet the fierce
anger of

the LORD toward Israel.

behold But if ye will not do so, {behold}, ye have

sinned against the LORD: and be sure your sin will find you out.

behold {Behold}, I have set the land before you: go in
and

possess the land which the LORD sware unto your fathers, Abraham,

Isaac, and Jacob, to give unto them and to their seed after them.

behold The LORD your God hath multiplied you, and,

{behold}, ye [are] this day as the stars of heaven for multitude.

behold {Behold}, the LORD thy God hath set the land

before thee: go up [and] possess [it], as the LORD God of thy

fathers hath said unto thee; fear not, neither be discouraged.

behold Rise ye up, take your journey, and pass over
the

river Arnon: {behold}, I have given into thine hand Sihon the

Amorite, king of Heshbon, and his land: begin to possess [it],
and

contend with him in battle.

behold And the LORD said unto me, {Behold}, I have
begun

to give Sihon and his land before thee: begin to possess, that
thou

mayest inherit his land.

behold For only Og king of Bashan remained of the
remnant

of giants; {behold}, his bedstead [was] a bedstead of iron; [is]
it

not in Rabbath of the children of Ammon? nine cubits [was] the

length thereof, and four cubits the breadth of it, afte

r the cubit of a man.

behold Get thee up into the top of Pisgah, and lift up

thine eyes westward, and northward, and southward, and eastward,
and

{behold} [it] with thine eyes: for thou shalt not go over this

Jordan.

behold {Behold}, I have taught you statutes and
judgments,

even as the LORD my God commanded me, that ye should do so in the

land whither ye go to possess it.

behold And ye said, {Behold}, the LORD our God hath

showed us his glory and his greatness, and we have heard his
voice

out of the midst of the fire: we have seen this day that God doth

talk with man, and he liveth.

behold Furthermore the LORD spake unto me, saying, I
have

seen this people, and, {behold}, it [is] a stiffnecked people:

behold And I looked, and, {behold}, ye had sinned
against

the LORD your God, [and] had made you a molten calf: ye had
turned

aside quickly out of the way which the LORD had commanded you.

behold {Behold}, the heaven and the heaven of heavens

[is] the LORD'S thy God, the earth [also], with all that therein

[is].

behold {Behold}, I set before you this day a blessing

and a curse;

behold Then shalt thou inquire, and make search, and
ask

diligently; and, {behold}, [if it be] truth, [and] the thing

certain, [that] such abomination is wrought among you;

behold And it be told thee, and thou hast heard [of
it],

and inquired diligently, and, {behold}, [it be] true, [and] the

thing certain, [that] such abomination is wrought in Israel:

behold And the judges shall make diligent
inquisition:

and, {behold}, [if] the witness [be] a false witness, [and] hath

testified falsely against his brother;

behold And now, {behold}, I have brought the
firstfruits

of the land, which thou, O LORD, hast given me. And thou shalt
set

it before the LORD thy God, and worship before the LORD thy God:

behold And the LORD said unto Moses, {Behold}, thy
days

approach that thou must die: call Joshua, and present yourselves
in

the tabernacle of the congregation, that I may give him a charge.

And Moses and Joshua went, and presented themselves i

n the tabernacle of the congregation.

behold And the LORD said unto Moses, {Behold}, thou

shalt sleep with thy fathers; and this people will rise up, and
go a

whoring after the gods of the strangers of the land, whither
they go

[to be] among them, and will forsake me, and break my

covenant which I have made with them.

behold For I know thy rebellion, and thy stiff neck:

{behold}, while I am yet alive with you this day, ye have been

rebellious against the LORD; and how much more after my death?

behold Get thee up into this mountain Abarim, [unto]

mount Nebo, which [is] in the land of Moab, that [is] over
against

Jericho; and {behold} the land of Canaan, which I give unto the

children of Israel for a possession:

behold And it was told the king of Jericho, saying,

{Behold}, there came men in hither to night of the children of

Israel to search out the country.

behold {Behold}, [when] we come into the land, thou
shalt

bind this line of scarlet thread in the window which thou didst
let

us down by: and thou shalt bring thy father, and thy mother, and
thy

brethren, and all thy father's household, home un

to thee.

behold {Behold}, the ark of the covenant of the LORD
of

all the earth passeth over before you into Jordan.

behold And it came to pass, when Joshua was by
Jericho,

stood a

went unto him, and said unto him, [Art] thou for us, o

r for our adversaries?

behold When I saw among the spoils a goodly Babylonish

garment, and two hundred shekels of silver, and a wedge of gold
of

fifty shekels weight, then I coveted them, and took them; and,

{behold}, they [are] hid in the earth in the midst of my te

nt, and the silver under it.

behold So Joshua sent messengers, and they ran unto
the

tent; and, {behold}, [it was] hid in his tent, and the silver
under

it.

behold And he commanded them, saying, {Behold}, ye
shall

lie in wait against the city, [even] behind the city: go not very

far from the city, but be ye all ready:

behold And when the men of Ai looked behind them, they

saw, and, {behold}, the smoke of the city ascended up to heaven,
and

they had no power to flee this way or that way: and the people
that

fled to the wilderness turned back upon the pursuers

.

behold This our bread we took hot [for] our provision
out

of our houses on the day we came forth to go unto you; but now,

{behold}, it is dry, and it is mouldy:

behold And these bottles of wine, which we filled,
[were]

new; and, {behold}, they be rent: and these our garments and our

shoes are become old by reason of the very long journey.

behold And now, {behold}, we [are] in thine hand: as
it

seemeth good and right unto thee to do unto us, do.

behold And now, {behold}, the LORD hath kept me
alive,

as he said, these forty and five years, even since the LORD spake

this word unto Moses, while [the children of] Israel wandered in
the

wilderness: and now, lo, I [am] this day fourscore an

behold And the children of Israel heard say,
{Behold},

the children of Reuben and the children of Gad and the half
tribe of

Manasseh have built an altar over against the land of Canaan, in
the

borders of Jordan, at the passage of the children

of Israel.

behold Therefore said we, that it shall be, when they

should [so] say to us or to our generations in time to come,
that we

may say [again], {Behold} the pattern of the altar of the LORD,

which our fathers made, not for burnt offerings, nor for

sacrifices; but it [is] a witness between us and you.

nations that remain, to be an inheritance for your tribes, from

of

all the earth: and ye know in all your hearts and in all your

your God spake concerning you; all are come to pas

s unto you, [and] not one thing hath failed thereof.

{behold}, he opened not the doors of the parlour; therefore they

took a key, and opened [them]: and, behold, their lord [was]
fallen

down dead on the earth.

l, and overturned it, that the tent lay along.

Bethel

to Shechem, and on the south of Lebonah.

The

LORD bless thee.

behold And now [is] not Boaz of our kindred, with whose

maidens thou wast? {Behold}, he winnoweth barley to night in the

threshingfloor.

behold And it came to pass at midnight, that the man
was

afraid, and turned himself: and, {behold}, a woman lay at his
feet.

behold Then went Boaz up to the gate, and sat him down

there: and, {behold}, the kinsman of whom Boaz spake came by;
unto

whom he said, Ho, such a one! turn aside, sit down here. And he

turned aside, and sat down.

again.

behold <1SA5 -4> And when they arose early on the morrow morning,

{behold}, Dagon [was] fallen upon his face to the ground before

behold <1SA9 -6> And he said unto him, {Behold} now, [there is]
in

this city a man of God, and [he is] an honourable man; all that

saith cometh surely to pass: now let us go thither; peradventure
he

can show us our way that we should go.

behold <1SA9 -7> Then said Saul to his servant, But, {behold},
[if]

we go, what shall we bring the man? for the bread is spent in our

vessels, and [there is] not a present to bring to the man of God:

what have we?

behold <1SA9 -8> And the servant answered Saul again, and said,

{Behold}, I have here at hand the fourth part of a shekel of
silver:

[that] will I give to the man of God, to tell us our way.

behold <1SA9 -12> And they answered them, and said, He is;
{behold},

[he is] before you: make haste now, for he came to day to the
city;

for [there is] a sacrifice of the people to day in the high

behold <1SA9 -14> And they went up into the city: [and] when they

were come into the city, {behold}, Samuel came out against them,

ave invited the people. So Saul did eat with Samuel that day.

behold <1SA10 -8> And thou shalt go down before me to Gilgal;
and,

{behold}, I will come down unto thee, to offer burnt offerings,

shalt

thou tarry, till I come to thee, and show thee what thou

shalt do.

behold <1SA10 -10> And when they came thither to the hill,
{behold},

a company of prophets met him; and the spirit of God came upon
him,

and he prophesied among them.

behold <1SA10 -11> And it came to pass, when all that knew him

beforetime saw that, {behold}, he prophesied among the prophets,

then the people said one to another, What [is] this [that] is
come

unto the son of Kish? [Is] Saul also among the prophets?

and I am old and grayheaded; and, behold, my sons [are] with you:

and I have walked before you from my childhood unto this day.

behold <1SA12 -2> And now, behold, the king walketh before you:
and

I am old and grayheaded; and, {behold}, my sons [are] with you:
and

I have walked before you from my childhood unto this day.

behold <1SA12 -3> {Behold}, here I [am]: witness against me
before

the LORD, and before his anointed: whose ox have I taken? or
whose

ass have I taken? or whom have I defrauded? whom have I
oppressed?

or of whose hand have I received [any] bribe to blind

mine eyes therewith? and I will restore it you.

behold <1SA12 -13> Now therefore behold the king whom ye have

chosen, [and] whom ye have desired! and, {behold}, the LORD hath
set

a king over you.

behold <1SA12 -13> Now therefore {behold} the king whom ye have

chosen, [and] whom ye have desired! and, behold, the LORD hath
set a

king over you.

the

Hebrews come forth out of the holes where they had hid
themselves.

behold <1SA14 -16> And the watchmen of Saul in Gibeah of Benjamin

looked; and, {behold}, the multitude melted away, and they went
on

beating down [one another].

with

him, Number now, and see who is gone from us. And when they had

numbered, {behold}, Jonathan and his armourbearer [were] not

[there].

behold <1SA14 -20> And Saul and all the people that [were] with
him

on,

and gone down to Gilgal.

behold <1SA15 -22> And Samuel said, Hath the LORD [as great]

hearken

than the fat of rams.

behold <1SA16 -11> And Samuel said unto Jesse, Are here all [thy]

children? And he said, There remaineth yet the youngest, and,

{behold}, he keepeth the sheep. And Samuel said unto Jesse, Send
and

fetch him: for we will not sit down till he come hither.

behold <1SA16 -15> And Saul's servants said unto him, {Behold}
now,

an evil spirit from God troubleth thee.

behold <1SA16 -18> Then answered one of the servants, and said,

{Behold}, I have seen a son of Jesse the Bethlehemite, [that is]

cunning in playing, and a mighty valiant man, and a man of war,
and

prudent in matters, and a comely person, and the LORD [is]

with him.

behold <1SA17 -23> And as he talked with them, {behold}, there
came

up the champion, the Philistine of Gath, Goliath by name, out of
the

armies of the Philistines, and spake according to the same words:

and David heard [them].

behold <1SA18 -17> And Saul said to David, {Behold} my elder

valiant

for me, and fight the LORD'S battles. For Saul said, Let not mine

hand be upon him, but let the hand of the Philistines be upon

him.

behold <1SA19 -16> And when the messengers were come in,
{behold},

[there was] an image in the bed, with a pillow of goats' [hair]
for

his bolster.

behold <1SA19 -19> And it was told Saul, saying, {Behold}, David

[is] at Naioth in Ramah.

behold <1SA19 -22> Then went he also to Ramah, and came to a
great

well that [is] in Sechu: and he asked and said, Where [are]
Samuel

and David? And [one] said, {Behold}, [they be] at Naioth in
Ramah.

behold <1SA20 -2> And he said unto him, God forbid; thou shalt
not

die: {behold}, my father will do nothing either great or small,
but

that he will show it me: and why should my father hide this thing

from me? it [is] not [so].

behold <1SA20 -5> And David said unto Jonathan, {Behold}, to
morrow

[is] the new moon, and I should not fail to sit with the king at

meat: but let me go, that I may hide myself in the field unto the

third [day] at even.

behold <1SA20 -12> And Jonathan said unto David, O LORD God of

Israel, when I have sounded my father about to morrow any time,
[or]

the third [day], and, {behold}, [if there be] good toward David,
and

I then send not unto thee, and show it thee;

behold <1SA20 -21> And, behold, I will send a lad, [saying], Go,

find out the arrows. If I expressly say unto the lad, {Behold},
the

arrows [are] on this side of thee, take them; then come thou: for

[there is] peace to thee, and no hurt; [as] the LORD liv

eth.

behold <1SA20 -21> And, {behold}, I will send a lad, [saying],
Go,

find out the arrows. If I expressly say unto the lad, Behold, the

arrows [are] on this side of thee, take them; then come thou: for

[there is] peace to thee, and no hurt; [as] the LORD liv

eth.

behold <1SA20 -22> But if I say thus unto the young man,
{Behold},

the arrows [are] beyond thee; go thy way: for the LORD hath sent

thee away.

behold <1SA20 -23> And [as touching] the matter which thou and I

have spoken of, {behold}, the LORD [be] between thee and me for

ever.

behold <1SA21 -9> And the priest said, The sword of Goliath the

Philistine, whom thou slewest in the valley of Elah, {behold}, it

[is here] wrapped in a cloth behind the ephod: if thou wilt take

that, take [it]: for [there is] no other save that here. And

David said, [There is] none like that; give it me.

behold <1SA23 -1> Then they told David, saying, {Behold}, the

Philistines fight against Keilah, and they rob the
threshingfloors.

behold <1SA23 -3> And David's men said unto him, {Behold}, we be

afraid here in Judah: how much more then if we come to Keilah

against the armies of the Philistines?

from

following the Philistines, that it was told him, saying,
{Behold},

David [is] in the wilderness of Engedi.

the

day of which the LORD said unto thee, Behold, I will deliver
thine

enemy into thine hand, that thou mayest do to him as it shall
seem

good unto thee. Then David arose, and cut off the skir

t of Saul's robe privily.

behold <1SA24 -4> And the men of David said unto him, Behold the
day

of which the LORD said unto thee, {Behold}, I will deliver thine

enemy into thine hand, that thou mayest do to him as it shall
seem

good unto thee. Then David arose, and cut off the skir

t of Saul's robe privily.

behold <1SA24 -9> And David said to Saul, Wherefore hearest thou

men's words, saying, {Behold}, David seeketh thy hurt?

behold <1SA24 -10> {Behold}, this day thine eyes have seen how
that

the LORD had delivered thee to day into mine hand in the cave:
and

[some] bade [me] kill thee: but [mine eye] spared thee; and I
said,

I will not put forth mine hand against my lord; for

he [is] the LORD'S anointed.

behold <1SA24 -20> And now, {behold}, I know well that thou shalt

surely be king, and that the kingdom of Israel shall be
established

in thine hand.

behold <1SA25 -14> But one of the young men told Abigail, Nabal's

wife, saying, {Behold}, David sent messengers out of the
wilderness

to salute our master; and he railed on them.

behold <1SA25 -19> And she said unto her servants, Go on before
me;

{behold}, I come after you. But she told not her husband Nabal.

behold <1SA25 -20> And it was [so, as] she rode on the ass, that
she

came down by the covert of the hill, and, {behold}, David and his

men came down against her; and she met them.

behold <1SA25 -36> And Abigail came to Nabal; and, {behold}, he
held

a feast in his house, like the feast of a king; and Nabal's heart

[was] merry within him, for he [was] very drunken: wherefore she

told him nothing, less or more, until the morning light

.

face to

the earth, and said, {Behold}, [let] thine handmaid [be] a
servant

to wash the feet of the servants of my lord.

behold <1SA26 -7> So David and Abishai came to the people by
night:

and, {behold}, Saul lay sleeping within the trench, and his spear

stuck in the ground at his bolster: but Abner and the people lay

round about him.

behold <1SA26 -21> Then said Saul, I have sinned: return, my son

David: for I will no more do thee harm, because my soul was
precious

in thine eyes this day: {behold}, I have played the fool, and
have

erred exceedingly.

behold <1SA26 -22> And David answered and said, {Behold} the
king's

spear! and let one of the young men come over and fetch it.

behold <1SA26 -24> And, {behold}, as thy life was much set by
this

day in mine eyes, so let my life be much set by in the eyes of
the

LORD, and let him deliver me out of all tribulation.

behold <1SA28 -7> Then said Saul unto his servants, Seek me a
woman

that hath a familiar spirit, that I may go to her, and inquire of

her. And his servants said to him, {Behold}, [there is] a woman
that

hath a familiar spirit at Endor.

behold <1SA28 -9> And the woman said unto him, {Behold}, thou

knowest what Saul hath done, how he hath cut off those that have

familiar spirits, and the wizards, out of the land: wherefore
then

layest thou a snare for my life, to cause me to die?

behold <1SA28 -21> And the woman came unto Saul, and saw that he
was

sore troubled, and said unto him, {Behold}, thine handmaid hath

obeyed thy voice, and I have put my life in my hand, and have

hearkened unto thy words which thou spakest unto me.

behold <1SA30 -3> So David and his men came to the city, and,

{behold}, [it was] burned with fire; and their wives, and their

sons, and their daughters, were taken captives.

behold <1SA30 -16> And when he had brought him down, {behold},
[they

were] spread abroad upon all the earth, eating and drinking, and

dancing, because of all the great spoil that they had taken out
of

the land of the Philistines, and out of the land of Ju

dah.

David, that he fell to the earth, and did obeisance.

behold <2SA1 -6> And the young man that told him said, As I
happened

by chance upon mount Gilboa, {behold}, Saul leaned upon his
spear;

and, lo, the chariots and horsemen followed hard after him.

Israel unto thee.

behold <2SA3 -22> And, {behold}, the servants of David and Joab
came

from [pursuing] a troop, and brought in a great spoil with them:

Abner [was] not with David in Hebron; for he had sent him away,
and

he was gone in peace.

behold <2SA3 -24> Then Joab came to the king, and said, What hast

thou done? {behold}, Abner came unto thee; why [is] it [that]
thou

hast sent him away, and he is quite gone?

behold <2SA4 -8> And they brought the head of Ishbosheth unto

to Hebron, and said to the king, {Behold} the head of Ishbosheth
the

avenged my lord the king this day of Saul, and of hi

s seed.

behold <2SA4 -10> When one told me, saying, {Behold}, Saul is
dead,

behold <2SA9 -6> Now when Mephibosheth, the son of Jonathan, the
son

of Saul, was come unto David, he fell on his face, and did

reverence. And David said, Mephibosheth. And he answered,
{Behold}

thy servant!

behold <2SA12 -11> Thus saith the LORD, {Behold}, I will raise up

evil against thee out of thine own house, and I will take thy
wives

before thine eyes, and give [them] unto thy neighbour, and he
shall

lie with thy wives in the sight of this sun.

behold <2SA12 -18> And it came to pass on the seventh day, that
the

child died. And the servants of David feared to tell him that the

child was dead: for they said, {Behold}, while the child was yet

alive, we spake unto him, and he would not hearken unto

our voice: how will he then vex himself, if we tell him that the

child is dead?

behold <2SA13 -24> And Absalom came to the king, and said,
{Behold}

now, thy servant hath sheepshearers; let the king, I beseech
thee,

and his servants go with thy servant.

the

watch lifted up his eyes, and looked, and, {behold}, there came
much

people by the way of the hill side behind him.

behold <2SA13 -35> And Jonadab said unto the king, {Behold}, the

king's sons come: as thy servant said, so it is.

behold <2SA13 -36> And it came to pass, as soon as he had made an

end of speaking, that, {behold}, the king's sons came, and
lifted up

their voice and wept: and the king also and all his servants wept

very sore.

behold <2SA14 -7> And, {behold}, the whole family is risen
against

thine handmaid, and they said, Deliver him that smote his
brother,

that we may kill him, for the life of his brother whom he slew;
and

we will destroy the heir also: and so they shall quen

ch my coal which is left, and shall not leave to my husband

[neither] name nor remainder upon the earth.

behold <2SA14 -21> And the king said unto Joab, {Behold} now, I
have

done this thing: go therefore, bring the young man Absalom again.

behold <2SA14 -32> And Absalom answered Joab, {Behold}, I sent
unto

thee, saying, Come hither, that I may send thee to the king, to
say,

Wherefore am I come from Geshur? [it had been] good for me [to
have

been] there still: now therefore let me see the ki

ng's face; and if there be [any] iniquity in me, let him kill me.

behold <2SA15 -15> And the king's servants said unto the king,

{Behold}, thy servants [are ready to do] whatsoever my lord the
king

shall appoint.

behold <2SA15 -26> But if he thus say, I have no delight in thee;

{behold}, [here am] I, let him do to me as seemeth good unto him.

behold <2SA15 -32> And it came to pass, that [when] David was
come

to the top [of the mount], where he worshipped God, {behold},

his

head:

behold <2SA15 -36> {Behold}, [they have] there with them their
two

sons, Ahimaaz Zadok's [son], and Jonathan Abiathar's [son]; and
by

them ye shall send unto me every thing that ye can hear.

behold <2SA16 -1> And when David was a little past the top [of
the

hill], {behold}, Ziba the servant of Mephibosheth met him, with a

couple of asses saddled, and upon them two hundred [loaves] of

bread, and an hundred bunches of raisins, and an hundred of

summer fruits, and a bottle of wine.

behold <2SA16 -3> And the king said, And where [is] thy master's

son? And Ziba said unto the king, {Behold}, he abideth at
Jerusalem:

for he said, To day shall the house of Israel restore me the
kingdom

of my father.

behold <2SA16 -4> Then said the king to Ziba, {Behold}, thine
[are]

all that [pertained] unto Mephibosheth. And Ziba said, I humbly

beseech thee [that] I may find grace in thy sight, my lord, O
king.

behold <2SA16 -5> And when king David came to Bahurim, {behold},

thence came out a man of the family of the house of Saul, whose

[was] Shimei, the son of Gera: he came forth, and cursed still
as he

came.

behold <2SA16 -8> The LORD hath returned upon thee all the blood
of

the house of Saul, in whose stead thou hast reigned; and the LORD

hath delivered the kingdom into the hand of Absalom thy son: and,

{behold}, thou [art taken] in thy mischief, because tho

u [art] a bloody man.

behold <2SA16 -11> And David said to Abishai, and to all his

servants, {Behold}, my son, which came forth of my bowels,
seeketh

my life: how much more now [may this] Benjamite [do it]? let him

alone, and let him curse; for the LORD hath bidden him.

behold <2SA17 -9> {Behold}, he is hid now in some pit, or in some

[other] place: and it will come to pass, when some of them be

overthrown at the first, that whosoever heareth it will say,
There

is a slaughter among the people that follow Absalom.

behold <2SA18 -10> And a certain man saw [it], and told Joab, and

said, {Behold}, I saw Absalom hanged in an oak.

behold <2SA18 -11> And Joab said unto the man that told him, And,

{behold}, thou sawest [him], and why didst thou not smite him
there

to the ground? And I would have given thee ten [shekels] of
silver,

and a girdle.

behold <2SA18 -24> And David sat between the two gates: and the

watchman went up to the roof over the gate unto the wall, and
lifted

up his eyes, and looked, and {behold} a man running alone.

behold <2SA18 -26> And the watchman saw another man running: and
the

watchman called unto the porter, and said, {Behold} [another] man

running alone. And the king said, He also bringeth tidings.

day

of all them that rose up against thee.

behold <2SA19 -1> And it was told Joab, {Behold}, the king
weepeth

and mourneth for Absalom.

behold <2SA19 -8> Then the king arose, and sat in the gate. And
they

told unto all the people, saying, {Behold}, the king doth sit in
the

gate. And all the people came before the king: for Israel had
fled

every man to his tent.

behold <2SA19 -20> For thy servant doth know that I have sinned:

therefore, {behold}, I am come the first this day of all the
house

of Joseph to go down to meet my lord the king.

behold <2SA19 -37> Let thy servant, I pray thee, turn back again,

that I may die in mine own city, [and be buried] by the grave of
my

father and of my mother. But {behold} thy servant Chimham; let
him

go over with my lord the king; and do to him what shal

l seem good unto thee.

behold <2SA19 -41> And, {behold}, all the men of Israel came to
the

king, and said unto the king, Why have our brethren the men of
Judah

stolen thee away, and have brought the king, and his household,
and

all David's men with him, over Jordan?

behold <2SA20 -21> The matter [is] not so: but a man of mount

Ephraim, Sheba the son of Bichri by name, hath lifted up his hand

against the king, [even] against David: deliver him only, and I
will

instruments of the oxen for wood.

behold <1KI1 -14> {Behold}, while thou yet talkest there with the

king, I also will come in after thee, and confirm thy words.

behold <1KI1 -18> And now, {behold}, Adonijah reigneth; and now,
my

the prophet. And when he was come in before the king, he bowed

himself before the king with his face to the ground.

behold <1KI1 -25> For he is gone down this day, and hath slain

behold <1KI2 -8> And, {behold}, [thou hast] with thee Shimei the

behold <1KI3 -15> And Solomon awoke; and, {behold}, [it was] a

prophet, which told me that [I should be] king over this

people.

behold <1KI14 -5> And the LORD said unto Ahijah, {Behold}, the
wife

of Jeroboam cometh to ask a thing of thee for her son; for he
[is]

sick: thus and thus shalt thou say unto her: for it shall be,
when

she cometh in, that she shall feign herself [to be] a

the

house of Jeroboam, and will cut off from Jeroboam him that

and drink, and laid him down again.

unto

him, What doest thou here, Elijah?

behold <1KI19 -11> And he said, Go forth, and stand upon the
mount

before the LORD. And, {behold}, the LORD passed by, and a great

behold <1KI20 -31> And his servants said unto him, {Behold} now,

upon our heads, and go out to the king of Israel: peradve

nture he will save thy life.

behold <1KI20 -36> Then said he unto him, Because thou hast not

evil

upon this place, and upon the inhabitants thereof, [even] all the

words of the book which the king of Judah hath read:

behold <2KI22 -20> {Behold} therefore, I will gather thee unto
thy

fathers, and thou shalt be gathered into thy grave in peace; and

for

the house of the LORD an hundred thousand talents of gold, and a

weight; for it is in abundance: timber also and stone h

ave I prepared; and thou mayest add thereto.

behold <1CH28 -21> And, {behold}, the courses of the priests and
the

Levites, [even they shall be with thee] for all the service of
the

house of God: and [there shall be] with thee for all manner of

service: also the princes and all the people [will be] wholly at

thy commandment.

offerings morning and evening, on the sabbaths, and on the new

moons, and on the solemn feasts of the LORD our God. This [is an

ordinance] for ever to Israel.

behold <2CH2 -8> Send me also cedar trees, fir trees, and algum

trees, out of Lebanon: for I know that thy servants can skill to
cut

timber in Lebanon; and, {behold}, my servants [shall be] with thy

servants,

behold <2CH2 -10> And, {behold}, I will give to thy servants, the

hewers that cut timber, twenty thousand measures of beaten wheat,

and twenty thousand measures of barley, and twenty thousand
baths of

wine, and twenty thousand baths of oil.

behold <2CH6 -18> But will God in very deed dwell with men on the

earth? {behold}, heaven and the heaven of heavens cannot contain

thee; how much less this house which I have built!

behold <2CH9 -6> Howbeit I believed not their words, until I
came,

and mine eyes had seen [it]: and, {behold}, the one half of the

greatness of thy wisdom was not told me: [for] thou exceedest the

fame that I heard.

behold <2CH13 -12> And, {behold}, God himself [is] with us for
[our]

captain, and his priests with sounding trumpets to cry alarm
against

you. O children of Israel, fight ye not against the LORD God of
your

fathers; for ye shall not prosper.

behold <2CH13 -14> And when Judah looked back, {behold}, the
battle

[was] before and behind: and they cried unto the LORD, and the

priests sounded with the trumpets.

behold <2CH16 -3> There is] a league between me and thee, as
[there

was] between my father and thy father: {behold}, I have sent thee

silver and gold; go, break thy league with Baasha king of Israel,

that he may depart from me.

behold <2CH16 -11> And, {behold}, the acts of Asa, first and
last,

lo, they [are] written in the book of the kings of Judah and
Israel.

behold <2CH18 -12> And the messenger that went to call Micaiah
spake

to him, saying, {Behold}, the words of the prophets [declare]
good

to the king with one assent; let thy word therefore, I pray thee,
be

like one of theirs, and speak thou good.

behold <2CH18 -22> Now therefore, {behold}, the LORD hath put a

lying spirit in the mouth of these thy prophets, and the LORD
hath

spoken evil against thee.

behold <2CH18 -24> And Micaiah said, {Behold}, thou shalt see on

that day when thou shalt go into an inner chamber to hide
thyself.

behold <2CH19 -11> And, {behold}, Amariah the chief priest [is]
over

you in all matters of the LORD; and Zebadiah the son of Ishmael,
the

ruler of the house of Judah, for all the king's matters: also the

Levites [shall be] officers before you. Deal courag

eously, and the LORD shall be with the good.

behold <2CH20 -2> Then there came some that told Jehoshaphat,

saying, There cometh a great multitude against thee from beyond
the

sea on this side Syria; and, {behold}, they [be] in Hazazontamar,

which [is] Engedi.

behold <2CH20 -10> And now, {behold}, the children of Ammon and
Moab

and mount Seir, whom thou wouldest not let Israel invade, when
they

came out of the land of Egypt, but they turned from them, and

destroyed them not;

behold <2CH20 -11> {Behold}, [I say, how] they reward us, to
come to

cast us out of thy possession, which thou hast given us to
inherit.

behold <2CH20 -16> To morrow go ye down against them: {behold},
they

come up by the cliff of Ziz; and ye shall find them at the end of

the brook, before the wilderness of Jeruel.

behold <2CH20 -24> And when Judah came toward the watch tower in
the

wilderness, they looked unto the multitude, and, {behold}, they

[were] dead bodies fallen to the earth, and none escaped.

behold <2CH20 -34> Now the rest of the acts of Jehoshaphat, first

and last, {behold}, they [are] written in the book of Jehu the
son

of Hanani, who [is] mentioned in the book of the kings of Israel.

behold <2CH21 -14> {Behold}, with a great plague will the LORD
smite

thy people, and thy children, and thy wives, and all thy goods:

behold <2CH23 -3> And all the congregation made a covenant with
the

king in the house of God. And he said unto them, {Behold}, the

king's son shall reign, as the LORD hath said of the sons of
David.

behold <2CH23 -13> And she looked, and, {behold}, the king stood
at

his pillar at the entering in, and the princes and the trumpets
by

the king: and all the people of the land rejoiced, and sounded
with

trumpets, also the singers with instruments of music

, and such as taught to sing praise. Then Athaliah rent her
clothes,

and said, Treason, Treason.

behold <2CH24 -27> Now [concerning] his sons, and the greatness
of

the burdens [laid] upon him, and the repairing of the house of
God,

{behold}, they [are] written in the story of the book of the
kings.

And Amaziah his son reigned in his stead.

behold <2CH25 -26> Now the rest of the acts of Amaziah, first and

last, {behold}, [are] they not written in the book of the kings
of

Judah and Israel?

behold <2CH26 -20> And Azariah the chief priest, and all the

priests, looked upon him, and, {behold}, he [was] leprous in his

forehead, and they thrust him out from thence; yea, himself
hasted

also to go out, because the LORD had smitten him.

behold <2CH28 -9> But a prophet of the LORD was there, whose name

[was] Oded: and he went out before the host that came to Samaria,

and said unto them, {Behold}, because the LORD God of your
fathers

was wroth with Judah, he hath delivered them into your h

and, and ye have slain them in a rage [that] reacheth up unto

heaven.

behold <2CH28 -26> Now the rest of his acts and of all his ways,

first and last, {behold}, they [are] written in the book of the

kings of Judah and Israel.

LORD.

behold <2CH32 -32> Now the rest of the acts of Hezekiah, and his

the

prophet, the son of Amoz, [and] in the book of the kings of Judah

and Israel.

behold <2CH33 -18> Now the rest of the acts of Manasseh, and his

prayer unto his God, and the words of the seers that spake to
him in

the name of the LORD God of Israel, {behold}, they [are written]
in

the book of the kings of Israel.

behold <2CH33 -19> His prayer also, and [how God] was entreated
of

him, and all his sins, and his trespass, and the places wherein
he

built high places, and set up groves and graven images, before he

was humbled: {behold}, they [are] written among the say

ings of the seers.

behold <2CH34 -24> Thus saith the LORD, {Behold}, I will bring
evil

upon this place, and upon the inhabitants thereof, [even] all the

curses that are written in the book which they have read before
the

king of Judah:

behold <2CH34 -28> {Behold}, I will gather thee to thy fathers,
and

thou shalt be gathered to thy grave in peace, neither shall thine

eyes see all the evil that I will bring upon this place, and upon

the inhabitants of the same. So they brought the king w

ord again.

behold <2CH35 -25> And Jeremiah lamented for Josiah: and all the

singing men and the singing women spake of Josiah in their

lamentations to this day, and made them an ordinance in Israel:
and,

{behold}, they [are] written in the lamentations.

behold <2CH35 -27> And his deeds, first and last, {behold}, they

[are] written in the book of the kings of Israel and Judah.

{behold}, they [are] written in the book of the kings of Israel
and

Judah: and Jehoiachin his son reigned in his stead.

behold O LORD God of Israel, thou [art] righteous:
for we

remain yet escaped, as [it is] this day: {behold}, we [are]
before

thee in our trespasses: for we cannot stand before thee because
of

this.

behold {Behold}, we [are] servants this day, and [for]

the land that thou gavest unto our fathers to eat the fruit
thereof

and the good thereof, behold, we [are] servants in it:

behold Behold, we [are] servants this day, and [for]
the

land that thou gavest unto our fathers to eat the fruit thereof
and

the good thereof, {behold}, we [are] servants in it:

behold And the king's servants said unto him, {Behold},

Haman standeth in the court. And the king said, Let him come in.

behold And Harbonah, one of the chamberlains, said
before

the king, {Behold} also, the gallows fifty cubits high, which

the house of Haman. Then the king said, Hang him t

hereon.

behold Then the king Ahasuerus said unto Esther the

of

Haman, and him they have hanged upon the gallows, because he laid

his hand upon the Jews.

behold And the LORD said unto Satan, {Behold}, all
that

he hath [is] in thy power; only upon himself put not forth thine

hand. So Satan went forth from the presence of the LORD.

behold And, {behold}, there came a great wind from the

wilderness, and smote the four corners of the house, and it fell

upon the young men, and they are dead; and I only am escaped
alone

to tell thee.

behold And the LORD said unto Satan, {Behold}, he [is]
in

thine hand; but save his life.

behold {Behold}, thou hast instructed many, and thou
hast

strengthened the weak hands.

behold {Behold}, he put no trust in his servants; and
his

angels he charged with folly:

behold {Behold}, happy [is] the man whom God
correcteth:

therefore despise not thou the chastening of the Almighty:

behold {Behold}, this [is] the joy of his way, and
out of

the earth shall others grow.

behold {Behold}, God will not cast away a perfect
[man],

neither will he help the evil doers:

behold {Behold}, he taketh away, who can hinder him?
who

will say unto him, What doest thou?

behold {Behold}, he breaketh down, and it cannot be

built again: he shutteth up a man, and there can be no opening.

behold {Behold}, he withholdeth the waters, and they
dry

up: also he sendeth them out, and they overturn the earth.

behold {Behold} now, I have ordered [my] cause; I
know

that I shall be justified.

behold {Behold}, he putteth no trust in his saints;
yea,

the heavens are not clean in his sight.

behold Also now, {behold}, my witness [is] in heaven,

and my record [is] on high.

behold {Behold}, I cry out of wrong, but I am not
heard:

I cry aloud, but [there is] no judgment.

behold Whom I shall see for myself, and mine eyes
shall

{behold}, and not another; [though] my reins be consumed within
me.

behold The eye also [which] saw him shall [see him] no

more; neither shall his place any more {behold} him.

behold {Behold}, I know your thoughts, and the
devices

[which] ye wrongfully imagine against me.

behold Is] not God in the height of heaven? and
{behold}

the height of the stars, how high they are!

behold {Behold}, I go forward, but he [is] not
[there];

and backward, but I cannot perceive him:

behold On the left hand, where he doth work, but I
cannot

{behold} [him]: he hideth himself on the right hand, that I
cannot

see [him]:

behold {Behold}, [as] wild asses in the desert, go
they

forth to their work; rising betimes for a prey: the wilderness

[yieldeth] food for them [and] for [their] children.

behold {Behold} even to the moon, and it shineth not;

yea, the stars are not pure in his sight.

behold {Behold}, all ye yourselves have seen [it];
why

then are ye thus altogether vain?

behold And unto man he said, {Behold}, the fear of
the

Lord, that [is] wisdom; and to depart from evil [is]
understanding.

behold Oh that one would hear me! {behold}, my desire

[is, that] the Almighty would answer me, and [that] mine
adversary

had written a book.

behold {Behold}, I waited for your words; I gave ear
to

your reasons, whilst ye searched out what to say.

behold Yea, I attended unto you, and, {behold},
[there

was] none of you that convinced Job, [or] that answered his
words:

behold {Behold}, my belly [is] as wine [which] hath
no

vent; it is ready to burst like new bottles.

behold {Behold}, now I have opened my mouth, my tongue

hath spoken in my mouth.

behold {Behold}, I [am] according to thy wish in God's

stead: I also am formed out of the clay.

behold {Behold}, my terror shall not make thee afraid,

neither shall my hand be heavy upon thee.

behold {Behold}, he findeth occasions against me, he

counteth me for his enemy,

behold {Behold}, [in] this thou art not just: I will

answer thee, that God is greater than man.

behold When he giveth quietness, who then can make

trouble? and when he hideth [his] face, who then can {behold}
him?

whether [it be done] against a nation, or against a man only:

behold Look unto the heavens, and see; and {behold}
the

clouds [which] are higher than thou.

behold {Behold}, God [is] mighty, and despiseth not
[any:

he is] mighty in strength [and] wisdom.

behold {Behold}, God exalteth by his power: who
teacheth

like him?

behold Remember that thou magnify his work, which men

{behold}.

behold Every man may see it; man may {behold} [it]
afar

off.

behold {Behold}, God [is] great, and we know [him]
not,

neither can the number of his years be searched out.

behold {Behold}, he spreadeth his light upon it, and

covereth the bottom of the sea.

behold From thence she seeketh the prey, [and] her
eyes

{behold} afar off.

behold {Behold}, I am vile; what shall I answer thee?
I

will lay mine hand upon my mouth.

behold Cast abroad the rage of thy wrath: and
{behold}

every one [that is] proud, and abase him.

behold {Behold} now behemoth, which I made with thee;
he

eateth grass as an ox.

behold {Behold}, he drinketh up a river, [and]
hasteth

not: he trusteth that he can draw up Jordan into his mouth.

behold {Behold}, the hope of him is in vain: shall not

[one] be cast down even at the sight of him?

behold {Behold}, he travaileth with iniquity, and hath

conceived mischief, and brought forth falsehood.

behold The LORD [is] in his holy temple, the LORD'S

throne [is] in heaven: his eyes {behold}, his eyelids try, the

children of men.

behold For the righteous LORD loveth righteousness;
his

countenance doth {behold} the upright.

behold Let my sentence come forth from thy presence;
let

thine eyes {behold} the things that are equal.

behold As for me, I will {behold} thy face in

righteousness: I shall be satisfied, when I awake, with thy

likeness.

behold One [thing] have I desired of the LORD, that
will

I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the
days

of my life, to {behold} the beauty of the LORD, and to inquire in

his temple.

behold {Behold}, the eye of the LORD [is] upon them
that

fear him, upon them that hope in his mercy;

behold Mark the perfect [man], and {behold} the
upright:

for the end of [that] man [is] peace.

behold {Behold}, thou hast made my days [as] an

handbreadth; and mine age [is] as nothing before thee: verily
every

man at his best state [is] altogether vanity. Selah.

behold Come, {behold} the works of the LORD, what

desolations he hath made in the earth.

behold {Behold}, I was shapen in iniquity, and in sin
did

my mother conceive me.

behold {Behold}, thou desirest truth in the inward
parts:

and in the hidden [part] thou shalt make me to know wisdom.

behold {Behold}, God [is] mine helper: the Lord [is]
with

them that uphold my soul.

behold They run and prepare themselves without [my]

fault: awake to help me, and {behold}.

behold {Behold}, they belch out with their mouth:
swords

[are] in their lips: for who, [say they], doth hear?

behold He ruleth by his power for ever; his eyes
{behold}

the nations: let not the rebellious exalt themselves. Selah.

behold {Behold}, these [are] the ungodly, who
prosper in

the world; they increase [in] riches.

behold If I say, I will speak thus; {behold}, I
should

offend [against] the generation of thy children.

behold {Behold}, he smote the rock, that the waters

gushed out, and the streams overflowed; can he give bread also?
can

he provide flesh for his people?

behold Return, we beseech thee, O God of hosts: look

down from heaven, and {behold}, and visit this vine;

behold {Behold}, O God our shield, and look upon the
face

of thine anointed.

behold I will make mention of Rahab and Babylon to
them

that know me: {behold} Philistia, and Tyre, with Ethiopia; this

[man] was born there.

behold Only with thine eyes shalt thou {behold} and
see

the reward of the wicked.

behold For he hath looked down from the height of
his

sanctuary; from heaven did the LORD {behold} the earth;

behold Who humbleth [himself] to {behold} [the things

that are] in heaven, and in the earth!

behold Open thou mine eyes, that I may {behold}

wondrous things out of thy law.

behold {Behold}, I have longed after thy precepts:

quicken me in thy righteousness.

behold {Behold}, he that keepeth Israel shall neither

slumber nor sleep.

behold {Behold}, as the eyes of servants [look] unto
the

hand of their masters, [and] as the eyes of a maiden unto the
hand

of her mistress; so our eyes [wait] upon the LORD our God, until

that he have mercy upon us.

behold {Behold}, that thus shall the man be blessed
that

feareth the LORD.

behold A Song of degrees of David. {Behold}, how good

and how pleasant [it is] for brethren to dwell together in unity!

behold A Song of degrees. {Behold}, bless ye the
LORD,

all [ye] servants of the LORD, which by night stand in the house
of

the LORD.

behold If I ascend up into heaven, thou [art] there:
if

I make my bed in hell, {behold}, thou [art there].

behold Turn you at my reproof: {behold}, I will pour
out

my spirit unto you, I will make known my words unto you.

behold And, {behold}, there met him a woman [with] the

attire of an harlot, and subtle of heart.

behold {Behold}, the righteous shall be recompensed
in

the earth: much more the wicked and the sinner.

behold Thine eyes shall {behold} strange women, and

thine heart shall utter perverse things.

behold If thou sayest, {Behold}, we knew it not; doth

not he that pondereth the heart consider [it]? and he that
keepeth

thy soul, doth [not] he know [it]? and shall [not] he render to

[every] man according to his works?

behold I have seen all the works that are done under
the

sun; and, {behold}, all [is] vanity and vexation of spirit.

behold I said in mine heart, Go to now, I will prove
thee

with mirth, therefore enjoy pleasure: and, {behold}, this also
[is]

vanity.

behold Then I looked on all the works that my hands
had

wrought, and on the labour that I had laboured to do: and,
{behold},

all [was] vanity and vexation of spirit, and [there was] no
profit

under the sun.

behold And I turned myself to {behold} wisdom, and

madness, and folly: for what [can] the man [do] that cometh after

the king? [even] that which hath been already done.

behold So I returned, and considered all the
oppressions

that are done under the sun: and {behold} the tears of [such as

were] oppressed, and they had no comforter; and on the side of
their

oppressors [there was] power; but they had no comforter

.

behold {Behold} [that] which I have seen: [it is] good

and comely [for one] to eat and to drink, and to enjoy the good
of

all his labour that he taketh under the sun all the days of his

life, which God giveth him: for it [is] his portion.

behold {Behold}, this have I found, saith the
preacher,

[counting] one by one, to find out the account:

behold Truly the light [is] sweet, and a pleasant
[thing

it is] for the eyes to {behold} the sun:

behold {Behold}, thou [art] fair, my love; behold,
thou

[art] fair; thou [hast] doves' eyes.

behold Behold, thou [art] fair, my love; {behold},
thou

[art] fair; thou [hast] doves' eyes.

behold {Behold}, thou [art] fair, my beloved, yea,

pleasant: also our bed [is] green.

behold The voice of my beloved! {behold}, he cometh

leaping upon the mountains, skipping upon the hills.

behold My beloved is like a roe or a young hart:
{behold},

he standeth behind our wall, he looketh forth at the windows,

showing himself through the lattice.

behold {Behold} his bed, which [is] Solomon's;
threescore

valiant men [are] about it, of the valiant of Israel.

behold Go forth, O ye daughters of Zion, and {behold}

king Solomon with the crown wherewith his mother crowned him in
the

day of his espousals, and in the day of the gladness of his
heart.

behold Behold, thou [art] fair, my love; {behold}, thou

[art] fair; thou [hast] doves' eyes within thy locks: thy hair
[is]

as a flock of goats, that appear from mount Gilead.

behold {Behold}, thou [art] fair, my love; behold, thou

[art] fair; thou [hast] doves' eyes within thy locks: thy hair
[is]

as a flock of goats, that appear from mount Gilead.

behold For, {behold}, the Lord, the LORD of hosts, doth

take away from Jerusalem and from Judah the stay and the staff,
the

whole stay of bread, and the whole stay of water.

behold For the vineyard of the LORD of hosts [is] the

house of Israel, and the men of Judah his pleasant plant: and he

looked for judgment, but behold oppression; for righteousness,
but

{behold} a cry.

behold For the vineyard of the LORD of hosts [is] the

house of Israel, and the men of Judah his pleasant plant: and he

looked for judgment, but {behold} oppression; for righteousness,
but

behold a cry.

behold And he will lift up an ensign to the nations
from

far, and will hiss unto them from the end of the earth: and,

{behold}, they shall come with speed swiftly:

behold And in that day they shall roar against them
like

the roaring of the sea: and if [one] look unto the land, {behold}

darkness [and] sorrow, and the light is darkened in the heavens

thereof.

behold Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a
sign;

{Behold}, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call

his name Immanuel.

behold Now therefore, {behold}, the Lord bringeth up
upon

them the waters of the river, strong and many, [even] the king of

Assyria, and all his glory: and he shall come up over all his

channels, and go over all his banks:

behold {Behold}, I and the children whom the LORD hath

given me [are] for signs and for wonders in Israel from the LORD
of

hosts, which dwelleth in mount Zion.

behold And they shall look unto the earth; and
{behold}

trouble and darkness, dimness of anguish; and [they shall be]
driven

to darkness.

behold {Behold}, the Lord, the LORD of hosts, shall
lop

the bough with terror: and the high ones of stature [shall be]
hewn

down, and the haughty shall be humbled.

behold {Behold}, God [is] my salvation; I will trust,
and

not be afraid: for the LORD JEHOVAH [is] my strength and [my]
song;

he also is become my salvation.

behold {Behold}, the day of the LORD cometh, cruel
both

with wrath and fierce anger, to lay the land desolate: and he
shall

destroy the sinners thereof out of it.

behold {Behold}, I will stir up the Medes against
them,

which shall not regard silver; and [as for] gold, they shall not

delight in it.

behold The burden of Damascus. {Behold}, Damascus is

taken away from [being] a city, and it shall be a ruinous heap.

behold And {behold} at eveningtide trouble; [and]
before

the morning he [is] not. This [is] the portion of them that spoil

us, and the lot of them that rob us.

behold The burden of Egypt. {Behold}, the LORD rideth

upon a swift cloud, and shall come into Egypt: and the idols of

Egypt shall be moved at his presence, and the heart of Egypt
shall

melt in the midst of it.

behold And the inhabitant of this isle shall say in
that

day, {Behold}, such [is] our expectation, whither we flee for
help

to be delivered from the king of Assyria: and how shall we
escape?

behold And, {behold}, here cometh a chariot of men,

[with] a couple of horsemen. And he answered and said, Babylon is

fallen, is fallen; and all the graven images of her gods he hath

broken unto the ground.

behold And {behold} joy and gladness, slaying oxen,
and

killing sheep, eating flesh, and drinking wine: let us eat and

drink; for to morrow we shall die.

behold {Behold}, the LORD will carry thee away with a

mighty captivity, and will surely cover thee.

behold {Behold} the land of the Chaldeans; this
people

was not, [till] the Assyrian founded it for them that dwell in
the

wilderness: they set up the towers thereof, they raised up the

palaces thereof; [and] he brought it to ruin.

behold {Behold}, the LORD maketh the earth empty, and

maketh it waste, and turneth it upside down, and scattereth
abroad

the inhabitants thereof.

behold Let favour be showed to the wicked, [yet]
will he

not learn righteousness: in the land of uprightness will he deal

unjustly, and will not {behold} the majesty of the LORD.

behold For, {behold}, the LORD cometh out of his
place

to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity: the
earth

also shall disclose her blood, and shall no more cover her slain.

behold {Behold}, the Lord hath a mighty and strong
one,

[which] as a tempest of hail [and] a destroying storm, as a
flood of

mighty waters overflowing, shall cast down to the earth with the

hand.

behold Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD, {Behold}, I

lay in Zion for a foundation a stone, a tried stone, a precious

corner [stone], a sure foundation: he that believeth shall not
make

haste.

behold It shall even be as when an hungry [man]
dreameth,

and, behold, he eateth; but he awaketh, and his soul is empty:
or as

when a thirsty man dreameth, and, {behold}, he drinketh; but he

awaketh, and, behold, [he is] faint, and his soul hat

h appetite: so shall the multitude of all the nations be, that
fight

against mount Zion.

behold It shall even be as when an hungry [man]
dreameth,

and, {behold}, he eateth; but he awaketh, and his soul is empty:
or

as when a thirsty man dreameth, and, behold, he drinketh; but he

awaketh, and, behold, [he is] faint, and his soul hat

h appetite: so shall the multitude of all the nations be, that
fight

against mount Zion.

behold It shall even be as when an hungry [man]
dreameth,

and, behold, he eateth; but he awaketh, and his soul is empty:
or as

when a thirsty man dreameth, and, behold, he drinketh; but he

awaketh, and, {behold}, [he is] faint, and his soul hat

h appetite: so shall the multitude of all the nations be, that
fight

against mount Zion.

behold Therefore, {behold}, I will proceed to do a

marvellous work among this people, [even] a marvellous work and a

wonder: for the wisdom of their wise [men] shall perish, and the

understanding of their prudent [men] shall be hid.

behold {Behold}, the name of the LORD cometh from
far,

burning [with] his anger, and the burden [thereof is] heavy: his

lips are full of indignation, and his tongue as a devouring fire:

behold {Behold}, a king shall reign in righteousness,
and

princes shall rule in judgment.

behold {Behold}, their valiant ones shall cry without:

the ambassadors of peace shall weep bitterly.

behold Thine eyes shall see the king in his beauty:
they

shall {behold} the land that is very far off.

behold For my sword shall be bathed in heaven:
{behold},

it shall come down upon Idumea, and upon the people of my curse,
to

judgment.

behold Say to them [that are] of a fearful heart, Be

strong, fear not: {behold}, your God will come [with] vengeance,

[even] God [with] a recompense; he will come and save you.

behold {Behold}, I will send a blast upon him, and he

shall hear a rumour, and return to his own land; and I will cause

him to fall by the sword in his own land.

behold {Behold}, thou hast heard what the kings of

Assyria have done to all lands by destroying them utterly; and
shalt

thou be delivered?

behold Then the angel of the LORD went forth, and
smote

in the camp of the Assyrians a hundred and fourscore and five

thousand: and when they arose early in the morning, {behold},
they

[were] all dead corpses.

behold Go, and say to Hezekiah, Thus saith the LORD,
the

God of David thy father, I have heard thy prayer, I have seen thy

tears: {behold}, I will add unto thy days fifteen years.

behold {Behold}, I will bring again the shadow of the

degrees, which is gone down in the sun dial of Ahaz, ten degrees

backward. So the sun returned ten degrees, by which degrees it
was

gone down.

behold I said, I shall not see the LORD, [even] the

LORD, in the land of the living: I shall {behold} man no more
with

the inhabitants of the world.

behold {Behold}, for peace I had great bitterness:
but

thou hast in love to my soul [delivered it] from the pit of

corruption: for thou hast cast all my sins behind thy back.

behold {Behold}, the days come, that all that [is] in

thine house, and [that] which thy fathers have laid up in store

until this day, shall be carried to Babylon: nothing shall be
left,

saith the LORD.

behold O Zion, that bringest good tidings, get thee up

into the high mountain; O Jerusalem, that bringest good tidings,

lift up thy voice with strength; lift [it] up, be not afraid; say

unto the cities of Judah, {Behold} your God!

behold Behold, the Lord GOD will come with strong

[hand], and his arm shall rule for him: {behold}, his reward [is]

with him, and his work before him.

behold {Behold}, the Lord GOD will come with strong

[hand], and his arm shall rule for him: behold, his reward [is]
with

him, and his work before him.

behold {Behold}, the nations [are] as a drop of a

bucket, and are counted as the small dust of the balance: behold,
he

taketh up the isles as a very little thing.

behold Behold, the nations [are] as a drop of a
bucket,

and are counted as the small dust of the balance: {behold}, he

taketh up the isles as a very little thing.

behold Lift up your eyes on high, and {behold} who
hath

created these [things], that bringeth out their host by number:
he

calleth them all by names by the greatness of his might, for that

[he is] strong in power; not one faileth.

behold {Behold}, all they that were incensed against

thee shall be ashamed and confounded: they shall be as nothing;
and

they that strive with thee shall perish.

behold {Behold}, I will make thee a new sharp
threshing

instrument having teeth: thou shalt thresh the mountains, and
beat

[them] small, and shalt make the hills as chaff.

behold Show the things that are to come hereafter,
that

we may know that ye [are] gods: yea, do good, or do evil, that we

may be dismayed, and {behold} [it] together.

behold {Behold}, ye [are] of nothing, and your work
of

nought: an abomination [is he that] chooseth you.

behold The first [shall say] to Zion, {Behold},
behold

them: and I will give to Jerusalem one that bringeth good
tidings.

behold The first [shall say] to Zion, Behold,
{behold}

them: and I will give to Jerusalem one that bringeth good
tidings.

behold {Behold}, they [are] all vanity; their works

[are] nothing: their molten images [are] wind and confusion.

behold {Behold} my servant, whom I uphold; mine elect,

[in whom] my soul delighteth; I have put my spirit upon him: he

shall bring forth judgment to the Gentiles.

behold {Behold}, the former things are come to pass,
and

new things do I declare: before they spring forth I tell you of

them.

behold {Behold}, I will do a new thing; now it shall

spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the

wilderness, [and] rivers in the desert.

behold {Behold}, all his fellows shall be ashamed:
and

the workmen, they [are] of men: let them all be gathered
together,

let them stand up; [yet] they shall fear, [and] they shall be

ashamed together.

behold {Behold}, they shall be as stubble; the fire

shall burn them; they shall not deliver themselves from the
power of

the flame: [there shall] not [be] a coal to warm at, [nor] fire
to

sit before it.

behold They are created now, and not from the
beginning;

even before the day when thou heardest them not; lest thou
shouldest

say, {Behold}, I knew them.

behold {Behold}, I have refined thee, but not with

silver; I have chosen thee in the furnace of affliction.

behold {Behold}, these shall come from far: and, lo,

these from the north and from the west; and these from the land
of

Sinim.

behold {Behold}, I have graven thee upon the palms of

[my] hands; thy walls [are] continually before me.

behold Lift up thine eyes round about, and {behold}:
all

these gather themselves together, [and] come to thee. [As] I
live,

saith the LORD, thou shalt surely clothe thee with them all, as
with

an ornament, and bind them [on thee], as a bride [

doeth].

behold Then shalt thou say in thine heart, Who hath

begotten me these, seeing I have lost my children, and am
desolate,

a captive, and removing to and fro? and who hath brought up
these?

{Behold}, I was left alone; these, where [had] they [bee

n]?

behold Thus saith the Lord GOD, {Behold}, I will
lift up

mine hand to the Gentiles, and set up my standard to the people:
and

they shall bring thy sons in [their] arms, and thy daughters
shall

be carried upon [their] shoulders.

behold Thus saith the LORD, Where [is] the bill of
your

mother's divorcement, whom I have put away? or which of my
creditors

[is it] to whom I have sold you? {Behold}, for your iniquities
have

ye sold yourselves, and for your transgressions is

your mother put away.

behold Wherefore, when I came, [was there] no man?
when I

called, [was there] none to answer? Is my hand shortened at all,

that it cannot redeem? or have I no power to deliver? {behold},
at

my rebuke I dry up the sea, I make the rivers a wilder

ness: their fish stinketh, because [there is] no water, and dieth

for thirst.

behold {Behold}, the Lord GOD will help me; who [is]
he

[that] shall condemn me? lo, they all shall wax old as a garment;

the moth shall eat them up.

behold {Behold}, all ye that kindle a fire, that
compass

[yourselves] about with sparks: walk in the light of your fire,
and

in the sparks [that] ye have kindled. This shall ye have of mine

hand; ye shall lie down in sorrow.

behold Thus saith thy Lord the LORD, and thy God
[that]

pleadeth the cause of his people, {Behold}, I have taken out of

thine hand the cup of trembling, [even] the dregs of the cup of
my

fury; thou shalt no more drink it again:

behold Therefore my people shall know my name:
therefore

[they shall know] in that day that I [am] he that doth speak:

{behold}, [it is] I.

behold {Behold}, my servant shall deal prudently, he

shall be exalted and extolled, and be very high.

behold O thou afflicted, tossed with tempest, [and]
not

comforted, {behold}, I will lay thy stones with fair colours, and

lay thy foundations with sapphires.

behold {Behold}, they shall surely gather together,

[but] not by me: whosoever shall gather together against thee
shall

fall for thy sake.

behold {Behold}, I have created the smith that
bloweth

the coals in the fire, and that bringeth forth an instrument for
his

work; and I have created the waster to destroy.

behold {Behold}, I have given him [for] a witness to
the

people, a leader and commander to the people.

behold {Behold}, thou shalt call a nation [that] thou

knowest not, and nations [that] knew not thee shall run unto thee

because of the LORD thy God, and for the Holy One of Israel; for
he

hath glorified thee.

behold Neither let the son of the stranger, that hath

joined himself to the LORD, speak, saying, The LORD hath utterly

separated me from his people: neither let the eunuch say,
{Behold},

I [am] a dry tree.

behold Wherefore have we fasted, [say they], and thou

seest not? [wherefore] have we afflicted our soul, and thou
takest

no knowledge? {Behold}, in the day of your fast ye find pleasure,

and exact all your labours.

behold {Behold}, ye fast for strife and debate, and to

smite with the fist of wickedness: ye shall not fast as [ye do
this]

day, to make your voice to be heard on high.

behold {Behold}, the LORD'S hand is not shortened,
that

it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear:

behold Therefore is judgment far from us, neither doth

justice overtake us: we wait for light, but {behold} obscurity;
for

brightness, [but] we walk in darkness.

behold For, {behold}, the darkness shall cover the
earth,

and gross darkness the people: but the LORD shall arise upon
thee,

and his glory shall be seen upon thee.

behold Behold, the LORD hath proclaimed unto the end
of

the world, Say ye to the daughter of Zion, {Behold}, thy
salvation

cometh; behold, his reward [is] with him, and his work before
him.

behold Behold, the LORD hath proclaimed unto the end
of

the world, Say ye to the daughter of Zion, Behold, thy salvation

cometh; {behold}, his reward [is] with him, and his work before
him.

behold {Behold}, the LORD hath proclaimed unto the
end

of the world, Say ye to the daughter of Zion, Behold, thy
salvation

cometh; behold, his reward [is] with him, and his work before
him.

behold Look down from heaven, and {behold} from the

habitation of thy holiness and of thy glory: where [is] thy zeal
and

thy strength, the sounding of thy bowels and of thy mercies
toward

me? are they restrained?

behold Thou meetest him that rejoiceth and worketh

righteousness, [those that] remember thee in thy ways: {behold},

thou art wroth; for we have sinned: in those is continuance, and
we

shall be saved.

behold Be not wroth very sore, O LORD, neither
remember

iniquity for ever: {behold}, see, we beseech thee, we [are] all
thy

people.

behold I am sought of [them that] asked not [for me];
I

am found of [them that] sought me not: I said, Behold me,
{behold}

me, unto a nation [that] was not called by my name.

behold I am sought of [them that] asked not [for me];
I

am found of [them that] sought me not: I said, {Behold} me,
behold

me, unto a nation [that] was not called by my name.

behold {Behold}, [it is] written before me: I will not

keep silence, but will recompense, even recompense into their
bosom,

behold Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD, Behold, my

servants shall eat, but ye shall be hungry: {behold}, my servants

shall drink, but ye shall be thirsty: behold, my servants shall

rejoice, but ye shall be ashamed:

behold Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD, {Behold},
my

servants shall eat, but ye shall be hungry: behold, my servants

shall drink, but ye shall be thirsty: behold, my servants shall

rejoice, but ye shall be ashamed:

behold Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD, Behold, my

servants shall eat, but ye shall be hungry: behold, my servants

shall drink, but ye shall be thirsty: {behold}, my servants shall

rejoice, but ye shall be ashamed:

behold {Behold}, my servants shall sing for joy of

heart, but ye shall cry for sorrow of heart, and shall howl for

vexation of spirit.

behold For, {behold}, I create new heavens and a new

earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into
mind.

behold But be ye glad and rejoice for ever [in that]

which I create: for, {behold}, I create Jerusalem a rejoicing,
and

her people a joy.

behold For thus saith the LORD, {Behold}, I will
extend

peace to her like a river, and the glory of the Gentiles like a

flowing stream: then shall ye suck, ye shall be borne upon [her]

sides, and be dandled upon [her] knees.

behold For, {behold}, the LORD will come with fire,
and

with his chariots like a whirlwind, to render his anger with
fury,

and his rebuke with flames of fire.

behold Then said I, Ah, Lord GOD! {behold}, I cannot

speak: for I [am] a child.

behold Then the LORD put forth his hand, and touched my

mouth. And the LORD said unto me, {Behold}, I have put my words
in

thy mouth.

behold For, {behold}, I have made thee this day a

defenced city, and an iron pillar, and brazen walls against the

whole land, against the kings of Judah, against the princes
thereof,

against the priests thereof, and against the people of the la

nd.

behold Yet thou sayest, Because I am innocent, surely
his

anger shall turn from me. {Behold}, I will plead with thee,
because

thou sayest, I have not sinned.

behold Will he reserve [his anger] for ever? will he
keep

[it] to the end? {Behold}, thou hast spoken and done evil things
as

thou couldest.

behold Return, ye backsliding children, [and] I will
heal

your backslidings. {Behold}, we come unto thee; for thou [art]
the

LORD our God.

behold {Behold}, he shall come up as clouds, and his

chariots [shall be] as a whirlwind: his horses are swifter than

eagles. Woe unto us! for we are spoiled.

behold Make ye mention to the nations; {behold},
publish

against Jerusalem, [that] watchers come from a far country, and
give

out their voice against the cities of Judah.

behold Wherefore thus saith the LORD God of hosts,

Because ye speak this word, {behold}, I will make my words in thy

mouth fire, and this people wood, and it shall devour them.

behold To whom shall I speak, and give warning, that
they

may hear? behold, their ear [is] uncircumcised, and they cannot

hearken: {behold}, the word of the LORD is unto them a reproach;

they have no delight in it.

behold To whom shall I speak, and give warning, that
they

may hear? {behold}, their ear [is] uncircumcised, and they cannot

hearken: behold, the word of the LORD is unto them a reproach;
they

have no delight in it.

behold Hear, O earth: {behold}, I will bring evil upon

this people, [even] the fruit of their thoughts, because they
have

not hearkened unto my words, nor to my law, but rejected it.

behold Therefore thus saith the LORD, {Behold}, I will

lay stumblingblocks before this people, and the fathers and the
sons

together shall fall upon them; the neighbour and his friend shall

perish.

behold Thus saith the LORD, {Behold}, a people cometh

from the north country, and a great nation shall be raised from
the

sides of the earth.

behold {Behold}, ye trust in lying words, that cannot

profit.

behold Is this house, which is called by my name,
become

a den of robbers in your eyes? {Behold}, even I have seen [it],

saith the LORD.

behold Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; {Behold},
mine

anger and my fury shall be poured out upon this place, upon man,
and

upon beast, and upon the trees of the field, and upon the fruit
of

the ground; and it shall burn, and shall not be que

nched.

behold Therefore, {behold}, the days come, saith the

LORD, that it shall no more be called Tophet, nor the valley of
the

son of Hinnom, but the valley of slaughter: for they shall bury
in

Tophet, till there be no place.

behold We looked for peace, but no good [came; and]
for a

time of health, and {behold} trouble!

behold For, {behold}, I will send serpents,
cockatrices,

among you, which [will] not [be] charmed, and they shall bite
you,

saith the LORD.

behold {Behold} the voice of the cry of the daughter
of

my people because of them that dwell in a far country: [Is] not
the

LORD in Zion? [is] not her king in her? Why have they provoked
me to

anger with their graven images, [and] with strange

vanities?

behold Therefore thus saith the LORD of hosts,
{Behold}, I

will melt them, and try them; for how shall I do for the
daughter of

my people?

behold Therefore thus saith the LORD of hosts, the
God of

Israel; {Behold}, I will feed them, [even] this people, with

wormwood, and give them water of gall to drink.

behold {Behold}, the days come, saith the LORD, that I

will punish all [them which are] circumcised with the
uncircumcised;

behold For thus saith the LORD, {Behold}, I will
sling

out the inhabitants of the land at this once, and will distress

them, that they may find [it so].

behold {Behold}, the noise of the bruit is come, and
a

great commotion out of the north country, to make the cities of

Judah desolate, [and] a den of dragons.

behold Therefore thus saith the LORD, {Behold}, I
will

bring evil upon them, which they shall not be able to escape; and

though they shall cry unto me, I will not hearken unto them.

behold Therefore thus saith the LORD of hosts,
{Behold},

I will punish them: the young men shall die by the sword; their
sons

and their daughters shall die by famine:

behold Thus saith the LORD against all mine evil

neighbours, that touch the inheritance which I have caused my
people

Israel to inherit; {Behold}, I will pluck them out of their land,

and pluck out the house of Judah from among them.

behold Then I went to Euphrates, and digged, and took
the

girdle from the place where I had hid it: and, {behold}, the
girdle

was marred, it was profitable for nothing.

behold Then shalt thou say unto them, Thus saith the

LORD, {Behold}, I will fill all the inhabitants of this land,
even

the kings that sit upon David's throne, and the priests, and the

prophets, and all the inhabitants of Jerusalem, with drunk

enness.

behold Lift up your eyes, and {behold} them that come

from the north: where [is] the flock [that] was given thee, thy

beautiful flock?

behold Then said I, Ah, Lord GOD! {behold}, the
prophets

say unto them, Ye shall not see the sword, neither shall ye have

famine; but I will give you assured peace in this place.

behold If I go forth into the field, then {behold}
the

slain with the sword! and if I enter into the city, then behold
them

that are sick with famine! yea, both the prophet and the priest
go

about into a land that they know not.

behold If I go forth into the field, then behold the

slain with the sword! and if I enter into the city, then {behold}

them that are sick with famine! yea, both the prophet and the
priest

go about into a land that they know not.

behold Hast thou utterly rejected Judah? hath thy
soul

loathed Zion? why hast thou smitten us, and [there is] no healing

for us? we looked for peace, and [there is] no good; and for the

time of healing, and {behold} trouble!

behold For thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of

Israel; {Behold}, I will cause to cease out of this place in your

eyes, and in your days, the voice of mirth, and the voice of

gladness, the voice of the bridegroom, and the voice of the bride

.

behold And ye have done worse than your fathers; for,

{behold}, ye walk every one after the imagination of his evil
heart,

that they may not hearken unto me:

behold Therefore, {behold}, the days come, saith the

LORD, that it shall no more be said, The LORD liveth, that
brought

up the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt;

behold {Behold}, I will send for many fishers, saith
the

LORD, and they shall fish them; and after will I send for many

hunters, and they shall hunt them from every mountain, and from

every hill, and out of the holes of the rocks.

behold Therefore, {behold}, I will this once cause
them

to know, I will cause them to know mine hand and my might; and
they

shall know that my name [is] The LORD.

behold {Behold}, they say unto me, Where [is] the
word

of the LORD? let it come now.

behold Then I went down to the potter's house, and,

{behold}, he wrought a work on the wheels.

behold O house of Israel, cannot I do with you as this

potter? saith the LORD. {Behold}, as the clay [is] in the
potter's

hand, so [are] ye in mine hand, O house of Israel.

behold Now therefore go to, speak to the men of
Judah,

and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem, saying, Thus saith the LORD;

{Behold}, I frame evil against you, and devise a device against
you:

return ye now every one from his evil way, and make y

our ways and your doings good.

behold And say, Hear ye the word of the LORD, O kings
of

Judah, and inhabitants of Jerusalem; Thus saith the LORD of
hosts,

the God of Israel; {Behold}, I will bring evil upon this place,
the

which whosoever heareth, his ears shall tingle.

behold Therefore, {behold}, the days come, saith the

LORD, that this place shall no more be called Tophet, nor The
valley

of the son of Hinnom, but The valley of slaughter.

behold Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of
Israel;

{Behold}, I will bring upon this city and upon all her towns all
the

evil that I have pronounced against it, because they have
hardened

their necks, that they might not hear my words.

behold For thus saith the LORD, Behold, I will make
thee

a terror to thyself, and to all thy friends: and they shall fall
by

the sword of their enemies, and thine eyes shall {behold} [it]:
and

I will give all Judah into the hand of the king of

Babylon, and he shall carry them captive into Babylon, and shall

slay them with the sword.

behold For thus saith the LORD, {Behold}, I will make

thee a terror to thyself, and to all thy friends: and they shall

fall by the sword of their enemies, and thine eyes shall behold

[it]: and I will give all Judah into the hand of the king of

Babylon, and he shall carry them captive into Babylon, and shall

slay them with the sword.

behold Thus saith the LORD God of Israel; {Behold}, I

will turn back the weapons of war that [are] in your hands,

wherewith ye fight against the king of Babylon, and [against] the

Chaldeans, which besiege you without the walls, and I will assem

ble them into the midst of this city.

behold And unto this people thou shalt say, Thus saith

the LORD; {Behold}, I set before you the way of life, and the
way of

death.

behold {Behold}, I [am] against thee, O inhabitant of

the valley, [and] rock of the plain, saith the LORD; which say,
Who

shall come down against us? or who shall enter into our
habitations?

behold Therefore thus saith the LORD God of Israel

against the pastors that feed my people; Ye have scattered my
flock,

and driven them away, and have not visited them: {behold}, I will

visit upon you the evil of your doings, saith the LORD.

behold {Behold}, the days come, saith the LORD, that I

will raise unto David a righteous Branch, and a King shall reign
and

prosper, and shall execute judgment and justice in the earth.

behold Therefore, {behold}, the days come, saith the

LORD, that they shall no more say, The LORD liveth, which
brought up

the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt;

behold Therefore thus saith the LORD of hosts
concerning

the prophets; {Behold}, I will feed them with wormwood, and make

them drink the water of gall: for from the prophets of Jerusalem
is

profaneness gone forth into all the land.

behold {Behold}, a whirlwind of the LORD is gone
forth

in fury, even a grievous whirlwind: it shall fall grievously upon

the head of the wicked.

behold Therefore, {behold}, I [am] against the
prophets,

saith the LORD, that steal my words every one from his neighbour.

behold {Behold}, I [am] against the prophets, saith
the

LORD, that use their tongues, and say, He saith.

behold {Behold}, I [am] against them that prophesy
false

dreams, saith the LORD, and do tell them, and cause my people to
err

by their lies, and by their lightness; yet I sent them not, nor

commanded them: therefore they shall not profit this

people at all, saith the LORD.

behold Therefore, {behold}, I, even I, will utterly

forget you, and I will forsake you, and the city that I gave you
and

your fathers, [and cast you] out of my presence:

behold The LORD showed me, and, {behold}, two baskets
of

figs [were] set before the temple of the LORD, after that

Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon had carried away captive Jeconiah
the

son of Jehoiakim king of Judah, and the princes of Judah, wi

th the carpenters and smiths, from Jerusalem, and had brought
them

to Babylon.

behold {Behold}, I will send and take all the
families of

the north, saith the LORD, and Nebuchadrezzar the king of
Babylon,

my servant, and will bring them against this land, and against
the

inhabitants thereof, and against all these nations r

ound about, and will utterly destroy them, and make them an

astonishment, and an hissing, and perpetual desolations.

behold Thus saith the LORD of hosts, {Behold}, evil

shall go forth from nation to nation, and a great whirlwind
shall be

raised up from the coasts of the earth.

behold As for me, {behold}, I [am] in your hand: do
with

me as seemeth good and meet unto you.

behold Also I spake to the priests and to all this

people, saying, Thus saith the LORD; Hearken not to the words of

your prophets that prophesy unto you, saying, {Behold}, the
vessels

of the LORD'S house shall now shortly be brought again from

Babylon: for they prophesy a lie unto you.

behold Therefore thus saith the LORD; {Behold}, I
will

cast thee from off the face of the earth: this year thou shalt
die,

because thou hast taught rebellion against the LORD.

behold Thus saith the LORD of hosts; {Behold}, I will

send upon them the sword, the famine, and the pestilence, and
will

make them like vile figs, that cannot be eaten, they are so evil.

behold Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of
Israel,

of Ahab the son of Kolaiah, and of Zedekiah the son of Maaseiah,

which prophesy a lie unto you in my name; {Behold}, I will
deliver

them into the hand of Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon; a

nd he shall slay them before your eyes;

behold Therefore thus saith the LORD; Behold, I will

punish Shemaiah the Nehelamite, and his seed: he shall not have a

man to dwell among this people; neither shall he {behold} the
good

that I will do for my people, saith the LORD; because he

hath taught rebellion against the LORD.

behold Therefore thus saith the LORD; {Behold}, I
will

punish Shemaiah the Nehelamite, and his seed: he shall not have a

man to dwell among this people; neither shall he behold the good

that I will do for my people, saith the LORD; because he

hath taught rebellion against the LORD.

behold Thus saith the LORD; {Behold}, I will bring
again

the captivity of Jacob's tents, and have mercy on his

dwellingplaces; and the city shall be builded upon her own heap,
and

the palace shall remain after the manner thereof.

behold {Behold}, the whirlwind of the LORD goeth
forth

with fury, a continuing whirlwind: it shall fall with pain upon
the

head of the wicked.

behold {Behold}, I will bring them from the north

country, and gather them from the coasts of the earth, [and] with

them the blind and the lame, the woman with child and her that

travaileth with child together: a great company shall return thit

her.

behold {Behold}, the days come, saith the LORD, that
I

will sow the house of Israel and the house of Judah with the
seed of

man, and with the seed of beast.

behold {Behold}, the days come, saith the LORD, that
I

will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the

house of Judah:

behold {Behold}, the days come, saith the LORD, that
the

city shall be built to the LORD from the tower of Hananeel unto
the

gate of the corner.

behold For Zedekiah king of Judah had shut him up,

saying, Wherefore dost thou prophesy, and say, Thus saith the
LORD,

{Behold}, I will give this city into the hand of the king of

Babylon, and he shall take it;

behold And Zedekiah king of Judah shall not escape
out of

the hand of the Chaldeans, but shall surely be delivered into the

hand of the king of Babylon, and shall speak with him mouth to

mouth, and his eyes shall {behold} his eyes;

behold {Behold}, Hanameel the son of Shallum thine
uncle

shall come unto thee, saying, Buy thee my field that [is] in

Anathoth: for the right of redemption [is] thine to buy [it].

behold Ah Lord GOD! {behold}, thou hast made the
heaven

and the earth by thy great power and stretched out arm, [and]
there

is nothing too hard for thee:

behold Behold the mounts, they are come unto the
city to

take it; and the city is given into the hand of the Chaldeans,
that

fight against it, because of the sword, and of the famine, and of

the pestilence: and what thou hast spoken is come to

pass; and, {behold}, thou seest [it].

behold {Behold} the mounts, they are come unto the
city

to take it; and the city is given into the hand of the Chaldeans,

that fight against it, because of the sword, and of the famine,
and

of the pestilence: and what thou hast spoken is come

to pass; and, behold, thou seest [it].

behold {Behold}, I [am] the LORD, the God of all
flesh:

is there any thing too hard for me?

behold Therefore thus saith the LORD; {Behold}, I
will

give this city into the hand of the Chaldeans, and into the hand
of

Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon, and he shall take it:

behold {Behold}, I will gather them out of all

countries, whither I have driven them in mine anger, and in my
fury,

and in great wrath; and I will bring them again unto this place,
and

I will cause them to dwell safely:

behold {Behold}, I will bring it health and cure, and
I

will cure them, and will reveal unto them the abundance of peace
and

truth.

behold {Behold}, the days come, saith the LORD, that
I

will perform that good thing which I have promised unto the
house of

Israel and to the house of Judah.

behold Thus saith the LORD, the God of Israel; Go and

speak to Zedekiah king of Judah, and tell him, Thus saith the
LORD;

{Behold}, I will give this city into the hand of the king of

Babylon, and he shall burn it with fire:

behold And thou shalt not escape out of his hand, but

shalt surely be taken, and delivered into his hand; and thine
eyes

shall {behold} the eyes of the king of Babylon, and he shall
speak

with thee mouth to mouth, and thou shalt go to Babylon.

behold Therefore thus saith the LORD; Ye have not

hearkened unto me, in proclaiming liberty, every one to his
brother,

and every man to his neighbour: {behold}, I proclaim a liberty
for

you, saith the LORD, to the sword, to the pestilence, and

to the famine; and I will make you to be removed into all the

kingdoms of the earth.

behold {Behold}, I will command, saith the LORD, and

cause them to return to this city; and they shall fight against
it,

and take it, and burn it with fire: and I will make the cities of

Judah a desolation without an inhabitant.

behold Therefore thus saith the LORD God of hosts,
the

God of Israel; {Behold}, I will bring upon Judah and upon all the

inhabitants of Jerusalem all the evil that I have pronounced
against

them: because I have spoken unto them, but they have

not heard; and I have called unto them, but they have not
answered.

behold Thus saith the LORD, the God of Israel; Thus
shall

ye say to the king of Judah, that sent you unto me to inquire of
me;

{Behold}, Pharaoh's army, which is come forth to help you, shall

return to Egypt into their own land.

behold Then Zedekiah the king said, {Behold}, he [is]
in

your hand: for the king [is] not [he that] can do [any] thing

against you.

behold And, {behold}, all the women that are left in
the

king of Judah's house [shall be] brought forth to the king of

Babylon's princes, and those [women] shall say, Thy friends have
set

thee on, and have prevailed against thee: thy feet are

sunk in the mire, [and] they are turned away back.

behold Go and speak to Ebedmelech the Ethiopian,
saying,

Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; {Behold}, I will

bring my words upon this city for evil, and not for good; and
they

shall be [accomplished] in that day before thee.

behold And now, behold, I loose thee this day from the

chains which [were] upon thine hand. If it seem good unto thee to

come with me into Babylon, come; and I will look well unto thee:
but

if it seem ill unto thee to come with me into Babylon,

forbear: {behold}, all the land [is] before thee: whither it

seemeth good and convenient for thee to go, thither go.

behold And now, {behold}, I loose thee this day from
the

chains which [were] upon thine hand. If it seem good unto thee to

come with me into Babylon, come; and I will look well unto thee:
but

if it seem ill unto thee to come with me into Babylo

n, forbear: behold, all the land [is] before thee: whither it

seemeth good and convenient for thee to go, thither go.

behold As for me, {behold}, I will dwell at Mizpah,
to

serve the Chaldeans, which will come unto us: but ye, gather ye

wine, and summer fruits, and oil, and put [them] in your vessels,

and dwell in your cities that ye have taken.

behold And said unto Jeremiah the prophet, Let, we

beseech thee, our supplication be accepted before thee, and pray
for

us unto the LORD thy God, [even] for all this remnant; (for we
are

left [but] a few of many, as thine eyes do {behold} us:)

behold Then Jeremiah the prophet said unto them, I
have

heard [you]; {behold}, I will pray unto the LORD your God
according

to your words; and it shall come to pass, [that] whatsoever thing

the LORD shall answer you, I will declare [it] unto yo

u; I will keep nothing back from you.

behold And say unto them, Thus saith the LORD of
hosts,

the God of Israel; {Behold}, I will send and take Nebuchadrezzar
the

king of Babylon, my servant, and will set his throne upon these

stones that I have hid; and he shall spread his royal

pavilion over them.

behold Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of
Israel;

Ye have seen all the evil that I have brought upon Jerusalem, and

upon all the cities of Judah; and, {behold}, this day they [are]
a

desolation, and no man dwelleth therein,

behold Therefore thus saith the LORD of hosts, the
God

of Israel; {Behold}, I will set my face against you for evil,
and to

cut off all Judah.

behold Therefore hear ye the word of the LORD, all
Judah

that dwell in the land of Egypt; {Behold}, I have sworn by my
great

name, saith the LORD, that my name shall no more be named in the

mouth of any man of Judah in all the land of Egypt, s

aying, The Lord GOD liveth.

behold {Behold}, I will watch over them for evil, and

not for good: and all the men of Judah that [are] in the land of

Egypt shall be consumed by the sword and by the famine, until
there

be an end of them.

behold Thus saith the LORD; {Behold}, I will give

Pharaohhophra king of Egypt into the hand of his enemies, and
into

the hand of them that seek his life; as I gave Zedekiah king of

Judah into the hand of Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon, his ene

my, and that sought his life.

behold Thus shalt thou say unto him, The LORD saith
thus;

{Behold}, [that] which I have built will I break down, and that

which I have planted I will pluck up, even this whole land.

behold And seekest thou great things for thyself? seek

[them] not: for, {behold}, I will bring evil upon all flesh,
saith

the LORD: but thy life will I give unto thee for a prey in all

places whither thou goest.

behold The LORD of hosts, the God of Israel, saith;

{Behold}, I will punish the multitude of No, and Pharaoh, and
Egypt,

with their gods, and their kings; even Pharaoh, and [all] them
that

trust in him:

behold But fear not thou, O my servant Jacob, and be
not

dismayed, O Israel: for, {behold}, I will save thee from afar
off,

and thy seed from the land of their captivity; and Jacob shall

return, and be in rest and at ease, and none shall make

[him] afraid.

behold Thus saith the LORD; {Behold}, waters rise up
out

of the north, and shall be an overflowing flood, and shall
overflow

the land, and all that is therein; the city, and them that dwell

therein: then the men shall cry, and all the inhabitan

ts of the land shall howl.

behold Therefore, {behold}, the days come, saith the

LORD, that I will send unto him wanderers, that shall cause him
to

wander, and shall empty his vessels, and break their bottles.

behold For thus saith the LORD; {Behold}, he shall
fly

as an eagle, and shall spread his wings over Moab.

behold Therefore, {behold}, the days come, saith the

LORD, that I will cause an alarm of war to be heard in Rabbah of
the

Ammonites; and it shall be a desolate heap, and her daughters
shall

be burned with fire: then shall Israel be heir unto th

em that were his heirs, saith the LORD.

behold {Behold}, I will bring a fear upon thee, saith
the

Lord GOD of hosts, from all those that be about thee; and ye
shall

be driven out every man right forth; and none shall gather up him

that wandereth.

behold For thus saith the LORD; {Behold}, they whose

judgment [was] not to drink of the cup have assuredly drunken;
and

[art] thou he [that] shall altogether go unpunished? thou shalt
not

go unpunished, but thou shalt surely drink [of it].

behold {Behold}, he shall come up like a lion from
the

swelling of Jordan against the habitation of the strong: but I
will

suddenly make him run away from her: and who [is] a chosen [man,

that] I may appoint over her? for who [is] like me? and

who will appoint me the time? and who [is] that shepherd that
will

stand before me?

behold {Behold}, he shall come up and fly as the
eagle,

and spread his wings over Bozrah: and at that day shall the
heart of

the mighty men of Edom be as the heart of a woman in her pangs.

behold Thus saith the LORD of hosts; {Behold}, I will

break the bow of Elam, the chief of their might.

behold Your mother shall be sore confounded; she that

bare you shall be ashamed: {behold}, the hindermost of the
nations

[shall be] a wilderness, a dry land, and a desert.

behold Therefore thus saith the LORD of hosts, the
God

of Israel; {Behold}, I will punish the king of Babylon and his
land,

as I have punished the king of Assyria.

behold {Behold}, I [am] against thee, [O thou] most

proud, saith the Lord GOD of hosts: for thy day is come, the time

[that] I will visit thee.

behold {Behold}, a people shall come from the north,
and

a great nation, and many kings shall be raised up from the
coasts of

the earth.

behold {Behold}, he shall come up like a lion from
the

swelling of Jordan unto the habitation of the strong: but I will

make them suddenly run away from her: and who [is] a chosen [man,

that] I may appoint over her? for who [is] like me? and w

ho will appoint me the time? and who [is] that shepherd that will

stand before me?

behold Thus saith the LORD; {Behold}, I will raise up

against Babylon, and against them that dwell in the midst of them

that rise up against me, a destroying wind;

behold {Behold}, I [am] against thee, O destroying

mountain, saith the LORD, which destroyest all the earth: and I
will

stretch out mine hand upon thee, and roll thee down from the
rocks,

and will make thee a burnt mountain.

behold Therefore thus saith the LORD; {Behold}, I
will

plead thy cause, and take vengeance for thee; and I will dry up
her

sea, and make her springs dry.

behold Therefore, {behold}, the days come, that I
will

do judgment upon the graven images of Babylon: and her whole land

shall be confounded, and all her slain shall fall in the midst of

her.

behold Wherefore, {behold}, the days come, saith the

LORD, that I will do judgment upon her graven images: and through

all her land the wounded shall groan.

behold Her filthiness [is] in her skirts; she
remembereth

not her last end; therefore she came down wonderfully: she had no

comforter. O LORD, {behold} my affliction: for the enemy hath

magnified [himself].

behold Is it] nothing to you, all ye that pass by?

{behold}, and see if there be any sorrow like unto my sorrow,
which

is done unto me, wherewith the LORD hath afflicted [me] in the
day

of his fierce anger.

behold The LORD is righteous; for I have rebelled
against

his commandment: hear, I pray you, all people, and {behold} my

sorrow: my virgins and my young men are gone into captivity.

behold {Behold}, O LORD; for I [am] in distress: my

bowels are troubled; mine heart is turned within me; for I have

grievously rebelled: abroad the sword bereaveth, at home [there
is]

as death.

behold {Behold}, O LORD, and consider to whom thou
hast

done this. Shall the women eat their fruit, [and] children of a
span

long? shall the priest and the prophet be slain in the sanctuary
of

the Lord?

behold Till the LORD look down, and {behold} from
heaven.

behold {Behold} their sitting down, and their rising
up;

I [am] their music.

behold Remember, O LORD, what is come upon us:
consider,

and {behold} our reproach.

behold And I looked, and, {behold}, a whirlwind came
out

of the north, a great cloud, and a fire infolding itself, and a

brightness [was] about it, and out of the midst thereof as the

colour of amber, out of the midst of the fire.

behold Now as I beheld the living creatures, {behold}
one

wheel upon the earth by the living creatures, with his four
faces.

behold And when I looked, {behold}, an hand [was] sent

unto me; and, lo, a roll of a book [was] therein;

behold {Behold}, I have made thy face strong against
their

faces, and thy forehead strong against their foreheads.

behold Then I arose, and went forth into the plain:
and,

{behold}, the glory of the LORD stood there, as the glory which I

saw by the river of Chebar: and I fell on my face.

behold But thou, O son of man, {behold}, they shall
put

bands upon thee, and shall bind thee with them, and thou shalt
not

go out among them:

behold And, {behold}, I will lay bands upon thee, and
thou

shalt not turn thee from one side to another, till thou hast
ended

the days of thy siege.

behold Then said I, Ah Lord GOD! {behold}, my soul
hath

not been polluted: for from my youth up even till now have I not

eaten of that which dieth of itself, or is torn in pieces;
neither

came there abominable flesh into my mouth.

behold Moreover he said unto me, Son of man, {behold},
I

will break the staff of bread in Jerusalem: and they shall eat
bread

by weight, and with care; and they shall drink water by measure,
and

with astonishment:

behold Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; {Behold}, I,

even I, [am] against thee, and will execute judgments in the
midst

of thee in the sight of the nations.

behold And say, Ye mountains of Israel, hear the word
of

the Lord GOD; Thus saith the Lord GOD to the mountains, and to
the

hills, to the rivers, and to the valleys; {Behold}, I, [even] I,

will bring a sword upon you, and I will destroy your hig

h places.

behold Thus saith the Lord GOD; An evil, an only evil,

{behold}, is come.

behold An end is come, the end is come: it watcheth for

thee; {behold}, it is come.

behold Behold the day, {behold}, it is come: the
morning

is gone forth; the rod hath blossomed, pride hath budded.

behold {Behold} the day, behold, it is come: the
morning

is gone forth; the rod hath blossomed, pride hath budded.

behold And, {behold}, the glory of the God of Israel
[was]

there, according to the vision that I saw in the plain.

behold Then said he unto me, Son of man, lift up thine

eyes now the way toward the north. So I lifted up mine eyes the
way

toward the north, and {behold} northward at the gate of the altar

this image of jealousy in the entry.

behold And he brought me to the door of the court; and

when I looked, {behold} a hole in the wall.

behold Then said he unto me, Son of man, dig now in the

wall: and when I had digged in the wall, {behold} a door.

behold And he said unto me, Go in, and {behold} the
wicked

abominations that they do here.

behold So I went in and saw; and {behold} every form
of

creeping things, and abominable beasts, and all the idols of the

house of Israel, portrayed upon the wall round about.

behold Then he brought me to the door of the gate of
the

LORD'S house which [was] toward the north; and, {behold}, there
sat

women weeping for Tammuz.

behold And he brought me into the inner court of the

LORD'S house, and, {behold}, at the door of the temple of the
LORD,

between the porch and the altar, [were] about five and twenty
men,

with their backs toward the temple of the LORD, and thei

r faces toward the east; and they worshipped the sun toward the

east.

behold And, {behold}, six men came from the way of the

higher gate, which lieth toward the north, and every man a
slaughter

weapon in his hand; and one man among them [was] clothed with
linen,

with a writer's inkhorn by his side: and they went i

n, and stood beside the brazen altar.

behold And, {behold}, the man clothed with linen,
which

[had] the inkhorn by his side, reported the matter, saying, I
have

done as thou hast commanded me.

behold Then I looked, and, {behold}, in the firmament

that was above the head of the cherubims there appeared over
them as

it were a sapphire stone, as the appearance of the likeness of a

throne.

behold And when I looked, {behold} the four wheels by
the

cherubims, one wheel by one cherub, and another wheel by another

cherub: and the appearance of the wheels [was] as the colour of a

beryl stone.

behold Moreover the spirit lifted me up, and brought
me

unto the east gate of the LORD'S house, which looketh eastward:
and

{behold} at the door of the gate five and twenty men; among whom
I

saw Jaazaniah the son of Azur, and Pelatiah the son o

f Benaiah, princes of the people.

behold Son of man, {behold}, [they of] the house of

Israel say, The vision that he seeth [is] for many days [to
come],

and he prophesieth of the times [that are] far off.

behold Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Because ye
have

spoken vanity, and seen lies, therefore, {behold}, I [am] against

you, saith the Lord GOD.

behold Wherefore thus saith the Lord GOD; {Behold}, I

[am] against your pillows, wherewith ye there hunt the souls to
make

[them] fly, and I will tear them from your arms, and will let the

souls go, [even] the souls that ye hunt to make [them]

fly.

behold Yet, behold, therein shall be left a remnant
that

shall be brought forth, [both] sons and daughters: {behold}, they

shall come forth unto you, and ye shall see their way and their

doings: and ye shall be comforted concerning the evil th

at I have brought upon Jerusalem, [even] concerning all that I
have

brought upon it.

behold Yet, {behold}, therein shall be left a remnant

that shall be brought forth, [both] sons and daughters: behold,
they

shall come forth unto you, and ye shall see their way and their

doings: and ye shall be comforted concerning the evil th

at I have brought upon Jerusalem, [even] concerning all that I
have

brought upon it.

behold {Behold}, it is cast into the fire for fuel;
the

fire devoureth both the ends of it, and the midst of it is
burned.

Is it meet for [any] work?

behold {Behold}, when it was whole, it was meet for no

work: how much less shall it be meet yet for [any] work, when the

fire hath devoured it, and it is burned?

behold Now when I passed by thee, and looked upon
thee,

{behold}, thy time [was] the time of love; and I spread my skirt

over thee, and covered thy nakedness: yea, I sware unto thee, and

entered into a covenant with thee, saith the Lord GOD, an

d thou becamest mine.

behold {Behold}, therefore I have stretched out my
hand

over thee, and have diminished thine ordinary [food], and
delivered

thee unto the will of them that hate thee, the daughters of the

Philistines, which are ashamed of thy lewd way.

behold {Behold}, therefore I will gather all thy
lovers,

with whom thou hast taken pleasure, and all [them] that thou hast

loved, with all [them] that thou hast hated; I will even gather
them

round about against thee, and will discover thy nak

edness unto them, that they may see all thy nakedness.

behold Because thou hast not remembered the days of
thy

youth, but hast fretted me in all these [things]; {behold},

therefore I also will recompense thy way upon [thine] head, saith

the Lord GOD: and thou shalt not commit this lewdness above a

ll thine abominations.

behold {Behold}, every one that useth proverbs shall
use

[this] proverb against thee, saying, As [is] the mother, [so is]
her

daughter.

behold {Behold}, this was the iniquity of thy sister

Sodom, pride, fulness of bread, and abundance of idleness was in
her

and in her daughters, neither did she strengthen the hand of the

poor and needy.

behold There was also another great eagle with great

wings and many feathers: and, {behold}, this vine did bend her
roots

toward him, and shot forth her branches toward him, that he might

water it by the furrows of her plantation.

behold Yea, {behold}, [being] planted, shall it
prosper?

shall it not utterly wither, when the east wind toucheth it? it

shall wither in the furrows where it grew.

behold Say now to the rebellious house, Know ye not
what

these [things mean]? tell [them], {Behold}, the king of Babylon
is

come to Jerusalem, and hath taken the king thereof, and the
princes

thereof, and led them with him to Babylon;

behold {Behold}, all souls are mine; as the soul of
the

father, so also the soul of the son is mine: the soul that
sinneth,

it shall die.

behold And say to the forest of the south, Hear the
word

of the LORD; Thus saith the Lord GOD; {Behold}, I will kindle a
fire

in thee, and it shall devour every green tree in thee, and every
dry

tree: the flaming flame shall not be quenched, a

nd all faces from the south to the north shall be burned therein.

behold And say to the land of Israel, Thus saith the

LORD; {Behold}, I [am] against thee, and will draw forth my sword

out of his sheath, and will cut off from thee the righteous and
the

wicked.

behold And it shall be, when they say unto thee,

Wherefore sighest thou? that thou shalt answer, For the tidings;

because it cometh: and every heart shall melt, and all hands
shall

be feeble, and every spirit shall faint, and all knees shall be

weak [as] water: {behold}, it cometh, and shall be brought to
pass,

saith the Lord GOD.

behold {Behold}, the princes of Israel, every one
were in

thee to their power to shed blood.

behold {Behold}, therefore I have smitten mine hand
at

thy dishonest gain which thou hast made, and at thy blood which
hath

been in the midst of thee.

behold Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Because ye
are

all become dross, {behold}, therefore I will gather you into the

midst of Jerusalem.

behold Therefore, O Aholibah, thus saith the Lord
GOD;

{Behold}, I will raise up thy lovers against thee, from whom thy

mind is alienated, and I will bring them against thee on every
side;

behold For thus saith the Lord GOD; {Behold}, I will

deliver thee into the hand [of them] whom thou hatest, into the
hand

[of them] from whom thy mind is alienated:

behold Son of man, {behold}, I take away from thee
the

desire of thine eyes with a stroke: yet neither shalt thou mourn
nor

weep, neither shall thy tears run down.

behold Speak unto the house of Israel, Thus saith the

Lord GOD; {Behold}, I will profane my sanctuary, the excellency
of

your strength, the desire of your eyes, and that which your soul

pitieth; and your sons and your daughters whom ye have le

ft shall fall by the sword.

behold {Behold}, therefore I will deliver thee to the
men

of the east for a possession, and they shall set their palaces in

thee, and make their dwellings in thee: they shall eat thy fruit,

and they shall drink thy milk.

behold {Behold}, therefore I will stretch out mine
hand

upon thee, and will deliver thee for a spoil to the heathen; and
I

will cut thee off from the people, and I will cause thee to
perish

out of the countries: I will destroy thee; and thou sh

alt know that I [am] the LORD.

behold Thus saith the Lord GOD; Because that Moab and

Seir do say, {Behold}, the house of Judah [is] like unto all the

heathen;

behold Therefore, {behold}, I will open the side of
Moab

from the cities, from his cities [which are] on his frontiers,
the

glory of the country, Bethjeshimoth, Baalmeon, and Kiriathaim,

behold Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; {Behold}, I

will stretch out mine hand upon the Philistines, and I will cut
off

the Cherethims, and destroy the remnant of the sea coast.

behold Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; {Behold}, I

[am] against thee, O Tyrus, and will cause many nations to come
up

against thee, as the sea causeth his waves to come up.

behold For thus saith the Lord GOD; {Behold}, I will

bring upon Tyrus Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon, a king of kings,

from the north, with horses, and with chariots, and with
horsemen,

and companies, and much people.

behold {Behold}, thou [art] wiser than Daniel; there
is

no secret that they can hide from thee:

behold {Behold}, therefore I will bring strangers upon

thee, the terrible of the nations: and they shall draw their
swords

against the beauty of thy wisdom, and they shall defile thy

brightness.

behold Thine heart was lifted up because of thy
beauty,

thou hast corrupted thy wisdom by reason of thy brightness: I
will

cast thee to the ground, I will lay thee before kings, that they
may

{behold} thee.

behold Thou hast defiled thy sanctuaries by the

multitude of thine iniquities, by the iniquity of thy traffic;

therefore will I bring forth a fire from the midst of thee, it
shall

devour thee, and I will bring thee to ashes upon the earth in t

he sight of all them that {behold} thee.

behold And say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; {Behold}, I

[am] against thee, O Zidon; and I will be glorified in the midst
of

thee: and they shall know that I [am] the LORD, when I shall have

executed judgments in her, and shall be sanctified in he

r.

behold Speak, and say, Thus saith the Lord GOD;
{Behold},

I [am] against thee, Pharaoh king of Egypt, the great dragon that

lieth in the midst of his rivers, which hath said, My river [is]

mine own, and I have made [it] for myself.

behold Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; {Behold}, I

will bring a sword upon thee, and cut off man and beast out of
thee.

behold {Behold}, therefore I [am] against thee, and

against thy rivers, and I will make the land of Egypt utterly
waste

[and] desolate, from the tower of Syene even unto the border of

Ethiopia.

behold Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; {Behold}, I

will give the land of Egypt unto Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon;
and

he shall take her multitude, and take her spoil, and take her
prey;

and it shall be the wages for his army.

behold Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; {Behold}, I

[am] against Pharaoh king of Egypt, and will break his arms, the

strong, and that which was broken; and I will cause the sword to

fall out of his hand.

behold {Behold}, the Assyrian [was] a cedar in Lebanon

with fair branches, and with a shadowing shroud, and of an high

stature; and his top was among the thick boughs.

behold Thus saith the Lord GOD; {Behold}, I [am]
against

the shepherds; and I will require my flock at their hand, and
cause

them to cease from feeding the flock; neither shall the shepherds

feed themselves any more; for I will deliver my floc

k from their mouth, that they may not be meat for them.

behold For thus saith the Lord GOD; {Behold}, I,
[even]

I, will both search my sheep, and seek them out.

behold And [as for] you, O my flock, thus saith the
Lord

GOD; {Behold}, I judge between cattle and cattle, between the
rams

and the he goats.

behold Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD unto them;

{Behold}, I, [even] I, will judge between the fat cattle and
between

the lean cattle.

behold And say unto it, Thus saith the Lord GOD;

{Behold}, O mount Seir, I [am] against thee, and I will stretch
out

mine hand against thee, and I will make thee most desolate.

behold Prophesy therefore concerning the land of
Israel,

and say unto the mountains, and to the hills, to the rivers, and
to

the valleys, Thus saith the Lord GOD; {Behold}, I have spoken in
my

jealousy and in my fury, because ye have borne the

shame of the heathen:

behold For, {behold}, I [am] for you, and I will turn

unto you, and ye shall be tilled and sown:

behold And caused me to pass by them round about: and,

{behold}, [there were] very many in the open valley; and, lo,
[they

were] very dry.

behold Thus saith the Lord GOD unto these bones;

{Behold}, I will cause breath to enter into you, and ye shall
live:

behold So I prophesied as I was commanded: and as I

prophesied, there was a noise, and {behold} a shaking, and the
bones

came together, bone to his bone.

behold Then he said unto me, Son of man, these bones
are

the whole house of Israel: {behold}, they say, Our bones are
dried,

and our hope is lost: we are cut off for our parts.

behold Therefore prophesy and say unto them, Thus
saith

the Lord GOD; {Behold}, O my people, I will open your graves, and

cause you to come up out of your graves, and bring you into the
land

of Israel.

behold Say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD;
{Behold},

I will take the stick of Joseph, which [is] in the hand of
Ephraim,

and the tribes of Israel his fellows, and will put them with him,

[even] with the stick of Judah, and make them one st

ick, and they shall be one in mine hand.

behold And say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD;

{Behold}, I will take the children of Israel from among the
heathen,

whither they be gone, and will gather them on every side, and
bring

them into their own land:

behold And say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; {Behold}, I
[am]

against thee, O Gog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal:

behold Therefore, thou son of man, prophesy against
Gog,

and say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; {Behold}, I [am] against thee,
O

Gog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal:

behold {Behold}, it is come, and it is done, saith the

Lord GOD; this [is] the day whereof I have spoken.

behold And he brought me thither, and, {behold},
[there

was] a man, whose appearance [was] like the appearance of brass,

with a line of flax in his hand, and a measuring reed; and he
stood

in the gate.

behold And the man said unto me, Son of man, {behold}

with thine eyes, and hear with thine ears, and set thine heart
upon

all that I shall show thee; for to the intent that I might show

[them] unto thee [art] thou brought hither: declare all th

at thou seest to the house of Israel.

behold And {behold} a wall on the outside of the house

round about, and in the man's hand a measuring reed of six cubits

[long] by the cubit and an hand breadth: so he measured the
breadth

of the building, one reed; and the height, one reed.

behold After that he brought me toward the south, and

{behold} a gate toward the south: and he measured the posts
thereof

and the arches thereof according to these measures.

behold And, {behold}, the glory of the God of Israel
came

from the way of the east: and his voice [was] like a noise of
many

waters: and the earth shined with his glory.

behold So the spirit took me up, and brought me into
the

inner court; and, {behold}, the glory of the LORD filled the
house.

behold This [is] the law of the house; Upon the top
of

the mountain the whole limit thereof round about [shall be] most

holy. {Behold}, this [is] the law of the house.

behold Then brought he me the way of the north gate

before the house: and I looked, and, {behold}, the glory of the
LORD

filled the house of the LORD: and I fell upon my face.

behold And the LORD said unto me, Son of man, mark
well,

and {behold} with thine eyes, and hear with thine ears all that I

say unto thee concerning all the ordinances of the house of the

LORD, and all the laws thereof; and mark well the enterin

g in of the house, with every going forth of the sanctuary.

behold After he brought me through the entry, which

[was] at the side of the gate, into the holy chambers of the

priests, which looked toward the north: and, {behold}, there
[was] a

place on the two sides westward.

behold Then he brought me forth into the utter court,

and caused me to pass by the four corners of the court; and,

{behold}, in every corner of the court [there was] a court.

behold Afterward he brought me again unto the door of
the

house; and, {behold}, waters issued out from under the threshold
of

the house eastward: for the forefront of the house [stood toward]

the east, and the waters came down from under from t

he right side of the house, at the south [side] of the altar.

behold Then brought he me out of the way of the gate

northward, and led me about the way without unto the utter gate
by

the way that looketh eastward; and, {behold}, there ran out
waters

on the right side.

behold Now when I had returned, {behold}, at the bank
of

the river [were] very many trees on the one side and on the
other.

behold Thou, O king, sawest, and {behold} a great
image.

This great image, whose brightness [was] excellent, stood before

thee; and the form thereof [was] terrible.

behold Thus [were] the visions of mine head in my bed;
I

saw, and {behold}, a tree in the midst of the earth, and the
height

thereof [was] great.

behold I saw in the visions of my head upon my bed,
and,

{behold}, a watcher and an holy one came down from heaven;

behold Daniel spake and said, I saw in my vision by
night,

and, {behold}, the four winds of the heaven strove upon the great

sea.

behold And {behold} another beast, a second, like to a

bear, and it raised up itself on one side, and [it had] three
ribs

in the mouth of it between the teeth of it: and they said thus
unto

it, Arise, devour much flesh.

behold After this I saw in the night visions, and
{behold}

a fourth beast, dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly;
and

it had great iron teeth: it devoured and brake in pieces, and

stamped the residue with the feet of it: and it [was] div

erse from all the beasts that [were] before it; and it had ten

horns.

behold I considered the horns, and, behold, there came
up

among them another little horn, before whom there were three of
the

first horns plucked up by the roots: and, {behold}, in this horn

[were] eyes like the eyes of man, and a mouth speaking

great things.

behold I considered the horns, and, {behold}, there
came

up among them another little horn, before whom there were three
of

the first horns plucked up by the roots: and, behold, in this
horn

[were] eyes like the eyes of man, and a mouth speaking

great things.

behold I saw in the night visions, and, {behold},
[one]

like the Son of man came with the clouds of heaven, and came to
the

Ancient of days, and they brought him near before him.

behold Then I lifted up mine eyes, and saw, and,
{behold},

there stood before the river a ram which had [two] horns: and the

[two] horns [were] high; but one [was] higher than the other, and

the higher came up last.

behold And as I was considering, {behold}, an he goat
came

from the west on the face of the whole earth, and touched not the

ground: and the goat [had] a notable horn between his eyes.

behold And it came to pass, when I, [even] I Daniel,
had

seen the vision, and sought for the meaning, then, {behold},
there

stood before me as the appearance of a man.

behold And he said, {Behold}, I will make thee know
what

shall be in the last end of the indignation: for at the time

appointed the end [shall be].

behold O my God, incline thine ear, and hear; open
thine

eyes, and {behold} our desolations, and the city which is called
by

thy name: for we do not present our supplications before thee for

our righteousnesses, but for thy great mercies.

behold Then I lifted up mine eyes, and looked, and

{behold} a certain man clothed in linen, whose loins [were]
girded

with fine gold of Uphaz:

behold And, {behold}, an hand touched me, which set
me

upon my knees and [upon] the palms of my hands.

behold And, {behold}, [one] like the similitude of
the

sons of men touched my lips: then I opened my mouth, and spake,
and

said unto him that stood before me, O my lord, by the vision my

sorrows are turned upon me, and I have retained no stren

gth.

behold And now will I show thee the truth. {Behold},

there shall stand up yet three kings in Persia; and the fourth
shall

be far richer than [they] all: and by his strength through his

riches he shall stir up all against the realm of Grecia.

behold Then I Daniel looked, and, {behold}, there
stood

other two, the one on this side of the bank of the river, and the

other on that side of the bank of the river.

behold Therefore, {behold}, I will hedge up thy way
with

thorns, and make a wall, that she shall not find her paths.

behold Therefore, {behold}, I will allure her, and
bring

her into the wilderness, and speak comfortably unto her.

behold Yea, the LORD will answer and say unto his
people,

{Behold}, I will send you corn, and wine, and oil, and ye shall
be

satisfied therewith: and I will no more make you a reproach among

the heathen:

behold For, {behold}, in those days, and in that time,

when I shall bring again the captivity of Judah and Jerusalem,

behold {Behold}, I will raise them out of the place

whither ye have sold them, and will return your recompense upon
your

own head:

behold {Behold}, I am pressed under you, as a cart is

pressed [that is] full of sheaves.

behold Publish in the palaces at Ashdod, and in the

palaces in the land of Egypt, and say, Assemble yourselves upon
the

mountains of Samaria, and {behold} the great tumults in the midst

thereof, and the oppressed in the midst thereof.

behold For, {behold}, the LORD commandeth, and he will

smite the great house with breaches, and the little house with

clefts.

behold But, {behold}, I will raise up against you a

nation, O house of Israel, saith the LORD the God of hosts; and
they

shall afflict you from the entering in of Hemath unto the river
of

the wilderness.

behold Thus hath the Lord GOD showed unto me; and,

{behold}, he formed grasshoppers in the beginning of the
shooting up

of the latter growth; and, lo, [it was] the latter growth after
the

king's mowings.

behold Thus hath the Lord GOD showed unto me: and,

{behold}, the Lord GOD called to contend by fire, and it devoured

the great deep, and did eat up a part.

behold Thus he showed me: and, {behold}, the Lord stood

upon a wall [made] by a plumbline, with a plumbline in his hand.

behold And the LORD said unto me, Amos, what seest
thou?

And I said, A plumbline. Then said the Lord, {Behold}, I will
set a

plumbline in the midst of my people Israel: I will not again
pass by

them any more:

behold Thus hath the Lord GOD showed unto me: and
{behold}

a basket of summer fruit.

behold {Behold}, the days come, saith the Lord GOD,
that

I will send a famine in the land, not a famine of bread, nor a

thirst for water, but of hearing the words of the LORD:

behold {Behold}, the eyes of the Lord GOD [are] upon
the

sinful kingdom, and I will destroy it from off the face of the

earth; saving that I will not utterly destroy the house of Jacob,

saith the LORD.

behold {Behold}, the days come, saith the LORD, that
the

plowman shall overtake the reaper, and the treader of grapes him

that soweth seed; and the mountains shall drop sweet wine, and
all

the hills shall melt.

behold {Behold}, I have made thee small among the
heathen:

thou art greatly despised.

behold For, {behold}, the LORD cometh forth out of his

place, and will come down, and tread upon the high places of the

earth.

behold Therefore thus saith the LORD; {Behold}, against

this family do I devise an evil, from which ye shall not remove
your

necks; neither shall ye go haughtily: for this time [is] evil.

behold I will bear the indignation of the LORD,
because I

have sinned against him, until he plead my cause, and execute

judgment for me: he will bring me forth to the light, [and] I
shall

{behold} his righteousness.

behold Then [she that is] mine enemy shall see [it],
and

shame shall cover her which said unto me, Where is the LORD thy
God?

mine eyes shall {behold} her: now shall she be trodden down as
the

mire of the streets.

behold {Behold} upon the mountains the feet of him
that

bringeth good tidings, that publisheth peace! O Judah, keep thy

solemn feasts, perform thy vows: for the wicked shall no more
pass

through thee; he is utterly cut off.

behold {Behold}, I [am] against thee, saith the LORD
of

hosts, and I will burn her chariots in the smoke, and the sword

shall devour thy young lions: and I will cut off thy prey from
the

earth, and the voice of thy messengers shall no more be h

eard.

behold {Behold}, I [am] against thee, saith the LORD of

hosts; and I will discover thy skirts upon thy face, and I will
show

the nations thy nakedness, and the kingdoms thy shame.

behold {Behold}, thy people in the midst of thee [are]

women: the gates of thy land shall be set wide open unto thine

enemies: the fire shall devour thy bars.

behold Why dost thou show me iniquity, and cause [me]
to

{behold} grievance? for spoiling and violence [are] before me:
and

there are [that] raise up strife and contention.

behold {Behold} ye among the heathen, and regard, and

wonder marvellously: for [I] will work a work in your days,
[which]

ye will not believe, though it be told [you].

behold Thou art] of purer eyes than to {behold} evil,
and

canst not look on iniquity: wherefore lookest thou upon them that

deal treacherously, [and] holdest thy tongue when the wicked

devoureth [the man that is] more righteous than he?

behold {Behold}, his soul [which] is lifted up is not

upright in him: but the just shall live by his faith.

behold {Behold}, [is it] not of the LORD of hosts that

the people shall labour in the very fire, and the people shall
weary

themselves for very vanity?

behold Woe unto him that saith to the wood, Awake; to
the

dumb stone, Arise, it shall teach! {Behold}, it [is] laid over
with

gold and silver, and [there is] no breath at all in the midst of
it.

behold {Behold}, at that time I will undo all that

afflict thee: and I will save her that halteth, and gather her
that

was driven out; and I will get them praise and fame in every land

where they have been put to shame.

behold I saw by night, and {behold} a man riding upon a

red horse, and he stood among the myrtle trees that [were] in the

bottom; and behind him [were there] red horses, speckled, and
white.

behold And they answered the angel of the LORD that
stood

among the myrtle trees, and said, We have walked to and fro
through

the earth, and, {behold}, all the earth sitteth still, and is at

rest.

behold Then lifted I up mine eyes, and saw, and
{behold}

four horns.

behold I lifted up mine eyes again, and looked, and

{behold} a man with a measuring line in his hand.

behold And, {behold}, the angel that talked with me
went

forth, and another angel went out to meet him,

behold For, {behold}, I will shake mine hand upon them,

and they shall be a spoil to their servants: and ye shall know
that

the LORD of hosts hath sent me.

behold And he answered and spake unto those that stood

before him, saying, Take away the filthy garments from him. And
unto

him he said, {Behold}, I have caused thine iniquity to pass from

thee, and I will clothe thee with change of raiment.

behold Hear now, O Joshua the high priest, thou, and
thy

fellows that sit before thee: for they [are] men wondered at:
for,

{behold}, I will bring forth my servant the BRANCH.

behold For behold the stone that I have laid before

Joshua; upon one stone [shall be] seven eyes: {behold}, I will

engrave the graving thereof, saith the LORD of hosts, and I will

remove the iniquity of that land in one day.

behold For {behold} the stone that I have laid before

Joshua; upon one stone [shall be] seven eyes: behold, I will
engrave

the graving thereof, saith the LORD of hosts, and I will remove
the

iniquity of that land in one day.

behold And said unto me, What seest thou? And I said, I

have looked, and {behold} a candlestick all [of] gold, with a
bowl

upon the top of it, and his seven lamps thereon, and seven pipes
to

the seven lamps, which [are] upon the top thereof:

behold Then I turned, and lifted up mine eyes, and
looked,

and {behold} a flying roll.

behold And, {behold}, there was lifted up a talent of

lead: and this [is] a woman that sitteth in the midst of the
ephah.

behold Then lifted I up mine eyes, and looked, and,

{behold}, there came out two women, and the wind [was] in their

wings; for they had wings like the wings of a stork: and they
lifted

up the ephah between the earth and the heaven.

behold And I turned, and lifted up mine eyes, and
looked,

and, {behold}, there came four chariots out from between two

mountains; and the mountains [were] mountains of brass.

behold Then cried he upon me, and spake unto me,
saying,

{Behold}, these that go toward the north country have quieted my

spirit in the north country.

behold And speak unto him, saying, Thus speaketh the
LORD

of hosts, saying, {Behold} the man whose name [is] The BRANCH;
and

he shall grow up out of his place, and he shall build the temple
of

the LORD:

behold Thus saith the LORD of hosts; {Behold}, I will
save

my people from the east country, and from the west country;

behold {Behold}, the Lord will cast her out, and he
will

smite her power in the sea; and she shall be devoured with fire.

behold Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion; shout, O

daughter of Jerusalem: {behold}, thy King cometh unto thee: he
[is]

just, and having salvation; lowly, and riding upon an ass, and
upon

a colt the foal of an ass.

behold {Behold}, I will make Jerusalem a cup of
trembling

unto all the people round about, when they shall be in the siege

both against Judah [and] against Jerusalem.

behold {Behold}, the day of the LORD cometh, and thy

spoil shall be divided in the midst of thee.

behold Ye said also, {Behold}, what a weariness [is
it]!

and ye have snuffed at it, saith the LORD of hosts; and ye
brought

[that which was] torn, and the lame, and the sick; thus ye
brought

an offering: should I accept this of your hand? saith

the LORD.

behold {Behold}, I will corrupt your seed, and spread
dung

upon your faces, [even] the dung of your solemn feasts; and [one]

shall take you away with it.

behold Behold, I will send my messenger, and he shall

prepare the way before me: and the Lord, whom ye seek, shall

suddenly come to his temple, even the messenger of the covenant,

whom ye delight in: {behold}, he shall come, saith the LORD of ho

sts.

behold {Behold}, I will send my messenger, and he shall

prepare the way before me: and the Lord, whom ye seek, shall

suddenly come to his temple, even the messenger of the covenant,

whom ye delight in: behold, he shall come, saith the LORD of ho

sts.

behold For, {behold}, the day cometh, that shall burn
as

an oven; and all the proud, yea, and all that do wickedly, shall
be

stubble: and the day that cometh shall burn them up, saith the
LORD

of hosts, that it shall leave them neither root nor

branch.

behold {Behold}, I will send you Elijah the prophet
before

the coming of the great and dreadful day of the LORD:

behold But while he thought on these things, {behold},

the angel of the Lord appeared unto him in a dream, saying,
Joseph,

thou son of David, fear not to take unto thee Mary thy wife: for

that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Ghost.

behold {Behold}, a virgin shall be with child, and
shall

bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which

being interpreted is, God with us.

behold Now when Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judaea
in

the days of Herod the king, {behold}, there came wise men from
the

east to Jerusalem,

behold And when they were departed, {behold}, the

take

the young child and his mother, and flee into Egypt, and be thou

there until I bring thee word: for Herod will seek the

young child to destroy him.

behold But when Herod was dead, {behold}, an angel of
the

Lord appeareth in a dream to Joseph in Egypt,

behold Then the devil leaveth him, and, {behold},
angels

came and ministered unto him.

behold {Behold} the fowls of the air: for they sow
not,

neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly

Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they?

behold Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull

thine

own eye?

asleep.

have

we to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of God? art thou come hither
to

torment us before the time?

come

out, they went into the herd of swine: and, {behold}, the whole
herd

of swine ran violently down a steep place into the sea, and
perished

in the waters.

within

is even now dead: but come and lay thy hand upon her, and she
shall

live.

behold And, {behold}, a woman, which was diseased
with an

issue of blood twelve years, came behind [him], and touched the
hem

of his garment:

behold As they went out, {behold}, they brought to
him a

dumb man possessed with a devil.

behold {Behold}, I send you forth as sheep in the
midst

of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as
doves.

behold But what went ye out for to see? A man clothed
in

soft raiment? {behold}, they that wear soft [clothing] are in
kings'

houses.

behold For this is [he], of whom it is written,

{Behold}, I send my messenger before thy face, which shall

thy way before thee.

on

the sabbath days? that they might accuse him.

behold {Behold} my servant, whom I have chosen; my

beloved, in whom my soul is well pleased: I will put my spirit
upon

him, and he shall show judgment to the Gentiles.

behold The men of Nineveh shall rise in judgment with

this generation, and shall condemn it: because they repented at
the

preaching of Jonas; and, {behold}, a greater than Jonas [is]
here.

behold The queen of the south shall rise up in the

judgment with this generation, and shall condemn it: for she came

from the uttermost parts of the earth to hear the wisdom of
Solomon;

and, {behold}, a greater than Solomon [is] here.

behold While he yet talked to the people, {behold},

[his] mother and his brethren stood without, desiring to speak

and

thy brethren stand without, desiring to speak with thee.

overshadowed them: and {behold} a voice out of the cloud, which

said, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased; hear ye

him.

Good

Master, what good thing shall I do, that I may have eternal life?

therefore?

of

man shall be betrayed unto the chief priests and unto the
scribes,

and they shall condemn him to death,

behold And, {behold}, two blind men sitting by the
way

side, when they heard that Jesus passed by, cried out, saying,
Have

mercy on us, O Lord, [thou] son of David.

behold Tell ye the daughter of Sion, {Behold}, thy
King

cometh unto thee, meek, and sitting upon an ass, and a colt the
foal

of an ass.

behold Again, he sent forth other servants, saying,
Tell

them which are bidden, {Behold}, I have prepared my dinner: my
oxen

and [my] fatlings [are] killed, and all things [are] ready: come

unto the marriage.

behold Wherefore, {behold}, I send unto you prophets,

and wise men, and scribes: and [some] of them ye shall kill and

me

five talents: {behold}, I have gained beside them five talents
more.

said, Lord, thou deliveredst unto me two talents: {behold}, I
have

gained two other talents beside them.

behold Then cometh he to his disciples, and saith
unto

them, Sleep on now, and take [your] rest: {behold}, the hour is
at

hand, and the Son of man is betrayed into the hands of sinners.

behold Rise, let us be going: {behold}, he is at hand

that doth betray me.

behold And, {behold}, one of them which were with
Jesus

stretched out [his] hand, and drew his sword, and struck a

He

hath spoken blasphemy; what further need have we of witnesses?

{behold}, now ye have heard his blasphemy.

behold And, {behold}, the veil of the temple was
rent in

twain from the top to the bottom; and the earth did quake, and
the

rocks rent;

back the stone from the door, and sat upon it.

behold And go quickly, and tell his disciples that he
is

risen from the dead; and, {behold}, he goeth before you into

behold And as they went to tell his disciples,
{behold},

Jesus met them, saying, All hail. And they came and held him by
the

feet, and worshipped him.

behold Now when they were going, {behold}, some of
the

watch came into the city, and showed unto the chief priests all
the

things that were done.

behold As it is written in the prophets, {Behold}, I
send

my messenger before thy face, which shall prepare thy way before

thee.

behold And the Pharisees said unto him, {Behold}, why
do

more.

behold {Behold}, thou art called a Jew, and restest in

behold {Behold} therefore the goodness and severity
of

God: on them which fell, severity; but toward thee, goodness, if

off.

behold <1CO10 -18> {Behold} Israel after the flesh: are not they

which eat of the sacrifices partakers of the altar?

all

sleep, but we shall all be changed,

behold <2CO3 -7> But if the ministration of death, written and]

engraven in stones, was glorious, so that the children of Israel

his

countenance; which glory] was to be done away:

new

creature: old things are passed away; {behold}, all things are

is]

the accepted time; {behold}, now is] the day of salvation.)

behold <2CO6 -2> For he saith, I have heard thee in a time
accepted,

and in the day of salvation have I succoured thee: {behold}, now
is]

the accepted time; behold, now is] the day of salvation.)

behold <2CO6 -9> As unknown, and yet] well known; as dying, and,

{behold}, we live; as chastened, and not killed;

behold <2CO7 -11> For {behold} this selfsame thing, that ye

after a godly sort, what carefulness it wrought in you, yea,
what]

clearing of yourselves, yea, what] indignation, yea, what] fear,

down your fields, which is of you kept back by fraud, crieth: and

the cries of them which have reaped are entered into the ears of

of

the Lord. {Behold}, the husbandman waiteth for the precious

and latter rain.

behold Grudge not one against another, brethren, lest
ye

be condemned: {behold}, the judge standeth before the door.

Lord; that the Lord is very pitiful, and of tender mercy.

behold <1PE2 -6> Wherefore also it is contained in the scripture,

{Behold}, I lay in Sion a chief corner stone, elect, precious:

behold <1PE3 -2> While they {behold} your chaste conversation

coupled] with fear.

behold And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam,
prophesied

of these, saying, {Behold}, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of

kindreds of

the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen.

behold I am] he that liveth, and was dead; and,
{behold},

I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of

death.

behold Fear none of those things which thou shalt

thee

an open door, and no man can shut it: for thou hast a little

strength, and hast kept my word, and hast not denied my name.

behold {Behold}, I will make them of the synagogue of

Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold,
I

will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know
that

I have loved thee.

behold Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of
Satan,

which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; {behold}, I

make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I

have loved thee.

behold {Behold}, I come quickly: hold that fast which

thou hast, that no man take thy crown.

behold {Behold}, I stand at the door, and knock: if
any

man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and

will sup with him, and he with me.

behold After this I looked, and, {behold}, a door was]

opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was] as it

{behold},

a throne was set in heaven, and one] sat on the throne.

behold And one of the elders saith unto me, Weep not:

{behold}, the Lion of the tribe of Juda, the Root of David, hath

prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof.

behold And I saw, and {behold} a white horse: and he
that

sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went

forth conquering, and to conquer.

behold And I looked, and {behold} a pale horse: and his

name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And

power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to
kill

with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with th

e beasts of the earth.

head

a golden crown, and in his hand a sharp sickle.

behold And after that I looked, and, {behold}, the
temple

of the tabernacle of the testimony in heaven was opened:

behold {Behold}, I come as a thief. Blessed is] he
that

watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they
see

his shame.

behold The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and

shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition:
and

they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not

written in the book of life from the foundation of the wor

ld, when they {behold} the beast that was, and is not, and yet
is.

behold And I saw heaven opened, and {behold} a white

horse; and he that sat upon him was] called Faithful and True,
and

in righteousness he doth judge and make war.

behold And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying,

{Behold}, the tabernacle of God is] with men, and he will dwell
with

them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with

them, and be] their God.

behold And he that sat upon the throne said, {Behold},
I

make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words
are

true and faithful.

behold {Behold}, I come quickly: blessed is] he that

keepeth the sayings of the prophecy of this book.

behold And, {behold}, I come quickly; and my reward
is]

with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.
