answering And Jesus {answering} said unto him, Suffer
[it

to be so] now: for thus it becometh us to fulfil all
righteousness.

Then he suffered him.



answering And Jesus {answering} saith unto them, Have

faith in God.



answering And they answered and said unto Jesus, We

cannot tell. And Jesus {answering} saith unto them, Neither do I

tell you by what authority I do these things.



answering And Jesus {answering} said unto them,
Render

to Caesar the things that are Caesar's, and to God the things
that

are God's. And they marvelled at him.



answering And Jesus {answering} said unto them, Do ye

not therefore err, because ye know not the scriptures, neither
the

power of God?



answering And Jesus {answering} said unto him, Seest
thou

these great buildings? there shall not be left one stone upon

another, that shall not be thrown down.



answering And Jesus {answering} them began to say,
Take

heed lest any man] deceive you:



answering And Pilate asked him, Art thou the King of
the

Jews? And he {answering} said unto him, Thou sayest it].



answering And the angel {answering} said unto him, I

Gabriel, that stand in the presence of God; and am sent to speak

unto thee, and to show thee these glad tidings.

said, Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God.



answering And Simon {answering} said unto him, Master,
we

have toiled all the night, and have taken nothing: nevertheless
at

thy word I will let down the net.



answering But when Jesus perceived their thoughts, he

{answering} said unto them, What reason ye in your hearts?



answering And Jesus {answering} said unto them, They
that

are whole need not a physician; but they that are sick.



answering And Jesus {answering} them said, Have ye not

read so much as this, what David did, when himself was an
hungered,

and they which were with him;



answering Then Jesus {answering} said unto them, Go
your

way, and tell John what things ye have seen and heard; how that
the

blind see, the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, the deaf hear,

the dead are raised, to the poor the gospel is preach



ed.



answering And Jesus {answering} said unto him, Simon,
I

have somewhat to say unto thee. And he saith, Master, say on.



answering They {answering} said, John the Baptist; but

some say], Elias; and others say], that one of the old prophets
is

risen again.



answering He said unto them, But whom say ye that I
am?

Peter {answering} said, The Christ of God.



answering And Jesus {answering} said, O faithless and

perverse generation, how long shall I be with you, and suffer
you?

Bring thy son hither.



answering And he {answering} said, Thou shalt love
the

Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with
all

thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbour as
thyself.



answering And Jesus {answering} said, A certain man]

went down from Jerusalem to Jericho, and fell among thieves,
which

stripped him of his raiment, and wounded him], and departed,
leaving

him] half dead.



answering And Jesus {answering} said unto them,
Suppose

ye that these Galilaeans were sinners above all the Galilaeans,

because they suffered such things?



answering And he {answering} said unto him, Lord, let
it

alone this year also, till I shall dig about it, and dung it]:



answering And Jesus {answering} spake unto the lawyers

and Pharisees, saying, Is it lawful to heal on the sabbath day?



answering And he {answering} said to his] father, Lo,

these many years do I serve thee, neither transgressed I at any
time

thy commandment: and yet thou never gavest me a kid, that I might

make merry with my friends:



answering And Jesus {answering} said, Were there not
ten

cleansed? but where are] the nine?



answering And Jesus {answering} said unto them, The

children of this world marry, and are given in marriage:



answering Then certain of the scribes {answering}
said,

Master, thou hast well said.



answering But the other {answering} rebuked him,
saying,

Dost not thou fear God, seeing thou art in the same condemnation?



answering And the one of them, whose name was
Cleopas,

{answering} said unto him, Art thou only a stranger in Jerusalem,

and hast not known the things which are come to pass there in
these

days?



answering Exhort] servants to be obedient unto their
own

masters, and] to please them] well in all things]; not
{answering}
