wastes <ISA61 -4> And they shall build the old {wastes}, they

shall raise up the former desolations, and they shall repair the

waste cities, the desolations of many generations.

wastes <JER49 -13> For I have sworn by myself, saith the LORD,

that Bozrah shall become a desolation, a reproach, a waste, and

a curse; and all the cities thereof shall be perpetual {wastes}.

wastes <EZE33 -24> Son of man, they that inhabit those {wastes}

of the land of Israel speak, saying, Abraham was one, and he

inherited the land: but we [are] many; the land is given us for

inheritance.

wastes <EZE33 -27> Say thou thus unto them, Thus saith the Lord

GOD; [As] I live, surely they that [are] in the {wastes} shall

fall by the sword, and him that [is] in the open field will I

give to the beasts to be devoured, and they that [be] in the

forts

 and in the caves shall die of the pestilence.

wastes <EZE36 -4> Therefore, ye mountains of Israel, hear the

word of the Lord GOD; Thus saith the Lord GOD to the mountains,

and to the hills, to the rivers, and to the valleys, to the

desolate {wastes}, and to the cities that are forsaken, which

became

a prey and derision to the residue of the heathen that [are]

round about;

wastes <EZE36 -10> And I will multiply men upon you, all the

house of Israel, [even] all of it: and the cities shall be

inhabited, and the {wastes} shall be builded:

wastes <EZE36 -33> Thus saith the Lord GOD; In the day that I

shall have cleansed you from all your iniquities I will also

cause [you] to dwell in the cities, and the {wastes} shall be

builded.
