keep <1KI8 -25> Therefore now, LORD God of Israel, {keep} with

thy

servant David my father that thou promisedst him, saying, There

shall not fail thee a man in my sight to sit on the throne of

Israel; so that thy children take heed to their way, that they

 walk before me as thou hast walked before me.

keep <1KI8 -58> That he may incline our hearts unto him, to walk

in

all his ways, and to {keep} his commandments, and his statutes,

and

his judgments, which he commanded our fathers.

keep <1KI8 -61> Let your heart therefore be perfect with the LORD

our God, to walk in his statutes, and to {keep} his commandments,

 as

at this day.

keep <1KI9 -4> And if thou wilt walk before me, as David thy

father

walked, in integrity of heart, and in uprightness, to do

according

to all that I have commanded thee, [and] wilt {keep} my statutes

and

my judgments:

keep <1KI9 -6> But] if ye shall at all turn from following me,

ye or

your children, and will not {keep} my commandments [and] my

statutes

which I have set before you, but go and serve other gods, and

worship them:

keep <1KI11 -33> Because that they have forsaken me, and have

worshipped Ashtoreth the goddess of the Zidonians, Chemosh the

god

of the Moabites, and Milcom the god of the children of Ammon, and

have not walked in my ways, to do [that which is] right in m

ine eyes, and [to {keep}] my statutes and my judgments, as [did]

David his father.

keep <1KI11 -38> And it shall be, if thou wilt hearken unto all

that

I command thee, and wilt walk in my ways, and do [that is] right

in

my sight, to {keep} my statutes and my commandments, as David my

servant did; that I will be with thee, and build thee

 a sure house, as I built for David, and will give Israel unto

thee.

keep <1KI20 -39> And as the king passed by, he cried unto the

king:

and he said, Thy servant went out into the midst of the battle;

and,

behold, a man turned aside, and brought a man unto me, and said,

{Keep} this man: if by any means he be missing, then

shall thy life be for his life, or else thou shalt pay a talent

of

silver.

keep <2KI11 -6> And a third part [shall be] at the gate of Sur;

and

a third part at the gate behind the guard: so shall ye {keep} the

watch of the house, that it be not broken down.

keep <2KI11 -7> And two parts of all you that go forth on the

sabbath, even they shall {keep} the watch of the house of the

LORD

about the king.

keep <2KI17 -13> Yet the LORD testified against Israel, and

against

Judah, by all the prophets, [and by] all the seers, saying, Turn

ye

from your evil ways, and {keep} my commandments [and] my

statutes,

according to all the law which I commanded your fath

ers, and which I sent to you by my servants the prophets.

keep <2KI23 -3> And the king stood by a pillar, and made a

covenant

before the LORD, to walk after the LORD, and to {keep} his

commandments and his testimonies and his statutes with all

[their]

heart and all [their] soul, to perform the words of this cove

nant that were written in this book. And all the people stood to

the

covenant.

keep <2KI23 -21> And the king commanded all the people, saying,

{Keep} the passover unto the LORD your God, as [it is] written in

the book of this covenant.

keep <1CH4 -10> And Jabez called on the God of Israel, saying, Oh

that thou wouldest bless me indeed, and enlarge my coast, and

that

thine hand might be with me, and that thou wouldest {keep} [me]

from

evil, that it may not grieve me! And God granted him

that which he requested.

keep <1CH12 -33> Of Zebulun, such as went forth to battle,

expert in

war, with all instruments of war, fifty thousand, which could

{keep}

rank: [they were] not of double heart.

keep <1CH12 -38> All these men of war, that could {keep} rank,

came

with a perfect heart to Hebron, to make David king over all

Israel:

and all the rest also of Israel [were] of one heart to make David

king.

keep <1CH22 -12> Only the LORD give thee wisdom and

understanding,

and give thee charge concerning Israel, that thou mayest {keep}

the

law of the LORD thy God.

keep <1CH23 -32> And that they should {keep} the charge of the

tabernacle of the congregation, and the charge of the holy

[place],

and the charge of the sons of Aaron their brethren, in the

service

of the house of the LORD.

keep <1CH28 -8> Now therefore in the sight of all Israel the

congregation of the LORD, and in the audience of our God, {keep}

and

seek for all the commandments of the LORD your God: that ye may

possess this good land, and leave [it] for an inheritance for

 your children after you for ever.

keep <1CH29 -18> O LORD God of Abraham, Isaac, and of Israel, our

fathers, {keep} this for ever in the imagination of the thoughts

of

the heart of thy people, and prepare their heart unto thee:

keep <1CH29 -19> And give unto Solomon my son a perfect heart, to

{keep} thy commandments, thy testimonies, and thy statutes, and

to

do all [these things], and to build the palace, [for] the which I

have made provision.

keep <2CH6 -16> Now therefore, O LORD God of Israel, {keep} with

thy

servant David my father that which thou hast promised him,

saying,

There shall not fail thee a man in my sight to sit upon the

throne

of Israel; yet so that thy children take heed to the

ir way to walk in my law, as thou hast walked before me.

keep <2CH13 -11> And they burn unto the LORD every morning and

every

evening burnt sacrifices and sweet incense: the showbread also

[set

they in order] upon the pure table; and the candlestick of gold

with

the lamps thereof, to burn every evening: for we

{keep} the charge of the LORD our God; but ye have forsaken him.

keep <2CH22 -9> And he sought Ahaziah: and they caught him, (for

he

was hid in Samaria,) and brought him to Jehu: and when they had

slain him, they buried him: Because, said they, he [is] the son

of

Jehoshaphat, who sought the LORD with all his heart. So

the house of Ahaziah had no power to {keep} still the kingdom.

keep <2CH23 -6> But let none come into the house of the LORD,

save

the priests, and they that minister of the Levites; they shall go

in, for they [are] holy: but all the people shall {keep} the

watch

of the LORD.

keep <2CH28 -10> And now ye purpose to {keep} under the children

of

Judah and Jerusalem for bondmen and bondwomen unto you: [but are

there] not with you, even with you, sins against the LORD your

God?

keep <2CH30 -1> And Hezekiah sent to all Israel and Judah, and

wrote

letters also to Ephraim and Manasseh, that they should come to

the

house of the LORD at Jerusalem, to {keep} the passover unto the

LORD

God of Israel.

keep <2CH30 -2> For the king had taken counsel, and his princes,

and

all the congregation in Jerusalem, to {keep} the passover in the

second month.

keep <2CH30 -3> For they could not {keep} it at that time,

because

the priests had not sanctified themselves sufficiently, neither

had

the people gathered themselves together to Jerusalem.

keep <2CH30 -5> So they established a decree to make proclamation

throughout all Israel, from Beersheba even to Dan, that they

should

come to {keep} the passover unto the LORD God of Israel at

Jerusalem: for they had not done [it] of a long [time in such

sort] as it was written.

keep <2CH30 -13> And there assembled at Jerusalem much people to

{keep} the feast of unleavened bread in the second month, a very

great congregation.

keep <2CH30 -23> And the whole assembly took counsel to {keep}

other

seven days: and they kept [other] seven days with gladness.

keep <2CH34 -31> And the king stood in his place, and made a

covenant before the LORD, to walk after the LORD, and to {keep}

his

commandments, and his testimonies, and his statutes, with all his

heart, and with all his soul, to perform the words of the co

venant which are written in this book.

keep <2CH35 -16> So all the service of the LORD was prepared the

same day, to {keep} the passover, and to offer burnt offerings

upon

the altar of the LORD, according to the commandment of king

Josiah.

keep <2CH35 -18> And there was no passover like to that kept in

Israel from the days of Samuel the prophet; neither did all the

kings of Israel {keep} such a passover as Josiah kept, and the

priests, and the Levites, and all Judah and Israel that were pre

sent, and the inhabitants of Jerusalem.

keep <EZR8 -29> Watch ye, and {keep} [them], until ye weigh

[them]

before the chief of the priests and the Levites, and chief of the

fathers of Israel, at Jerusalem, in the chambers of the house of

the

LORD.

keep <NEH1 -9> But [if] ye turn unto me, and {keep} my

commandments,

and do them; though there were of you cast out unto the uttermost

part of the heaven, [yet] will I gather them from thence, and

will

bring them unto the place that I have chosen to set m

y name there.

keep <NEH12 -27> And at the dedication of the wall of Jerusalem

they

sought the Levites out of all their places, to bring them to

Jerusalem, to {keep} the dedication with gladness, both with

thanksgivings, and with singing, [with] cymbals, psalteries, and

 with harps.

keep <NEH13 -22> And I commanded the Levites that they should

cleanse themselves, and [that] they should come [and] {keep} the

gates, to sanctify the sabbath day. Remember me, O my God,

[concerning] this also, and spare me according to the greatness

of

th

y mercy.

keep <EST3 -8> And Haman said unto king Ahasuerus, There is a

certain people scattered abroad and dispersed among the people in

all the provinces of thy kingdom; and their laws [are] diverse

from

all people; neither {keep} they the king's laws: therefore

it [is] not for the king's profit to suffer them.

keep <EST9 -21> To stablish [this] among them, that they should

{keep} the fourteenth day of the month Adar, and the fifteenth

day

of the same, yearly,

keep <EST9 -27> The Jews ordained, and took upon them, and upon

their seed, and upon all such as joined themselves unto them, so

as

it should not fail, that they would {keep} these two days

according

to their writing, and according to their [appointed] ti

me every year;

keep <JOB14 -13> O that thou wouldest hide me in the grave, that

thou wouldest {keep} me secret, until thy wrath be past, that

thou

wouldest appoint me a set time, and remember me!

keep <JOB20 -13> Though] he spare it, and forsake it not; but

{keep}

it still within his mouth:

keep <PSA12 -7> Thou shalt {keep} them, O LORD, thou shalt

preserve

them from this generation for ever.

keep <PSA17 -8> {Keep} me as the apple of the eye, hide me under

the

shadow of thy wings,

keep <PSA19 -13> {Keep} back thy servant also from presumptuous

[sins]; let them not have dominion over me: then shall I be

upright,

and I shall be innocent from the great transgression.

keep <PSA22 -29> All [they that be] fat upon earth shall eat and

worship: all they that go down to the dust shall bow before him:

and

none can {keep} alive his own soul.

keep <PSA25 -10> All the paths of the LORD [are] mercy and truth

unto such as {keep} his covenant and his testimonies.

keep <PSA25 -20> O {keep} my soul, and deliver me: let me not be

ashamed; for I put my trust in thee.

keep <PSA31 -20> Thou shalt hide them in the secret of thy

presence

from the pride of man: thou shalt {keep} them secretly in a

pavilion

from the strife of tongues.

keep <PSA33 -19> To deliver their soul from death, and to {keep}

them alive in famine.

keep <PSA34 -13> {Keep} thy tongue from evil, and thy lips from

speaking guile.

keep <PSA35 -22> This] thou hast seen, O LORD: {keep} not

silence: O

LORD, be not far from me.

keep <PSA37 -34> Wait on the LORD, and {keep} his way, and he

shall

exalt thee to inherit the land: when the wicked are cut off, thou

shalt see [it].

keep <PSA39 -1> To the chief Musician, [even] to Jeduthun, A

Psalm

of David. I said, I will take heed to my ways, that I sin not

with

my tongue: I will {keep} my mouth with a bridle, while the

wicked is

before me.

keep <PSA41 -2> The LORD will preserve him, and {keep} him alive;

[and] he shall be blessed upon the earth: and thou wilt not

deliver

him unto the will of his enemies.

keep <PSA50 -3> Our God shall come, and shall not {keep} silence:

 a

fire shall devour before him, and it shall be very tempestuous

round

about him.

keep <PSA78 -7> That they might set their hope in God, and not

forget the works of God, but {keep} his commandments:

keep <PSA83 -1> A Song [or] Psalm of Asaph. {Keep} not thou

silence,

O God: hold not thy peace, and be not still, O God.

keep <PSA89 -28> My mercy will I {keep} for him for evermore,

and my

covenant shall stand fast with him.

keep <PSA89 -31> If they break my statutes, and {keep} not my

commandments;

keep <PSA91 -11> For he shall give his angels charge over thee,

to

{keep} thee in all thy ways.

keep <PSA103 -9> He will not always chide: neither will he {keep}

[his anger] for ever.

keep <PSA103 -18> To such as {keep} his covenant, and to those

that

remember his commandments to do them.

keep <PSA105 -45> That they might observe his statutes, and

{keep}

his laws. Praise ye the LORD.

keep <PSA106 -3> Blessed [are] they that {keep} judgment, [and]

he

that doeth righteousness at all times.

keep <PSA113 -9> He maketh the barren woman to {keep} house,

[and to

be] a joyful mother of children. Praise ye the LORD.

keep <PSA119 -2> Blessed [are] they that {keep} his testimonies,

[and that] seek him with the whole heart.

keep <PSA119 -4> Thou hast commanded [us] to {keep} thy precepts

diligently.

keep <PSA119 -5> O that my ways were directed to {keep} thy

statutes!

keep <PSA119 -8> I will {keep} thy statutes: O forsake me not

utterly.

keep <PSA119 -17> GIMEL. Deal bountifully with thy servant,

[that] I

may live, and {keep} thy word.

keep <PSA119 -33> HE. Teach me, O LORD, the way of thy statutes;

and

I shall {keep} it [unto] the end.

keep <PSA119 -34> Give me understanding, and I shall {keep} thy

law;

yea, I shall observe it with [my] whole heart.

keep <PSA119 -44> So shall I {keep} thy law continually for ever

and

ever.

keep <PSA119 -57> CHETH. [Thou art] my portion, O LORD: I have

said

that I would {keep} thy words.

keep <PSA119 -60> I made haste, and delayed not to {keep} thy

commandments.

keep <PSA119 -63> I [am] a companion of all [them] that fear

thee,

and of them that {keep} thy precepts.

keep <PSA119 -69> The proud have forged a lie against me: [but] I

will {keep} thy precepts with [my] whole heart.

keep <PSA119 -88> Quicken me after thy lovingkindness; so shall I

{keep} the testimony of thy mouth.

keep <PSA119 -100> I understand more than the ancients, because I

{keep} thy precepts.

keep <PSA119 -101> I have refrained my feet from every evil way,

that I might {keep} thy word.

keep <PSA119 -106> I have sworn, and I will perform [it], that I

will {keep} thy righteous judgments.

keep <PSA119 -115> Depart from me, ye evildoers: for I will

{keep}

the commandments of my God.

keep <PSA119 -129> PE. Thy testimonies [are] wonderful: therefore

doth my soul {keep} them.

keep <PSA119 -134> Deliver me from the oppression of man: so

will I

{keep} thy precepts.

keep <PSA119 -136> Rivers of waters run down mine eyes, because

they

{keep} not thy law.

keep <PSA119 -145> KOPH. I cried with [my] whole heart; hear me,

O

LORD: I will {keep} thy statutes.

keep <PSA119 -146> I cried unto thee; save me, and I shall {keep}

thy testimonies.

keep <PSA127 -1> A Song of degrees for Solomon. Except the LORD

build the house, they labour in vain that build it: except the

LORD

{keep} the city, the watchman waketh [but] in vain.

keep <PSA132 -12> If thy children will {keep} my covenant and my

testimony that I shall teach them, their children shall also sit

upon thy throne for evermore.

keep <PSA140 -4> {Keep} me, O LORD, from the hands of the wicked;

preserve me from the violent man; who have purposed to overthrow

my

goings.

keep <PSA141 -3> Set a watch, O LORD, before my mouth; {keep} the

door of my lips.

keep <PSA141 -9> {Keep} me from the snares [which] they have laid

for me, and the gins of the workers of iniquity.

keep <PRO2 -11> Discretion shall preserve thee, understanding

shall

{keep} thee:

keep <PRO2 -20> That thou mayest walk in the way of good [men],

and

{keep} the paths of the righteous.

keep <PRO3 -1> My son, forget not my law; but let thine heart

{keep}

my commandments:

keep <PRO3 -21> My son, let not them depart from thine eyes:

{keep}

sound wisdom and discretion:

keep <PRO3 -26> For the LORD shall be thy confidence, and shall

{keep} thy foot from being taken.

keep <PRO4 -4> He taught me also, and said unto me, Let thine

heart

retain my words: {keep} my commandments, and live.

keep <PRO4 -6> Forsake her not, and she shall preserve thee: love

her, and she shall {keep} thee.

keep <PRO4 -13> Take fast hold of instruction; let [her] not go:

{keep} her; for she [is] thy life.

keep <PRO4 -21> Let them not depart from thine eyes; {keep} them

in

the midst of thine heart.

keep <PRO4 -23> {Keep} thy heart with all diligence; for out of

it

[are] the issues of life.

keep <PRO5 -2> That thou mayest regard discretion, and [that] thy

lips may {keep} knowledge.

keep <PRO6 -20> My son, {keep} thy father's commandment, and

forsake

not the law of thy mother:

keep <PRO6 -22> When thou goest, it shall lead thee; when thou

sleepest, it shall {keep} thee; and [when] thou awakest, it shall

talk with thee.

keep <PRO6 -24> To {keep} thee from the evil woman, from the

flattery of the tongue of a strange woman.

keep <PRO7 -1> My son, {keep} my words, and lay up my

commandments

with thee.

keep <PRO7 -2> {Keep} my commandments, and live; and my law as

the

apple of thine eye.

keep <PRO7 -5> That they may {keep} thee from the strange woman,

from the stranger [which] flattereth with her words.

keep <PRO8 -32> Now therefore hearken unto me, O ye children: for

blessed [are they that] {keep} my ways.

keep <PRO22 -5> Thorns [and] snares [are] in the way of the

he that doth {keep} his soul shall be far from them.

keep <PRO22 -18> For [it is] a pleasant thing if thou {keep} them

within thee; they shall withal be fitted in thy lips.

keep <PRO28 -4> They that forsake the law praise the wicked: but

such as {keep} the law contend with them.

keep <ECC3 -6> A time to get, and a time to lose; a time to

{keep},

and a time to cast away;

keep <ECC3 -7> A time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to

{keep}

silence, and a time to speak;

keep <ECC5 -1> {Keep} thy foot when thou goest to the house of

God,

and be more ready to hear, than to give the sacrifice of fools:

for

they consider not that they do evil.

thou,

O Solomon, [must have] a thousand, and those that {keep} the

fruit

thereof two hundred.

keep <ISA26 -3> Thou wilt {keep} [him] in perfect peace, [whose]

mind [is] stayed [on thee]: because he trusteth in thee.

keep <ISA27 -3> I the LORD do {keep} it; I will water it every

moment: lest [any] hurt it, I will keep it night and day.

keep <ISA27 -3> I the LORD do keep it; I will water it every

moment:

lest [any] hurt it, I will {keep} it night and day.

keep <ISA41 -1> {Keep} silence before me, O islands; and let the

people renew [their] strength: let them come near; then let them

speak: let us come near together to judgment.

keep <ISA42 -6> I the LORD have called thee in righteousness, and

will hold thine hand, and will {keep} thee, and give thee for a

covenant of the people, for a light of the Gentiles;

keep <ISA43 -6> I will say to the north, Give up; and to the

south,

{Keep} not back: bring my sons from far, and my daughters from

the

ends of the earth;

keep <ISA56 -1> Thus saith the LORD, {Keep} ye judgment, and do

justice: for my salvation [is] near to come, and my

righteousness to

be revealed.

keep <ISA56 -4> For thus saith the LORD unto the eunuchs that

{keep}

my sabbaths, and choose [the things] that please me, and take

hold

of my covenant;

keep <ISA62 -6> I have set watchmen upon thy walls, O Jerusalem,

[which] shall never hold their peace day nor night: ye that make

mention of the LORD, {keep} not silence.

keep <ISA65 -6> Behold, [it is] written before me: I will not

{keep}

silence, but will recompense, even recompense into their bosom,

keep <JER3 -5> Will he reserve [his anger] for ever? will he

{keep}

[it] to the end? Behold, thou hast spoken and done evil things as

thou couldest.

keep <JER3 -12> Go and proclaim these words toward the north, and

say, Return, thou backsliding Israel, saith the LORD; [and] I

will

not cause mine anger to fall upon you: for I [am] merciful, saith

the LORD, [and] I will not {keep} [anger] for ever.

keep <JER31 -10> Hear the word of the LORD, O ye nations, and

declare [it] in the isles afar off, and say, He that scattered

Israel will gather him, and {keep} him, as a shepherd [doth] his

flock.

keep <JER42 -4> Then Jeremiah the prophet said unto them, I have

heard [you]; behold, I will pray unto the LORD your God

according to

your words; and it shall come to pass, [that] whatsoever thing

the

LORD shall answer you, I will declare [it] unto you; I

 will {keep} nothing back from you.

keep <LAM2 -10> The elders of the daughter of Zion sit upon the

to walk in my statutes, and ye shall {keep} my judgments, and do

[them].

keep <EZE43 -11> And if they be ashamed of all that they have

done,

show them the form of the house, and the fashion thereof, and the

goings out thereof, and the comings in thereof, and all the forms

ordinances thereof, and do them.

keep <EZE44 -16> They shall enter into my sanctuary, and they

shall

come near to my table, to minister unto me, and they shall

charge.

keep <EZE44 -24> And in controversy they shall stand in judgment;

[and] they shall judge it according to my judgments: and they

shall

{keep} my laws and my statutes in all mine assemblies; and they

shall hallow my sabbaths.

keep <DAN9 -4> And I prayed unto the LORD my God, and made my

confession, and said, O Lord, the great and dreadful God, keeping

the covenant and mercy to them that love him, and to them that

{keep} his commandments;

keep <HOS12 -6> Therefore turn thou to thy God: {keep} mercy and

judgment, and wait on thy God continually.

bosom.

keep <NAH1 -15> Behold upon the mountains the feet of him that

bringeth good tidings, that publisheth peace! O Judah, {keep} thy

solemn feasts, perform thy vows: for the wicked shall no more

pass

through thee; he is utterly cut off.

keep <NAH2 -1> He that dasheth in pieces is come up before thy

{keep} the munition, watch the way, make [thy] loins strong,

fortify

[thy] power mightily.

keep <HAB2 -20> But the LORD [is] in his holy temple: let all the

earth {keep} silence before him.

keep <ZEC3 -7> Thus saith the LORD of hosts; If thou wilt walk

ways, and if thou wilt {keep} my charge, then thou shalt also

judge

my house, and shalt also keep my courts, and I will give thee

places

to walk among these that stand by.

keep <ZEC3 -7> Thus saith the LORD of hosts; If thou wilt walk

in my

keep <ZEC13 -5> But he shall say, I [am] no prophet, I [am] an

husbandman; for man taught me to {keep} cattle from my youth.

keep <ZEC14 -16> And it shall come to pass, [that] every one

that is

left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall even

go

up from year to year to worship the King, the LORD of hosts, and

to

{keep} the feast of tabernacles.

keep <ZEC14 -18> And if the family of Egypt go not up, and come

not,

that [have] no [rain]; there shall be the plague, wherewith the

LORD

will smite the heathen that come not up to {keep} the feast of

myself from being burdensome unto you, and so] will I

 {keep} myself].
