feasting <EST9 -17> On the thirteenth day of the month Adar; and

on

the fourteenth day of the same rested they, and made it a day of

{feasting} and gladness.

feasting <EST9 -18> But the Jews that [were] at Shushan assembled

together on the thirteenth [day] thereof, and on the fourteenth

thereof; and on the fifteenth [day] of the same they rested, and

made it a day of {feasting} and gladness.

feasting <EST9 -19> Therefore the Jews of the villages, that

dwelt

in the unwalled towns, made the fourteenth day of the month Adar

[a

day of] gladness and {feasting}, and a good day, and of sending

portions one to another.

feasting <EST9 -22> As the days wherein the Jews rested from

their

enemies, and the month which was turned unto them from sorrow to

joy, and from mourning into a good day: that they should make

them

days of {feasting} and joy, and of sending portions one

to another, and gifts to the poor.

feasting <JOB1 -5> And it was so, when the days of [their]

{feasting} were gone about, that Job sent and sanctified them,

and

rose up early in the morning, and offered burnt offerings

[according] to the number of them all: for Job said, It may be

that

my

sons have sinned, and cursed God in their hearts. Thus did Job

continually.

feasting <ECC7 -2> It is] better to go to the house of mourning,

than to go to the house of {feasting}: for that [is] the end of

all

men; and the living will lay [it] to his heart.

feasting <JER16 -8> Thou shalt not also go into the house of

{feasting}, to sit with them to eat and to drink.
