enemies <PSA110 -1> A Psalm of David. The LORD said unto my Lord,
Sit thou at my right hand, until I make thine {enemies} thy
footstool.
enemies <PSA110 -2> The LORD shall send the rod of thy strength
out
of Zion: rule thou in the midst of thine {enemies}.
enemies <PSA112 -8> His heart [is] established, he shall not be
afraid, until he see [his desire] upon his {enemies}.
enemies <PSA119 -98> Thou through thy commandments hast made me
wiser than mine {enemies}: for they [are] ever with me.
enemies <PSA119 -139> My zeal hath consumed me, because mine
{enemies} have forgotten thy words.
enemies <PSA119 -157> Many [are] my persecutors and mine
{enemies};
[yet] do I not decline from thy testimonies.
enemies <PSA127 -5> Happy [is] the man that hath his quiver full
of
them: they shall not be ashamed, but they shall speak with the
{enemies} in the gate.
enemies <PSA132 -18> His {enemies} will I clothe with shame: but
upon himself shall his crown flourish.
enemies <PSA136 -24> And hath redeemed us from our {enemies}: for
his mercy [endureth] for ever.
enemies <PSA138 -7> Though I walk in the midst of trouble, thou
wilt
revive me: thou shalt stretch forth thine hand against the wrath
of
mine {enemies}, and thy right hand shall save me.
enemies <PSA139 -20> For they speak against thee wickedly, [and]
thine {enemies} take [thy name] in vain.
enemies <PSA139 -22> I hate them with perfect hatred: I count
them
mine {enemies}.
enemies <PSA143 -9> Deliver me, O LORD, from mine {enemies}: I
flee
unto thee to hide me.
enemies <PSA143 -12> And of thy mercy cut off mine {enemies}, and
destroy all them that afflict my soul: for I [am] thy servant.
enemies <PRO16 -7> When a man's ways please the LORD, he maketh
even
his {enemies} to be at peace with him.
enemies <ISA1 -24> Therefore saith the Lord, the LORD of hosts,
the
mighty One of Israel, Ah, I will ease me of mine adversaries, and
avenge me of mine {enemies}:
enemies <ISA9 -11> Therefore the LORD shall set up the
adversaries
of Rezin against him, and join his {enemies} together;
enemies <ISA26 -11> LORD, [when] thy hand is lifted up, they will
not see: [but] they shall see, and be ashamed for [their] envy at
the people; yea, the fire of thine {enemies} shall devour them.
enemies <ISA42 -13> The LORD shall go forth as a mighty man, he
shall stir up jealousy like a man of war: he shall cry, yea,
roar;
he shall prevail against his {enemies}.

will
repay, fury to his adversaries, recompense to his {enemies}; to
the
islands he will repay recompense.
enemies <ISA62 -8> The LORD hath sworn by his right hand, and by
the
arm of his strength, Surely I will no more give thy corn [to be]
meat for thine {enemies}; and the sons of the stranger shall not
drink thy wine, for the which thou hast laboured:

the
temple, a voice of the LORD that rendereth recompense to his
{enemies}.

rejoice, and your bones shall flourish like an herb: and the
hand of
the LORD shall be known toward his servants, and [his]
indignation
toward his {enemies}.
enemies <JER12 -7> I have forsaken mine house, I have left mine
heritage; I have given the dearly beloved of my soul into the
hand
of her {enemies}.
enemies <JER15 -9> She that hath borne seven languisheth: she
hath
given up the ghost; her sun is gone down while [it was] yet day:
she
hath been ashamed and confounded: and the residue of them will I
deliver to the sword before their {enemies}, saith the
LORD.
enemies <JER15 -14> And I will make [thee] to pass with thine
{enemies} into a land [which] thou knowest not: for a fire is
kindled in mine anger, [which] shall burn upon you.
enemies <JER17 -4> And thou, even thyself, shalt discontinue from
thine heritage that I gave thee; and I will cause thee to serve
thine {enemies} in the land which thou knowest not: for ye have
kindled a fire in mine anger, [which] shall burn for ever.
enemies <JER19 -7> And I will make void the counsel of Judah and
Jerusalem in this place; and I will cause them to fall by the
sword
before their {enemies}, and by the hands of them that seek their
lives: and their carcases will I give to be meat for the
fowls of the heaven, and for the beasts of the earth.
enemies <JER19 -9> And I will cause them to eat the flesh of
their
sons and the flesh of their daughters, and they shall eat every
one
the flesh of his friend in the siege and straitness, wherewith
their
{enemies}, and they that seek their lives, shall st
raiten them.
enemies <JER20 -4> For thus saith the LORD, Behold, I will make
thee
a terror to thyself, and to all thy friends: and they shall fall
by
the sword of their {enemies}, and thine eyes shall behold [it]:
and
I will give all Judah into the hand of the king of
Babylon, and he shall carry them captive into Babylon, and shall
slay them with the sword.
enemies <JER20 -5> Moreover I will deliver all the strength of
this
city, and all the labours thereof, and all the precious things
thereof, and all the treasures of the kings of Judah will I give
into the hand of their {enemies}, which shall spoil them, a
nd take them, and carry them to Babylon.
enemies <JER21 -7> And afterward, saith the LORD, I will deliver
Zedekiah king of Judah, and his servants, and the people, and
such
as are left in this city from the pestilence, from the sword, and
from the famine, into the hand of Nebuchadrezzar king of
Babylon, and into the hand of their {enemies}, and into the hand
of
those that seek their life: and he shall smite them with the
edge of
the sword; he shall not spare them, neither have pity, nor have
mercy.
enemies <JER34 -20> I will even give them into the hand of their
{enemies}, and into the hand of them that seek their life: and
their
dead bodies shall be for meat unto the fowls of the heaven, and
to
the beasts of the earth.
enemies <JER34 -21> And Zedekiah king of Judah and his princes
will
I give into the hand of their {enemies}, and into the hand of
them
that seek their life, and into the hand of the king of Babylon's
army, which are gone up from you.

Pharaohhophra king of Egypt into the hand of his {enemies}, and

transgressions: her children are gone into captivity before the
enemy.
enemies <LAM1 -21> They have heard that I sigh: [there is] none
to
comfort me: all mine {enemies} have heard of my trouble; they are
glad that thou hast done [it]: thou wilt bring the day [that]
thou
hast called, and they shall be like unto me.
enemies <LAM2 -16> All thine {enemies} have opened their mouth
against thee: they hiss and gnash the teeth: they say, We have
swallowed [her] up: certainly this [is] the day that we looked
for;
we have found, we have seen [it].
enemies <LAM3 -46> All our {enemies} have opened their mouths
against us.
enemies <LAM3 -52> Mine {enemies} chased me sore, like a bird,
without cause.
enemies <EZE39 -23> And the heathen shall know that the house of
Israel went into captivity for their iniquity: because they
trespassed against me, therefore hid I my face from them, and
gave
them into the hand of their {enemies}: so fell they all by the
sword.
enemies <EZE39 -27> When I have brought them again from the
people,
and gathered them out of their {enemies}' lands, and am
sanctified
in them in the sight of many nations;
enemies <DAN4 -19> Then Daniel, whose name [was] Belteshazzar,
was
astonied for one hour, and his thoughts troubled him. The king
spake, and said, Belteshazzar, let not the dream, or the
interpretation thereof, trouble thee. Belteshazzar answered and
said
, My lord, the dream [be] to them that hate thee, and the
interpretation thereof to thine {enemies}.
enemies <AMO9 -4> And though they go into captivity before their
{enemies}, thence will I command the sword, and it shall slay
them:
and I will set mine eyes upon them for evil, and not for good.
enemies <MIC4 -10> Be in pain, and labour to bring forth, O
daughter
of Zion, like a woman in travail: for now shalt thou go forth
out of
the city, and thou shalt dwell in the field, and thou shalt go
[even] to Babylon; there shalt thou be delivered; ther
e the LORD shall redeem thee from the hand of thine {enemies}.
enemies <MIC5 -9> Thine hand shall be lifted up upon thine
adversaries, and all thine {enemies} shall be cut off.
enemies <MIC7 -6> For the son dishonoureth the father, the
daughter
riseth up against her mother, the daughter in law against her
mother
in law; a man's {enemies} [are] the men of his own house.
enemies <NAH1 -2> God [is] jealous, and the LORD revengeth; the
LORD
revengeth, and [is] furious; the LORD will take vengeance on his
adversaries, and he reserveth [wrath] for his {enemies}.
enemies <NAH1 -8> But with an overrunning flood he will make an
utter end of the place thereof, and darkness shall pursue his
{enemies}.
enemies <NAH3 -13> Behold, thy people in the midst of thee [are]
women: the gates of thy land shall be set wide open unto thine
{enemies}: the fire shall devour thy bars.
enemies <ZEC10 -5> And they shall be as mighty [men], which tread
down [their {enemies}] in the mire of the streets in the battle:
and
they shall fight, because the LORD [is] with them, and the
riders on
horses shall be confounded.
enemies <MAT5 -44> But I say unto you, Love your {enemies}, bless
them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for
them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;
enemies <MAT22 -44> The Lord said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my
right
hand, till I make thine {enemies} thy footstool?
enemies <MAR12 -36> For David himself said by the Holy Ghost, The
LORD said to my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand, till I make
thine
{enemies} thy footstool.
enemies <LUK1 -71> That we should be saved from our {enemies},
and
from the hand of all that hate us;
enemies <LUK1 -74> That he would grant unto us, that we being
delivered out of the hand of our {enemies} might serve him
without
fear,

lend, hoping for nothing again; and your reward shall be great,

that I
should reign over them, bring hither, and slay them] before me.
enemies <LUK19 -43> For the days shall come upon thee, that thine
{enemies} shall cast a trench about thee, and compass thee round,
and keep thee in on every side,
enemies <LUK20 -43> Till I make thine {enemies} thy footstool.
enemies <ROM5 -10> For if, when we were {enemies}, we were
reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being
reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.
enemies <ROM11 -28> As concerning the gospel, they are] {enemies}
for your sakes: but as touching the election, they are] beloved
for
the fathers' sakes.
enemies <1CO15 -25> For he must reign, till he hath put all
{enemies} under his feet.

made his footstool.

out of their mouth, and devoureth their {enemies}: and if any man
will hurt them, he must in this manner be killed.

saying
unto them, Come up hither. And they ascended up to heaven in a
cloud; and their {enemies} beheld them.
