Daniel 1Ch_03_01 Now these were the sons of David, which were born unto him in Hebron; the firstborn Amnon, of Ahinoam the Jezreelitess; the second {Daniel}, of Abigail the Carmelitess:

Daniel Dan_02_25 Then Arioch brought in {Daniel} before the king in haste, and said thus unto him, I have found a man of the captives of Judah, that will make known unto the king the interpretation.

Daniel Dan_02_14 Then {Daniel} answered with counsel and wisdom to Arioch the captain of the king's guard, which was gone forth to slay the wise [men] of Babylon:

Daniel Dan_02_18 That they would desire mercies of the God of heaven concerning this secret; that {Daniel} and his fellows should not perish with the rest of the wise [men] of Babylon.

Daniel Dan_04_19 Then {Daniel}, whose name [was] Belteshazzar, was astonied for one hour, and his thoughts troubled him. The king spake, and said, Belteshazzar, let not the dream, or the interpretation thereof, trouble thee. Belteshazzar answered and said, My lord, the dream [be] to them that hate thee, and the interpretation thereof to thine enemies.
Daniel Dan_06_13 Then answered they and said before the king, That {Daniel}, which [is] of the children of the captivity of Judah, regardeth not thee, O king, nor the decree that thou hast signed, but maketh his petition three times a day.
Daniel Dan_05_29 Then commanded Belshazzar, and they clothed {Daniel} with scarlet, and [put] a chain of gold about his neck, and made a proclamation concerning him, that he should be the third ruler in the kingdom.

Daniel Dan_06_10 Now when {Daniel} knew that the writing was signed, he went into his house; and his windows being open in his chamber toward Jerusalem, he kneeled upon his knees three times a day, and prayed, and gave thanks before his God, as he did aforetime.
