surely And he said, Who made thee a prince and a judge

over us? intendest thou to kill me, as thou killedst the

visited you, and [seen] that which is done to you in Egy

surely Then Zipporah took a sharp stone, and cut off

bloody husband [art] thou to me.

surely And the LORD said unto Moses, Yet will I bring
one

plague [more] upon Pharaoh, and upon Egypt; afterwards he will

surely And he that stealeth a man, and selleth him,

if he be found in his hand, he shall {surely} be put to death.

surely And he that curseth his father, or his mother,

surely And if a man smite his servant, or his maid,
with

a rod, and he die under his hand; he shall be {surely} punished.

surely If men strive, and hurt a woman with child, so

that her fruit depart [from her], and yet no mischief follow: he

shall be {surely} punished, according as the woman's husband will

lay upon him; and he shall pay as the judges [determine].

surely If an ox gore a man or a woman, that they die:

then the ox shall be {surely} stoned, and his flesh shall not be

eaten; but the owner of the ox [shall be] quit.

surely Or if it be known that the ox hath used to
push

in time past, and his owner hath not kept him in; he shall
{surely}

pay ox for ox; and the dead shall be his own.

surely If fire break out, and catch in thorns, so that

the stacks of corn, or the standing corn, or the field, be
consumed

[therewith]; he that kindled the fire shall {surely} make

restitution.

surely And if a man borrow [ought] of his neighbour,
and

it be hurt, or die, the owner thereof [being] not with it, he
shall

{surely} make [it] good.

surely And if a man entice a maid that is not
betrothed,

and lie with her, he shall {surely} endow her to be his wife.

surely Whosoever lieth with a beast shall {surely} be

put to death.

surely If thou afflict them in any wise, and they
cry at

all unto me, I will {surely} hear their cry;

surely If thou meet thine enemy's ox or his ass going

astray, thou shalt {surely} bring it back to him again.

surely If thou see the ass of him that hateth thee
lying

under his burden, and wouldest forbear to help him, thou shalt

{surely} help with him.

surely They shall not dwell in thy land, lest they
make

thee sin against me: for if thou serve their gods, it will
{surely}

be a snare unto thee.

surely Ye shall keep the sabbath therefore; for it
[is]

holy unto you: every one that defileth it shall {surely} be put
to

death: for whosoever doeth [any] work therein, that soul shall be

cut off from among his people.

surely Six days may work be done; but in the seventh

[is] the sabbath of rest, holy to the LORD: whosoever doeth [any]

work in the sabbath day, he shall {surely} be put to death.

surely And thou shalt anoint them, as thou didst
anoint

their father, that they may minister unto me in the priest's
office:

for their anointing shall {surely} be an everlasting priesthood

throughout their generations.

surely Again, thou shalt say to the children of
Israel,

Whosoever [he be] of the children of Israel, or of the strangers

that sojourn in Israel, that giveth [any] of his seed unto
Molech;

he shall {surely} be put to death: the people of the lan

d shall stone him with stones.

surely For every one that curseth his father or his

mother shall be {surely} put to death: he hath cursed his father
or

his mother; his blood [shall be] upon him.

surely And the man that committeth adultery with

[another] man's wife, [even he] that committeth adultery with his

neighbour's wife, the adulterer and the adulteress shall
{surely} be

put to death.

surely And the man that lieth with his father's wife

hath uncovered his father's nakedness: both of them shall
{surely}

be put to death; their blood [shall be] upon them.

surely And if a man lie with his daughter in law,
both

of them shall {surely} be put to death: they have wrought
confusion;

their blood [shall be] upon them.

surely If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth
with

a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall

{surely} be put to death; their blood [shall be] upon them.

surely And if a man lie with a beast, he shall
{surely}

be put to death: and ye shall slay the beast.

surely And if a woman approach unto any beast, and
lie

down thereto, thou shalt kill the woman, and the beast: they
shall

{surely} be put to death; their blood [shall be] upon them.

surely A man also or woman that hath a familiar
spirit,

or that is a wizard, shall {surely} be put to death: they shall

stone them with stones: their blood [shall be] upon them.

surely And he that blasphemeth the name of the LORD,
he

shall {surely} be put to death, [and] all the congregation shall

certainly stone him: as well the stranger, as he that is born in
the

land, when he blasphemeth the name [of the LORD], sha

ll be put to death.

surely And he that killeth any man shall {surely} be
put

to death.

surely None devoted, which shall be devoted of men,

shall be redeemed; [but] shall {surely} be put to death.

surely And they told him, and said, We came unto the

land whither thou sentest us, and {surely} it floweth with milk
and

honey; and this [is] the fruit of it.

surely {Surely} they shall not see the land which I

sware unto their fathers, neither shall any of them that
provoked me

see it:

surely I the LORD have said, I will {surely} do it
unto

all this evil congregation, that are gathered together against
me:

in this wilderness they shall be consumed, and there they shall
die.

surely And the LORD said unto Moses, The man shall be

{surely} put to death: all the congregation shall stone him with

stones without the camp.

surely Every thing that openeth the matrix in all

which they bring unto the LORD, [whether it be] of men or beasts,

surely And it shall be, if thou do at all forget the
LORD

thy God, and walk after other gods, and serve them, and worship

them, I testify against you this day that ye shall {surely}
perish.

surely But thou shalt {surely} kill him; thine hand
shall

be first upon him to put him to death, and afterwards the hand of

all the people.

surely Thou shalt {surely} smite the inhabitants of
that

city with the edge of the sword, destroying it utterly, and all

surely But thou shalt open thine hand wide unto him,

surely Thou shalt {surely} give him, and thine heart

shall not be grieved when thou givest unto him: because that for

this thing the LORD thy God shall bless thee in all thy works,

in all that thou puttest thine hand unto.

surely Seven days shalt thou keep a solemn feast unto

the LORD thy God in the place which the LORD shall choose:
because

the LORD thy God shall bless thee in all thine increase, and in
all

the works of thine hands, therefore thou shalt {surely

} rejoice.

surely Thou shalt not see thy brother's ass or his ox

surely He that oppresseth the poor to increase his

[riches, and] he that giveth to the rich, [shall] {surely}
[come] to

want.

surely For {surely} there is an end; and thine

expectation shall not be cut off.

surely {Surely} I [am] more brutish than [any] man,
and

have not the understanding of a man.

surely {Surely} the churning of milk bringeth forth

butter, and the wringing of the nose bringeth forth blood: so the

forcing of wrath bringeth forth strife.

surely There is] no end of all the people, [even] of
all

that have been before them: they also that come after shall not

rejoice in him. {Surely} this also [is] vanity and vexation of

spirit.

surely And the head of Ephraim [is] Samaria, and the

of Samaria [is] Remaliah's son. If ye will not believe, {surely}
ye

shall not be established.

surely The LORD of hosts hath sworn, saying,

I have thought, so shall it come to pass; and as I have purposed,

[so] shall it stand:

surely Therefore shall Moab howl for Moab, every one

shall howl: for the foundations of Kirhareseth shall ye mourn;

{surely} [they are] stricken.

surely {Surely} the princes of Zoan [are] fools, the

counsel of the wise counsellors of Pharaoh is become brutish: how

say ye unto Pharaoh, I [am] the son of the wise, the son of

surely And it was revealed in mine ears by the LORD

be esteemed as the potter's clay: for shall the work say of him

made it, He made me not? or shall the thing framed say of him

framed it, He had no understanding?

surely Neither let Hezekiah make you trust in the
LORD,

saying, The LORD will {surely} deliver us: this city shall not be

delivered into the hand of the king of Assyria.

surely The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: because

the spirit of the LORD bloweth upon it: {surely} the people [is]

surely Thus saith the LORD, The labour of Egypt, and

[but] not by me: whosoever shall gather together against thee

fall for thy sake.

surely {Surely} the isles shall wait for me, and the

ships of Tarshish first, to bring thy sons from far, their silver

and their gold with them, unto the name of the LORD thy God, and
to

the Holy One of Israel, because he hath glorified thee.

surely The LORD hath sworn by his right hand, and by
the

arm of his strength, {Surely} I will no more give thy corn [to
be]

meat for thine enemies; and the sons of the stranger shall not
drink

thy wine, for the which thou hast laboured:

surely For he said, {Surely} they [are] my people,

children [that] will not lie: so he was their Saviour.

surely Yet thou sayest, Because I am innocent,
{surely}

his anger shall turn from me. Behold, I will plead with thee,

because thou sayest, I have not sinned.

surely {Surely} [as] a wife treacherously departeth
from

her husband, so have ye dealt treacherously with me, O house of

Israel, saith the LORD.

surely Then said I, Ah, Lord GOD! {surely} thou hast

greatly deceived this people and Jerusalem, saying, Ye shall have

peace; whereas the sword reacheth unto the soul.

surely And though they say, The LORD liveth; {surely}
they

swear falsely.

surely Therefore I said, {Surely} these [are] poor;
they

are foolish: for they know not the way of the LORD, [nor] the

judgment of their God.

surely I will {surely} consume them, saith the LORD:

[there shall be] no grapes on the vine, nor figs on the fig tree,

and the leaf shall fade; and [the things that] I have given them

shall pass away from them.

surely O LORD, my strength, and my fortress, and my

refuge in the day of affliction, the Gentiles shall come unto
thee

from the ends of the earth, and shall say, {Surely} our fathers
have

inherited lies, vanity, and [things] wherein [there is]

no profit.

surely For thus saith the LORD unto the king's house
of

Judah; Thou [art] Gilead unto me, [and] the head of Lebanon:
[yet]

{surely} I will make thee a wilderness, [and] cities [which] are
not

inhabited.

surely The wind shall eat up all thy pastors, and thy

lovers shall go into captivity: {surely} then shalt thou be
ashamed

and confounded for all thy wickedness.

surely And as the evil figs, which cannot be eaten,
they

are so evil; {surely} thus saith the LORD, So will I give
Zedekiah

the king of Judah, and his princes, and the residue of Jerusalem,

that remain in this land, and them that dwell in the l

and of Egypt:

surely Now it came to pass, when Jeremiah had made an
end

of speaking all that the LORD had commanded [him] to speak unto
all

the people, that the priests and the prophets and all the people

took him, saying, Thou shalt {surely} die.

surely But know ye for certain, that if ye put me to

death, ye shall {surely} bring innocent blood upon yourselves,
and

upon this city, and upon the inhabitants thereof: for of a truth
the

LORD hath sent me unto you to speak all these words in

your ears.

surely I have {surely} heard Ephraim bemoaning
himself

[thus]; Thou hast chastised me, and I was chastised, as a bullock

unaccustomed [to the yoke]: turn thou me, and I shall be turned;
for

thou [art] the LORD my God.

surely {Surely} after that I was turned, I repented;

after that I was instructed, I smote upon [my] thigh: I was
ashamed,

yea, even confounded, because I did bear the reproach of my
youth.

surely Is] Ephraim my dear son? [is he] a pleasant

child? for since I spake against him, I do earnestly remember him

still: therefore my bowels are troubled for him; I will {surely}

have mercy upon him, saith the LORD.

surely And Zedekiah king of Judah shall not escape
out of

the hand of the Chaldeans, but shall {surely} be delivered into
the

hand of the king of Babylon, and shall speak with him mouth to

mouth, and his eyes shall behold his eyes;

surely And thou shalt not escape out of his hand, but

shalt {surely} be taken, and delivered into his hand; and thine
eyes

shall behold the eyes of the king of Babylon, and he shall speak

with thee mouth to mouth, and thou shalt go to Babylon.

surely Now it came to pass, when they had heard all
the

words, they were afraid both one and other, and said unto Baruch,
We

will {surely} tell the king of all these words.

surely Thus saith the LORD; Deceive not yourselves,

saying, The Chaldeans shall {surely} depart from us: for they
shall

not depart.

be

given into the hand of the king of Babylon's army, which shall

go unpunished, but thou shalt {surely} drink [of it].

surely Wherefore, [as] I live, saith the Lord GOD;

{Surely}, because thou hast defiled my sanctuary with all thy

detestable things, and with all thine abominations, therefore
will I

also diminish [thee]; neither shall mine eye spare, neither wi

ll I have any pity.

surely As] I live, saith the Lord GOD, {surely} in
the

place [where] the king [dwelleth] that made him king, whose oath
he

despised, and whose covenant he brake, [even] with him in the
midst

of Babylon he shall die.

surely Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; [As] I
live,

{surely} mine oath that he hath despised, and my covenant that he

hath broken, even it will I recompense upon his own head.

surely Hath walked in my statutes, and hath kept my

judgments, to deal truly; he [is] just, he shall {surely} live,

saith the Lord GOD.

surely Hath given forth upon usury, and hath taken

increase: shall he then live? he shall not live: he hath done all

these abominations; he shall {surely} die; his blood shall be
upon

him.

surely That] hath taken off his hand from the poor,

[that] hath not received usury nor increase, hath executed my

judgments, hath walked in my statutes; he shall not die for the

iniquity of his father, he shall {surely} live.

surely Yet say ye, Why? doth not the son bear the

iniquity of the father? When the son hath done that which is
lawful

and right, [and] hath kept all my statutes, and hath done them,
he

shall {surely} live.

surely But if the wicked will turn from all his sins

that he hath committed, and keep all my statutes, and do that
which

is lawful and right, he shall {surely} live, he shall not die.

surely Because he considereth, and turneth away from
all

his transgressions that he hath committed, he shall {surely}
live,

he shall not die.

surely As] I live, saith the Lord GOD, {surely} with
a

mighty hand, and with a stretched out arm, and with fury poured
out,

will I rule over you:

surely I have therefore delivered him into the hand
of

the mighty one of the heathen; he shall {surely} deal with him: I

have driven him out for his wickedness.

surely When I say unto the wicked, O wicked [man],
thou

shalt {surely} die; if thou dost not speak to warn the wicked
from

his way, that wicked [man] shall die in his iniquity; but his
blood

will I require at thine hand.

surely When I shall say to the righteous, [that] he

shall {surely} live; if he trust to his own righteousness, and

commit iniquity, all his righteousnesses shall not be remembered;

but for his iniquity that he hath committed, he shall die for

it.

surely Again, when I say unto the wicked, Thou shalt

{surely} die; if he turn from his sin, and do that which is
lawful

and right;

surely If] the wicked restore the pledge, give again

that he had robbed, walk in the statutes of life, without
committing

iniquity; he shall {surely} live, he shall not die.

surely None of his sins that he hath committed shall
be

mentioned unto him: he hath done that which is lawful and right;
he

shall {surely} live.

surely Say thou thus unto them, Thus saith the Lord
GOD;

[As] I live, {surely} they that [are] in the wastes shall fall by

the sword, and him that [is] in the open field will I give to the

beasts to be devoured, and they that [be] in the forts

and in the caves shall die of the pestilence.

surely As] I live, saith the Lord GOD, {surely}
because

my flock became a prey, and my flock became meat to every beast
of

the field, because [there was] no shepherd, neither did my
shepherds

search for my flock, but the shepherds fed themselve

s, and fed not my flock;

the

fire of my jealousy have I spoken against the residue of the

heathen, and against all Idumea, which have appointed my land

their possession with the joy of all [their] heart, with d

thy

speech bewrayeth thee.

that stood by said again to Peter, {Surely} thou art one] of

for thou art a Galilaean, and thy speech agreeth thereto].

surely Forasmuch as many have taken in hand to set

in order a declaration of those things which are most {surely}

me this proverb, Physician, heal thyself: whatsoever we have

send me.

multiplying I will multiply thee.

surely He which testifieth these things saith,
