supplication <1SA13 -12> Therefore said I, The Philistines will
come

down now upon me to Gilgal, and I have not made {supplication}
unto

the LORD: I forced myself therefore, and offered a burnt
offering.

supplication <1KI8 -28> Yet have thou respect unto the prayer of
thy

servant, and to his {supplication}, O LORD my God, to hearken
unto

the cry and to the prayer, which thy servant prayeth before thee
to

day:

supplication <1KI8 -30> And hearken thou to the {supplication} of

thy servant, and of thy people Israel, when they shall pray
toward

this place: and hear thou in heaven thy dwelling place: and when

thou hearest, forgive.

supplication <1KI8 -33> When thy people Israel be smitten down

before the enemy, because they have sinned against thee, and
shall

turn again to thee, and confess thy name, and pray, and make

{supplication} unto thee in this house:

supplication <1KI8 -38> What prayer and {supplication} soever be

[made] by any man, [or] by all thy people Israel, which shall
know

every man the plague of his own heart, and spread forth his hands

toward this house:

supplication <1KI8 -45> Then hear thou in heaven their prayer and

their {supplication}, and maintain their cause.

supplication <1KI8 -47> Yet] if they shall bethink themselves in
the

land whither they were carried captives, and repent, and make

{supplication} unto thee in the land of them that carried them

captives, saying, We have sinned, and have done perversely, w

e have committed wickedness;

supplication <1KI8 -49> Then hear thou their prayer and their

{supplication} in heaven thy dwelling place, and maintain their

cause,

supplication <1KI8 -52> That thine eyes may be open unto the

supplication of thy servant, and unto the {supplication} of thy

people Israel, to hearken unto them in all that they call for
unto

thee.

supplication <1KI8 -52> That thine eyes may be open unto the

{supplication} of thy servant, and unto the supplication of thy

people Israel, to hearken unto them in all that they call for
unto

thee.

supplication <1KI8 -54> And it was [so], that when Solomon had
made

an end of praying all this prayer and {supplication} unto the
LORD,

he arose from before the altar of the LORD, from kneeling on his

knees with his hands spread up to heaven.

supplication <1KI8 -59> And let these my words, wherewith I have

made {supplication} before the LORD, be nigh unto the LORD our
God

day and night, that he maintain the cause of his servant, and the

cause of his people Israel at all times, as the matter sh

all require:

supplication <1KI9 -3> And the LORD said unto him, I have heard
thy

prayer and thy {supplication}, that thou hast made before me: I
have

hallowed this house, which thou hast built, to put my name there
for

ever; and mine eyes and mine heart shall be there

perpetually.

supplication <2CH6 -19> Have respect therefore to the prayer of
thy

servant, and to his {supplication}, O LORD my God, to hearken
unto

the cry and the prayer which thy servant prayeth before thee:

supplication <2CH6 -24> And if thy people Israel be put to the
worse

before the enemy, because they have sinned against thee; and
shall

return and confess thy name, and pray and make {supplication}
before

thee in this house;

supplication <2CH6 -29> Then] what prayer [or] what
{supplication}

soever shall be made of any man, or of all thy people Israel,
when

every one shall know his own sore and his own grief, and shall

spread forth his hands in this house:

supplication <2CH6 -35> Then hear thou from the heavens their
prayer

and their {supplication}, and maintain their cause.

supplication <2CH33 -13> And prayed unto him: and he was
entreated

of him, and heard his {supplication}, and brought him again to

Jerusalem into his kingdom. Then Manasseh knew that the LORD he

[was] God.

supplication Also he gave him the copy of the writing
of

the decree that was given at Shushan to destroy them, to show
[it]

unto Esther, and to declare [it] unto her, and to charge her that

she should go in unto the king, to make {supplication}

unto him, and to make request before him for her people.

supplication If thou wouldest seek unto God betimes,
and

make thy {supplication} to the Almighty;

supplication Whom, though I were righteous, [yet]
would I

not answer, [but] I would make {supplication} to my judge.

supplication The LORD hath heard my {supplication}; the

LORD will receive my prayer.

supplication I cried to thee, O LORD; and unto the
LORD I

made {supplication}.

supplication To the chief Musician on Neginoth,
Maschil,

[A Psalm] of David. Give ear to my prayer, O God; and hide not

thyself from my {supplication}.

supplication Let my {supplication} come before
thee:

deliver me according to thy word.

supplication Thus saith the LORD, The labour of
Egypt,

and merchandise of Ethiopia and of the Sabeans, men of stature,

shall come over unto thee, and they shall be thine: they shall
come

after thee; in chains they shall come over, and they sha

ll fall down unto thee, they shall make {supplication} unto thee,

[saying], Surely God [is] in thee; and [there is] none else,
[there

is] no God.

supplication It may be they will present their

{supplication} before the LORD, and will return every one from
his

evil way: for great [is] the anger and the fury that the LORD
hath

pronounced against this people.

supplication Therefore hear now, I pray thee, O my
lord

the king: let my {supplication}, I pray thee, be accepted before

thee; that thou cause me not to return to the house of Jonathan
the

scribe, lest I die there.

supplication Then thou shalt say unto them, I
presented

my {supplication} before the king, that he would not cause me to

return to Jonathan's house, to die there.

supplication And said unto Jeremiah the prophet, Let,
we

beseech thee, our {supplication} be accepted before thee, and
pray

for us unto the LORD thy God, [even] for all this remnant; (for
we

are left [but] a few of many, as thine eyes do behold

us:)

supplication And said unto them, Thus saith the LORD,
the

God of Israel, unto whom ye sent me to present your
{supplication}

before him;

supplication Then these men assembled, and found
Daniel

praying and making {supplication} before his God.

supplication And whiles I [was] speaking, and praying,

and confessing my sin and the sin of my people Israel, and

presenting my {supplication} before the LORD my God for the holy

mountain of my God;

supplication Yea, he had power over the angel, and

prevailed: he wept, and made {supplication} unto him: he found
him

[in] Bethel, and there he spake with us;

perseverance and supplication for all saints;
