spears <1SA13 -19> Now there was no smith found throughout all
the

land of Israel: for the Philistines said, Lest the Hebrews make

[them] swords or {spears}:



spears <2KI11 -10> And to the captains over hundreds did the
priest

give king David's {spears} and shields, that [were] in the
temple of

the LORD.



spears <2CH11 -12> And in every several city [he put] shields and

{spears}, and made them exceeding strong, having Judah and
Benjamin

on his side.



spears <2CH14 -8> And Asa had an army [of men] that bare targets
and

{spears}, out of Judah three hundred thousand; and out of
Benjamin,

that bare shields and drew bows, two hundred and fourscore
thousand:

all these [were] mighty men of valour.



spears <2CH23 -9> Moreover Jehoiada the priest delivered to the

captains of hundreds {spears}, and bucklers, and shields, that
[had

been] king David's, which [were] in the house of God.



spears <2CH26 -14> And Uzziah prepared for them throughout all
the

host shields, and {spears}, and helmets, and habergeons, and
bows,

and slings [to cast] stones.



spears Therefore set I in the lower places behind the

wall, [and] on the higher places, I even set the people after
their

families with their swords, their {spears}, and their bows.



spears And it came to pass from that time forth,
[that]

the half of my servants wrought in the work, and the other half
of

them held both the {spears}, the shields, and the bows, and the

habergeons; and the rulers [were] behind all the house of



Judah.

pears So we laboured in the work: and half of them
held

the {spears} from the rising of the morning till the stars
appeared.



spears Canst thou fill his skin with barbed irons? or
his

head with fish {spears}?



spears My soul [is] among lions: [and] I lie [even
among]

them that are set on fire, [even] the sons of men, whose teeth
[are]

{spears} and arrows, and their tongue a sharp sword.



spears And he shall judge among the nations, and shall

rebuke many people: and they shall beat their swords into

plowshares, and their {spears} into pruninghooks: nation shall
not

lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any mo



re.



spears Harness the horses; and get up, ye horsemen,
and

stand forth with [your] helmets; furbish the {spears}, [and] put
on

the brigandines.



spears And they that dwell in the cities of Israel
shall

go forth, and shall set on fire and burn the weapons, both the

shields and the bucklers, the bows and the arrows, and the

handstaves, and the {spears}, and they shall burn them with fire



seven years:



spears Beat your plowshares into swords, and your

pruninghooks into {spears}: let the weak say, I [am] strong.



spears And he shall judge among many people, and rebuke

strong nations afar off; and they shall beat their swords into

plowshares, and their {spears} into pruninghooks: nation shall
not

lift up a sword against nation, neither shall they learn wa



r any more.
