sorrows And the LORD said, I have surely seen the

affliction of my people which [are] in Egypt, and have heard
their

cry by reason of their taskmasters; for I know their {sorrows};

sorrows <2SA22 -6> The {sorrows} of hell compassed me about; the

snares of death prevented me;

sorrows I am afraid of all my {sorrows}, I know that
thou

wilt not hold me innocent.

sorrows How oft is the candle of the wicked put out!
and

[how oft] cometh their destruction upon them! [God] distributeth

{sorrows} in his anger.

sorrows They bow themselves, they bring forth their
young

ones, they cast out their {sorrows}.

sorrows Their {sorrows} shall be multiplied [that]
hasten

[after] another [god]: their drink offerings of blood will I not

offer, nor take up their names into my lips.

sorrows The {sorrows} of death compassed me, and the

floods of ungodly men made me afraid.

sorrows The {sorrows} of hell compassed me about: the

snares of death prevented me.

sorrows Many {sorrows} [shall be] to the wicked: but
he

that trusteth in the LORD, mercy shall compass him about.

sorrows The {sorrows} of death compassed me, and the

pains of hell gat hold upon me: I found trouble and sorrow.

sorrows It is] vain for you to rise up early, to sit
up

late, to eat the bread of {sorrows}: [for] so he giveth his
beloved

sleep.

sorrows For all his days [are] {sorrows}, and his
travail

grief; yea, his heart taketh not rest in the night. This is also

vanity.

sorrows And they shall be afraid: pangs and {sorrows}

shall take hold of them; they shall be in pain as a woman that

travaileth: they shall be amazed one at another; their faces
[shall

be as] flames.

sorrows He is despised and rejected of men; a man of

{sorrows}, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were [our]

faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not.

sorrows Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried
our

{sorrows}: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and

afflicted.

sorrows What wilt thou say when he shall punish thee?

for thou hast taught them [to be] captains, [and] as chief over

thee: shall not {sorrows} take thee, as a woman in travail?

sorrows Damascus is waxed feeble, [and] turneth
herself

to flee, and fear hath seized on [her]: anguish and {sorrows}
have

taken her, as a woman in travail.

sorrows And, behold, [one] like the similitude of the

sons of men touched my lips: then I opened my mouth, and spake,
and

said unto him that stood before me, O my lord, by the vision my

{sorrows} are turned upon me, and I have retained no stre

ngth.

sorrows The {sorrows} of a travailing woman shall
come

upon him: he [is] an unwise son; for he should not stay long in
[the

place of] the breaking forth of children.

sorrows All these [are] the beginning of {sorrows}.

sorrows For nation shall rise against nation, and
kingdom

against kingdom: and there shall be earthquakes in divers places,

and there shall be famines and troubles: these are] the
beginnings

of {sorrows}.

sorrows <1TI6 -10> For the love of money is the root of all evil:

which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith,
and

pierced themselves through with many {sorrows}.
