seeketh <1SA19 -2> But Jonathan Saul's son delighted much in
David:
and Jonathan told David, saying, Saul my father {seeketh} to kill
thee: now therefore, I pray thee, take heed to thyself until the
morning, and abide in a secret [place], and hide thyself
:
seeketh <1SA20 -1> And David fled from Naioth in Ramah, and came
and
said before Jonathan, What have I done? what [is] mine iniquity?
and
what [is] my sin before thy father, that he {seeketh} my life?
seeketh <1SA22 -23> Abide thou with me, fear not: for he that
seeketh my life {seeketh} thy life: but with me thou [shalt be]
in
safeguard.
seeketh <1SA22 -23> Abide thou with me, fear not: for he that
{seeketh} my life seeketh thy life: but with me thou [shalt be]
in
safeguard.
seeketh <1SA23 -10> Then said David, O LORD God of Israel, thy
servant hath certainly heard that Saul {seeketh} to come to
Keilah,
to destroy the city for my sake.
seeketh <1SA24 -9> And David said to Saul, Wherefore hearest thou
men's words, saying, Behold, David {seeketh} thy hurt?
seeketh <2SA16 -11> And David said to Abishai, and to all his
servants, Behold, my son, which came forth of my bowels,
{seeketh}
my life: how much more now [may this] Benjamite [do it]? let him
alone, and let him curse; for the LORD hath bidden him.
seeketh <1KI20 -7> Then the king of Israel called all the elders
of
the land, and said, Mark, I pray you, and see how this [man]
{seeketh} mischief: for he sent unto me for my wives, and for my
children, and for my silver, and for my gold; and I denied hi
m not.
seeketh <2KI5 -7> And it came to pass, when the king of Israel
had
read the letter, that he rent his clothes, and said, [Am] I God,
to
kill and to make alive, that this man doth send unto me to
recover a
man of his leprosy? wherefore consider, I pray you,
and see how he {seeketh} a quarrel against me.
seeketh From thence she {seeketh} the prey, [and] her
eyes behold afar off.
seeketh The wicked watcheth the righteous, and
{seeketh}
to slay him.
seeketh He that diligently seeketh good procureth
favour: but he that {seeketh} mischief, it shall come unto him.
seeketh He that diligently {seeketh} good procureth
favour: but he that seeketh mischief, it shall come unto him.
seeketh A scorner {seeketh} wisdom, and [findeth it]
not:
but knowledge [is] easy unto him that understandeth.
seeketh The heart of him that hath understanding
{seeketh} knowledge: but the mouth of fools feedeth on
foolishness.
seeketh He that covereth a transgression {seeketh}
love;
but he that repeateth a matter separateth [very] friends.
seeketh An evil [man] {seeketh} only rebellion:
therefore a cruel messenger shall be sent against him.
seeketh He loveth transgression that loveth strife:
[and] he that exalteth his gate {seeketh} destruction.
seeketh Through desire a man, having separated
himself,
{seeketh} [and] intermeddleth with all wisdom.
seeketh The heart of the prudent getteth knowledge;
and
the ear of the wise {seeketh} knowledge.
seeketh She {seeketh} wool, and flax, and worketh
willingly with her hands.
seeketh Which yet my soul {seeketh}, but I find not:
one
man among a thousand have I found; but a woman among all those
have
I not found.
seeketh He that [is] so impoverished that he hath no
oblation chooseth a tree [that] will not rot; he {seeketh} unto
him
a cunning workman to prepare a graven image, [that] shall not be
moved.
seeketh Run ye to and fro through the streets of
Jerusalem, and see now, and know, and seek in the broad places
thereof, if ye can find a man, if there be [any] that executeth
judgment, that {seeketh} the truth; and I will pardon it.
seeketh For I will restore health unto thee, and I
will
heal thee of thy wounds, saith the LORD; because they called
thee an
Outcast, [saying], This [is] Zion, whom no man {seeketh} after.
seeketh Therefore the princes said unto the king, We
beseech thee, let this man be put to death: for thus he weakeneth
the hands of the men of war that remain in this city, and the
hands
of all the people, in speaking such words unto them: for
this man {seeketh} not the welfare of this people, but the hurt.
seeketh The LORD [is] good unto them that wait for
him,
to the soul [that] {seeketh} him.
seeketh And they shall bear the punishment of their
iniquity: the punishment of the prophet shall be even as the
punishment of him that {seeketh} [unto him];
seeketh As a shepherd {seeketh} out his flock in the
day
that he is among his sheep [that are] scattered; so will I seek
out
my sheep, and will deliver them out of all places where they have
been scattered in the cloudy and dark day.
seeketh For every one that asketh receiveth; and he
that
{seeketh} findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.
seeketh But he answered and said unto them, An evil
and
adulterous generation {seeketh} after a sign; and there shall no
sign be given to it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas:
seeketh A wicked and adulterous generation {seeketh}
after a sign; and there shall no sign be given unto it, but the
sign
of the prophet Jonas. And he left them, and departed.
seeketh How think ye? if a man have an hundred sheep,
and one of them be gone astray, doth he not leave the ninety and
nine, and goeth into the mountains, and {seeketh} that which is
gone
astray?
seeketh For every one that asketh receiveth; and he
that
{seeketh} findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.
seeketh But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true
worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for
the
Father {seeketh} such to worship him.
seeketh For there is] no man that] doeth any thing in
secret, and he himself {seeketh} to be known openly. If thou do
these things, show thyself to the world.
seeketh He that speaketh of himself {seeketh} his own
glory: but he that seeketh his glory that sent him, the same is
true, and no unrighteousness is in him.
seeketh He that speaketh of himself seeketh his own
glory: but he that {seeketh} his glory that sent him, the same is
true, and no unrighteousness is in him.
seeketh And I seek not mine own glory: there is one
that
{seeketh} and judgeth.
seeketh There is none that understandeth, there is
none
that {seeketh} after God.
seeketh What then? Israel hath not obtained that
which he
{seeketh} for; but the election hath obtained it, and the rest
were
blinded
seeketh <1CO13 -5> Doth not behave itself unseemly, {seeketh} not
her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil;
