possess That in blessing I will bless thee, and in

multiplying I will multiply thy seed as the stars of the heaven,
and

as the sand which [is] upon the sea shore; and thy seed shall

{possess} the gate of his enemies;

possess And they blessed Rebekah, and said unto her,

Thou [art] our sister, be thou [the mother] of thousands of

millions, and let thy seed {possess} the gate of those which hate

them.

possess But I have said unto you, Ye shall inherit
their

land, and I will give it unto you to {possess} it, a land that

floweth with milk and honey: I [am] the LORD your God, which have

separated you from [other] people.

possess And Caleb stilled the people before Moses,
and

said, Let us go up at once, and {possess} it; for we are well
able

to overcome it.

possess But my servant Caleb, because he had another

spirit with him, and hath followed me fully, him will I bring
into

the land whereinto he went; and his seed shall {possess} it.

possess And if his father have no brethren, then ye

shall give his inheritance unto his kinsman that is next to him
of

his family, and he shall {possess} it: and it shall be unto the

children of Israel a statute of judgment, as the LORD comman

ded Moses.

possess And ye shall dispossess [the inhabitants of]
the

land, and dwell therein: for I have given you the land to
{possess}

it.

possess Behold, I have set the land before you: go in
and

{possess} the land which the LORD sware unto your fathers,
Abraham,

Isaac, and Jacob, to give unto them and to their seed after them.

possess Behold, the LORD thy God hath set the land
before

thee: go up [and] {possess} [it], as the LORD God of thy fathers

hath said unto thee; fear not, neither be discouraged.

possess Moreover your little ones, which ye said
should

be a prey, and your children, which in that day had no knowledge

between good and evil, they shall go in thither, and unto them
will

I give it, and they shall {possess} it.

possess Rise ye up, take your journey, and pass over
the

river Arnon: behold, I have given into thine hand Sihon the
Amorite,

king of Heshbon, and his land: begin to {possess} [it], and
contend

with him in battle.

possess And the LORD said unto me, Behold, I have
begun

to give Sihon and his land before thee: begin to {possess}, that

thou mayest inherit his land.

possess And I commanded you at that time, saying, The

LORD your God hath given you this land to {possess} it: ye shall

pass over armed before your brethren the children of Israel, all

[that are] meet for the war.

possess Until the LORD have given rest unto your

brethren, as well as unto you, and [until] they also {possess}
the

land which the LORD your God hath given them beyond Jordan: and

[then] shall ye return every man unto his possession, which I ha

ve given you.

possess Now therefore hearken, O Israel, unto the
statutes

and unto the judgments, which I teach you, for to do [them],
that ye

may live, and go in and {possess} the land which the LORD God of

your fathers giveth you.

possess Behold, I have taught you statutes and
judgments,

even as the LORD my God commanded me, that ye should do so in the

land whither ye go to {possess} it.

possess And the LORD commanded me at that time to
teach

you statutes and judgments, that ye might do them in the land

whither ye go over to {possess} it.

possess But I must die in this land, I must not go
over

Jordan: but ye shall go over, and {possess} that good land.

possess I call heaven and earth to witness against you

this day, that ye shall soon utterly perish from off the land

whereunto ye go over Jordan to {possess} it; ye shall not prolong

[your] days upon it, but shall utterly be destroyed.

possess But as for thee, stand thou here by me, and I

will speak unto thee all the commandments, and the statutes, and
the

judgments, which thou shalt teach them, that they may do [them]
in

the land which I give them to {possess} it.

possess Ye shall walk in all the ways which the LORD
your

God hath commanded you, that ye may live, and [that it may be]
well

with you, and [that] ye may prolong [your] days in the land
which ye

shall {possess}.

possess Now these [are] the commandments, the statutes,

and the judgments, which the LORD your God commanded to teach
you,

that ye might do [them] in the land whither ye go to {possess}
it:

possess And thou shalt do [that which is] right and
good

in the sight of the LORD: that it may be well with thee, and that

thou mayest go in and {possess} the good land which the LORD
sware

unto thy fathers,

possess When the LORD thy God shall bring thee into the

land whither thou goest to {possess} it, and hath cast out many

nations before thee, the Hittites, and the Girgashites, and the

Amorites, and the Canaanites, and the Perizzites, and the Hiv

ites, and the Jebusites, seven nations greater and mightier than

thou;

possess All the commandments which I command thee this
day

shall ye observe to do, that ye may live, and multiply, and go in

and {possess} the land which the LORD sware unto your fathers.

possess Hear, O Israel: Thou [art] to pass over Jordan

this day, to go in to {possess} nations greater and mightier than

thyself, cities great and fenced up to heaven,

possess Speak not thou in thine heart, after that the
LORD

thy God hath cast them out from before thee, saying, For my

righteousness the LORD hath brought me in to {possess} this land:

but for the wickedness of these nations the LORD doth drive

them out from before thee.

possess Not for thy righteousness, or for the
uprightness

of thine heart, dost thou go to {possess} their land: but for the

wickedness of these nations the LORD thy God doth drive them out

from before thee, and that he may perform the word which

the LORD sware unto thy fathers, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.

possess Understand therefore, that the LORD thy God
giveth

thee not this good land to {possess} it for thy righteousness;
for

thou [art] a stiffnecked people.

possess Likewise when the LORD sent you from

Kadeshbarnea, saying, Go up and {possess} the land which I have

given you; then ye rebelled against the commandment of the LORD
your

God, and ye believed him not, nor hearkened to his voice.

possess And the LORD said unto me, Arise, take [thy]

journey before the people, that they may go in and {possess} the

land, which I sware unto their fathers to give unto them.

possess Therefore shall ye keep all the commandments

which I command you this day, that ye may be strong, and go in
and

{possess} the land, whither ye go to possess it;

possess Therefore shall ye keep all the commandments

which I command you this day, that ye may be strong, and go in
and

possess the land, whither ye go to {possess} it;

possess For the land, whither thou goest in to
{possess}

it, [is] not as the land of Egypt, from whence ye came out, where

thou sowedst thy seed, and wateredst [it] with thy foot, as a
garden

of herbs:

possess But the land, whither ye go to {possess} it,

[is] a land of hills and valleys, [and] drinketh water of the
rain

of heaven:

possess Then will the LORD drive out all these
nations

from before you, and ye shall {possess} greater nations and
mightier

than yourselves.

possess And it shall come to pass, when the LORD thy
God

hath brought thee in unto the land whither thou goest to
{possess}

it, that thou shalt put the blessing upon mount Gerizim, and the

curse upon mount Ebal.

possess For ye shall pass over Jordan to go in to

{possess} the land which the LORD your God giveth you, and ye
shall

possess it, and dwell therein.

possess For ye shall pass over Jordan to go in to

possess the land which the LORD your God giveth you, and ye shall

{possess} it, and dwell therein.

possess These [are] the statutes and judgments, which
ye

shall observe to do in the land, which the LORD God of thy
fathers

giveth thee to {possess} it, all the days that ye live upon the

earth.

possess Ye shall utterly destroy all the places,
wherein

the nations which ye shall {possess} served their gods, upon the

high mountains, and upon the hills, and under every green tree:

possess When the LORD thy God shall cut off the
nations

from before thee, whither thou goest to {possess} them, and thou

succeedest them, and dwellest in their land;

possess Save when there shall be no poor among you;
for

the LORD shall greatly bless thee in the land which the LORD thy
God

giveth thee [for] an inheritance to {possess} it:

possess When thou art come unto the land which the
LORD

thy God giveth thee, and shalt {possess} it, and shalt dwell

therein, and shalt say, I will set a king over me, like as all
the

nations that [are] about me;

possess For these nations, which thou shalt
{possess},

hearkened unto observers of times, and unto diviners: but as for

thee, the LORD thy God hath not suffered thee so [to do].

possess Thou shalt separate three cities for thee in
the

midst of thy land, which the LORD thy God giveth thee to
{possess}

it.

possess Thou shalt not remove thy neighbour's
landmark,

which they of old time have set in thine inheritance, which thou

shalt inherit in the land that the LORD thy God giveth thee to

{possess} it.

possess If [one] be found slain in the land which the

LORD thy God giveth thee to {possess} it, lying in the field,
[and]

it be not known who hath slain him:

possess Unto a stranger thou mayest lend upon usury;
but

unto thy brother thou shalt not lend upon usury: that the LORD
thy

God may bless thee in all that thou settest thine hand to in the

land whither thou goest to {possess} it.

possess Therefore it shall be, when the LORD thy God

hath given thee rest from all thine enemies round about, in the
land

which the LORD thy God giveth thee [for] an inheritance to
{possess}

it, [that] thou shalt blot out the remembrance of Am

alek from under heaven; thou shalt not forget [it].

possess The LORD shall make the pestilence cleave
unto

thee, until he have consumed thee from off the land, whither thou

goest to {possess} it.

possess And it shall come to pass, [that] as the LORD

rejoiced over you to do you good, and to multiply you; so the
LORD

will rejoice over you to destroy you, and to bring you to nought;

and ye shall be plucked from off the land whither thou g

oest to {possess} it.

possess And the LORD thy God will bring thee into the

land which thy fathers possessed, and thou shalt {possess} it;
and

he will do thee good, and multiply thee above thy fathers.

possess In that I command thee this day to love the
LORD

thy God, to walk in his ways, and to keep his commandments and
his

statutes and his judgments, that thou mayest live and multiply:
and

the LORD thy God shall bless thee in the land whith

er thou goest to {possess} it.

possess I denounce unto you this day, that ye shall

surely perish, [and that] ye shall not prolong [your] days upon
the

land, whither thou passest over Jordan to go to {possess} it.

possess The LORD thy God, he will go over before thee,

[and] he will destroy these nations from before thee, and thou
shalt

{possess} them: [and] Joshua, he shall go over before thee, as
the

LORD hath said.

possess And [that] their children, which have not
known

[any thing], may hear, and learn to fear the LORD your God, as
long

as ye live in the land whither ye go over Jordan to {possess} it.

possess For it [is] not a vain thing for you;
because it

[is] your life: and through this thing ye shall prolong [your]
days

in the land, whither ye go over Jordan to {possess} it.

possess And of Naphtali he said, O Naphtali,
satisfied

with favour, and full with the blessing of the LORD: {possess}
thou

the west and the south.

possess Pass through the host, and command the people,

saying, Prepare you victuals; for within three days ye shall pass

over this Jordan, to go in to {possess} the land, which the LORD

your God giveth you to possess it.

possess Pass through the host, and command the people,

saying, Prepare you victuals; for within three days ye shall pass

over this Jordan, to go in to possess the land, which the LORD
your

God giveth you to {possess} it.

possess And Joshua said unto the children of Israel,
How

long [are] ye slack to go to {possess} the land, which the LORD
God

of your fathers hath given you?

possess And the LORD your God, he shall expel them
from

before you, and drive them from out of your sight; and ye shall

{possess} their land, as the LORD your God hath promised unto
you.

possess And I gave unto Isaac Jacob and Esau: and I
gave

unto Esau mount Seir, to {possess} it; but Jacob and his children

went down into Egypt.

possess And I brought you into the land of the
Amorites,

which dwelt on the other side Jordan; and they fought with you:
and

I gave them into your hand, that ye might {possess} their land;
and

I destroyed them from before you.

possess And when Joshua had let the people go, the

children of Israel went every man unto his inheritance to
{possess}

the land.

possess So now the LORD God of Israel hath
dispossessed

the Amorites from before his people Israel, and shouldest thou

{possess} it?

possess Wilt not thou {possess} that which Chemosh
thy

god giveth thee to possess? So whomsoever the LORD our God shall

drive out from before us, them will we possess.

possess Wilt not thou possess that which Chemosh thy
god

giveth thee to {possess}? So whomsoever the LORD our God shall
drive

out from before us, them will we possess.

possess Wilt not thou possess that which Chemosh thy
god

giveth thee to possess? So whomsoever the LORD our God shall
drive

out from before us, them will we {possess}.

possess And they said, Arise, that we may go up
against

them: for we have seen the land, and, behold, it [is] very good:
and

[are] ye still? be not slothful to go, [and] to enter to
{possess}

the land.

possess <1KI21 -18> Arise, go down to meet Ahab king of Israel,

which [is] in Samaria: behold, [he is] in the vineyard of Naboth,

whither he is gone down to {possess} it.

possess <1CH28 -8> Now therefore in the sight of all Israel the

congregation of the LORD, and in the audience of our God, keep
and

seek for all the commandments of the LORD your God: that ye may

{possess} this good land, and leave [it] for an inheritance

for your children after you for ever.

possess Which thou hast commanded by thy servants the

prophets, saying, The land, unto which ye go to {possess} it, is
an

unclean land with the filthiness of the people of the lands, with

their abominations, which have filled it from one end to

another with their uncleanness.

possess And gavest them bread from heaven for their

hunger, and broughtest forth water for them out of the rock for

their thirst, and promisedst them that they should go in to

{possess} the land which thou hadst sworn to give them.

possess Their children also multipliedst thou as the

stars of heaven, and broughtest them into the land, concerning
which

thou hadst promised to their fathers, that they should go in to

{possess} [it].

possess So am I made to {possess} months of vanity, and

wearisome nights are appointed to me.

possess For thou writest bitter things against me,
and

makest me to {possess} the iniquities of my youth.

possess And the people shall take them, and bring
them to

their place: and the house of Israel shall {possess} them in the

land of the LORD for servants and handmaids: and they shall take

them captives, whose captives they were; and they shall

rule over their oppressors.

possess Prepare slaughter for his children for the

iniquity of their fathers; that they do not rise, nor {possess}
the

land, nor fill the face of the world with cities.

possess But the cormorant and the bittern shall

{possess} it; the owl also and the raven shall dwell in it: and
he

shall stretch out upon it the line of confusion, and the stones
of

emptiness.

possess And he hath cast the lot for them, and his
hand

hath divided it unto them by line: they shall {possess} it for
ever,

from generation to generation shall they dwell therein.

possess When thou criest, let thy companies deliver

thee; but the wind shall carry them all away; vanity shall take

[them]: but he that putteth his trust in me shall {possess} the

land, and shall inherit my holy mountain;

possess For your shame [ye shall have] double; and
[for]

confusion they shall rejoice in their portion: therefore in their

land they shall {possess} the double: everlasting joy shall be
unto

them.

possess For, lo, the days come, saith the LORD, that I

will bring again the captivity of my people Israel and Judah,
saith

the LORD: and I will cause them to return to the land that I
gave to

their fathers, and they shall {possess} it.

possess Wherefore I will bring the worst of the
heathen,

and they shall {possess} their houses: I will also make the pomp
of

the strong to cease; and their holy places shall be defiled.

possess Wherefore say unto them, Thus saith the Lord

GOD; Ye eat with the blood, and lift up your eyes toward your
idols,

and shed blood: and shall ye {possess} the land?

possess Ye stand upon your sword, ye work
abomination,

and ye defile every one his neighbour's wife: and shall ye
{possess}

the land?

possess Because thou hast said, These two nations and

these two countries shall be mine, and we will {possess} it;
whereas

the LORD was there:

possess Yea, I will cause men to walk upon you,
[even]

my people Israel; and they shall {possess} thee, and thou shalt
be

their inheritance, and thou shalt no more henceforth bereave them

[of men].

possess But the saints of the most High shall take the

kingdom, and {possess} the kingdom for ever, even for ever and
ever.

possess For, lo, they are gone because of destruction:

Egypt shall gather them up, Memphis shall bury them: the pleasant

[places] for their silver, nettles shall {possess} them: thorns

[shall be] in their tabernacles.

possess Also I brought you up from the land of Egypt,
and

led you forty years through the wilderness, to {possess} the
land of

the Amorite.

possess That they may {possess} the remnant of Edom,
and

of all the heathen, which are called by my name, saith the LORD
that

doeth this.

possess But upon mount Zion shall be deliverance, and

there shall be holiness; and the house of Jacob shall {possess}

their possessions.

possess And [they of] the south shall {possess} the
mount

of Esau; and [they of] the plain the Philistines: and they shall

possess the fields of Ephraim, and the fields of Samaria: and

Benjamin [shall possess] Gilead.

possess And [they of] the south shall possess the
mount

of Esau; and [they of] the plain the Philistines: and they shall

possess the fields of Ephraim, and the fields of Samaria: and

Benjamin [shall {possess}] Gilead.

possess And [they of] the south shall possess the
mount

of Esau; and [they of] the plain the Philistines: and they shall

{possess} the fields of Ephraim, and the fields of Samaria: and

Benjamin [shall possess] Gilead.

possess And the captivity of this host of the
children of

Israel [shall possess] that of the Canaanites, [even] unto

Zarephath; and the captivity of Jerusalem, which [is] in
Sepharad,

shall {possess} the cities of the south.

possess And the captivity of this host of the
children of

Israel [shall {possess}] that of the Canaanites, [even] unto

Zarephath; and the captivity of Jerusalem, which [is] in
Sepharad,

shall possess the cities of the south.

possess For, lo, I raise up the Chaldeans, [that]
bitter

and hasty nation, which shall march through the breadth of the
land,

to {possess} the dwellingplaces [that are] not theirs.

possess Therefore [as] I live, saith the LORD of hosts,

the God of Israel, Surely Moab shall be as Sodom, and the
children

of Ammon as Gomorrah, [even] the breeding of nettles, and
saltpits,

and a perpetual desolation: the residue of my people s

hall spoil them, and the remnant of my people shall {possess}
them.

possess For the seed [shall be] prosperous; the vine

shall give her fruit, and the ground shall give her increase, and

the heavens shall give their dew; and I will cause the remnant of

this people to {possess} all these [things].

possess I fast twice in the week, I give tithes of
all

that I {possess}.

possess In your patience {possess} ye your souls.

possess <1TH4 -4> That every one of you should know how to
{possess}

his vessel in sanctification and honour;
