grow

every tree that is {pleasant} to the sight, and good for food;
the

tree of life also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of

knowledge of good and evil.

pleasant And when the woman saw that the tree [was]
good

for food, and that it [was] {pleasant} to the eyes, and a tree
to be

desired to make [one] wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and
did

eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he

did eat.

p

that [it was] {pleasant}; and bowed his shoulder to bear, and
became

a servant unto tribute.

pleasant <2SA1 -23> Saul and Jonathan [were] lovely and
{pleasant}

in their lives, and in their death they were not divided: they
were

swifter than eagles, they were stronger than lions.

pleasant <2SA1 -26> I am distressed for thee, my brother
Jonathan:

very {pleasant} hast thou been unto me: thy love to me was

wonderful, passing the love of women.

pleasant <1KI20 -6> Yet I will send my servants unto thee to
morrow

houses

of thy servants; and it shall be, [that] whatsoever is
{pleasant} in

thine eyes, they shall put [it] in their hand, and

take [it] away.

pleasant <2KI2 -19> And the men of the city said unto Elisha,

as

my lord seeth: but the water [is] nought, and the ground barren.

pleasant <2CH32 -27> And Hezekiah had exceeding much riches and

honour: and he made himself treasuries for silver, and for gold,
and

for precious stones, and for spices, and for shields, and for all

manner of {pleasant} jewels;

pleasant The lines are fallen unto me in {pleasant}

[places]; yea, I have a goodly heritage.

pleasant Take a psalm, and bring hither the timbrel,
the

{pleasant} harp with the psaltery.

pleasant Yea, they despised the {pleasant} land,
they

believed not his word:

pleasant A Song of degrees of David. Behold, how good

and how {pleasant} [it is] for brethren to dwell together in
unity!

pleasant Praise the LORD; for the LORD [is] good:
sing

praises unto his name; for [it is] {pleasant}.

pleasant Praise ye the LORD: for [it is] good to sing

praises unto our God; for [it is] {pleasant}; [and] praise is

comely.

pleasant When wisdom entereth into thine heart, and

knowledge is {pleasant} unto thy soul;

pleasant Let her be as] the loving hind and {pleasant}

roe; let her breasts satisfy thee at all times; and be thou
ravished

always with her love.

pleasant Stolen waters are sweet, and bread [eaten] in

secret is {pleasant}.

pleasant The thoughts of the wicked [are] an
abomination

to the LORD: but [the words] of the pure [are] {pleasant} words.

pleasant {Pleasant} words [are as] an honeycomb,
sweet

to the soul, and health to the bones.

pleasant For [it is] a {pleasant} thing if thou keep

them within thee; they shall withal be fitted in thy lips.

pleasant And by knowledge shall the chambers be filled

with all precious and {pleasant} riches.

pleasant Truly the light [is] sweet, and a {pleasant}

[thing it is] for the eyes to behold the sun:

pleasant Behold, thou [art] fair, my beloved, yea,

{pleasant}: also our bed [is] green.

pleasant Thy plants [are] an orchard of pomegranates,

with {pleasant} fruits; camphire, with spikenard,

pleasant Awake, O north wind; and come, thou south;
blow

upon my garden, [that] the spices thereof may flow out. Let my

beloved come into his garden, and eat his {pleasant} fruits.

pleasant How fair and how {pleasant} art thou, O love,
for

delights!

pleasant The mandrakes give a smell, and at our gates

[are] all manner of {pleasant} [fruits], new and old, [which] I
have

laid up for thee, O my beloved.

pleasant For the vineyard of the LORD of hosts [is] the

house of Israel, and the men of Judah his {pleasant} plant: and
he

looked for judgment, but behold oppression; for righteousness,
but

behold a cry.

pleasant And the wild beasts of the islands shall
cry in

their desolate houses, and dragons in [their] {pleasant} palaces:

and her time [is] near to come, and her days shall not be
prolonged.

pleasant Because thou hast forgotten the God of thy

salvation, and hast not been mindful of the rock of thy strength,

therefore shalt thou plant {pleasant} plants, and shalt set it

{pleasant} fields, for the fruitful vine.

pleasant And I will make thy windows of agates, and
thy

gates of carbuncles, and all thy borders of {pleasant} stones.

fathers praised thee, is burned up with fire: and all our
{pleasant}

things are laid waste.

children, and give thee a {pleasant} land, a goodly heritage of
the

hosts of nations? and I said, Thou shalt call me, My father; and

shalt not turn away from me.

pleasant Many pastors have destroyed my vineyard,
they

have trodden my portion under foot, they have made my {pleasant}

portion a desolate wilderness.

pleasant For the land is full of adulterers; for
because

of swearing the land mourneth; the {pleasant} places of the

wilderness are dried up, and their course is evil, and their
force

[is] not right.

pleasant Howl, ye shepherds, and cry; and wallow

yourselves [in the ashes], ye principal of the flock: for the
days

of your slaughter and of your dispersions are accomplished; and
ye

shall fall like a {pleasant} vessel.

pleasant Is] Ephraim my dear son? [is he] a
{pleasant}

child? for since I spake against him, I do earnestly remember him

still: therefore my bowels are troubled for him; I will surely
have

mercy upon him, saith the LORD.

pleasant Jerusalem remembered in the days of her

affliction and of her miseries all her {pleasant} things that she

had in the days of old, when her people fell into the hand of the

enemy, and none did help her: the adversaries saw her, [and] did

mock at her sabbaths.

pleasant The adversary hath spread out his hand upon
all

her {pleasant} things: for she hath seen [that] the heathen
entered

into her sanctuary, whom thou didst command [that] they should
not

enter into thy congregation.

pleasant All her people sigh, they seek bread; they
have

given their {pleasant} things for meat to relieve the soul: see,
O

LORD, and consider; for I am become vile.

pleasant He hath bent his bow like an enemy: he stood
with

his right hand as an adversary, and slew all [that were]
{pleasant}

to the eye in the tabernacle of the daughter of Zion: he poured
out

his fury like fire.

pleasant And they shall make a spoil of thy riches,
and

make a prey of thy merchandise: and they shall break down thy
walls,

and

thy timber and thy dust in the midst of the water

.

pleasant And, lo, thou [art] unto them as a very
lovely

song of one that hath a {pleasant} voice, and can play well on an

instrument: for they hear thy words, but they do them not.

pleasant And out of one of them came forth a little
horn,

which waxed exceeding great, toward the south, and toward the
east,

and toward the {pleasant} [land].

pleasant I ate no {pleasant} bread, neither came flesh

nor wine in my mouth, neither did I anoint myself at all, till

forces: and a god whom his fathers knew not shall he honour with

gold, and silver, and with precious stones, and {pleasant}
things.

[shall

be] in their tabernacles.

pleasant Ephraim, as I saw Tyrus, [is] planted in a

{pleasant} place: but Ephraim shall bring forth his children to
the

murderer.

pleasant Though he be fruitful among [his] brethren,
an

east wind shall come, the wind of the LORD shall come up from the

wilderness, and his spring shall become dry, and his fountain
shall

be dried up: he shall spoil the treasure of all {plea

sant} vessels.

pleasant Because ye have taken my silver and my gold,
and

have carried into your temples my goodly {pleasant} things:

pleasant Forasmuch therefore as your treading [is]
upon

the poor, and ye take from him burdens of wheat: ye have built

houses of hewn stone, but ye shall not dwell in them; ye have

planted {pleasant} vineyards, but ye shall not drink wine of th

em.

pleasant The women of my people have ye cast out from

their {pleasant} houses; from their children have ye taken away
my

glory for ever.

pleasant Take ye the spoil of silver, take the spoil of

gold: for [there is] none end of the store [and] glory out of all

the {pleasant} furniture.

pleasant But I scattered them with a whirlwind among
all

the nations whom they knew not. Thus the land was desolate after

them, that no man passed through nor returned: for they laid the

{pleasant} land desolate.

pleasant Then shall the offering of Judah and
Jerusalem be

{pleasant} unto the LORD, as in the days of old, and as in former

years.
