heathen Both thy bondmen, and thy bondmaids, which
thou

shalt have, [shall be] of the {heathen} that are round about you;
of

them shall ye buy bondmen and bondmaids.

heathen And I will scatter you among the {heathen},
and

will draw out a sword after you: and your land shall be desolate,

and your cities waste.

heathen And ye shall perish among the {heathen}, and
the

land of your enemies shall eat you up.

heathen But I will for their sakes remember the
covenant

of their ancestors, whom I brought forth out of the land of
Egypt in

the sight of the {heathen}, that I might be their God: I [am] the

LORD.

heathen And the LORD shall scatter you among the
nations,

and ye shall be left few in number among the {heathen}, whither
the

LORD shall lead you.

heathen <2SA22 -44> Thou also hast delivered me from the
strivings

of my people, thou hast kept me [to be] head of the {heathen}: a

people [which] I knew not shall serve me.

heathen <2SA22 -50> Therefore I will give thanks unto thee, O
LORD,

among the {heathen}, and I will sing praises unto thy name.

heathen <2KI16 -3> But he walked in the way of the kings of
Israel,

yea, and made his son to pass through the fire, according to the

abominations of the {heathen}, whom the LORD cast out from before

the children of Israel.

heathen <2KI17 -8> And walked in the statutes of the {heathen},
whom

the LORD cast out from before the children of Israel, and of the

kings of Israel, which they had made.

heathen <2KI17 -11> And there they burnt incense in all the high

places, as [did] the {heathen} whom the LORD carried away before

them; and wrought wicked things to provoke the LORD to anger:

heathen <2KI17 -15> And they rejected his statutes, and his
covenant

that he made with their fathers, and his testimonies which he

testified against them; and they followed vanity, and became
vain,

and went after the {heathen} that [were] round about them

, [concerning] whom the LORD had charged them, that they should
not

do like them.

heathen <2KI21 -2> And he did [that which was] evil in the sight
of

the LORD, after the abominations of the {heathen}, whom the LORD

cast out before the children of Israel.

heathen <1CH16 -24> Declare his glory among the {heathen}; his

marvellous works among all nations.

heathen <1CH16 -35> And say ye, Save us, O God of our salvation,
and

gather us together, and deliver us from the {heathen}, that we
may

give thanks to thy holy name, [and] glory in thy praise.

heathen <2CH20 -6> And said, O LORD God of our fathers, [art] not

thou God in heaven? and rulest [not] thou over all the kingdoms
of

the {heathen}? and in thine hand [is there not] power and might,
so

that none is able to withstand thee?

heathen <2CH28 -3> Moreover he burnt incense in the valley of the

son of Hinnom, and burnt his children in the fire, after the

abominations of the {heathen} whom the LORD had cast out before
the

children of Israel.

heathen <2CH33 -2> But did [that which was] evil in the sight of
the

LORD, like unto the abominations of the {heathen}, whom the LORD
had

cast out before the children of Israel.

heathen <2CH33 -9> So Manasseh made Judah and the inhabitants of

Jerusalem to err, [and] to do worse than the {heathen}, whom the

LORD had destroyed before the children of Israel.

heathen <2CH36 -14> Moreover all the chief of the priests, and
the

people, transgressed very much after all the abominations of the

{heathen}; and polluted the house of the LORD which he had
hallowed

in Jerusalem.

heathen And the children of Israel, which were come
again

out of captivity, and all such as had separated themselves unto
them

from the filthiness of the {heathen} of the land, to seek the
LORD

God of Israel, did eat,

heathen And I said unto them, We after our ability have

redeemed our brethren the Jews, which were sold unto the
{heathen};

and will ye even sell your brethren? or shall they be sold unto
us?

Then held they their peace, and found nothing [to ans

wer].

heathen Also I said, It [is] not good that ye do:
ought ye

not to walk in the fear of our God because of the reproach of the

{heathen} our enemies?

heathen Moreover [there were] at my table an hundred
and

fifty of the Jews and rulers, beside those that came unto us from

among the {heathen} that [are] about us.

heathen Wherein [was] written, It is reported among the

{heathen}, and Gashmu saith [it, that] thou and the Jews think to

rebel: for which cause thou buildest the wall, that thou mayest
be

their king, according to these words.

heathen And it came to pass, that when all our enemies

heard [thereof], and all the {heathen} that [were] about us saw

[these things], they were much cast down in their own eyes: for
they

perceived that this work was wrought of our God.

heathen Why do the {heathen} rage, and the people
imagine

a vain thing?

heathen Ask of me, and I shall give [thee] the
{heathen}

[for] thine inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth
[for]

thy possession.

heathen Thou hast rebuked the {heathen}, thou hast

destroyed the wicked, thou hast put out their name for ever and

ever.

heathen The {heathen} are sunk down in the pit [that]

they made: in the net which they hid is their own foot taken.

heathen Arise, O LORD; let not man prevail: let the

{heathen} be judged in thy sight.

heathen The LORD [is] King for ever and ever: the

{heathen} are perished out of his land.

heathen Thou hast delivered me from the strivings of
the

people; [and] thou hast made me the head of the {heathen}: a
people

[whom] I have not known shall serve me.

heathen Therefore will I give thanks unto thee, O
LORD,

among the {heathen}, and sing praises unto thy name.

heathen The LORD bringeth the counsel of the
{heathen}

to nought: he maketh the devices of the people of none effect.

heathen How] thou didst drive out the {heathen} with
thy

hand, and plantedst them; [how] thou didst afflict the people,
and

cast them out.

heathen Thou hast given us like sheep [appointed] for

meat; and hast scattered us among the {heathen}.

heathen Thou makest us a byword among the {heathen},
a

shaking of the head among the people.

heathen The {heathen} raged, the kingdoms were moved:
he

uttered his voice, the earth melted.

heathen Be still, and know that I [am] God: I will be

exalted among the {heathen}, I will be exalted in the earth.

heathen God reigneth over the {heathen}: God sitteth
upon

the throne of his holiness.

heathen Thou therefore, O LORD God of hosts, the God
of

Israel, awake to visit all the {heathen}: be not merciful to any

wicked transgressors. Selah.

heathen But thou, O LORD, shalt laugh at them; thou
shalt

have all the {heathen} in derision.

heathen He cast out the {heathen} also before them,
and

divided them an inheritance by line, and made the tribes of
Israel

to dwell in their tents.

heathen A Psalm of Asaph. O God, the {heathen} are
come

into thine inheritance; thy holy temple have they defiled; they
have

laid Jerusalem on heaps.

heathen Pour out thy wrath upon the {heathen} that
have

not known thee, and upon the kingdoms that have not called upon
thy

name.

heathen Wherefore should the {heathen} say, Where
[is]

their God? let him be known among the heathen in our sight [by]
the

revenging of the blood of thy servants [which is] shed.

heathen Wherefore should the heathen say, Where [is]

their God? let him be known among the {heathen} in our sight [by]

the revenging of the blood of thy servants [which is] shed.

heathen Thou hast brought a vine out of Egypt: thou
hast

cast out the {heathen}, and planted it.

heathen He that chastiseth the {heathen}, shall not
he

correct? he that teacheth man knowledge, [shall not he know]?

heathen Declare his glory among the {heathen}, his

wonders among all people.

heathen Say among the {heathen} [that] the LORD

reigneth: the world also shall be established that it shall not
be

moved: he shall judge the people righteously.

heathen The LORD hath made known his salvation: his

righteousness hath he openly showed in the sight of the
{heathen}.

heathen So the {heathen} shall fear the name of the

LORD, and all the kings of the earth thy glory.

heathen And gave them the lands of the {heathen}:
and

they inherited the labour of the people;

heathen But were mingled among the {heathen}, and

learned their works.

heathen And he gave them into the hand of the

{heathen}; and they that hated them ruled over them.

heathen Save us, O LORD our God, and gather us from

among the {heathen}, to give thanks unto thy holy name, [and] to

triumph in thy praise.

heathen He shall judge among the {heathen}, he shall

fill [the places] with the dead bodies; he shall wound the heads

over many countries.

heathen He hath showed his people the power of his

works, that he may give them the heritage of the {heathen}.

heathen Wherefore should the {heathen} say, Where
[is]

now their God?

heathen Then was our mouth filled with laughter, and
our

tongue with singing: then said they among the {heathen}, The LORD

hath done great things for them.

heathen The idols of the {heathen} [are] silver and

gold, the work of men's hands.

heathen To execute vengeance upon the {heathen},
[and]

punishments upon the people;

heathen For the fields of Heshbon languish, [and] the

vine of Sibmah: the lords of the {heathen} have broken down the

principal plants thereof, they are come [even] unto Jazer, they

wandered [through] the wilderness: her branches are stretched

out, they are gone over the sea.

heathen I will scatter them also among the {heathen},

whom neither they nor their fathers have known: and I will send a

sword after them, till I have consumed them.

heathen Thus saith the LORD, Learn not the way of the

heathen, and be not dismayed at the signs of heaven; for the

{heathen} are dismayed at them.

heathen Thus saith the LORD, Learn not the way of the

{heathen}, and be not dismayed at the signs of heaven; for the

heathen are dismayed at them.

heathen Pour out thy fury upon the {heathen} that
know

thee not, and upon the families that call not on thy name: for
they

have eaten up Jacob, and devoured him, and consumed him, and have

made his habitation desolate.

heathen Therefore thus saith the LORD; Ask ye now
among

the {heathen}, who hath heard such things: the virgin of Israel
hath

done a very horrible thing.

heathen I have heard a rumour from the LORD, and an

ambassador is sent unto the {heathen}, [saying], Gather ye
together,

and come against her, and rise up to the battle.

heathen For, lo, I will make thee small among the

{heathen}, [and] despised among men.

heathen Judah is gone into captivity because of

affliction, and because of great servitude: she dwelleth among
the

{heathen}, she findeth no rest: all her persecutors overtook her

between the straits.

heathen The adversary hath spread out his hand upon
all

her pleasant things: for she hath seen [that] the {heathen}
entered

into her sanctuary, whom thou didst command [that] they should
not

enter into thy congregation.

heathen They cried unto them, Depart ye; [it is]
unclean;

depart, depart, touch not: when they fled away and wandered, they

said among the {heathen}, They shall no more sojourn [there].

heathen The breath of our nostrils, the anointed of
the

LORD, was taken in their pits, of whom we said, Under his shadow
we

shall live among the {heathen}.

heathen Wherefore I will bring the worst of the

{heathen}, and they shall possess their houses: I will also make
the

pomp of the strong to cease; and their holy places shall be
defiled.

heathen And ye shall know that I [am] the LORD: for
ye

have not walked in my statutes, neither executed my judgments,
but

have done after the manners of the {heathen} that [are] round
about

you.

heathen Therefore say, Thus saith the Lord GOD;
Although

I have cast them far off among the {heathen}, and although I have

scattered them among the countries, yet will I be to them as a

little sanctuary in the countries where they shall come.

heathen But I will leave a few men of them from the

sword, from the famine, and from the pestilence; that they may

declare all their abominations among the {heathen} whither they

come; and they shall know that I [am] the LORD.

heathen And thy renown went forth among the {heathen}

for thy beauty: for it [was] perfect through my comeliness,
which I

had put upon thee, saith the Lord GOD.

heathen But I wrought for my name's sake, that it
should

not be polluted before the {heathen}, among whom they [were], in

whose sight I made myself known unto them, in bringing them forth

out of the land of Egypt.

heathen But I wrought for my name's sake, that it
should

not be polluted before the {heathen}, in whose sight I brought
them

out.

heathen Nevertheless I withdrew mine hand, and
wrought

for my name's sake, that it should not be polluted in the sight
of

the {heathen}, in whose sight I brought them forth.

heathen I lifted up mine hand unto them also in the

wilderness, that I would scatter them among the {heathen}, and

disperse them through the countries;

heathen And that which cometh into your mind shall
not

be at all, that ye say, We will be as the {heathen}, as the
families

of the countries, to serve wood and stone.

heathen I will accept you with your sweet savour,
when I

bring you out from the people, and gather you out of the
countries

wherein ye have been scattered; and I will be sanctified in you

before the {heathen}.

heathen Thou art become guilty in thy blood that thou

hast shed; and hast defiled thyself in thine idols which thou
hast

made; and thou hast caused thy days to draw near, and art come

[even] unto thy years: therefore have I made thee a reproach

unto the {heathen}, and a mocking to all countries.

heathen And I will scatter thee among the {heathen},
and

disperse thee in the countries, and will consume thy filthiness
out

of thee.

heathen And thou shalt take thine inheritance in
thyself

in the sight of the {heathen}, and thou shalt know that I [am]
the

LORD.

heathen I will do these [things] unto thee, because
thou

hast gone a whoring after the {heathen}, [and] because thou art

polluted with their idols.

heathen Behold, therefore I will stretch out mine hand

upon thee, and will deliver thee for a spoil to the {heathen};
and I

will cut thee off from the people, and I will cause thee to
perish

out of the countries: I will destroy thee; and thou s

halt know that I [am] the LORD.

heathen Thus saith the Lord GOD; Because that Moab and

Seir do say, Behold, the house of Judah [is] like unto all the

{heathen};

heathen Thus saith the Lord GOD; When I shall have

gathered the house of Israel from the people among whom they are

scattered, and shall be sanctified in them in the sight of the

{heathen}, then shall they dwell in their land that I have given

to my servant Jacob.

heathen For the day [is] near, even the day of the
LORD

[is] near, a cloudy day; it shall be the time of the {heathen}.

heathen I have therefore delivered him into the hand
of

the mighty one of the {heathen}; he shall surely deal with him: I

have driven him out for his wickedness.

heathen They also went down into hell with him unto

[them that be] slain with the sword; and [they that were] his
arm,

[that] dwelt under his shadow in the midst of the {heathen}.

heathen And they shall no more be a prey to the

{heathen}, neither shall the beast of the land devour them; but
they

shall dwell safely, and none shall make [them] afraid.

heathen And I will raise up for them a plant of
renown,

and they shall be no more consumed with hunger in the land,
neither

bear the shame of the {heathen} any more.

heathen Therefore prophesy and say, Thus saith the
Lord

GOD; Because they have made [you] desolate, and swallowed you up
on

every side, that ye might be a possession unto the residue of the

{heathen}, and ye are taken up in the lips of talkers,

and [are] an infamy of the people:

heathen Therefore, ye mountains of Israel, hear the
word

of the Lord GOD; Thus saith the Lord GOD to the mountains, and to

the hills, to the rivers, and to the valleys, to the desolate

wastes, and to the cities that are forsaken, which became a

prey and derision to the residue of the {heathen} that [are]
round

about;

heathen Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Surely in
the

fire of my jealousy have I spoken against the residue of the

{heathen}, and against all Idumea, which have appointed my land
into

their possession with the joy of all [their] heart, with

despiteful minds, to cast it out for a prey.

heathen Prophesy therefore concerning the land of
Israel,

and say unto the mountains, and to the hills, to the rivers, and
to

the valleys, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I have spoken in my

jealousy and in my fury, because ye have borne the s

hame of the {heathen}:

heathen Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; I have
lifted

up mine hand, Surely the {heathen} that [are] about you, they
shall

bear their shame.

heathen Neither will I cause [men] to hear in thee
the

shame of the {heathen} any more, neither shalt thou bear the

reproach of the people any more, neither shalt thou cause thy

nations to fall any more, saith the Lord GOD.

heathen And I scattered them among the {heathen}, and

they were dispersed through the countries: according to their way

and according to their doings I judged them.

heathen And when they entered unto the {heathen},

whither they went, they profaned my holy name, when they said to

them, These [are] the people of the LORD, and are gone forth out
of

his land.

heathen But I had pity for mine holy name, which the

house of Israel had profaned among the {heathen}, whither they
went.

heathen Therefore say unto the house of Israel, Thus

saith the Lord GOD; I do not [this] for your sakes, O house of

Israel, but for mine holy name's sake, which ye have profaned
among

the {heathen}, whither ye went.

heathen And I will sanctify my great name, which was

profaned among the heathen, which ye have profaned in the midst
of

them; and the {heathen} shall know that I [am] the LORD, saith
the

Lord GOD, when I shall be sanctified in you before their

eyes.

heathen And I will sanctify my great name, which was

profaned among the {heathen}, which ye have profaned in the
midst of

them; and the heathen shall know that I [am] the LORD, saith the

Lord GOD, when I shall be sanctified in you before their

eyes.

heathen For I will take you from among the {heathen},

and gather you out of all countries, and will bring you into your

own land.

heathen And I will multiply the fruit of the tree,
and

the increase of the field, that ye shall receive no more
reproach of

famine among the {heathen}.

heathen Then the {heathen} that are left round about
you

shall know that I the LORD build the ruined [places, and] plant
that

that was desolate: I the LORD have spoken [it], and I will do
[it].

heathen And say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD;

Behold, I will take the children of Israel from among the
{heathen},

whither they be gone, and will gather them on every side, and
bring

them into their own land:

heathen And the {heathen} shall know that I the LORD
do

sanctify Israel, when my sanctuary shall be in the midst of them
for

evermore.

heathen And thou shalt come up against my people of

Israel, as a cloud to cover the land; it shall be in the latter

days, and I will bring thee against my land, that the {heathen}
may

know me, when I shall be sanctified in thee, O Gog, before

their eyes.

heathen So will I make my holy name known in the
midst of

my people Israel; and I will not [let them] pollute my holy name
any

more: and the {heathen} shall know that I [am] the LORD, the Holy

One in Israel.

heathen And I will set my glory among the {heathen},
and

all the heathen shall see my judgment that I have executed, and
my

hand that I have laid upon them.

heathen And I will set my glory among the heathen,
and

all the {heathen} shall see my judgment that I have executed,
and my

hand that I have laid upon them.

heathen And the {heathen} shall know that the house
of

Israel went into captivity for their iniquity: because they

trespassed against me, therefore hid I my face from them, and
gave

them into the hand of their enemies: so fell they all by the

sword.

heathen Then shall they know that I [am] the LORD
their

God, which caused them to be led into captivity among the
{heathen}:

but I have gathered them unto their own land, and have left none
of

them any more there.

heathen Let the priests, the ministers of the LORD,
weep

between the porch and the altar, and let them say, Spare thy
people,

O LORD, and give not thine heritage to reproach, that the
{heathen}

should rule over them: wherefore should they say a

mong the people, Where [is] their God?

heathen Yea, the LORD will answer and say unto his

people, Behold, I will send you corn, and wine, and oil, and ye

shall be satisfied therewith: and I will no more make you a
reproach

among the {heathen}:

heathen Assemble yourselves, and come, all ye
{heathen},

and gather yourselves together round about: thither cause thy
mighty

ones to come down, O LORD.

heathen Let the heathen be wakened, and come up to the

valley of Jehoshaphat: for there will I sit to judge all the

{heathen} round about.

heathen Let the {heathen} be wakened, and come up to
the

valley of Jehoshaphat: for there will I sit to judge all the
heathen

round about.

heathen That they may possess the remnant of Edom,
and of

all the {heathen}, which are called by my name, saith the LORD
that

doeth this.

heathen The vision of Obadiah. Thus saith the Lord GOD

concerning Edom; We have heard a rumour from the LORD, and an

ambassador is sent among the {heathen}, Arise ye, and let us
rise up

against her in battle.

heathen Behold, I have made thee small among the

{heathen}: thou art greatly despised.

heathen For the day of the LORD [is] near upon all the

{heathen}: as thou hast done, it shall be done unto thee: thy
reward

shall return upon thine own head.

heathen For as ye have drunk upon my holy mountain,
[so]

shall all the {heathen} drink continually, yea, they shall drink,

and they shall swallow down, and they shall be as though they had

not been.

heathen And I will execute vengeance in anger and fury

upon the {heathen}, such as they have not heard.

heathen Behold ye among the {heathen}, and regard, and

wonder marvellously: for [I] will work a work in your days,
[which]

ye will not believe, though it be told [you].

heathen Thou didst march through the land in
indignation,

thou didst thresh the {heathen} in anger.

heathen The LORD [will be] terrible unto them: for he

will famish all the gods of the earth; and [men] shall worship
him,

every one from his place, [even] all the isles of the {heathen}.

heathen And I will overthrow the throne of kingdoms,
and

I will destroy the strength of the kingdoms of the {heathen};
and I

will overthrow the chariots, and those that ride in them; and the

horses and their riders shall come down, every one by

the sword of his brother.

heathen And I am very sore displeased with the
{heathen}

[that are] at ease: for I was but a little displeased, and they

helped forward the affliction.

heathen And it shall come to pass, [that] as ye were a

curse among the {heathen}, O house of Judah, and house of Israel;
so

will I save you, and ye shall be a blessing: fear not, [but] let

your hands be strong.

heathen And I will cut off the chariot from Ephraim,
and

the horse from Jerusalem, and the battle bow shall be cut off:
and

he shall speak peace unto the {heathen}: and his dominion [shall
be]

from sea [even] to sea, and from the river [even] t

o the ends of the earth.

heathen And Judah also shall fight at Jerusalem; and
the

wealth of all the {heathen} round about shall be gathered
together,

gold, and silver, and apparel, in great abundance.

heathen And if the family of Egypt go not up, and
come

not, that [have] no [rain]; there shall be the plague, wherewith
the

LORD will smite the {heathen} that come not up to keep the feast
of

tabernacles.

heathen For from the rising of the sun even unto the

going down of the same my name [shall be] great among the
Gentiles;

and in every place incense [shall be] offered unto my name, and a

pure offering: for my name [shall be] great among the {he

athen}, saith the LORD of hosts.

heathen But cursed [be] the deceiver, which hath in
his

flock a male, and voweth, and sacrificeth unto the Lord a corrupt

thing: for I [am] a great King, saith the LORD of hosts, and my
name

[is] dreadful among the {heathen}.

heathen But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as
the

{heathen} [do]: for they think that they shall be heard for their

much speaking.

heathen And if he shall neglect to hear them, tell
[it]

unto the church: but if he neglect to hear the church, let him be

unto thee as a {heathen} man and a publican.

heathen Who by the mouth of thy servant David hast
said,

Why did the {heathen} rage, and the people imagine vain things?

heathen <2CO11 -26> In] journeyings often, in] perils of waters,
in]

perils of robbers, in] perils by mine own] countrymen, in]
perils by

the {heathen}, in] perils in the city, in] perils in the
wilderness,

in] perils in the sea, in] perils among false br

ethren;

heathen To reveal his Son in me, that I might preach
him

among the {heathen}; immediately I conferred not with flesh and

blood:

heathen And when James, Cephas, and John, who seemed
to be

pillars, perceived the grace that was given unto me, they gave
to me

and Barnabas the right hands of fellowship; that we should go]
unto

the {heathen}, and they unto the circumcision.

heathen And the scripture, foreseeing that God would

justify the {heathen} through faith, preached before the gospel
unto

Abraham, saying], In thee shall all nations be blessed.
