bitterness <1SA1 -10> And she [was] in {bitterness} of soul, and
prayed unto the LORD, and wept sore.

bitterness Behold, for peace I had great

but thou hast in love to my soul [delivered it] from the pit of
corruption: for thou hast cast all my sins behind thy back.
bitterness The ways of Zion do mourn, because none
come to
the solemn feasts: all her gates are desolate: her priests sigh,
her
virgins are afflicted, and she [is] in {bitterness}.
bitterness He hath filled me with {bitterness}, he

made me drunken with wormwood.
bitterness So the spirit lifted me up, and took me
away,
and I went in {bitterness}, in the heat of my spirit; but the

of the LORD was strong upon me.

ly [son], and shall be in bitterness for him, as one that is in
{bitterness} for [his] firstborn.
bitterness And I will pour upon the house of David,
