anguish And they said one to another, We [are] verily

guilty concerning our brother, in that we saw the {anguish} of
his

soul, when he besought us, and we would not hear; therefore is
this

distress come upon us.

anguish And Moses spake so unto the children of Israel:

but they hearkened not unto Moses for {anguish} of spirit, and
for

cruel bondage.

anguish This day will I begin to put the dread of thee

and the fear of thee upon the nations [that are] under the whole

heaven, who shall hear report of thee, and shall tremble, and be
in

{anguish} because of thee.

anguish <2SA1 -9> He said unto me again, Stand, I pray thee, upon

me, and slay me: for {anguish} is come upon me, because my life
[is]

yet whole in me.

anguish Therefore I will not refrain my mouth; I will

speak in the {anguish} of my spirit; I will complain in the

bitterness of my soul.

anguish Trouble and {anguish} shall make him afraid;

they shall prevail against him, as a king ready to the battle.

anguish Trouble and {anguish} have taken hold on
me:

[yet] thy commandments [are] my delights.

anguish When your fear cometh as desolation, and your

destruction cometh as a whirlwind; when distress and {anguish}

cometh upon you.

anguish And they shall look unto the earth; and behold

trouble and darkness, dimness of {anguish}; and [they shall be]

driven to darkness.

anguish The burden of the beasts of the south: into
the

land of trouble and {anguish}, from whence [come] the young and
old

lion, the viper and fiery flying serpent, they will carry their

riches upon the shoulders of young asses, and their trea

sures upon the bunches of camels, to a people [that] shall not

profit [them].

anguish For I have heard a voice as of a woman in

travail, [and] the {anguish} as of her that bringeth forth her
first

child, the voice of the daughter of Zion, [that] bewaileth
herself,

[that] spreadeth her hands, [saying], Woe [is] me now! fo

r my soul is wearied because of murderers.

anguish We have heard the fame thereof: our hands wax

feeble: {anguish} hath taken hold of us, [and] pain, as of a
woman

in travail.

anguish Damascus is waxed feeble, [and] turneth
herself

to flee, and fear hath seized on [her]: {anguish} and sorrows
have

taken her, as a woman in travail.

anguish The king of Babylon hath heard the report of

them, and his hands waxed feeble: {anguish} took hold of him,
[and]

pangs as of a woman in travail.

anguish A woman when she is in travail hath sorrow,

because her hour is come: but as soon as she is delivered of the

child, she remembereth no more the {anguish}, for joy that a man
is

born into the world.

anguish Tribulation and {anguish}, upon every soul of
man

that doeth evil, of the Jew first, and also of the Gentile;

anguish <2CO2 -4> For out of much affliction and {anguish} of
heart

I wrote unto you with many tears; not that ye should be grieved,
but

that ye might know the love which I have more abundantly unto
you.
