midianites <GEN37 -28> Then there passed by {Midianites} merchantmen; and they drew and lifted up Joseph out of the pit, and sold Joseph to the Ishmeelites for twenty [pieces] of silver: and they brought Joseph into Egypt.

midianites <GEN37 -36> And the {Midianites} sold him into Egypt unto Potiphar, an officer of Pharaoh's, [and] captain of the guard.

midianites <NUM25 -17> Vex the {Midianites}, and smite them:

midianites <JUG6 -11> And there came an angel of the LORD, and sat under an oak which [was] in Ophrah, that [pertained] unto Joash the Abiezrite: and his son Gideon threshed wheat by the winepress, to hide [it] from the {Midianites}.

midianites <JUG6 -13> And Gideon said unto him, Oh my Lord, if the LORD be with us, why then is all this befallen us? and where [be] all his miracles which our fathers told us of, saying, Did not the LORD bring us up from Egypt? but now the LORD hath fors

aken us, and delivered us into the hands of the {Midianites}.

midianites <JUG6 -14> And the LORD looked upon him, and said, Go in this thy might, and thou shalt save Israel from the hand of the {Midianites}: have not I sent thee?

midianites <JUG6 -16> And the LORD said unto him, Surely I will be with thee, and thou shalt smite the {Midianites} as one man.

midianites <JUG6 -33> Then all the {Midianites} and the Amalekites and the children of the east were gathered together, and went over, and pitched in the valley of Jezreel.

midianites <JUG7 -1> Then Jerubbaal, who [is] Gideon, and all the people that [were] with him, rose up early, and pitched beside the well of Harod: so that the host of the {Midianites} were on the north side of them, by the hill of Moreh, in the valley.

midianites <JUG7 -2> And the LORD said unto Gideon, The people that [are] with thee [are] too many for me to give the {Midianites} into their hands, lest Israel vaunt themselves against me, saying, Mine own hand hath saved me.

midianites <JUG7 -7> And the LORD said unto Gideon, By the three hundred men that lapped will I save you, and deliver the {Midianites} into thine hand: and let all the [other] people go every man unto his place.

midianites <JUG7 -12> And the {Midianites} and the Amalekites and all the children of the east lay along in the valley like grasshoppers for multitude; and their camels [were] without number, as the sand by the sea side for multitude.

midianites <JUG7 -23> And the men of Israel gathered themselves together out of Naphtali, and out of Asher, and out of all Manasseh, and pursued after the {Midianites}.

midianites <JUG7 -24> And Gideon sent messengers throughout all mount Ephraim, saying, Come down against the {Midianites}, and take before them the waters unto Bethbarah and Jordan. Then all the men of Ephraim gathered themselves together, and took the wa

ters unto Bethbarah and Jordan.

midianites <JUG7 -25> And they took two princes of the {Midianites}, Oreb and Zeeb; and they slew Oreb upon the rock Oreb, and Zeeb they slew at the winepress of Zeeb, and pursued Midian, and brought the heads of Oreb and Zeeb to Gideon on the other side

midianites <JUG8 -1> And the men of Ephraim said unto him, Why hast thou served us thus, that thou calledst us not, when thou wentest to fight with the {Midianites}? And they did chide with him sharply.
