and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did

 eat.

wise <GEN41 -8> And it came to pass in the morning that his

wise <GEN41 -33> Now therefore let Pharaoh look out a man

discreet and {wise}, and set him over the land of Egypt.

wise <GEN41 -39> And Pharaoh said unto Joseph, Forasmuch as God

hath showed thee all this, [there is] none so discreet and

{wise} as thou [art]:

the son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan: and in the hearts of

all that are {wise} hearted I have put wisdom, that they may

make all that I have commanded thee;

wise <EXO35 -10> And every {wise} hearted among you shall come,

and make all that the LORD hath commanded;

wise <EXO35 -25> And all the women that were {wise} hearted did

spin with their hands, and brought that which they had spun,

[both] of blue, and of purple, [and] of scarlet, and of fine

wise <DEU1 -15> So I took the chief of your tribes, {wise} men,

and known, and made them heads over you, captains over thousands,

unto the remnant of these nations, [even] these that remain

among you, and shall make marriages with them, and go in unto

to thee doth it appertain: forasmuch as among all the {wise}

[men] of the nations, and in all their kingdoms, [there is] none

wise <JER18 -18> Then said they, Come, and let us devise devices

and let us smite him with the tongue, and let us not give he

ed to any of his words.

wise <JER50 -35> A sword [is] upon the Chaldeans, saith the LORD,

slain.

wise <DAN2 -14> Then Daniel answered with counsel and wisdom to

Arioch the captain of the king's guard, which was gone forth to

slay the {wise} [men] of Babylon:

wise <DAN2 -18> That they would desire mercies of the God of

heaven concerning this secret; that Daniel and his fellows

should not perish with the rest of the {wise} [men] of Babylon.

wise <DAN2 -21> And he changeth the times and the seasons: he

removeth kings, and setteth up kings: he giveth wisdom unto the

{wise}, and knowledge to them that know understanding:

wise <DAN2 -24> Therefore Daniel went in unto Arioch, whom the

king had ordained to destroy the wise [men] of Babylon: he went

and said thus unto him; Destroy not the {wise} [men] of Babylon:

bring me in before the king, and I will show unto the king the

interpretation.

wise <DAN2 -24> Therefore Daniel went in unto Arioch, whom the

king had ordained to destroy the {wise} [men] of Babylon: he

went and said thus unto him; Destroy not the wise [men] of

Babylon: bring me in before the king, and I will show unto the

king the

interpretation.

wise <DAN2 -27> Daniel answered in the presence of the king, and

said, The secret which the king hath demanded cannot the {wise}

[men], the astrologers, the magicians, the soothsayers, show

unto the king;

wise <DAN2 -48> Then the king made Daniel a great man, and gave

him many great gifts, and made him ruler over the whole province

of Babylon, and chief of the governors over all the {wise} [men]

of Babylon.

wise <DAN4 -6> Therefore made I a decree to bring in all the

{wise} [men] of Babylon before me, that they might make known

unto me the interpretation of the dream.

wise <DAN4 -18> This dream I king Nebuchadnezzar have seen. Now

thou, O Belteshazzar, declare the interpretation thereof,

forasmuch as all the {wise} [men] of my kingdom are not able to

make known unto me the interpretation: but thou [art] able; for

the s

pirit of the holy gods [is] in thee.

wise <DAN5 -7> The king cried aloud to bring in the astrologers,

the Chaldeans, and the soothsayers. [And] the king spake, and

said to the {wise} [men] of Babylon, Whosoever shall read this

writing, and show me the interpretation thereof, shall be clothed

with scarlet, and [have] a chain of gold about his neck, and

shall be the third ruler in the kingdom.

wise <DAN5 -8> Then came in all the king's {wise} [men]: but

they could not read the writing, nor make known to the king the

interpretation thereof.

wise <DAN5 -15> And now the {wise} [men], the astrologers, have

been brought in before me, that they should read this writing,

and make known unto me the interpretation thereof: but they

could not show the interpretation of the thing:

wise <DAN12 -3> And they that be {wise} shall shine as the

brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to

righteousness as the stars for ever and ever.

wise <DAN12 -10> Many shall be purified, and made white, and

tried; but the wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked

shall understand; but the {wise} shall understand.

wise <HOS14 -9> Who [is] {wise}, and he shall understand these

[things]? prudent, and he shall know them? for the ways of the

LORD [are] right, and the just shall walk in them: but the

transgressors shall fall therein.

wise <OBA1 -8> Shall I not in that day, saith the LORD, even

destroy the {wise} [men] out of Edom, and understanding out of

the mount of Esau?

wise <ZEC9 -2> And Hamath also shall border thereby; Tyrus, and

Zidon, though it be very {wise}.

wise <MAT1 -18> Now the birth of Jesus Christ was on this {wise}:

When as his mother Mary was espoused to Joseph, before they

came together, she was found with child of the Holy Ghost.

wise <MAT2 -1> Now when Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judaea in

the days of Herod the king, behold, there came {wise} men from

the east to Jerusalem,

wise <MAT2 -7> Then Herod, when he had privily called the {wise}

men, inquired of them diligently what time the star appeared.

wise <MAT2 -16> Then Herod, when he saw that he was mocked of

the wise men, was exceeding wroth, and sent forth, and slew all

the children that were in Bethlehem, and in all the coasts

thereof, from two years old and under, according to the time

which he

had diligently inquired of the {wise} men.

wise <MAT2 -16> Then Herod, when he saw that he was mocked of

the {wise} men, was exceeding wroth, and sent forth, and slew

all the children that were in Bethlehem, and in all the coasts

thereof, from two years old and under, according to the time

which h

e had diligently inquired of the wise men.

wise <MAT5 -18> For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth

pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no {wise} pass from the law,

 till all be fulfilled.

wise <MAT7 -24> Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of

mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a {wise} man, which

built his house upon a rock:

wise <MAT10 -16> Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst

of wolves: be ye therefore {wise} as serpents, and harmless as

doves.

wise <MAT10 -42> And whosoever shall give to drink unto one of

these little ones a cup of cold [water] only in the name of a

disciple, verily I say unto you, he shall in no {wise} lose his

reward.

wise <MAT11 -25> At that time Jesus answered and said, I thank

thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because thou hast hid

these things from the {wise} and prudent, and hast revealed them

unto babes.

wise <MAT21 -24> And Jesus answered and said unto them, I also

will ask you one thing, which if ye tell me, I in like {wise}

will tell you by what authority I do these things.

wise <MAT23 -34> Wherefore, behold, I send unto you prophets,

and {wise} men, and scribes: and [some] of them ye shall kill

and crucify; and [some] of them shall ye scourge in your

synagogues, and persecute [them] from city to city:

wise <MAT24 -45> Who then is a faithful and {wise} servant, whom

his lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat

in due season?

wise <MAT25 -2> And five of them were {wise}, and five [were]

foolish.

wise <MAT25 -4> But the {wise} took oil in their vessels with

their lamps.

wise <MAT25 -8> And the foolish said unto the {wise}, Give us of

your oil; for our lamps are gone out.

wise <MAT25 -9> But the {wise} answered, saying, [Not so]; lest

there be not enough for us and you: but go ye rather to them

that sell, and buy for yourselves.

wise <MAR14 -31> But he spake the more vehemently, If I should

die with thee, I will not deny thee in any {wise}. Likewise also

said they all.

wise <LUK10 -21> In that hour Jesus rejoiced in spirit, and said,

I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that thou

hast hid these things from the {wise} and prudent, and hast

revealed them unto babes: even so, Father; for so it seemed good

in t

hy sight.

wise <LUK12 -42> And the Lord said, Who then is that faithful

and {wise} steward, whom his] lord shall make ruler over his

household, to give them their] portion of meat in due season?

wise <LUK13 -11> And, behold, there was a woman which had a

spirit of infirmity eighteen years, and was bowed together, and

could in no {wise} lift up herself].

wise <LUK18 -17> Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not

receive the kingdom of God as a little child shall in no {wise}

enter therein.

wise <JOH6 -37> All that the Father giveth me shall come to me;

and him that cometh to me I will in no {wise} cast out.

wise <JOH21 -1> After these things Jesus showed himself again to

the disciples at the sea of Tiberias; and on this {wise} showed

he himself].

wise <ACT7 -6> And God spake on this {wise}, That his seed

should sojourn in a strange land; and that they should bring

them into bondage, and entreat them] evil four hundred years.

wise <ACT13 -34> And as concerning that he raised him up from

the dead, now] no more to return to corruption, he said on this

{wise}, I will give you the sure mercies of David.

wise <ACT13 -41> Behold, ye despisers, and wonder, and perish:

for I work a work in your days, a work which ye shall in no

{wise} believe, though a man declare it unto you.

wise <ROM1 -14> I am debtor both to the Greeks, and to the

Barbarians; both to the {wise}, and to the unwise.

wise <ROM1 -22> Professing themselves to be {wise}, they became

fools,

wise <ROM3 -9> What then? are we better than they]? No, in no

{wise}: for we have before proved both Jews and Gentiles, that

they are all under sin;

wise <ROM10 -6> But the righteousness which is of faith speaketh

on this {wise}, Say not in thine heart, Who shall ascend into

heaven? that is, to bring Christ down from above]:)

wise <ROM11 -25> For I would not, brethren, that ye should be

ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be {wise} in your own

conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until

the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.

wise <ROM12 -16> Be] of the same mind one toward another. Mind

not high things, but condescend to men of low estate. Be not

{wise} in your own conceits.

wise <ROM16 -19> For your obedience is come abroad unto all men].

I am glad therefore on your behalf: but yet I would have you

{wise} unto that which is good, and simple concerning evil.

wise <ROM16 -27> To God only {wise}, be] glory through Jesus

Christ for ever. Amen.

wise <1CO1 -19> For it is written, I will destroy the wisdom of

the {wise}, and will bring to nothing the understanding of the

prudent.

wise <1CO1 -20> Where is] the {wise}? where is] the scribe?

where is] the disputer of this world? hath not God made foolish

the wisdom of this world?

wise <1CO1 -26> For ye see your calling, brethren, how that not

many {wise} men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble,

 are called]:

wise <1CO1 -27> But God hath chosen the foolish things of the

world to confound the {wise}; and God hath chosen the weak

things of the world to confound the things which are mighty;

wise <1CO3 -10> According to the grace of God which is given

unto me, as a {wise} masterbuilder, I have laid the foundation,

and another buildeth thereon. But let every man take heed how he

buildeth thereupon.

wise <1CO3 -18> Let no man deceive himself. If any man among you

seemeth to be {wise} in this world, let him become a fool, that

he may be wise.

wise <1CO3 -18> Let no man deceive himself. If any man among you

seemeth to be wise in this world, let him become a fool, that he

may be {wise}.

wise <1CO3 -19> For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with

God. For it is written, He taketh the {wise} in their own

craftiness.

wise <1CO3 -20> And again, The Lord knoweth the thoughts of the

{wise}, that they are vain.

wise <1CO4 -10> We are] fools for Christ's sake, but ye are]

{wise} in Christ; we are] weak, but ye are] strong; ye are]

honourable, but we are] despised.

wise <1CO6 -5> I speak to your shame. Is it so, that there is

not a {wise} man among you? no, not one that shall be able to

judge between his brethren?

wise <1CO10 -15> I speak as to {wise} men; judge ye what I say.

wise <2CO10 -12> For we dare not make ourselves of the number,

or compare ourselves with some that commend themselves: but they

measuring themselves by themselves, and comparing themselves

among themselves, are not {wise}.

wise <2CO11 -19> For ye suffer fools gladly, seeing ye

yourselves] are {wise}.

wise <EPH5 -15> See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as

fools, but as {wise},

wise <1TI1 -17> Now unto the King eternal, immortal, invisible,

the only {wise} God, be] honour and glory for ever and ever.

Amen.

wise <2TI3 -15> And that from a child thou hast known the holy

scriptures, which are able to make thee {wise} unto salvation

through faith which is in Christ Jesus.

wise <HEB4 -4> For he spake in a certain place of the seventh

day] on this {wise}, And God did rest the seventh day from all

his works.

wise <JAM3 -13> Who is] a {wise} man and endued with knowledge

among you? let him show out of a good conversation his works

with meekness of wisdom.

wise <JUD1 -25> To the only {wise} God our Saviour, be] glory

and majesty, dominion and power, both now and for ever. Amen.

wise <REV21 -27> And there shall in no {wise} enter into it any

thing that defileth, neither whatsoever] worketh abomination, or

maketh] a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb's book of

life.
