thirsted <EXO17 -3> And the people {thirsted} there for water;

and

the people murmured against Moses, and said, Wherefore [is] this

[that] thou hast brought us up out of Egypt, to kill us and our

children and our cattle with thirst?

thirsted <ISA48 -21> And they {thirsted} not [when] he led them

through the deserts: he caused the waters to flow out of the rock

for them: he clave the rock also, and the waters gushed out.
