mamre <GEN13 -18> Then Abram removed [his] tent, and came and

dwelt

in the plain of {Mamre}, which [is] in Hebron, and built there an

altar unto the LORD.

mamre <GEN14 -13> And there came one that had escaped, and told

Abram the Hebrew; for he dwelt in the plain of {Mamre} the

Amorite,

brother of Eshcol, and brother of Aner: and these [were]

confederate

with Abram.

mamre <GEN14 -24> Save only that which the young men have eaten,

and

the portion of the men which went with me, Aner, Eshcol, and

{Mamre}; let them take their portion.

mamre <GEN18 -1> And the LORD appeared unto him in the plains of

{Mamre}: and he sat in the tent door in the heat of the day;

mamre <GEN23 -17> And the field of Ephron, which [was] in

Machpelah,

which [was] before {Mamre}, the field, and the cave which [was]

therein, and all the trees that [were] in the field, that [were]

in

all the borders round about, were made sure

mamre <GEN23 -19> And after this, Abraham buried Sarah his wife

in

the cave of the field of Machpelah before {Mamre}: the same [is]

Hebron in the land of Canaan.

mamre <GEN25 -9> And his sons Isaac and Ishmael buried him in the

cave of Machpelah, in the field of Ephron the son of Zohar the

Hittite, which [is] before {Mamre};

mamre <GEN35 -27> And Jacob came unto Isaac his father unto

{Mamre},

unto the city of Arbah, which [is] Hebron, where Abraham and

Isaac

sojourned.

mamre <GEN49 -30> In the cave that [is] in the field of

Machpelah,

which [is] before {Mamre}, in the land of Canaan, which Abraham

bought with the field of Ephron the Hittite for a possession of a

buryingplace.

mamre <GEN50 -13> For his sons carried him into the land of

Canaan,

and buried him in the cave of the field of Machpelah, which

Abraham

bought with the field for a possession of a buryingplace of

Ephron

the Hittite, before {Mamre}.
