{make} you a graven image, [or] the likeness of any [thing],

which the LORD thy God hath forbidden thee.

make <DEU4 -25> When thou shalt beget children, and children's

children, and ye shall have remained long in the land, and shall

corrupt [yourselves], and {make} a graven image, [or] the

likeness of any [thing], and shall do evil in the sight of the

LORD t

hy God, to provoke him to anger:

make <DEU5 -8> Thou shalt not {make} thee [any] graven image,

[or] any likeness [of any thing] that [is] in heaven above, or

that [is] in the earth beneath, or that [is] in the waters

beneath the earth:

make <DEU7 -2> And when the LORD thy God shall deliver them

before thee; thou shalt smite them, [and] utterly destroy them;

thou shalt {make} no covenant with them, nor show mercy unto

them:

make <DEU7 -3> Neither shalt thou {make} marriages with them;

thy daughter thou shalt not give unto his son, nor his daughter

shalt thou take unto thy son.

make <DEU8 -3> And he humbled thee, and suffered thee to hunger,

and fed thee with manna, which thou knewest not, neither did thy

fathers know; that he might {make} thee know that man doth not

live by bread only, but by every [word] that proceedeth out of

the mouth of the LORD doth man live.

make <DEU9 -14> Let me alone, that I may destroy them, and blot

out their name from under heaven: and I will {make} of thee a

nation mightier and greater than they.

make <DEU10 -1> At that time the LORD said unto me, Hew thee two

tables of stone like unto the first, and come up unto me into

the mount, and {make} thee an ark of wood.

make <DEU13 -14> Then shalt thou inquire, and {make} search, and

ask diligently; and, behold, [if it be] truth, [and] the thing

certain, [that] such abomination is wrought among you;

make <DEU14 -1> Ye [are] the children of the LORD your God: ye

shall not cut yourselves, nor {make} any baldness between your

eyes for the dead.

make <DEU15 -1> At the end of [every] seven years thou shalt

{make} a release.

make <DEU16 -18> Judges and officers shalt thou {make} thee in

all thy gates, which the LORD thy God giveth thee, throughout

thy tribes: and they shall judge the people with just judgment.

make <DEU16 -21> Thou shalt not plant thee a grove of any trees

near unto the altar of the LORD thy God, which thou shalt {make}

thee.

make <DEU19 -18> And the judges shall {make} diligent

inquisition: and, behold, [if] the witness [be] a false witness,

[and] hath testified falsely against his brother;

make <DEU20 -9> And it shall be, when the officers have made an

end of speaking unto the people, that they shall {make} captains

of the armies to lead the people.

make <DEU20 -11> And it shall be, if it {make} thee answer of

peace, and open unto thee, then it shall be, [that] all the

people [that is] found therein shall be tributaries unto thee,

and they shall serve thee.

make <DEU20 -12> And if it will {make} no peace with thee, but

will make war against thee, then thou shalt besiege it:

make <DEU20 -12> And if it will make no peace with thee, but

will {make} war against thee, then thou shalt besiege it:

make <DEU21 -14> And it shall be, if thou have no delight in her,

then thou shalt let her go whither she will; but thou shalt not

sell her at all for money, thou shalt not {make} merchandise of

her, because thou hast humbled her.

make <DEU21 -16> Then it shall be, when he maketh his sons to

inherit [that] which he hath, [that] he may not {make} the son

of the beloved firstborn before the son of the hated, [which is

indeed] the firstborn:

make <DEU22 -8> When thou buildest a new house, then thou shalt

{make} a battlement for thy roof, that thou bring not blood upon

thine house, if any man fall from thence.

make <DEU22 -12> Thou shalt {make} thee fringes upon the four

quarters of thy vesture, wherewith thou coverest [thyself].

make <DEU26 -19> And to {make} thee high above all nations which

he hath made, in praise, and in name, and in honour; and that

thou mayest be an holy people unto the LORD thy God, as he hath

spoken.

make <DEU28 -11> And the LORD shall {make} thee plenteous in

goods, in the fruit of thy body, and in the fruit of thy cattle,

and in the fruit of thy ground, in the land which the LORD sware

unto thy fathers to give thee.

make <DEU28 -13> And the LORD shall {make} thee the head, and

not the tail; and thou shalt be above only, and thou shalt not

be beneath; if that thou hearken unto the commandments of the

LORD thy God, which I command thee this day, to observe and to

do [t

hem]:

make <DEU28 -21> The LORD shall {make} the pestilence cleave

unto thee, until he have consumed thee from off the land,

whither thou goest to possess it.

make <DEU28 -24> The LORD shall {make} the rain of thy land

powder and dust: from heaven shall it come down upon thee, until

thou be destroyed.

make <DEU28 -59> Then the LORD will {make} thy plagues wonderful,

and the plagues of thy seed, [even] great plagues, and of long

continuance, and sore sicknesses, and of long continuance.

make <DEU29 -1> These [are] the words of the covenant, which the

LORD commanded Moses to {make} with the children of Israel in

the land of Moab, beside the covenant which he made with them in

Horeb.

make <DEU29 -14> Neither with you only do I {make} this covenant

and this oath;

make <DEU30 -9> And the LORD thy God will {make} thee plenteous

in every work of thine hand, in the fruit of thy body, and in

the fruit of thy cattle, and in the fruit of thy land, for good:

for the LORD will again rejoice over thee for good, as he rejoic

ed over thy fathers:

make <DEU32 -26> I said, I would scatter them into corners, I

would {make} the remembrance of them to cease from among men:

make <DEU32 -35> To me [belongeth] vengeance, and recompense;

their foot shall slide in [due] time: for the day of their

calamity [is] at hand, and the things that shall come upon them

{make} haste.

make <DEU32 -39> See now that I, [even] I, [am] he, and [there

is] no god with me: I kill, and I {make} alive; I wound, and I

heal: neither [is there any] that can deliver out of my hand.

make <DEU32 -42> I will {make} mine arrows drunk with blood, and

my sword shall devour flesh; [and that] with the blood of the

slain and of the captives, from the beginning of revengers upon

the enemy.

make <JOS1 -8> This book of the law shall not depart out of thy

mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou

mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein:

for then thou shalt {make} thy way prosperous, and then thou sha

lt have good success.

make <JOS5 -2> At that time the LORD said unto Joshua, {Make}

thee sharp knives, and circumcise again the children of Israel

the second time.

make <JOS6 -5> And it shall come to pass, that when they {make}

a long [blast] with the ram's horn, [and] when ye hear the sound

of the trumpet, all the people shall shout with a great shout;

and the wall of the city shall fall down flat, and the people s

hall ascend up every man straight before him.

make <JOS6 -10> And Joshua had commanded the people, saying, Ye

shall not shout, nor {make} any noise with your voice, neither

shall [any] word proceed out of your mouth, until the day I bid

you shout; then shall ye shout.

make <JOS6 -18> And ye, in any wise keep [yourselves] from the

accursed thing, lest ye make [yourselves] accursed, when ye take

of the accursed thing, and {make} the camp of Israel a curse,

and trouble it.

make <JOS6 -18> And ye, in any wise keep [yourselves] from the

accursed thing, lest ye {make} [yourselves] accursed, when ye

take of the accursed thing, and make the camp of Israel a curse,

and trouble it.

make <JOS7 -3> And they returned to Joshua, and said unto him,

Let not all the people go up; but let about two or three

thousand men go up and smite Ai; [and] {make} not all the people

to labour thither; for they [are but] few.

make <JOS7 -19> And Joshua said unto Achan, My son, give, I pray

thee, glory to the LORD God of Israel, and {make} confession

unto him; and tell me now what thou hast done; hide [it] not

from me.

make <JOS9 -6> And they went to Joshua unto the camp at Gilgal,

and said unto him, and to the men of Israel, We be come from a

far country: now therefore {make} ye a league with us.

make <JOS9 -7> And the men of Israel said unto the Hivites,

Peradventure ye dwell among us; and how shall we {make} a league

with you?

make <JOS9 -11> Wherefore our elders and all the inhabitants of

our country spake to us, saying, Take victuals with you for the

journey, and go to meet them, and say unto them, We [are] your

servants: therefore now {make} ye a league with us.

make <JOS22 -25> For the LORD hath made Jordan a border between

us and you, ye children of Reuben and children of Gad; ye have

no part in the LORD: so shall your children {make} our children

cease from fearing the LORD.

make <JOS23 -7> That ye come not among these nations, these that

remain among you; neither {make} mention of the name of their

gods, nor cause to swear [by them], neither serve them, nor bow

yourselves unto them:

make <JOS23 -12> Else if ye do in any wise go back, and cleave

unto the remnant of these nations, [even] these that remain

among you, and shall {make} marriages with them, and go in unto

them, and they to you:

make <JUG2 -2> And ye shall {make} no league with the

inhabitants of this land; ye shall throw down their altars: but

ye have not obeyed my voice: why have ye done this?

make <JUG9 -48> And Abimelech gat him up to mount Zalmon, he and

all the people that [were] with him; and Abimelech took an ax in

his hand, and cut down a bough from the trees, and took it, and

laid [it] on his shoulder, and said unto the people that [wer

e] with him, What ye have seen me do, {make} haste, [and] do as

I [have done].

make <JUG16 -25> And it came to pass, when their hearts were

merry, that they said, Call for Samson, that he may {make} us

sport. And they called for Samson out of the prison house; and

he made them sport: and they set him between the pillars.

make <JUG17 -3> And when he had restored the eleven hundred

[shekels] of silver to his mother, his mother said, I had wholly

dedicated the silver unto the LORD from my hand for my son, to

{make} a graven image and a molten image: now therefore I will

rest

ore it unto thee.

make <JUG20 -38> Now there was an appointed sign between the men

of Israel and the liers in wait, that they should {make} a great

flame with smoke rise up out of the city.

make <RUT3 -3> Wash thy self therefore, and anoint thee, and put

thy raiment upon thee, and get thee down to the floor: [but]

{make} not thyself known unto the man, until he shall have done

eating and drinking.

make <RUT4 -11> And all the people that [were] in the gate, and

the elders, said, [We are] witnesses. The LORD {make} the woman

that is come into thine house like Rachel and like Leah, which

two did build the house of Israel: and do thou worthily in Ephra

tah, and be famous in Bethlehem:

make <1SA1 -6> And her adversary also provoked her sore, for to

{make} her fret, because the LORD had shut up her womb.

make <1SA2 -8> He raiseth up the poor out of the dust, [and]

lifteth up the beggar from the dunghill, to set [them] among

princes, and to {make} them inherit the throne of glory: for the

pillars of the earth [are] the LORD's, and he hath set the world

upo

n them.

make <1SA2 -24> Nay, my sons; for [it is] no good report that I

hear: ye {make} the LORD's people to transgress.

make <1SA2 -29> Wherefore kick ye at my sacrifice and at mine

offering, which I have commanded [in my] habitation; and

honourest thy sons above me, to {make} yourselves fat with the

chiefest of all the offerings of Israel my people?

make <1SA3 -12> In that day I will perform against Eli all

[things] which I have spoken concerning his house: when I begin,

I will also {make} an end.

make <1SA6 -5> Wherefore ye shall {make} images of your emerods,

and images of your mice that mar the land; and ye shall give

glory unto the God of Israel: peradventure he will lighten his

hand from off you, and from off your gods, and from off your

land.

make <1SA6 -7> Now therefore {make} a new cart, and take two

milch kine, on which there hath come no yoke, and tie the kine

to the cart, and bring their calves home from them:

make <1SA8 -5> And said unto him, Behold, thou art old, and thy

sons walk not in thy ways: now {make} us a king to judge us like

all the nations.

make <1SA8 -12> And he will appoint him captains over thousands,

and captains over fifties; and [will set them] to ear his ground,

and to reap his harvest, and to {make} his instruments of war,

and instruments of his chariots.

make <1SA8 -22> And the LORD said to Samuel, Hearken unto their

voice, and {make} them a king. And Samuel said unto the men of

Israel, Go ye every man unto his city.

make <1SA9 -12> And they answered them, and said, He is; behold,

[he is] before you: {make} haste now, for he came to day to the

city; for [there is] a sacrifice of the people to day in the

high place:

make <1SA11 -1> Then Nahash the Ammonite came up, and encamped

against Jabeshgilead: and all the men of Jabesh said unto Nahash,

{Make} a covenant with us, and we will serve thee.

make <1SA11 -2> And Nahash the Ammonite answered them, On this

[condition] will I {make} [a covenant] with you, that I may

thrust out all your right eyes, and lay it [for] a reproach upon

all Israel.

make <1SA12 -22> For the LORD will not forsake his people for

his great name's sake: because it hath pleased the LORD to

{make} you his people.

make <1SA13 -19> Now there was no smith found throughout all the

land of Israel: for the Philistines said, Lest the Hebrews

{make} [them] swords or spears:

make <1SA17 -25> And the men of Israel said, Have ye seen this

man that is come up? surely to defy Israel is he come up: and it

shall be, [that] the man who killeth him, the king will enrich

him with great riches, and will give him his daughter, and {make

} his father's house free in Israel.

make <1SA18 -25> And Saul said, Thus shall ye say to David, The

king desireth not any dowry, but an hundred foreskins of the

Philistines, to be avenged of the king's enemies. But Saul

thought to {make} David fall by the hand of the Philistines.

make <1SA20 -38> And Jonathan cried after the lad, {Make} speed,

haste, stay not. And Jonathan's lad gathered up the arrows, and

came to his master.

make <1SA22 -7> Then Saul said unto his servants that stood

about him, Hear now, ye Benjamites; will the son of Jesse give

every one of you fields and vineyards, [and] {make} you all

captains of thousands, and captains of hundreds;

make <1SA25 -28> I pray thee, forgive the trespass of thine

handmaid: for the LORD will certainly {make} my lord a sure

house; because my lord fighteth the battles of the LORD, and

evil hath not been found in thee [all] thy days.

make <1SA28 -2> And David said to Achish, Surely thou shalt know

what thy servant can do. And Achish said to David, Therefore

will I {make} thee keeper of mine head for ever.

make <1SA28 -15> And Samuel said to Saul, Why hast thou

disquieted me, to bring me up? And Saul answered, I am sore

distressed; for the Philistines make war against me, and God is

departed from me, and answereth me no more, neither by prophets,

nor by dre

ams: therefore I have called thee, that thou mayest {make} known

unto me what I shall do.

make <1SA28 -15> And Samuel said to Saul, Why hast thou

disquieted me, to bring me up? And Saul answered, I am sore

distressed; for the Philistines {make} war against me, and God

is departed from me, and answereth me no more, neither by

prophets, nor by d

reams: therefore I have called thee, that thou mayest make known

unto me what I shall do.

make <1SA29 -4> And the princes of the Philistines were wroth

with him; and the princes of the Philistines said unto him,

{Make} this fellow return, that he may go again to his place

which thou hast appointed him, and let him not go down with us

to battle

, lest in the battle he be an adversary to us: for wherewith

should he reconcile himself unto his master? [should it] not

[be] with the heads of these men?

make <2SA3 -12> And Abner sent messengers to David on his behalf,

saying, Whose [is] the land? saying [also], {Make} thy league

with me, and, behold, my hand [shall be] with thee, to bring

about all Israel unto thee.

make <2SA3 -13> And he said, Well; I will {make} a league with

thee: but one thing I require of thee, that is, Thou shalt not

see my face, except thou first bring Michal Saul's daughter,

when thou comest to see my face.

make <2SA3 -21> And Abner said unto David, I will arise and go,

and will gather all Israel unto my lord the king, that they may

{make} a league with thee, and that thou mayest reign over all

that thine heart desireth. And David sent Abner away; and he wen

t in peace.

make <2SA7 -11> And as since the time that I commanded judges

[to be] over my people Israel, and have caused thee to rest from

all thine enemies. Also the LORD telleth thee that he will

{make} thee an house.

make <2SA7 -21> For thy word's sake, and according to thine own

heart, hast thou done all these great things, to {make} thy

servant know [them].

make <2SA7 -23> And what one nation in the earth [is] like thy

people, [even] like Israel, whom God went to redeem for a people

to himself, and to {make} him a name, and to do for you great

things and terrible, for thy land, before thy people, which thou

redeemedst to thee from Egypt, [from] the nations and their gods?

make <2SA11 -25> Then David said unto the messenger, Thus shalt

thou say unto Joab, Let not this thing displease thee, for the

sword devoureth one as well as another: {make} thy battle more

strong against the city, and overthrow it: and encourage thou him

.

make <2SA13 -5> And Jonadab said unto him, Lay thee down on thy

bed, and {make} thyself sick: and when thy father cometh to see

thee, say unto him, I pray thee, let my sister Tamar come, and

give me meat, and dress the meat in my sight, that I may see [it

], and eat [it] at her hand.

make <2SA13 -6> So Amnon lay down, and made himself sick: and

when the king was come to see him, Amnon said unto the king, I

pray thee, let Tamar my sister come, and {make} me a couple of

cakes in my sight, that I may eat at her hand.

make <2SA15 -14> And David said unto all his servants that

[were] with him at Jerusalem, Arise, and let us flee; for we

shall not [else] escape from Absalom: {make} speed to depart,

lest he overtake us suddenly, and bring evil upon us, and smite

the city

with the edge of the sword.

make <2SA15 -20> Whereas thou camest [but] yesterday, should I

this day {make} thee go up and down with us? seeing I go whither

I may, return thou, and take back thy brethren: mercy and truth

[be] with thee.

make <2SA17 -2> And I will come upon him while he [is] weary and

weak handed, and will {make} him afraid: and all the people that

[are] with him shall flee; and I will smite the king only:

make <2SA21 -3> Wherefore David said unto the Gibeonites, What

shall I do for you? and wherewith shall I {make} the atonement,

that ye may bless the inheritance of the LORD?

make <2SA23 -5> Although my house [be] not so with God; yet he

hath made with me an everlasting covenant, ordered in all

[things], and sure: for [this is] all my salvation, and all [my]

desire, although he {make} [it] not to grow.

make <1KI1 -37> As the LORD hath been with my lord the king,

even so be he with Solomon, and {make} his throne greater than

the throne of my lord king David.

make <1KI1 -47> And moreover the king's servants came to bless

our lord king David, saying, God make the name of Solomon better

than thy name, and {make} his throne greater than thy throne.

And the king bowed himself upon the bed.

make <1KI1 -47> And moreover the king's servants came to bless

our lord king David, saying, God {make} the name of Solomon

better than thy name, and make his throne greater than thy

throne. And the king bowed himself upon the bed.

make <1KI2 -42> And the king sent and called for Shimei, and

said unto him, Did I not {make} thee to swear by the LORD, and

protested unto thee, saying, Know for a certain, on the day thou

goest out, and walkest abroad any whither, that thou shalt

surely

die? and thou saidst unto me, The word [that] I have heard [is]

good.

make <1KI8 -29> That thine eyes may be open toward this house

night and day, [even] toward the place of which thou hast said,

My name shall be there: that thou mayest hearken unto the prayer

which thy servant shall {make} toward this place.

make <1KI8 -33> When thy people Israel be smitten down before

the enemy, because they have sinned against thee, and shall turn

again to thee, and confess thy name, and pray, and {make}

supplication unto thee in this house:

make <1KI8 -47> Yet] if they shall bethink themselves in the

land whither they were carried captives, and repent, and {make}

supplication unto thee in the land of them that carried them

captives, saying, We have sinned, and have done perversely, we

have c

ommitted wickedness;

make <1KI9 -22> But of the children of Israel did Solomon {make}

no bondmen: but they [were] men of war, and his servants, and

his princes, and his captains, and rulers of his chariots, and

his horsemen.

make <1KI11 -34> Howbeit I will not take the whole kingdom out

of his hand: but I will {make} him prince all the days of his

life for David my servant's sake, whom I chose, because he kept

my commandments and my statutes:

make <1KI12 -1> And Rehoboam went to Shechem: for all Israel

were come to Shechem to {make} him king.

make <1KI12 -4> Thy father made our yoke grievous: now therefore

{make} thou the grievous service of thy father, and his heavy

yoke which he put upon us, lighter, and we will serve thee.

make <1KI12 -9> And he said unto them, What counsel give ye that

we may answer this people, who have spoken to me, saying, {Make}

the yoke which thy father did put upon us lighter?

make <1KI12 -10> And the young men that were grown up with him

spake unto him, saying, Thus shalt thou speak unto this people

that spake unto thee, saying, Thy father made our yoke heavy,

but {make} thou [it] lighter unto us; thus shalt thou say unto

them

, My little [finger] shall be thicker than my father's loins.

make <1KI16 -3> Behold, I will take away the posterity of Baasha,

and the posterity of his house; and will {make} thy house like

the house of Jeroboam the son of Nebat.

make <1KI16 -19> For his sins which he sinned in doing evil in

the sight of the LORD, in walking in the way of Jeroboam, and in

his sin which he did, to {make} Israel to sin.

make <1KI16 -21> Then were the people of Israel divided into two

parts: half of the people followed Tibni the son of Ginath, to

{make} him king; and half followed Omri.

make <1KI17 -13> And Elijah said unto her, Fear not; go [and] do

as thou hast said: but make me thereof a little cake first, and

bring [it] unto me, and after {make} for thee and for thy son.

make <1KI17 -13> And Elijah said unto her, Fear not; go [and] do

as thou hast said: but {make} me thereof a little cake first,

and bring [it] unto me, and after make for thee and for thy son.

make <1KI19 -2> Then Jezebel sent a messenger unto Elijah,

saying, So let the gods do [to me], and more also, if I {make}

not thy life as the life of one of them by to morrow about this

time.

make <1KI20 -34> And [Benhadad] said unto him, The cities, which

my father took from thy father, I will restore; and thou shalt

{make} streets for thee in Damascus, as my father made in

Samaria. Then [said Ahab], I will send thee away with this

covenant.

So he made a covenant with him, and sent him away.

make <1KI21 -22> And will {make} thine house like the house of

Jeroboam the son of Nebat, and like the house of Baasha the son

of Ahijah, for the provocation wherewith thou hast provoked [me]

to anger, and made Israel to sin.

make <2KI3 -16> And he said, Thus saith the LORD, {Make} this

valley full of ditches.

make <2KI4 -10> Let us {make} a little chamber, I pray thee, on

the wall; and let us set for him there a bed, and a table, and a

stool, and a candlestick: and it shall be, when he cometh to us,

that he shall turn in thither.

make <2KI5 -7> And it came to pass, when the king of Israel had

read the letter, that he rent his clothes, and said, [Am] I God,

to kill and to {make} alive, that this man doth send unto me to

recover a man of his leprosy? wherefore consider, I pray you,

and see how he seeketh a quarrel against me.

make <2KI6 -2> Let us go, we pray thee, unto Jordan, and take

thence every man a beam, and let us {make} us a place there,

where we may dwell. And he answered, Go ye.

make <2KI7 -2> Then a lord on whose hand the king leaned

answered the man of God, and said, Behold, [if] the LORD would

{make} windows in heaven, might this thing be? And he said,

Behold, thou shalt see [it] with thine eyes, but shalt not eat

thereof.

make <2KI7 -19> And that lord answered the man of God, and said,

Now, behold, [if] the LORD should {make} windows in heaven,

might such a thing be? And he said, Behold, thou shalt see it

with thine eyes, but shalt not eat thereof.

make <2KI9 -2> And when thou comest thither, look out there Jehu

the son of Jehoshaphat the son of Nimshi, and go in, and {make}

him arise up from among his brethren, and carry him to an inner

chamber;

make <2KI9 -9> And I will {make} the house of Ahab like the

house of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, and like the house of Baasha

the son of Ahijah:

make <2KI9 -21> And Joram said, {Make} ready. And his chariot

was made ready. And Joram king of Israel and Ahaziah king of

Judah went out, each in his chariot, and they went out against

Jehu, and met him in the portion of Naboth the Jezreelite.

make <2KI10 -5> And he that [was] over the house, and he that

[was] over the city, the elders also, and the bringers up [of

the children], sent to Jehu, saying, We [are] thy servants, and

will do all that thou shalt bid us; we will not {make} any king:

do

thou [that which is] good in thine eyes.

make <2KI18 -30> Neither let Hezekiah {make} you trust in the

LORD, saying, The LORD will surely deliver us, and this city

shall not be delivered into the hand of the king of Assyria.

make <2KI18 -31> Hearken not to Hezekiah: for thus saith the

king of Assyria, {Make} [an agreement] with me by a present, and

come out to me, and [then] eat ye every man of his own vine, and

every one of his fig tree, and drink ye every one the waters of

his cistern:

make <2KI21 -8> Neither will I {make} the feet of Israel move

any more out of the land which I gave their fathers; only if

they will observe to do according to all that I have commanded

them, and according to all the law that my servant Moses

commanded th

em.

make <2KI23 -10> And he defiled Topheth, which [is] in the

valley of the children of Hinnom, that no man might {make} his

son or his daughter to pass through the fire to Molech.

make <1CH6 -49> But Aaron and his sons offered upon the altar of

the burnt offering, and on the altar of incense, [and were

appointed] for all the work of the [place] most holy, and to

{make} an atonement for Israel, according to all that Moses the

servan

t of God had commanded.

make <1CH11 -10> These also [are] the chief of the mighty men

whom David had, who strengthened themselves with him in his

kingdom, [and] with all Israel, to {make} him king, according to

the word of the LORD concerning Israel.

make <1CH12 -31> And of the half tribe of Manasseh eighteen

thousand, which were expressed by name, to come and {make} David

king.

make <1CH12 -38> All these men of war, that could keep rank,

came with a perfect heart to Hebron, to {make} David king over

all Israel: and all the rest also of Israel [were] of one heart

to make David king.

make <1CH12 -38> All these men of war, that could keep rank,

came with a perfect heart to Hebron, to make David king over all

Israel: and all the rest also of Israel [were] of one heart to

{make} David king.

make <1CH16 -8> Give thanks unto the LORD, call upon his name,

{make} known his deeds among the people.

make <1CH16 -42> And with them Heman and Jeduthun with trumpets

and cymbals for those that should {make} a sound, and with

musical instruments of God. And the sons of Jeduthun [were]

porters.

make <1CH17 -21> And what one nation in the earth [is] like thy

people Israel, whom God went to redeem [to be] his own people,

to {make} thee a name of greatness and terribleness, by driving

out nations from before thy people, whom thou hast redeemed out

of Egypt?

make <1CH17 -22> For thy people Israel didst thou {make} thine

own people for ever; and thou, LORD, becamest their God.

make <1CH21 -3> And Joab answered, The LORD {make} his people an

hundred times so many more as they [be]: but, my lord the king,

[are] they not all my lord's servants? why then doth my lord

require this thing? why will he be a cause of trespass to Israel?

make <1CH22 -5> And David said, Solomon my son [is] young and

tender, and the house [that is] to be builded for the LORD [must

be] exceeding magnifical, of fame and of glory throughout all

countries: I will [therefore] now {make} preparation for it. So

Da

vid prepared abundantly before his death.

make <1CH28 -4> Howbeit the LORD God of Israel chose me before

all the house of my father to be king over Israel for ever: for

he hath chosen Judah [to be] the ruler; and of the house of

Judah, the house of my father; and among the sons of my father

he li

ked me to {make} [me] king over all Israel:

make <1CH29 -12> Both riches and honour [come] of thee, and thou

reignest over all; and in thine hand [is] power and might; and

in thine hand [it is] to {make} great, and to give strength unto

all.

make <2CH4 -11> And Huram made the pots, and the shovels, and

the basins. And Huram finished the work that he was to {make}

for king Solomon for the house of God;

make <2CH4 -16> The pots also, and the shovels, and the

fleshhooks, and all their instruments, did Huram his father

{make} to king Solomon for the house of the LORD of bright brass.

make <2CH5 -13> It came even to pass, as the trumpeters and

singers [were] as one, to {make} one sound to be heard in

praising and thanking the LORD; and when they lifted up [their]

voice with the trumpets and cymbals and instruments of music,

and praised

the LORD, [saying], For [he is] good; for his mercy [endureth]

for ever: that [then] the house was filled with a cloud, [even]

the house of the LORD;

make <2CH6 -21> Hearken therefore unto the supplications of thy

servant, and of thy people Israel, which they shall {make}

toward this place: hear thou from thy dwelling place, [even]

from heaven; and when thou hearest, forgive.

make <2CH6 -22> If a man sin against his neighbour, and an oath

be laid upon him to {make} him swear, and the oath come before

thine altar in this house;

make <2CH6 -24> And if thy people Israel be put to the worse

before the enemy, because they have sinned against thee; and

shall return and confess thy name, and pray and {make}

supplication before thee in this house;

make <2CH7 -11> Thus Solomon finished the house of the LORD, and

the king's house: and all that came into Solomon's heart to

{make} in the house of the LORD, and in his own house, he

prosperously effected.

make <2CH7 -20> Then will I pluck them up by the roots out of my

land which I have given them; and this house, which I have

sanctified for my name, will I cast out of my sight, and will

{make} it [to be] a proverb and a byword among all nations.

make <2CH8 -8> But] of their children, who were left after them

in the land, whom the children of Israel consumed not, them did

Solomon {make} to pay tribute until this day.

make <2CH8 -9> But of the children of Israel did Solomon {make}

no servants for his work; but they [were] men of war, and chief

of his captains, and captains of his chariots and horsemen.

make <2CH10 -1> And Rehoboam went to Shechem: for to Shechem

were all Israel come to {make} him king.

make <2CH10 -10> And the young men that were brought up with him

spake unto him, saying, Thus shalt thou answer the people that

spake unto thee, saying, Thy father made our yoke heavy, but

{make} thou [it] somewhat lighter for us; thus shalt thou say

unto

them, My little [finger] shall be thicker than my father's

loins.

make <2CH11 -22> And Rehoboam made Abijah the son of Maachah the

chief, [to be] ruler among his brethren: for [he thought] to

{make} him king.

make <2CH14 -7> Therefore he said unto Judah, Let us build these

cities, and {make} about [them] walls, and towers, gates, and

bars, [while] the land [is] yet before us; because we have

sought the LORD our God, we have sought [him], and he hath given

us r

est on every side. So they built and prospered.

make <2CH20 -36> And he joined himself with him to {make} ships

to go to Tarshish: and they made the ships in Eziongaber.

make <2CH25 -8> But if thou wilt go, do [it], be strong for the

battle: God shall {make} thee fall before the enemy: for God

hath power to help, and to cast down.

make <2CH29 -10> Now [it is] in mine heart to {make} a covenant

with the LORD God of Israel, that his fierce wrath may turn away

from us.

make <2CH29 -24> And the priests killed them, and they made

reconciliation with their blood upon the altar, to {make} an

atonement for all Israel: for the king commanded [that] the

burnt offering and the sin offering [should be made] for all

Israel.

make <2CH30 -5> So they established a decree to {make}

proclamation throughout all Israel, from Beersheba even to Dan,

that they should come to keep the passover unto the LORD God of

Israel at Jerusalem: for they had not done [it] of a long [time

in such

sort] as it was written.

make <2CH35 -21> But he sent ambassadors to him, saying, What

have I to do with thee, thou king of Judah? [I come] not against

thee this day, but against the house wherewith I have war: for

God commanded me to {make} haste: forbear thee from [meddling wit

h] God, who [is] with me, that he destroy thee not.

make <EZR5 -3> At the same time came to them Tatnai, governor on

this side the river, and Shetharboznai, and their companions,

and said thus unto them, Who hath commanded you to build this

house, and to {make} up this wall?

make <EZR5 -4> Then said we unto them after this manner, What

are the names of the men that {make} this building?

make <EZR5 -9> Then asked we those elders, [and] said unto them

thus, Who commanded you to build this house, and to {make} up

these walls?

make <EZR6 -8> Moreover I {make} a decree what ye shall do to

the elders of these Jews for the building of this house of God:

that of the king's goods, [even] of the tribute beyond the river,

forthwith expenses be given unto these men, that they be not hi

ndered.

make <EZR7 -13> I {make} a decree, that all they of the people

of Israel, and [of] his priests and Levites, in my realm, which

are minded of their own freewill to go up to Jerusalem, go with

thee.

make <EZR7 -21> And I, [even] I Artaxerxes the king, do {make} a

decree to all the treasurers which [are] beyond the river, that

whatsoever Ezra the priest, the scribe of the law of the God of

heaven, shall require of you, it be done speedily,

make <EZR10 -3> Now therefore let us {make} a covenant with our

God to put away all the wives, and such as are born of them,

according to the counsel of my lord, and of those that tremble

at the commandment of our God; and let it be done according to

the

law.

make <EZR10 -11> Now therefore {make} confession unto the LORD

God of your fathers, and do his pleasure: and separate

yourselves from the people of the land, and from the strange

wives.

make <NEH2 -4> Then the king said unto me, For what dost thou

{make} request? So I prayed to the God of heaven.

make <NEH2 -8> And a letter unto Asaph the keeper of the king's

forest, that he may give me timber to {make} beams for the gates

of the palace which [appertained] to the house, and for the wall

of the city, and for the house that I shall enter into. And t

he king granted me, according to the good hand of my God upon me.

make <NEH4 -2> And he spake before his brethren and the army of

Samaria, and said, What do these feeble Jews? will they fortify

themselves? will they sacrifice? will they {make} an end in a

day? will they revive the stones out of the heaps of the rubbish

which are burned?

make <NEH8 -12> And all the people went their way to eat, and to

drink, and to send portions, and to {make} great mirth, because

they had understood the words that were declared unto them.

make <NEH8 -15> And that they should publish and proclaim in all

their cities, and in Jerusalem, saying, Go forth unto the mount,

and fetch olive branches, and pine branches, and myrtle branches,

and palm branches, and branches of thick trees, to {make} b

ooths, as [it is] written.

make <NEH9 -38> And because of all this we {make} a sure

[covenant], and write [it]; and our princes, Levites, [and]

priests, seal [unto it].

make <NEH10 -33> For the showbread, and for the continual meat

offering, and for the continual burnt offering, of the sabbaths,

of the new moons, for the set feasts, and for the holy [things],

and for the sin offerings to {make} an atonement for Israel, a

nd [for] all the work of the house of our God.

make <EST1 -20> And when the king's decree which he shall {make}

shall be published throughout all his empire, (for it is great,)

all the wives shall give to their husbands honour, both to great

and small.

make <EST4 -8> Also he gave him the copy of the writing of the

decree that was given at Shushan to destroy them, to show [it]

unto Esther, and to declare [it] unto her, and to charge her

that she should go in unto the king, to {make} supplication unto

him

, and to make request before him for her people.

make <EST4 -8> Also he gave him the copy of the writing of the

decree that was given at Shushan to destroy them, to show [it]

unto Esther, and to declare [it] unto her, and to charge her

that she should go in unto the king, to make supplication unto

him,

and to {make} request before him for her people.

make <EST5 -5> Then the king said, Cause Haman to {make} haste,

that he may do as Esther hath said. So the king and Haman came

to the banquet that Esther had prepared.

make <EST6 -10> Then the king said to Haman, {Make} haste, [and]

take the apparel and the horse, as thou hast said, and do even

so to Mordecai the Jew, that sitteth at the king's gate: let

nothing fail of all that thou hast spoken.

make <EST7 -7> And the king arising from the banquet of wine in

his wrath [went] into the palace garden: and Haman stood up to

{make} request for his life to Esther the queen; for he saw that

there was evil determined against him by the king.

make <EST9 -22> As the days wherein the Jews rested from their

enemies, and the month which was turned unto them from sorrow to

joy, and from mourning into a good day: that they should {make}

them days of feasting and joy, and of sending portions one to a

nother, and gifts to the poor.

make <JOB5 -18> For he maketh sore, and bindeth up: he woundeth,

and his hands {make} whole.

make <JOB8 -5> If thou wouldest seek unto God betimes, and

{make} thy supplication to the Almighty;

make <JOB8 -6> If thou [wert] pure and upright; surely now he

would awake for thee, and {make} the habitation of thy

righteousness prosperous.

make <JOB9 -15> Whom, though I were righteous, [yet] would I not

answer, [but] I would {make} supplication to my judge.

make <JOB9 -30> If I wash myself with snow water, and {make} my

hands never so clean;

make <JOB11 -3> Should thy lies make men hold their peace? and

when thou mockest, shall no man {make} thee ashamed?

make <JOB11 -3> Should thy lies {make} men hold their peace? and

when thou mockest, shall no man make thee ashamed?

make <JOB11 -19> Also thou shalt lie down, and none shall {make}

[thee] afraid; yea, many shall make suit unto thee.

make <JOB11 -19> Also thou shalt lie down, and none shall make

[thee] afraid; yea, many shall {make} suit unto thee.

make <JOB13 -11> Shall not his excellency {make} you afraid? and

his dread fall upon you?

make <JOB13 -21> Withdraw thine hand far from me: and let not

thy dread {make} me afraid.

make <JOB13 -23> How many [are] mine iniquities and sins? {make}

me to know my transgression and my sin.

make <JOB15 -24> Trouble and anguish shall {make} him afraid;

they shall prevail against him, as a king ready to the battle.

make <JOB18 -2> How long [will it be ere] ye {make} an end of

words? mark, and afterwards we will speak.

make <JOB18 -11> Terrors shall {make} him afraid on every side,

and shall drive him to his feet.

make <JOB19 -3> These ten times have ye reproached me: ye are

tread [their] winepresses, and suffer thirst.

make <JOB24 -25> And if [it be] not [so] now, who will make me a

liar, and {make} my speech nothing worth?

make <JOB24 -25> And if [it be] not [so] now, who will {make} me

a liar, and make my speech nothing worth?

make <JOB28 -25> To {make} the weight for the winds; and he

weigheth the waters by measure.

neither shall my hand be heavy upon thee.

make <JOB34 -29> When he giveth quietness, who then can {make}

trouble? and when he hideth [his] face, who then can behold him?

make <JOB41 -3> Will he {make} many supplications unto thee?

will he speak soft [words] unto thee?

make <JOB41 -4> Will he {make} a covenant with thee? wilt thou

take him for a servant for ever?

make <JOB41 -6> Shall the companions {make} a banquet of him?

shall they part him among the merchants?

make <JOB41 -28> The arrow cannot {make} him flee: slingstones

are turned with him into stubble.

make <PSA5 -8> Lead me, O LORD, in thy righteousness because of

mine enemies; {make} thy way straight before my face.

make <PSA6 -6> I am weary with my groaning; all the night {make}

I my bed to swim; I water my couch with my tears.

make <PSA11 -2> For, lo, the wicked bend [their] bow, they

{make} ready their arrow upon the string, that they may privily

shoot at the upright in heart.

make <PSA21 -9> Thou shalt {make} them as a fiery oven in the

time of thine anger: the LORD shall swallow them up in his wrath,

and the fire shall devour them.

make <PSA21 -12> Therefore shalt thou {make} them turn their

back, [when] thou shalt make ready [thine arrows] upon thy

strings against the face of them.

[when] thou shalt {make} ready [thine arrows] upon thy strings

me for thy mercies' sake.

make <PSA36 -8> They shall be abundantly satisfied with the

fatness of thy house; and thou shalt {make} them drink of the

river of thy pleasures.

make <PSA38 -22> {Make} haste to help me, O Lord my salvation.

make <PSA39 -4> LORD, {make} me to know mine end, and the

[am].

make <PSA39 -8> Deliver me from all my transgressions: {make} me

not the reproach of the foolish.

make <PSA40 -13> Be pleased, O LORD, to deliver me: O LORD,

{make} haste to help me.

make <PSA40 -17> But I [am] poor and needy; [yet] the Lord

thinketh upon me: thou [art] my help and my deliverer; {make} no

tarrying, O my God.

make <PSA41 -3> The LORD will strengthen him upon the bed of

make <PSA51 -8> {Make} me to hear joy and gladness; [that] the

bones [which] thou hast broken may rejoice.

make <PSA55 -2> Attend unto me, and hear me: I mourn in my

complaint, and {make} a noise;

make <PSA57 -1> To the chief Musician, Altaschith, Michtam of

David, when he fled from Saul in the cave. Be merciful unto me,

O God, be merciful unto me: for my soul trusteth in thee: yea,

[these]

calamities be overpast.

make <PSA59 -6> They return at evening: they {make} a noise like

a dog, and go round about the city.

make <PSA59 -14> And at evening let them return; [and] let them

{make} a noise like a dog, and go round about the city.

a joyful noise unto God, all ye lands:

God: thou [art] my help and my deliverer; O LORD, {make} no

tarrying.

haste for my help.

make <PSA71 -16> I will go in the strength of the Lord GOD: I

will {make} mention of thy righteousness, [even] of thine only.

make <PSA78 -5> For he established a testimony in Jacob, and

appointed a law in Israel, which he commanded our fathers, that

unto the God of Jacob.

make <PRO22 -21> That I might {make} thee know the certainty of

the words of truth; that thou mightest answer the words of truth

to them that send unto thee?

make <PRO22 -24> {Make} no friendship with an angry man; and

with a furious man thou shalt not go:

make <PRO23 -5> Wilt thou set thine eyes upon that which is not?

for [riches] certainly {make} themselves wings; they fly away as

an eagle toward heaven.

make <PRO24 -6> For by wise counsel thou shalt {make} thy war:

and in multitude of counsellors [there is] safety.

make <PRO24 -27> Prepare thy work without, and {make} it fit for

thyself in the field; and afterwards build thine house.

make <PRO27 -11> My son, be wise, and {make} my heart glad, that

I may answer him that reproacheth me.

make <PRO30 -26> The conies [are but] a feeble folk, yet {make}

they their houses in the rocks;

make <ECC2 -24> There is] nothing better for a man, [than] that

he should eat and drink, and [that] he should {make} his soul

enjoy good in his labour. This also I saw, that it [was] from

the hand of God.

make <ECC7 -13> Consider the work of God: for who can {make}

[that] straight, which he hath made crooked?

make <ECC7 -16> Be not righteous over much; neither {make}

thyself over wise: why shouldest thou destroy thyself?

make <SON1 -11> We will {make} thee borders of gold with studs

of silver.

make <SON8 -14> {Make} haste, my beloved, and be thou like to a

roe or to a young hart upon the mountains of spices.

make <ISA1 -15> And when ye spread forth your hands, I will hide

mine eyes from you: yea, when ye {make} many prayers, I will not

hear: your hands are full of blood.

make <ISA1 -16> Wash you, {make} you clean; put away the evil of

your doings from before mine eyes; cease to do evil;

make <ISA3 -7> In that day shall he swear, saying, I will not be

an healer; for in my house [is] neither bread nor clothing:

{make} me not a ruler of the people.

make <ISA5 -19> That say, Let him {make} speed, [and] hasten his

work, that we may see [it]: and let the counsel of the Holy One

of Israel draw nigh and come, that we may know [it]!

make <ISA6 -10> Make the heart of this people fat, and {make}

their ears heavy, and shut their eyes; lest they see with their

eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their heart,

and convert, and be healed.

make <ISA6 -10> {Make} the heart of this people fat, and make

their ears heavy, and shut their eyes; lest they see with their

eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their heart,

and convert, and be healed.

make <ISA7 -6> Let us go up against Judah, and vex it, and let

us {make} a breach therein for us, and set a king in the midst

of it, [even] the son of Tabeal:

make <ISA10 -23> For the Lord GOD of hosts shall {make} a

consumption, even determined, in the midst of all the land.

make <ISA11 -3> And shall {make} him of quick understanding in

the fear of the LORD: and he shall not judge after the sight of

his eyes, neither reprove after the hearing of his ears:

make <ISA11 -15> And the LORD shall utterly destroy the tongue

of the Egyptian sea; and with his mighty wind shall he shake his

hand over the river, and shall smite it in the seven streams,

and {make} [men] go over dryshod.

make <ISA12 -4> And in that day shall ye say, Praise the LORD,

call upon his name, declare his doings among the people, {make}

mention that his name is exalted.

make <ISA13 -12> I will {make} a man more precious than fine

gold; even a man than the golden wedge of Ophir.

make <ISA13 -20> It shall never be inhabited, neither shall it

be dwelt in from generation to generation: neither shall the

Arabian pitch tent there; neither shall the shepherds {make}

their fold there.

make <ISA14 -23> I will also {make} it a possession for the

bittern, and pools of water: and I will sweep it with the besom

of destruction, saith the LORD of hosts.

make <ISA16 -3> Take counsel, execute judgment; {make} thy

shadow as the night in the midst of the noonday; hide the

outcasts; bewray not him that wandereth.

make <ISA17 -2> The cities of Aroer [are] forsaken: they shall

be for flocks, which shall lie down, and none shall {make}

[them] afraid.

make <ISA17 -11> In the day shalt thou make thy plant to grow,

and in the morning shalt thou {make} thy seed to flourish: [but]

the harvest [shall be] a heap in the day of grief and of

desperate sorrow.

make <ISA17 -11> In the day shalt thou {make} thy plant to grow,

and in the morning shalt thou make thy seed to flourish: [but]

the harvest [shall be] a heap in the day of grief and of

desperate sorrow.

make <ISA17 -12> Woe to the multitude of many people, [which]

make a noise like the noise of the seas; and to the rushing of

nations, [that] {make} a rushing like the rushing of mighty

waters!

make <ISA17 -12> Woe to the multitude of many people, [which]

{make} a noise like the noise of the seas; and to the rushing of

nations, [that] make a rushing like the rushing of mighty waters!

make <ISA19 -10> And they shall be broken in the purposes

thereof, all that {make} sluices [and] ponds for fish.

make <ISA23 -16> Take an harp, go about the city, thou harlot

that hast been forgotten; {make} sweet melody, sing many songs,

that thou mayest be remembered.

make <ISA25 -6> And in this mountain shall the LORD of hosts

{make} unto all people a feast of fat things, a feast of wines

on the lees, of fat things full of marrow, of wines on the lees

well refined.

make <ISA26 -13> O LORD our God, [other] lords beside thee have

had dominion over us: [but] by thee only will we {make} mention

of thy name.

make <ISA27 -5> Or let him take hold of my strength, [that] he

may {make} peace with me; [and] he shall make peace with me.

make <ISA27 -5> Or let him take hold of my strength, [that] he

may make peace with me; [and] he shall {make} peace with me.

make <ISA28 -9> Whom shall he teach knowledge? and whom shall he

{make} to understand doctrine? [them that are] weaned from the

milk, [and] drawn from the breasts.

make <ISA28 -16> Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD, Behold, I

lay in Zion for a foundation a stone, a tried stone, a precious

corner [stone], a sure foundation: he that believeth shall not

{make} haste.

make <ISA29 -21> That {make} a man an offender for a word, and

lay a snare for him that reproveth in the gate, and turn aside

the just for a thing of nought.

make <ISA32 -6> For the vile person will speak villany, and his

heart will work iniquity, to practice hypocrisy, and to utter

error against the LORD, to {make} empty the soul of the hungry,

and he will cause the drink of the thirsty to fail.

make <ISA32 -11> Tremble, ye women that are at ease; be troubled,

ye careless ones: strip you, and {make} you bare, and gird

[sackcloth] upon [your] loins.

make <ISA33 -1> Woe to thee that spoilest, and thou [wast] not

spoiled; and dealest treacherously, and they dealt not

treacherously with thee! when thou shalt cease to spoil, thou

shalt be spoiled; [and] when thou shalt {make} an end to deal

treacherously

, they shall deal treacherously with thee.

make <ISA34 -15> There shall the great owl {make} her nest, and

lay, and hatch, and gather under her shadow: there shall the

vultures also be gathered, every one with her mate.

make <ISA36 -15> Neither let Hezekiah {make} you trust in the

LORD, saying, The LORD will surely deliver us: this city shall

not be delivered into the hand of the king of Assyria.

make <ISA36 -16> Hearken not to Hezekiah: for thus saith the

king of Assyria, {Make} [an agreement] with me [by] a present,

and come out to me: and eat ye every one of his vine, and every

one of his fig tree, and drink ye every one the waters of his

own c

istern;

make <ISA37 -9> And he heard say concerning Tirhakah king of

Ethiopia, He is come forth to {make} war with thee. And when he

heard [it], he sent messengers to Hezekiah, saying,

make <ISA38 -12> Mine age is departed, and is removed from me as

a shepherd's tent: I have cut off like a weaver my life: he will

cut me off with pining sickness: from day [even] to night wilt

thou {make} an end of me.

make <ISA38 -13> I reckoned till morning, [that], as a lion, so

will he break all my bones: from day [even] to night wilt thou

{make} an end of me.

make <ISA38 -16> O Lord, by these [things men] live, and in all

these [things is] the life of my spirit: so wilt thou recover me,

 and {make} me to live.

make <ISA38 -19> The living, the living, he shall praise thee,

as I [do] this day: the father to the children shall {make}

known thy truth.

make <ISA40 -3> The voice of him that crieth in the wilderness,

Prepare ye the way of the LORD, {make} straight in the desert a

highway for our God.

make <ISA41 -15> Behold, I will make thee a new sharp threshing

instrument having teeth: thou shalt thresh the mountains, and

beat [them] small, and shalt {make} the hills as chaff.

make <ISA41 -15> Behold, I will {make} thee a new sharp

threshing instrument having teeth: thou shalt thresh the

mountains, and beat [them] small, and shalt make the hills as

chaff.

make <ISA41 -18> I will open rivers in high places, and

fountains in the midst of the valleys: I will {make} the

wilderness a pool of water, and the dry land springs of water.

make <ISA42 -15> I will make waste mountains and hills, and dry

up all their herbs; and I will {make} the rivers islands, and I

will dry up the pools.

make <ISA42 -15> I will {make} waste mountains and hills, and

dry up all their herbs; and I will make the rivers islands, and

I will dry up the pools.

make <ISA42 -16> And I will bring the blind by a way [that] they

knew not; I will lead them in paths [that] they have not known:

I will {make} darkness light before them, and crooked things

straight. These things will I do unto them, and not forsake them.

make <ISA42 -21> The LORD is well pleased for his righteousness'

sake; he will magnify the law, and {make} [it] honourable.

make <ISA43 -19> Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall

spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even {make} a way in

the wilderness, [and] rivers in the desert.

make <ISA44 -9> They that {make} a graven image [are] all of

them vanity; and their delectable things shall not profit; and

they [are] their own witnesses; they see not, nor know; that

they may be ashamed.

make <ISA44 -19> And none considereth in his heart, neither [is

there] knowledge nor understanding to say, I have burned part of

it in the fire; yea, also I have baked bread upon the coals

thereof; I have roasted flesh, and eaten [it]: and shall I

{make}

the residue thereof an abomination? shall I fall down to the

stock of a tree?

make <ISA45 -2> I will go before thee, and {make} the crooked

places straight: I will break in pieces the gates of brass, and

cut in sunder the bars of iron:

make <ISA45 -7> I form the light, and create darkness: I {make}

peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these [things].

make <ISA45 -14> Thus saith the LORD, The labour of Egypt, and

merchandise of Ethiopia and of the Sabeans, men of stature,

shall come over unto thee, and they shall be thine: they shall

come after thee; in chains they shall come over, and they shall

fall

down unto thee, they shall {make} supplication unto thee,

[saying], Surely God [is] in thee; and [there is] none else,

[there is] no God.

make <ISA46 -5> To whom will ye liken me, and {make} [me] equal,

and compare me, that we may be like?

make <ISA47 -2> Take the millstones, and grind meal: uncover thy

locks, {make} bare the leg, uncover the thigh, pass over the

rivers.

make <ISA48 -1> Hear ye this, O house of Jacob, which are called

by the name of Israel, and are come forth out of the waters of

Judah, which swear by the name of the LORD, and {make} mention

of the God of Israel, [but] not in truth, nor in righteousness.

make <ISA48 -15> I, [even] I, have spoken; yea, I have called

him: I have brought him, and he shall {make} his way prosperous.

make <ISA49 -11> And I will {make} all my mountains a way, and

my highways shall be exalted.

make <ISA49 -17> Thy children shall {make} haste; thy destroyers

and they that made thee waste shall go forth of thee.

make <ISA50 -2> Wherefore, when I came, [was there] no man? when

I called, [was there] none to answer? Is my hand shortened at

all, that it cannot redeem? or have I no power to deliver?

behold, at my rebuke I dry up the sea, I {make} the rivers a

wilderne

ss: their fish stinketh, because [there is] no water, and dieth

for thirst.

make <ISA50 -3> I clothe the heavens with blackness, and I

{make} sackcloth their covering.

make <ISA51 -3> For the LORD shall comfort Zion: he will comfort

all her waste places; and he will {make} her wilderness like

Eden, and her desert like the garden of the LORD; joy and

gladness shall be found therein, thanksgiving, and the voice of

melody.

make <ISA51 -4> Hearken unto me, my people; and give ear unto me,

 O my nation: for a law shall proceed from me, and I will {make}

my judgment to rest for a light of the people.

make <ISA52 -5> Now therefore, what have I here, saith the LORD,

that my people is taken away for nought? they that rule over

them {make} them to howl, saith the LORD; and my name

continually every day [is] blasphemed.

make <ISA53 -10> Yet it pleased the LORD to bruise him; he hath

put [him] to grief: when thou shalt {make} his soul an offering

for sin, he shall see [his] seed, he shall prolong [his] days,

and the pleasure of the LORD shall prosper in his hand.

make <ISA54 -3> For thou shalt break forth on the right hand and

on the left; and thy seed shall inherit the Gentiles, and {make}

the desolate cities to be inhabited.

make <ISA54 -12> And I will {make} thy windows of agates, and

thy gates of carbuncles, and all thy borders of pleasant stones.

make <ISA55 -3> Incline your ear, and come unto me: hear, and

your soul shall live; and I will {make} an everlasting covenant

with you, [even] the sure mercies of David.

make <ISA56 -7> Even them will I bring to my holy mountain, and

{make} them joyful in my house of prayer: their burnt offerings

and their sacrifices [shall be] accepted upon mine altar; for

mine house shall be called an house of prayer for all people.

make <ISA57 -4> Against whom do ye sport yourselves? against

whom {make} ye a wide mouth, [and] draw out the tongue? [are] ye

not children of transgression, a seed of falsehood,

make <ISA58 -4> Behold, ye fast for strife and debate, and to

smite with the fist of wickedness: ye shall not fast as [ye do

this] day, to {make} your voice to be heard on high.

make <ISA58 -11> And the LORD shall guide thee continually, and

satisfy thy soul in drought, and {make} fat thy bones: and thou

shalt be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water,

whose waters fail not.

make <ISA59 -7> Their feet run to evil, and they {make} haste to

shed innocent blood: their thoughts [are] thoughts of iniquity;

wasting and destruction [are] in their paths.

make <ISA60 -13> The glory of Lebanon shall come unto thee, the

fir tree, the pine tree, and the box together, to beautify the

place of my sanctuary; and I will {make} the place of my feet

glorious.

make <ISA60 -15> Whereas thou hast been forsaken and hated, so

that no man went through [thee], I will {make} thee an eternal

excellency, a joy of many generations.

make <ISA60 -17> For brass I will bring gold, and for iron I

will bring silver, and for wood brass, and for stones iron: I

will also {make} thy officers peace, and thine exactors

righteousness.

make <ISA61 -8> For I the LORD love judgment, I hate robbery for

burnt offering; and I will direct their work in truth, and I

will {make} an everlasting covenant with them.

make <ISA62 -6> I have set watchmen upon thy walls, O Jerusalem,

[which] shall never hold their peace day nor night: ye that

{make} mention of the LORD, keep not silence.

make <ISA62 -7> And give him no rest, till he establish, and

till he {make} Jerusalem a praise in the earth.

make <ISA63 -6> And I will tread down the people in mine anger,

and {make} them drunk in my fury, and I will bring down their

strength to the earth.

make <ISA63 -12> That led [them] by the right hand of Moses with

his glorious arm, dividing the water before them, to {make}

himself an everlasting name?

make <ISA63 -14> As a beast goeth down into the valley, the

Spirit of the LORD caused him to rest: so didst thou lead thy

people, to {make} thyself a glorious name.

make <ISA64 -2> As [when] the melting fire burneth, the fire

causeth the waters to boil, to {make} thy name known to thine

adversaries, [that] the nations may tremble at thy presence!

make <ISA66 -22> For as the new heavens and the new earth, which

I will {make}, shall remain before me, saith the LORD, so shall

your seed and your name remain.

make <JER4 -7> The lion is come up from his thicket, and the

destroyer of the Gentiles is on his way; he is gone forth from

his place to {make} thy land desolate; [and] thy cities shall be

laid waste, without an inhabitant.

make <JER4 -16> {Make} ye mention to the nations; behold,

publish against Jerusalem, [that] watchers come from a far

country, and give out their voice against the cities of Judah.

make <JER4 -27> For thus hath the LORD said, The whole land

shall be desolate; yet will I not {make} a full end.

make <JER4 -30> And [when] thou [art] spoiled, what wilt thou

do? Though thou clothest thyself with crimson, though thou

deckest thee with ornaments of gold, though thou rentest thy

face with painting, in vain shalt thou {make} thyself fair;

[thy] lovers

will despise thee, they will seek thy life.

make <JER5 -10> Go ye up upon her walls, and destroy; but {make}

not a full end: take away her battlements; for they [are] not

the LORD'S.

make <JER5 -14> Wherefore thus saith the LORD God of hosts,

Because ye speak this word, behold, I will {make} my words in

thy mouth fire, and this people wood, and it shall devour them.

make <JER5 -18> Nevertheless in those days, saith the LORD, I

will not {make} a full end with you.

make <JER6 -8> Be thou instructed, O Jerusalem, lest my soul

depart from thee; lest I {make} thee desolate, a land not

inhabited.

make <JER6 -26> O daughter of my people, gird [thee] with

sackcloth, and wallow thyself in ashes: {make} thee mourning,

[as for] an only son, most bitter lamentation: for the spoiler

shall suddenly come upon us.

make <JER7 -16> Therefore pray not thou for this people, neither

lift up cry nor prayer for them, neither {make} intercession to

me: for I will not hear thee.

make <JER7 -18> The children gather wood, and the fathers kindle

the fire, and the women knead [their] dough, to {make} cakes to

the queen of heaven, and to pour out drink offerings unto other

gods, that they may provoke me to anger.

make <JER9 -11> And I will make Jerusalem heaps, [and] a den of

dragons; and I will {make} the cities of Judah desolate, without

an inhabitant.

make <JER9 -11> And I will {make} Jerusalem heaps, [and] a den

of dragons; and I will make the cities of Judah desolate,

without an inhabitant.

make <JER9 -18> And let them {make} haste, and take up a wailing

for us, that our eyes may run down with tears, and our eyelids

gush out with waters.

make <JER10 -22> Behold, the noise of the bruit is come, and a

great commotion out of the north country, to {make} the cities

of Judah desolate, [and] a den of dragons.

make <JER13 -16> Give glory to the LORD your God, before he

cause darkness, and before your feet stumble upon the dark

mountains, and, while ye look for light, he turn it into the

shadow of death, [and] {make} [it] gross darkness.

make <JER15 -14> And I will {make} [thee] to pass with thine

enemies into a land [which] thou knowest not: for a fire is

kindled in mine anger, [which] shall burn upon you.

make <JER15 -20> And I will {make} thee unto this people a

fenced brazen wall: and they shall fight against thee, but they

shall not prevail against thee: for I [am] with thee to save

thee and to deliver thee, saith the LORD.

make <JER16 -6> Both the great and the small shall die in this

land: they shall not be buried, neither shall [men] lament for

them, nor cut themselves, nor {make} themselves bald for them:

make <JER16 -20> Shall a man {make} gods unto himself, and they

[are] no gods?

make <JER18 -4> And the vessel that he made of clay was marred

in the hand of the potter: so he made it again another vessel,

as seemed good to the potter to {make} [it].

make <JER18 -11> Now therefore go to, speak to the men of Judah,

and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem, saying, Thus saith the LORD;

Behold, I frame evil against you, and devise a device against

you: return ye now every one from his evil way, and {make} you

r ways and your doings good.

make <JER18 -16> To {make} their land desolate, [and] a

perpetual hissing; every one that passeth thereby shall be

astonished, and wag his head.

make <JER19 -7> And I will {make} void the counsel of Judah and

Jerusalem in this place; and I will cause them to fall by the

sword before their enemies, and by the hands of them that seek

their lives: and their carcases will I give to be meat for the

fow

ls of the heaven, and for the beasts of the earth.

make <JER19 -8> And I will {make} this city desolate, and an

hissing; every one that passeth thereby shall be astonished and

hiss because of all the plagues thereof.

make <JER19 -12> Thus will I do unto this place, saith the LORD,

and to the inhabitants thereof, and [even] {make} this city as

Tophet:

make <JER20 -4> For thus saith the LORD, Behold, I will {make}

thee a terror to thyself, and to all thy friends: and they shall

fall by the sword of their enemies, and thine eyes shall behold

[it]: and I will give all Judah into the hand of the king of Ba

bylon, and he shall carry them captive into Babylon, and shall

slay them with the sword.

make <JER20 -9> Then I said, I will not {make} mention of him,

nor speak any more in his name. But [his word] was in mine heart

as a burning fire shut up in my bones, and I was weary with

forbearing, and I could not [stay].

make <JER22 -6> For thus saith the LORD unto the king's house of

Judah; Thou [art] Gilead unto me, [and] the head of Lebanon:

[yet] surely I will {make} thee a wilderness, [and] cities

[which] are not inhabited.

make <JER23 -15> Therefore thus saith the LORD of hosts

concerning the prophets; Behold, I will feed them with wormwood,

and {make} them drink the water of gall: for from the prophets

of Jerusalem is profaneness gone forth into all the land.

make <JER23 -16> Thus saith the LORD of hosts, Hearken not unto

the words of the prophets that prophesy unto you: they {make}

you vain: they speak a vision of their own heart, [and] not out

of the mouth of the LORD.

make <JER25 -9> Behold, I will send and take all the families of

the north, saith the LORD, and Nebuchadrezzar the king of

Babylon, my servant, and will bring them against this land, and

against the inhabitants thereof, and against all these nations

round

about, and will utterly destroy them, and {make} them an

astonishment, and an hissing, and perpetual desolations.

make <JER25 -12> And it shall come to pass, when seventy years

are accomplished, [that] I will punish the king of Babylon, and

that nation, saith the LORD, for their iniquity, and the land of

the Chaldeans, and will {make} it perpetual desolations.

make <JER25 -18> To wit], Jerusalem, and the cities of Judah,

and the kings thereof, and the princes thereof, to {make} them a

desolation, an astonishment, an hissing, and a curse; as [it is]

this day;

make <JER26 -6> Then will I {make} this house like Shiloh, and

will make this city a curse to all the nations of the earth.

make <JER26 -6> Then will I make this house like Shiloh, and

will {make} this city a curse to all the nations of the earth.

make <JER27 -2> Thus saith the LORD to me; {Make} thee bonds and

yokes, and put them upon thy neck,

make <JER27 -18> But if they [be] prophets, and if the word of

the LORD be with them, let them now {make} intercession to the

LORD of hosts, that the vessels which are left in the house of

the LORD, and [in] the house of the king of Judah, and at

Jerusale

m, go not to Babylon.

make <JER28 -13> Go and tell Hananiah, saying, Thus saith the

LORD; Thou hast broken the yokes of wood; but thou shalt {make}

for them yokes of iron.

make <JER29 -17> Thus saith the LORD of hosts; Behold, I will

send upon them the sword, the famine, and the pestilence, and

will {make} them like vile figs, that cannot be eaten, they are

so evil.

make <JER29 -22> And of them shall be taken up a curse by all

the captivity of Judah which [are] in Babylon, saying, The LORD

{make} thee like Zedekiah and like Ahab, whom the king of

Babylon roasted in the fire;

make <JER30 -10> Therefore fear thou not, O my servant Jacob,

saith the LORD; neither be dismayed, O Israel: for, lo, I will

save thee from afar, and thy seed from the land of their

captivity; and Jacob shall return, and shall be in rest, and be

quiet, an

d none shall {make} [him] afraid.

make <JER30 -11> For I [am] with thee, saith the LORD, to save

thee: though I {make} a full end of all nations whither I have

scattered thee, yet will I not make a full end of thee: but I

will correct thee in measure, and will not leave thee altogether

un

punished.

make <JER30 -11> For I [am] with thee, saith the LORD, to save

thee: though I make a full end of all nations whither I have

scattered thee, yet will I not {make} a full end of thee: but I

will correct thee in measure, and will not leave thee altogether

un

punished.

make <JER30 -19> And out of them shall proceed thanksgiving and

the voice of them that {make} merry: and I will multiply them,

and they shall not be few; I will also glorify them, and they

shall not be small.

make <JER31 -4> Again I will build thee, and thou shalt be built,

O virgin of Israel: thou shalt again be adorned with thy

tabrets, and shalt go forth in the dances of them that {make}

merry.

make <JER31 -13> Then shall the virgin rejoice in the dance,

both young men and old together: for I will turn their mourning

into joy, and will comfort them, and {make} them rejoice from

their sorrow.

make <JER31 -21> Set thee up waymarks, {make} thee high heaps:

set thine heart toward the highway, [even] the way [which] thou

wentest: turn again, O virgin of Israel, turn again to these thy

cities.

make <JER31 -31> Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I

will {make} a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with

the house of Judah:

make <JER31 -33> But this [shall be] the covenant that I will

{make} with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the

LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in

their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people.

make <JER32 -40> And I will {make} an everlasting covenant with

them, that I will not turn away from them, to do them good; but

I will put my fear in their hearts, that they shall not depart

from me.

make <JER34 -17> Therefore thus saith the LORD; Ye have not

hearkened unto me, in proclaiming liberty, every one to his

brother, and every man to his neighbour: behold, I proclaim a

liberty for you, saith the LORD, to the sword, to the pestilence,

 and to

the famine; and I will {make} you to be removed into all the

kingdoms of the earth.

make <JER34 -22> Behold, I will command, saith the LORD, and

cause them to return to this city; and they shall fight against

it, and take it, and burn it with fire: and I will {make} the

cities of Judah a desolation without an inhabitant.

make <JER44 -19> And when we burned incense to the queen of

heaven, and poured out drink offerings unto her, did we {make}

her cakes to worship her, and pour out drink offerings unto her,

without our men?

make <JER46 -27> But fear not thou, O my servant Jacob, and be

not dismayed, O Israel: for, behold, I will save thee from afar

off, and thy seed from the land of their captivity; and Jacob

shall return, and be in rest and at ease, and none shall {make}

[h

im] afraid.

make <JER46 -28> Fear thou not, O Jacob my servant, saith the

LORD: for I [am] with thee; for I will make a full end of all

the nations whither I have driven thee: but I will not {make} a

full end of thee, but correct thee in measure; yet will I not

leave

 thee wholly unpunished.

make <JER46 -28> Fear thou not, O Jacob my servant, saith the

LORD: for I [am] with thee; for I will {make} a full end of all

the nations whither I have driven thee: but I will not make a

full end of thee, but correct thee in measure; yet will I not

leave

 thee wholly unpunished.

make <JER48 -26> {Make} ye him drunken: for he magnified

[himself] against the LORD: Moab also shall wallow in his vomit,

and he also shall be in derision.

make <JER49 -15> For, lo, I will {make} thee small among the

heathen, [and] despised among men.

make <JER49 -16> Thy terribleness hath deceived thee, [and] the

pride of thine heart, O thou that dwellest in the clefts of the

rock, that holdest the height of the hill: though thou shouldest

{make} thy nest as high as the eagle, I will bring thee down f

rom thence, saith the LORD.

make <JER49 -19> Behold, he shall come up like a lion from the

swelling of Jordan against the habitation of the strong: but I

will suddenly {make} him run away from her: and who [is] a

chosen [man, that] I may appoint over her? for who [is] like me?

and w

ho will appoint me the time? and who [is] that shepherd that

will stand before me?

make <JER49 -20> Therefore hear the counsel of the LORD, that he

hath taken against Edom; and his purposes, that he hath purposed

against the inhabitants of Teman: Surely the least of the flock

shall draw them out: surely he shall {make} their habitations

 desolate with them.

make <JER50 -3> For out of the north there cometh up a nation

against her, which shall {make} her land desolate, and none

shall dwell therein: they shall remove, they shall depart, both

man and beast.

make <JER50 -44> Behold, he shall come up like a lion from the

swelling of Jordan unto the habitation of the strong: but I will

{make} them suddenly run away from her: and who [is] a chosen

[man, that] I may appoint over her? for who [is] like me? and who

will appoint me the time? and who [is] that shepherd that will

stand before me?

make <JER50 -45> Therefore hear ye the counsel of the LORD, that

he hath taken against Babylon; and his purposes, that he hath

purposed against the land of the Chaldeans: Surely the least of

the flock shall draw them out: surely he shall {make} [their] ha

bitation desolate with them.

make <JER51 -11> {Make} bright the arrows; gather the shields:

the LORD hath raised up the spirit of the kings of the Medes:

for his device [is] against Babylon, to destroy it; because it

[is] the vengeance of the LORD, the vengeance of his temple.

make <JER51 -12> Set up the standard upon the walls of Babylon,

{make} the watch strong, set up the watchmen, prepare the

ambushes: for the LORD hath both devised and done that which he

spake against the inhabitants of Babylon.

make <JER51 -25> Behold, I [am] against thee, O destroying

mountain, saith the LORD, which destroyest all the earth: and I

will stretch out mine hand upon thee, and roll thee down from

the rocks, and will {make} thee a burnt mountain.

make <JER51 -29> And the land shall tremble and sorrow: for

every purpose of the LORD shall be performed against Babylon, to

{make} the land of Babylon a desolation without an inhabitant.

make <JER51 -36> Therefore thus saith the LORD; Behold, I will

plead thy cause, and take vengeance for thee; and I will dry up

her sea, and {make} her springs dry.

make <JER51 -39> In their heat I will make their feasts, and I

will {make} them drunken, that they may rejoice, and sleep a

perpetual sleep, and not wake, saith the LORD.

make <JER51 -39> In their heat I will {make} their feasts, and I

will make them drunken, that they may rejoice, and sleep a

perpetual sleep, and not wake, saith the LORD.

make <JER51 -57> And I will {make} drunk her princes, and her

wise [men], her captains, and her rulers, and her mighty men:

and they shall sleep a perpetual sleep, and not wake, saith the

King, whose name [is] the LORD of hosts.

make <LAM4 -21> Rejoice and be glad, O daughter of Edom, that

dwellest in the land of Uz; the cup also shall pass through unto

thee: thou shalt be drunken, and shalt {make} thyself naked.

make <EZE3 -26> And I will {make} thy tongue cleave to the roof

of thy mouth, that thou shalt be dumb, and shalt not be to them

a reprover: for they [are] a rebellious house.

make <EZE4 -9> Take thou also unto thee wheat, and barley, and

beans, and lentiles, and millet, and fitches, and put them in

one vessel, and {make} thee bread thereof, [according] to the

number of the days that thou shalt lie upon thy side, three

hundred

and ninety days shalt thou eat thereof.

make <EZE5 -14> Moreover I will {make} thee waste, and a

reproach among the nations that [are] round about thee, in the

sight of all that pass by.

make <EZE6 -14> So will I stretch out my hand upon them, and

{make} the land desolate, yea, more desolate than the wilderness

toward Diblath, in all their habitations: and they shall know

that I [am] the LORD.

make <EZE7 -14> They have blown the trumpet, even to {make} all

ready; but none goeth to the battle: for my wrath [is] upon all

the multitude thereof.

make <EZE7 -23> {Make} a chain: for the land is full of bloody

crimes, and the city is full of violence.

make <EZE7 -24> Wherefore I will bring the worst of the heathen,

and they shall possess their houses: I will also {make} the pomp

of the strong to cease; and their holy places shall be defiled.

make <EZE11 -13> And it came to pass, when I prophesied, that

Pelatiah the son of Benaiah died. Then fell I down upon my face,

and cried with a loud voice, and said, Ah Lord GOD! wilt thou

{make} a full end of the remnant of Israel?

make <EZE12 -23> Tell them therefore, Thus saith the Lord GOD; I

will {make} this proverb to cease, and they shall no more use it

as a proverb in Israel; but say unto them, The days are at hand,

and the effect of every vision.

make <EZE13 -18> And say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Woe to the

[women] that sew pillows to all armholes, and {make} kerchiefs

upon the head of every stature to hunt souls! Will ye hunt the

souls of my people, and will ye save the souls alive [that come]

un

to you?

make <EZE13 -20> Wherefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I

[am] against your pillows, wherewith ye there hunt the souls to

{make} [them] fly, and I will tear them from your arms, and will

let the souls go, [even] the souls that ye hunt to make [them] f

ly.

make <EZE13 -20> Wherefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I

[am] against your pillows, wherewith ye there hunt the souls to

make [them] fly, and I will tear them from your arms, and will

let the souls go, [even] the souls that ye hunt to {make} [them]

f

ly.

make <EZE14 -8> And I will set my face against that man, and

will {make} him a sign and a proverb, and I will cut him off

from the midst of my people; and ye shall know that I [am] the

LORD.

make <EZE15 -8> And I will {make} the land desolate, because

they have committed a trespass, saith the Lord GOD.

make <EZE16 -42> So will I {make} my fury toward thee to rest,

and my jealousy shall depart from thee, and I will be quiet, and

will be no more angry.

make <EZE17 -17> Neither shall Pharaoh with [his] mighty army

and great company {make} for him in the war, by casting up

mounts, and building forts, to cut off many persons:

make <EZE18 -31> Cast away from you all your transgressions,

whereby ye have transgressed; and {make} you a new heart and a

new spirit: for why will ye die, O house of Israel?

make <EZE20 -17> Nevertheless mine eye spared them from

destroying them, neither did I {make} an end of them in the

wilderness.

make <EZE20 -26> And I polluted them in their own gifts, in that

they caused to pass through [the fire] all that openeth the womb,

that I might {make} them desolate, to the end that they might

know that I [am] the LORD.

make <EZE20 -31> For when ye offer your gifts, when ye {make}

your sons to pass through the fire, ye pollute yourselves with

all your idols, even unto this day: and shall I be inquired of

by you, O house of Israel? [As] I live, saith the Lord GOD, I

will

not be inquired of by you.

make <EZE21 -10> It is sharpened to {make} a sore slaughter; it

is furbished that it may glitter: should we then make mirth? it

contemneth the rod of my son, [as] every tree.

make <EZE21 -10> It is sharpened to make a sore slaughter; it is

furbished that it may glitter: should we then {make} mirth? it

contemneth the rod of my son, [as] every tree.

make <EZE22 -30> And I sought for a man among them, that should

{make} up the hedge, and stand in the gap before me for the land,

that I should not destroy it: but I found none.

make <EZE23 -27> Thus will I {make} thy lewdness to cease from

thee, and thy whoredom [brought] from the land of Egypt: so that

thou shalt not lift up thine eyes unto them, nor remember Egypt

any more.

make <EZE24 -5> Take the choice of the flock, and burn also the

bones under it, [and] {make} it boil well, and let them seethe

the bones of it therein.

make <EZE24 -9> Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Woe to the

bloody city! I will even {make} the pile for fire great.

make <EZE24 -17> Forbear to cry, {make} no mourning for the dead,

bind the tire of thine head upon thee, and put on thy shoes

upon thy feet, and cover not [thy] lips, and eat not the bread

of men.

make <EZE25 -4> Behold, therefore I will deliver thee to the men

of the east for a possession, and they shall set their palaces

in thee, and {make} their dwellings in thee: they shall eat thy

fruit, and they shall drink thy milk.

make <EZE25 -5> And I will {make} Rabbah a stable for camels,

and the Ammonites a couchingplace for flocks: and ye shall know

that I [am] the LORD.

make <EZE25 -13> Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; I will also

stretch out mine hand upon Edom, and will cut off man and beast

from it; and I will {make} it desolate from Teman; and they of

Dedan shall fall by the sword.

make <EZE26 -4> And they shall destroy the walls of Tyrus, and

break down her towers: I will also scrape her dust from her, and

{make} her like the top of a rock.

make <EZE26 -8> He shall slay with the sword thy daughters in

the field: and he shall {make} a fort against thee, and cast a

mount against thee, and lift up the buckler against thee.

make <EZE26 -12> And they shall {make} a spoil of thy riches,

and make a prey of thy merchandise: and they shall break down

thy walls, and destroy thy pleasant houses: and they shall lay

thy stones and thy timber and thy dust in the midst of the water.

make <EZE26 -12> And they shall make a spoil of thy riches, and

{make} a prey of thy merchandise: and they shall break down thy

walls, and destroy thy pleasant houses: and they shall lay thy

stones and thy timber and thy dust in the midst of the water.

make <EZE26 -14> And I will {make} thee like the top of a rock:

thou shalt be [a place] to spread nets upon; thou shalt be built

no more: for I the LORD have spoken [it], saith the Lord GOD.

make <EZE26 -19> For thus saith the Lord GOD; When I shall

{make} thee a desolate city, like the cities that are not

inhabited; when I shall bring up the deep upon thee, and great

waters shall cover thee;

make <EZE26 -21> I will {make} thee a terror, and thou [shalt

be] no [more]: though thou be sought for, yet shalt thou never

be found again, saith the Lord GOD.

make <EZE27 -5> They have made all thy [ship] boards of fir

trees of Senir: they have taken cedars from Lebanon to {make}

masts for thee.

make <EZE27 -31> And they shall {make} themselves utterly bald

for thee, and gird them with sackcloth, and they shall weep for

thee with bitterness of heart [and] bitter wailing.

make <EZE29 -10> Behold, therefore I [am] against thee, and

against thy rivers, and I will {make} the land of Egypt utterly

waste [and] desolate, from the tower of Syene even unto the

border of Ethiopia.

make <EZE29 -12> And I will {make} the land of Egypt desolate in

the midst of the countries [that are] desolate, and her cities

among the cities [that are] laid waste shall be desolate forty

years: and I will scatter the Egyptians among the nations, and w

ill disperse them through the countries.

make <EZE30 -9> In that day shall messengers go forth from me in

ships to {make} the careless Ethiopians afraid, and great pain

shall come upon them, as in the day of Egypt: for, lo, it cometh.

make <EZE30 -10> Thus saith the Lord GOD; I will also {make} the

multitude of Egypt to cease by the hand of Nebuchadrezzar king

of Babylon.

make <EZE30 -12> And I will {make} the rivers dry, and sell the

land into the hand of the wicked: and I will make the land waste,

and all that is therein, by the hand of strangers: I the LORD

have spoken [it].

make <EZE30 -12> And I will make the rivers dry, and sell the

land into the hand of the wicked: and I will {make} the land

waste, and all that is therein, by the hand of strangers: I the

LORD have spoken [it].

make <EZE30 -14> And I will {make} Pathros desolate, and will

set fire in Zoan, and will execute judgments in No.

make <EZE30 -21> Son of man, I have broken the arm of Pharaoh

king of Egypt; and, lo, it shall not be bound up to be healed,

to put a roller to bind it, to {make} it strong to hold the

sword.

make <EZE32 -7> And when I shall put thee out, I will cover the

heaven, and {make} the stars thereof dark; I will cover the sun

with a cloud, and the moon shall not give her light.

make <EZE32 -8> All the bright lights of heaven will I {make}

dark over thee, and set darkness upon thy land, saith the Lord

GOD.

make <EZE32 -10> Yea, I will {make} many people amazed at thee,

and their kings shall be horribly afraid for thee, when I shall

brandish my sword before them; and they shall tremble at [every]

moment, every man for his own life, in the day of thy fall.

make <EZE32 -14> Then will I {make} their waters deep, and cause

their rivers to run like oil, saith the Lord GOD.

make <EZE32 -15> When I shall {make} the land of Egypt desolate,

and the country shall be destitute of that whereof it was full,

when I shall smite all them that dwell therein, then shall they

know that I [am] the LORD.

make <EZE34 -25> And I will {make} with them a covenant of peace,

and will cause the evil beasts to cease out of the land: and

they shall dwell safely in the wilderness, and sleep in the

woods.

make <EZE34 -26> And I will {make} them and the places round

about my hill a blessing; and I will cause the shower to come

down in his season; there shall be showers of blessing.

make <EZE34 -28> And they shall no more be a prey to the heathen,

neither shall the beast of the land devour them; but they shall

dwell safely, and none shall {make} [them] afraid.

make <EZE35 -3> And say unto it, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold,

O mount Seir, I [am] against thee, and I will stretch out mine

hand against thee, and I will {make} thee most desolate.

make <EZE35 -7> Thus will I {make} mount Seir most desolate, and

cut off from it him that passeth out and him that returneth.

make <EZE35 -9> I will {make} thee perpetual desolations, and

thy cities shall not return: and ye shall know that I [am] the

LORD.

make <EZE35 -11> Therefore, [as] I live, saith the Lord GOD, I

will even do according to thine anger, and according to thine

envy which thou hast used out of thy hatred against them; and I

will {make} myself known among them, when I have judged thee.

make <EZE35 -14> Thus saith the Lord GOD; When the whole earth

rejoiceth, I will {make} thee desolate.

make <EZE37 -19> Say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold,

I will take the stick of Joseph, which [is] in the hand of

Ephraim, and the tribes of Israel his fellows, and will put them

with him, [even] with the stick of Judah, and {make} them one

stic

k, and they shall be one in mine hand.

make <EZE37 -22> And I will {make} them one nation in the land

upon the mountains of Israel; and one king shall be king to them

all: and they shall be no more two nations, neither shall they

be divided into two kingdoms any more at all:

make <EZE37 -26> Moreover I will {make} a covenant of peace with

them; it shall be an everlasting covenant with them: and I will

place them, and multiply them, and will set my sanctuary in the

midst of them for evermore.

make <EZE39 -7> So will I {make} my holy name known in the midst

of my people Israel; and I will not [let them] pollute my holy

name any more: and the heathen shall know that I [am] the LORD,

the Holy One in Israel.

make <EZE42 -20> He measured it by the four sides: it had a wall

round about, five hundred [reeds] long, and five hundred broad,

to {make} a separation between the sanctuary and the profane

place.

make <EZE43 -18> And he said unto me, Son of man, thus saith the

Lord GOD; These [are] the ordinances of the altar in the day

when they shall {make} it, to offer burnt offerings thereon, and

to sprinkle blood thereon.

make <EZE43 -27> And when these days are expired, it shall be,

[that] upon the eighth day, and [so] forward, the priests shall

{make} your burnt offerings upon the altar, and your peace

offerings; and I will accept you, saith the Lord GOD.

make <EZE44 -14> But I will {make} them keepers of the charge of

the house, for all the service thereof, and for all that shall

be done therein.

make <EZE45 -15> And one lamb out of the flock, out of two

hundred, out of the fat pastures of Israel; for a meat offering,

and for a burnt offering, and for peace offerings, to {make}

reconciliation for them, saith the Lord GOD.

make <EZE45 -17> And it shall be the prince's part [to give]

burnt offerings, and meat offerings, and drink offerings, in the

feasts, and in the new moons, and in the sabbaths, in all

solemnities of the house of Israel: he shall prepare the sin

offering,

and the meat offering, and the burnt offering, and the peace

offerings, to {make} reconciliation for the house of Israel.

make <DAN1 -10> And the prince of the eunuchs said unto Daniel,

I fear my lord the king, who hath appointed your meat and your

drink: for why should he see your faces worse liking than the

children which [are] of your sort? then shall ye {make} [me]

endan

ger my head to the king.

make <DAN2 -5> The king answered and said to the Chaldeans, The

thing is gone from me: if ye will not {make} known unto me the

dream, with the interpretation thereof, ye shall be cut in

pieces, and your houses shall be made a dunghill.

make <DAN2 -9> But if ye will not {make} known unto me the dream,

[there is but] one decree for you: for ye have prepared lying

and corrupt words to speak before me, till the time be changed:

therefore tell me the dream, and I shall know that ye can show

me the interpretation thereof.

make <DAN2 -25> Then Arioch brought in Daniel before the king in

haste, and said thus unto him, I have found a man of the

captives of Judah, that will {make} known unto the king the

interpretation.

make <DAN2 -26> The king answered and said to Daniel, whose name

[was] Belteshazzar, Art thou able to {make} known unto me the

dream which I have seen, and the interpretation thereof?

make <DAN2 -30> But as for me, this secret is not revealed to me

for [any] wisdom that I have more than any living, but for

[their] sakes that shall {make} known the interpretation to the

king, and that thou mightest know the thoughts of thy heart.

make <DAN3 -29> Therefore I {make} a decree, That every people,

nation, and language, which speak any thing amiss against the

God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, shall be cut in pieces,

and their houses shall be made a dunghill: because there is no ot

her God that can deliver after this sort.

make <DAN4 -6> Therefore made I a decree to bring in all the

wise [men] of Babylon before me, that they might {make} known

unto me the interpretation of the dream.

make <DAN4 -7> Then came in the magicians, the astrologers, the

Chaldeans, and the soothsayers: and I told the dream before them;

but they did not {make} known unto me the interpretation

thereof.

make <DAN4 -18> This dream I king Nebuchadnezzar have seen. Now

thou, O Belteshazzar, declare the interpretation thereof,

forasmuch as all the wise [men] of my kingdom are not able to

{make} known unto me the interpretation: but thou [art] able;

for the s

pirit of the holy gods [is] in thee.

make <DAN4 -25> That they shall drive thee from men, and thy

dwelling shall be with the beasts of the field, and they shall

{make} thee to eat grass as oxen, and they shall wet thee with

the dew of heaven, and seven times shall pass over thee, till

thou k

now that the most High ruleth in the kingdom of men, and giveth

it to whomsoever he will.

make <DAN4 -32> And they shall drive thee from men, and thy

dwelling [shall be] with the beasts of the field: they shall

{make} thee to eat grass as oxen, and seven times shall pass

over thee, until thou know that the most High ruleth in the

kingdom of me

n, and giveth it to whomsoever he will.

make <DAN5 -8> Then came in all the king's wise [men]: but they

could not read the writing, nor {make} known to the king the

interpretation thereof.

make <DAN5 -15> And now the wise [men], the astrologers, have

been brought in before me, that they should read this writing,

and {make} known unto me the interpretation thereof: but they

could not show the interpretation of the thing:

make <DAN5 -16> And I have heard of thee, that thou canst {make}

interpretations, and dissolve doubts: now if thou canst read the

writing, and make known to me the interpretation thereof, thou

shalt be clothed with scarlet, and [have] a chain of gold abou

t thy neck, and shalt be the third ruler in the kingdom.

make <DAN5 -16> And I have heard of thee, that thou canst make

interpretations, and dissolve doubts: now if thou canst read the

writing, and {make} known to me the interpretation thereof, thou

shalt be clothed with scarlet, and [have] a chain of gold abou

t thy neck, and shalt be the third ruler in the kingdom.

make <DAN5 -17> Then Daniel answered and said before the king,

Let thy gifts be to thyself, and give thy rewards to another;

yet I will read the writing unto the king, and {make} known to

him the interpretation.

make <DAN6 -7> All the presidents of the kingdom, the governors,

and the princes, the counsellors, and the captains, have

consulted together to establish a royal statute, and to {make} a

firm decree, that whosoever shall ask a petition of any God or

man f

or thirty days, save of thee, O king, he shall be cast into the

den of lions.

make <DAN6 -26> I {make} a decree, That in every dominion of my

kingdom men tremble and fear before the God of Daniel: for he

[is] the living God, and stedfast for ever, and his kingdom

[that] which shall not be destroyed, and his dominion [shall be

even]

 unto the end.

make <DAN8 -16> And I heard a man's voice between [the banks of]

Ulai, which called, and said, Gabriel, {make} this [man] to

understand the vision.

make <DAN8 -19> And he said, Behold, I will {make} thee know

what shall be in the last end of the indignation: for at the

time appointed the end [shall be].

make <DAN9 -24> Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and

upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to {make}

an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to

bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision a

nd prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy.

make <DAN9 -24> Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and

upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an

end of sins, and to {make} reconciliation for iniquity, and to

bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision a

nd prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy.

make <DAN9 -27> And he shall confirm the covenant with many for

one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the

sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading

of abominations he shall {make} [it] desolate, even until the

consumma

tion, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.

make <DAN10 -14> Now I am come to {make} thee understand what

shall befall thy people in the latter days: for yet the vision

[is] for [many] days.

make <DAN11 -6> And in the end of years they shall join

themselves together; for the king's daughter of the south shall

come to the king of the north to {make} an agreement: but she

shall not retain the power of the arm; neither shall he stand,

nor his ar

m: but she shall be given up, and they that brought her, and he

that begat her, and he that strengthened her in [these] times.

make <DAN11 -35> And [some] of them of understanding shall fall,

to try them, and to purge, and to {make} [them] white, [even] to

the time of the end: because [it is] yet for a time appointed.

make <DAN11 -44> But tidings out of the east and out of the

north shall trouble him: therefore he shall go forth with great

fury to destroy, and utterly to {make} away many.

make <HOS2 -3> Lest I strip her naked, and set her as in the day

that she was born, and {make} her as a wilderness, and set her

like a dry land, and slay her with thirst.

make <HOS2 -6> Therefore, behold, I will hedge up thy way with

thorns, and {make} a wall, that she shall not find her paths.

make <HOS2 -12> And I will destroy her vines and her fig trees,

whereof she hath said, These [are] my rewards that my lovers

have given me: and I will {make} them a forest, and the beasts

of the field shall eat them.

make <HOS2 -18> And in that day will I {make} a covenant for

them with the beasts of the field, and with the fowls of heaven,

and [with] the creeping things of the ground: and I will break

the bow and the sword and the battle out of the earth, and will

ma

ke them to lie down safely.

make <HOS2 -18> And in that day will I make a covenant for them

with the beasts of the field, and with the fowls of heaven, and

[with] the creeping things of the ground: and I will break the

bow and the sword and the battle out of the earth, and will {mak

e} them to lie down safely.

make <HOS5 -2> And the revolters are profound to {make}

slaughter, though I [have been] a rebuker of them all.

make <HOS7 -3> They {make} the king glad with their wickedness,

and the princes with their lies.

make <HOS10 -11> And Ephraim [is as] an heifer [that is] taught,

[and] loveth to tread out [the corn]; but I passed over upon her

fair neck: I will {make} Ephraim to ride; Judah shall plow,

[and] Jacob shall break his clods.

make <HOS11 -8> How shall I give thee up, Ephraim? [how] shall I

deliver thee, Israel? how shall I {make} thee as Admah? [how]

shall I set thee as Zeboim? mine heart is turned within me, my

repentings are kindled together.

make <HOS12 -1> Ephraim feedeth on wind, and followeth after the

east wind: he daily increaseth lies and desolation; and they do

{make} a covenant with the Assyrians, and oil is carried into

Egypt.

make <HOS12 -9> And I [that am] the LORD thy God from the land

of Egypt will yet {make} thee to dwell in tabernacles, as in the

days of the solemn feast.

make <JOE2 -19> Yea, the LORD will answer and say unto his

people, Behold, I will send you corn, and wine, and oil, and ye

shall be satisfied therewith: and I will no more {make} you a

reproach among the heathen:

make <AMO6 -10> And a man's uncle shall take him up, and he that

burneth him, to bring out the bones out of the house, and shall

say unto him that [is] by the sides of the house, [Is there] yet

[any] with thee? and he shall say, No. Then shall he say, Hol

d thy tongue: for we may not {make} mention of the name of the

LORD.

make <AMO8 -4> Hear this, O ye that swallow up the needy, even

to {make} the poor of the land to fail,

make <AMO8 -10> And I will turn your feasts into mourning, and

all your songs into lamentation; and I will bring up sackcloth

upon all loins, and baldness upon every head; and I will {make}

it as the mourning of an only [son], and the end thereof as a bit

ter day.

make <AMO9 -14> And I will bring again the captivity of my

people of Israel, and they shall build the waste cities, and

inhabit [them]; and they shall plant vineyards, and drink the

wine thereof; they shall also {make} gardens, and eat the fruit

of them.

make <MIC1 -6> Therefore I will {make} Samaria as an heap of the

field, [and] as plantings of a vineyard: and I will pour down

the stones thereof into the valley, and I will discover the

foundations thereof.

make <MIC1 -8> Therefore I will wail and howl, I will go

stripped and naked: I will {make} a wailing like the dragons,

and mourning as the owls.

make <MIC1 -16> {Make} thee bald, and poll thee for thy delicate

children; enlarge thy baldness as the eagle; for they are gone

into captivity from thee.

make <MIC2 -12> I will surely assemble, O Jacob, all of thee; I

will surely gather the remnant of Israel; I will put them

together as the sheep of Bozrah, as the flock in the midst of

their fold: they shall {make} great noise by reason of [the

multitude o

f] men.

make <MIC3 -5> Thus saith the LORD concerning the prophets that

{make} my people err, that bite with their teeth, and cry, Peace;

and he that putteth not into their mouths, they even prepare

war against him.

make <MIC4 -4> But they shall sit every man under his vine and

under his fig tree; and none shall {make} [them] afraid: for the

mouth of the LORD of hosts hath spoken [it].

make <MIC4 -7> And I will {make} her that halted a remnant, and

her that was cast far off a strong nation: and the LORD shall

reign over them in mount Zion from henceforth, even for ever.

make <MIC4 -13> Arise and thresh, O daughter of Zion: for I will

make thine horn iron, and I will {make} thy hoofs brass: and

thou shalt beat in pieces many people: and I will consecrate

their gain unto the LORD, and their substance unto the Lord of

the w

hole earth.

make <MIC4 -13> Arise and thresh, O daughter of Zion: for I will

{make} thine horn iron, and I will make thy hoofs brass: and

thou shalt beat in pieces many people: and I will consecrate

their gain unto the LORD, and their substance unto the Lord of

the w

hole earth.

make <MIC6 -13> Therefore also will I {make} [thee] sick in

smiting thee, in making [thee] desolate because of thy sins.

make <MIC6 -16> For the statutes of Omri are kept, and all the

works of the house of Ahab, and ye walk in their counsels; that

I should {make} thee a desolation, and the inhabitants thereof

an hissing: therefore ye shall bear the reproach of my people.

make <NAH1 -8> But with an overrunning flood he will {make} an

utter end of the place thereof, and darkness shall pursue his

enemies.

make <NAH1 -9> What do ye imagine against the LORD? he will

{make} an utter end: affliction shall not rise up the second

time.

make <NAH1 -14> And the LORD hath given a commandment concerning

thee, [that] no more of thy name be sown: out of the house of

thy gods will I cut off the graven image and the molten image: I

will {make} thy grave; for thou art vile.

make <NAH2 -1> He that dasheth in pieces is come up before thy

face: keep the munition, watch the way, {make} [thy] loins

strong, fortify [thy] power mightily.

make <NAH2 -5> He shall recount his worthies: they shall stumble

in their walk; they shall {make} haste to the wall thereof, and

the defence shall be prepared.

make <NAH3 -6> And I will cast abominable filth upon thee, and

{make} thee vile, and will set thee as a gazingstock.

make <NAH3 -14> Draw thee waters for the siege, fortify thy

strong holds: go into clay, and tread the mortar, {make} strong

the brickkiln.

make <NAH3 -15> There shall the fire devour thee; the sword

shall cut thee off, it shall eat thee up like the cankerworm:

{make} thyself many as the cankerworm, make thyself many as the

locusts.

make <NAH3 -15> There shall the fire devour thee; the sword

shall cut thee off, it shall eat thee up like the cankerworm:

make thyself many as the cankerworm, {make} thyself many as the

locusts.

make <HAB2 -2> And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the

vision, and {make} [it] plain upon tables, that he may run that

readeth it.

make <HAB2 -18> What profiteth the graven image that the maker

thereof hath graven it; the molten image, and a teacher of lies,

that the maker of his work trusteth therein, to {make} dumb

idols?

make <HAB3 -2> O LORD, I have heard thy speech, [and] was afraid:

O LORD, revive thy work in the midst of the years, in the midst

of the years {make} known; in wrath remember mercy.

make <HAB3 -19> The LORD God [is] my strength, and he will

{make} my feet like hinds' [feet], and he will make me to walk

upon mine high places. To the chief singer on my stringed

instruments.

make <HAB3 -19> The LORD God [is] my strength, and he will make

my feet like hinds' [feet], and he will {make} me to walk upon

mine high places. To the chief singer on my stringed instruments.

make <ZEP1 -18> Neither their silver nor their gold shall be

able to deliver them in the day of the LORD'S wrath; but the

whole land shall be devoured by the fire of his jealousy: for he

shall {make} even a speedy riddance of all them that dwell in

the la

nd.

make <ZEP2 -13> And he will stretch out his hand against the

north, and destroy Assyria; and will {make} Nineveh a desolation,

 [and] dry like a wilderness.

make <ZEP3 -13> The remnant of Israel shall not do iniquity, nor

speak lies; neither shall a deceitful tongue be found in their

mouth: for they shall feed and lie down, and none shall {make}

[them] afraid.

make <ZEP3 -20> At that time will I bring you [again], even in

the time that I gather you: for I will {make} you a name and a

praise among all people of the earth, when I turn back your

captivity before your eyes, saith the LORD.

make <HAG2 -23> In that day, saith the LORD of hosts, will I

take thee, O Zerubbabel, my servant, the son of Shealtiel, saith

the LORD, and will {make} thee as a signet: for I have chosen

thee, saith the LORD of hosts.

make <ZEC6 -11> Then take silver and gold, and {make} crowns,

and set [them] upon the head of Joshua the son of Josedech, the

high priest;

make <ZEC9 -15> The LORD of hosts shall defend them; and they

shall devour, and subdue with sling stones; and they shall drink,

[and] {make} a noise as through wine; and they shall be filled

like bowls, [and] as the corners of the altar.

make <ZEC9 -17> For how great [is] his goodness, and how great

[is] his beauty! corn shall {make} the young men cheerful, and

new wine the maids.

make <ZEC10 -1> Ask ye of the LORD rain in the time of the

latter rain; [so] the LORD shall {make} bright clouds, and give

them showers of rain, to every one grass in the field.

make <ZEC12 -2> Behold, I will {make} Jerusalem a cup of

trembling unto all the people round about, when they shall be in

the siege both against Judah [and] against Jerusalem.

make <ZEC12 -3> And in that day will I {make} Jerusalem a

burdensome stone for all people: all that burden themselves with

it shall be cut in pieces, though all the people of the earth be

gathered together against it.

make <ZEC12 -6> In that day will I {make} the governors of Judah

like an hearth of fire among the wood, and like a torch of fire

in a sheaf; and they shall devour all the people round about, on

the right hand and on the left: and Jerusalem shall be inhabi

ted again in her own place, [even] in Jerusalem.

make <MAL2 -15> And did not he {make} one? Yet had he the

residue of the spirit. And wherefore one? That he might seek a

godly seed. Therefore take heed to your spirit, and let none

deal treacherously against the wife of his youth.

make <MAL3 -17> And they shall be mine, saith the LORD of hosts,

in that day when I {make} up my jewels; and I will spare them,

as a man spareth his own son that serveth him.

make <MAT1 -19> Then Joseph her husband, being a just [man], and

not willing to {make} her a public example, was minded to put

her away privily.

make <MAT3 -3> For this is he that was spoken of by the prophet

Esaias, saying, The voice of one crying in the wilderness,

Prepare ye the way of the Lord, {make} his paths straight.

make <MAT4 -19> And he saith unto them, Follow me, and I will

{make} you fishers of men.

make <MAT5 -36> Neither shalt thou swear by thy head, because

thou canst not {make} one hair white or black.

make <MAT8 -2> And, behold, there came a leper and worshipped

him, saying, Lord, if thou wilt, thou canst {make} me clean.

make <MAT12 -16> And charged them that they should not {make}

him known:

make <MAT12 -33> Either {make} the tree good, and his fruit good;

or else make the tree corrupt, and his fruit corrupt: for the

tree is known by [his] fruit.

make <MAT12 -33> Either make the tree good, and his fruit good;

or else {make} the tree corrupt, and his fruit corrupt: for the

tree is known by [his] fruit.

make <MAT17 -4> Then answered Peter, and said unto Jesus, Lord,

it is good for us to be here: if thou wilt, let us {make} here

three tabernacles; one for thee, and one for Moses, and one for

Elias.

make <MAT22 -44> The Lord said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my

right hand, till I {make} thine enemies thy footstool?

make <MAT23 -5> But all their works they do for to be seen of

men: they {make} broad their phylacteries, and enlarge the

borders of their garments,

make <MAT23 -14> Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites!

for ye devour widows' houses, and for a pretence {make} long

prayer: therefore ye shall receive the greater damnation.

make <MAT23 -15> Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites!

for ye compass sea and land to {make} one proselyte, and when

he is made, ye make him twofold more the child of hell than

yourselves.

make <MAT23 -15> Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites!

for ye compass sea and land to make one proselyte, and when he

is made, ye {make} him twofold more the child of hell than

yourselves.

make <MAT23 -25> Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites!

for ye {make} clean the outside of the cup and of the platter,

but within they are full of extortion and excess.

make <MAT24 -47> Verily I say unto you, That he shall {make} him

ruler over all his goods.

make <MAT25 -21> His lord said unto him, Well done, [thou] good

and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things,

I will {make} thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the

joy of thy lord.

make <MAT25 -23> His lord said unto him, Well done, good and

faithful servant; thou hast been faithful over a few things, I

will {make} thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy

of thy lord.

make <MAT27 -65> Pilate said unto them, Ye have a watch: go your

way, {make} [it] as sure as ye can.

make <MAR1 -3> The voice of one crying in the wilderness,

Prepare ye the way of the Lord, {make} his paths straight.

make <MAR1 -17> And Jesus said unto them, Come ye after me, and

I will {make} you to become fishers of men.

make <MAR1 -40> And there came a leper to him, beseeching him,

and kneeling down to him, and saying unto him, If thou wilt,

thou canst {make} me clean.

make <MAR3 -12> And he straitly charged them that they should

not {make} him known.

make <MAR5 -39> And when he was come in, he saith unto them, Why

{make} ye this ado, and weep? the damsel is not dead, but

sleepeth.

make <MAR6 -39> And he commanded them to {make} all sit down by

companies upon the green grass.

make <MAR9 -5> And Peter answered and said to Jesus, Master, it

is good for us to be here: and let us {make} three tabernacles;

one for thee, and one for Moses, and one for Elias.

make <MAR12 -36> For David himself said by the Holy Ghost, The

LORD said to my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand, till I {make}

thine enemies thy footstool.

make <MAR12 -40> Which devour widows' houses, and for a pretence

{make} long prayers: these shall receive greater damnation.

make <MAR12 -42> And there came a certain poor widow, and she

threw in two mites, which {make} a farthing.

make <MAR14 -15> And he will show you a large upper room

furnished and] prepared: there {make} ready for us.

make <LUK1 -17> And he shall go before him in the spirit and

power of Elias, to turn the hearts of the fathers to the

children, and the disobedient to the wisdom of the just; to

{make} ready a people prepared for the Lord.

make <LUK3 -4> As it is written in the book of the words of

Esaias the prophet, saying, The voice of one crying in the

wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the Lord, {make} his paths

straight.

make <LUK5 -12> And it came to pass, when he was in a certain

city, behold a man full of leprosy: who seeing Jesus fell on

his] face, and besought him, saying, Lord, if thou wilt, thou

canst {make} me clean.

make <LUK5 -33> And they said unto him, Why do the disciples of

John fast often, and {make} prayers, and likewise the disciples]

of the Pharisees; but thine eat and drink?

make <LUK5 -34> And he said unto them, Can ye {make} the

children of the bridechamber fast, while the bridegroom is with

them?

make <LUK9 -14> For they were about five thousand men. And he

said to his disciples, {Make} them sit down by fifties in a

company.

make <LUK9 -33> And it came to pass, as they departed from him,

Peter said unto Jesus, Master, it is good for us to be here: and

let us {make} three tabernacles; one for thee, and one for Moses,

and one for Elias: not knowing what he said.

make <LUK9 -52> And sent messengers before his face: and they

went, and entered into a village of the Samaritans, to {make}

ready for him.

make <LUK11 -39> And the Lord said unto him, Now do ye Pharisees

{make} clean the outside of the cup and the platter; but your

inward part is full of ravening and wickedness.

make <LUK11 -40> Ye] fools, did not he that made that which is

without {make} that which is within also?

make <LUK12 -37> Blessed are] those servants, whom the lord when

he cometh shall find watching: verily I say unto you, that he

shall gird himself, and {make} them to sit down to meat, and

will come forth and serve them.

make <LUK12 -42> And the Lord said, Who then is that faithful

and wise steward, whom his] lord shall {make} ruler over his

household, to give them their] portion of meat in due season?

make <LUK12 -44> Of a truth I say unto you, that he will {make}

him ruler over all that he hath.

make <LUK14 -18> And they all with one consent] began to {make}

excuse. The first said unto him, I have bought a piece of ground,

and I must needs go and see it: I pray thee have me excused.

make <LUK14 -31> Or what king, going to {make} war against

another king, sitteth not down first, and consulteth whether he

be able with ten thousand to meet him that cometh against him

with twenty thousand?

make <LUK15 -19> And am no more worthy to be called thy son:

{make} me as one of thy hired servants.

make <LUK15 -29> And he answering said to his] father, Lo, these

many years do I serve thee, neither transgressed I at any time

thy commandment: and yet thou never gavest me a kid, that I

might {make} merry with my friends:

make <LUK15 -32> It was meet that we should {make} merry, and be

glad: for this thy brother was dead, and is alive again; and was

lost, and is found.

make <LUK16 -9> And I say unto you, {Make} to yourselves friends

of the mammon of unrighteousness; that, when ye fail, they may

receive you into everlasting habitations.

make <LUK17 -8> And will not rather say unto him, {Make} ready

wherewith I may sup, and gird thyself, and serve me, till I have

eaten and drunken; and afterward thou shalt eat and drink?

make <LUK19 -5> And when Jesus came to the place, he looked up,

and saw him, and said unto him, Zacchaeus, {make} haste, and

come down; for to day I must abide at thy house.

make <LUK20 -43> Till I {make} thine enemies thy footstool.

make <LUK20 -47> Which devour widows' houses, and for a show

{make} long prayers: the same shall receive greater damnation.

make <LUK22 -12> And he shall show you a large upper room

furnished: there {make} ready.

make <JOH1 -23> He said, I am] the voice of one crying in the

wilderness, {Make} straight the way of the Lord, as said the

prophet Esaias.

make <JOH2 -16> And said unto them that sold doves, Take these

things hence; {make} not my Father's house an house of

merchandise.

make <JOH6 -10> And Jesus said, {Make} the men sit down. Now

there was much grass in the place. So the men sat down, in

number about five thousand.

make <JOH6 -15> When Jesus therefore perceived that they would

come and take him by force, to {make} him a king, he departed

again into a mountain himself alone.

make <JOH8 -32> And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall

{make} you free.

make <JOH8 -36> If the Son therefore shall {make} you free, ye

shall be free indeed.

make <JOH10 -24> Then came the Jews round about him, and said

unto him, How long dost thou {make} us to doubt? If thou be the

Christ, tell us plainly.

make <JOH14 -23> Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love

me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we

will come unto him, and {make} our abode with him.

make <ACT2 -28> Thou hast made known to me the ways of life;

thou shalt {make} me full of joy with thy countenance.

make <ACT2 -35> Until I {make} thy foes thy footstool.

make <ACT7 -40> Saying unto Aaron, {Make} us gods to go before

us: for as for] this Moses, which brought us out of the land of

Egypt, we wot not what is become of him.

make <ACT7 -44> Our fathers had the tabernacle of witness in the

wilderness, as he had appointed, speaking unto Moses, that he

should {make} it according to the fashion that he had seen.

make <ACT9 -34> And Peter said unto him, AEneas, Jesus Christ

maketh thee whole: arise, and {make} thy bed. And he arose

immediately.

make <ACT22 -1> Men, brethren, and fathers, hear ye my defence

which I {make}] now unto you.

make <ACT22 -18> And saw him saying unto me, {Make} haste, and

get thee quickly out of Jerusalem: for they will not receive thy

testimony concerning me.

make <ACT23 -23> And he called unto him] two centurions, saying,

{Make} ready two hundred soldiers to go to Caesarea, and

horsemen threescore and ten, and spearmen two hundred, at the

third hour of the night;

make <ACT26 -16> But rise, and stand upon thy feet: for I have

appeared unto thee for this purpose, to {make} thee a minister

and a witness both of these things which thou hast seen, and of

those things in the which I will appear unto thee;

make <ACT26 -24> And as he thus spake for himself, Festus said

with a loud voice, Paul, thou art beside thyself; much learning

doth {make} thee mad.

make <ROM1 -9> For God is my witness, whom I serve with my

spirit in the gospel of his Son, that without ceasing I {make}

mention of you always in my prayers;

make <ROM3 -3> For what if some did not believe? shall their

unbelief {make} the faith of God without effect?

make <ROM3 -31> Do we then {make} void the law through faith?

God forbid: yea, we establish the law.

make <ROM9 -21> Hath not the potter power over the clay, of the

same lump to {make} one vessel unto honour, and another unto

dishonour?

make <ROM9 -22> What] if God, willing to show his] wrath, and to

{make} his power known, endured with much longsuffering the

vessels of wrath fitted to destruction:

make <ROM9 -23> And that he might {make} known the riches of his

glory on the vessels of mercy, which he had afore prepared unto

glory,

make <ROM9 -28> For he will finish the work, and cut it] short

in righteousness: because a short work will the Lord {make} upon

the earth.

make <ROM13 -14> But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and {make}

not provision for the flesh, to fulfil] the lusts thereof].

make <ROM14 -4> Who art thou that judgest another man's servant?

to his own master he standeth or falleth. Yea, he shall be

holden up: for God is able to {make} him stand.

make <ROM14 -19> Let us therefore follow after the things which

{make} for peace, and things wherewith one may edify another.

make <ROM15 -18> For I will not dare to speak of any of those

things which Christ hath not wrought by me, to {make} the

Gentiles obedient, by word and deed,

make <ROM15 -26> For it hath pleased them of Macedonia and

Achaia to {make} a certain contribution for the poor saints

which are at Jerusalem.

make <1CO4 -5> Therefore judge nothing before the time, until

the Lord come, who both will bring to light the hidden things of

darkness, and will {make} manifest the counsels of the hearts:

and then shall every man have praise of God.

make <1CO6 -15> Know ye not that your bodies are the members of

Christ? shall I then take the members of Christ, and {make}

them] the members of an harlot? God forbid.

make <1CO8 -13> Wherefore, if meat {make} my brother to offend,

I will eat no flesh while the world standeth, lest I make my

brother to offend.

make <1CO8 -13> Wherefore, if meat make my brother to offend, I

will eat no flesh while the world standeth, lest I {make} my

brother to offend.

make <1CO9 -15> But I have used none of these things: neither

have I written these things, that it should be so done unto me:

for it were] better for me to die, than that any man should

{make} my glorying void.

make <1CO9 -18> What is my reward then? Verily] that, when I

preach the gospel, I may {make} the gospel of Christ without

charge, that I abuse not my power in the gospel.

make <1CO10 -13> There hath no temptation taken you but such as

is common to man: but God is] faithful, who will not suffer you

to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the

temptation also {make} a way to escape, that ye may be able to

bear it]

.

make <2CO2 -2> For if I {make} you sorry, who is he then that

maketh me glad, but the same which is made sorry by me?

make <2CO9 -5> Therefore I thought it necessary to exhort the

brethren, that they would go before unto you, and {make} up

before hand your bounty, whereof ye had notice before, that the

same might be ready, as a matter of] bounty, and not as of]

covetousn

ess.

make <2CO9 -8> And God is] able to {make} all grace abound

toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all

things], may abound to every good work:

make <2CO10 -12> For we dare not {make} ourselves of the number,

or compare ourselves with some that commend themselves: but they

measuring themselves by themselves, and comparing themselves

among themselves, are not wise.

make <2CO12 -17> Did I {make} a gain of you by any of them whom

I sent unto you?

make <2CO12 -18> I desired Titus, and with him] I sent a brother.

Did Titus {make} a gain of you? walked we not in the same

spirit? walked we] not in the same steps?

make <GAL2 -18> For if I build again the things which I

destroyed, I {make} myself a transgressor.

make <GAL3 -17> And this I say, that] the covenant, that was

confirmed before of God in Christ, the law, which was four

hundred and thirty years after, cannot disannul, that it should

{make} the promise of none effect.

make <GAL6 -12> As many as desire to {make} a fair show in the

flesh, they constrain you to be circumcised; only lest they

should suffer persecution for the cross of Christ.

make <EPH2 -15> Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even]

the law of commandments contained] in ordinances; for to {make}

in himself of twain one new man, so] making peace;

make <EPH3 -9> And to {make} all men] see what is] the

fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world

hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ:

make <EPH5 -13> But all things that are reproved are made

manifest by the light: for whatsoever doth {make} manifest is

light.

make <EPH6 -19> And for me, that utterance may be given unto me,

that I may open my mouth boldly, to {make} known the mystery of

the gospel,

make <EPH6 -21> But that ye also may know my affairs, and] how I

do, Tychicus, a beloved brother and faithful minister in the

Lord, shall {make} known to you all things:

make <COL1 -27> To whom God would {make} known what is] the

riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is

Christ in you, the hope of glory:

make <COL4 -4> That I may {make} it manifest, as I ought to

speak.

make <COL4 -9> With Onesimus, a faithful and beloved brother,

who is one] of you. They shall {make} known unto you all things

which are done] here.

make <1TH3 -12> And the Lord {make} you to increase and abound

in love one toward another, and toward all men], even as we do]

toward you:

make <2TH3 -9> Not because we have not power, but to {make}

ourselves an ensample unto you to follow us.

make <2TI3 -15> And that from a child thou hast known the holy

scriptures, which are able to {make} thee wise unto salvation

through faith which is in Christ Jesus.

make <2TI4 -5> But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions,

do the work of an evangelist, {make} full proof of thy ministry.

make <HEB1 -13> But to which of the angels said he at any time,

Sit on my right hand, until I {make} thine enemies thy footstool?

make <HEB2 -10> For it became him, for whom are] all things, and

by whom are] all things, in bringing many sons unto glory, to

{make} the captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings.

make <HEB2 -17> Wherefore in all things it behoved him to be

made like unto his] brethren, that he might be a merciful and

faithful high priest in things pertaining] to God, to {make}

reconciliation for the sins of the people.

make <HEB7 -25> Wherefore he is able also to save them to the

uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to

{make} intercession for them.

make <HEB8 -5> Who serve unto the example and shadow of heavenly

things, as Moses was admonished of God when he was about to

{make} the tabernacle: for, See, saith he, that] thou make all

things according to the pattern showed to thee in the mount.

make <HEB8 -5> Who serve unto the example and shadow of heavenly

things, as Moses was admonished of God when he was about to make

the tabernacle: for, See, saith he, that] thou {make} all things

according to the pattern showed to thee in the mount.

make <HEB8 -8> For finding fault with them, he saith, Behold,

the days come, saith the Lord, when I will {make} a new covenant

with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah:

make <HEB8 -10> For this is] the covenant that I will {make}

with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I

will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts:

and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people:

make <HEB9 -9> Which was] a figure for the time then present, in

which were offered both gifts and sacrifices, that could not

{make} him that did the service perfect, as pertaining to the

conscience;

make <HEB10 -1> For the law having a shadow of good things to

come, and] not the very image of the things, can never with

those sacrifices which they offered year by year continually

{make} the comers thereunto perfect.

make <HEB10 -16> This is] the covenant that I will {make} with

them after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws into

their hearts, and in their minds will I write them;

make <HEB12 -13> And {make} straight paths for your feet, lest

that which is lame be turned out of the way; but let it rather

be healed.

make <HEB13 -21> {Make} you perfect in every good work to do his

will, working in you that which is wellpleasing in his sight,

through Jesus Christ; to whom be] glory for ever and ever. Amen.

make <JAM3 -18> And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace

of them that {make} peace.

make <1PE5 -10> But the God of all grace, who hath called us

unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have

suffered a while, {make} you perfect, stablish, strengthen,

settle you].

make <2PE1 -8> For if these things be in you, and abound, they

{make} you that ye shall] neither be] barren nor unfruitful in

the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.

make <2PE1 -10> Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence

to {make} your calling and election sure: for if ye do these

things, ye shall never fall:

make <2PE2 -3> And through covetousness shall they with feigned

words {make} merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long

time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not.

make <1JO1 -10> If we say that we have not sinned, we {make} him

a liar, and his word is not in us.

make <REV3 -9> Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of

Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold,

I will {make} them to come and worship before thy feet, and to

know that I have loved thee.

make <REV3 -9> Behold, I will {make} them of the synagogue of

Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold,

I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to

know that I have loved thee.

make <REV3 -12> Him that overcometh will I {make} a pillar in

the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will

write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of

my God, which is] new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven

fro

m my God: and I will write upon him] my new name.

make <REV10 -9> And I went unto the angel, and said unto him,

Give me the little book. And he said unto me, Take it], and eat

it up; and it shall {make} thy belly bitter, but it shall be in

thy mouth sweet as honey.

make <REV11 -7> And when they shall have finished their

testimony, the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit

shall {make} war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill

them.

make <REV11 -10> And they that dwell upon the earth shall

rejoice over them, and {make} merry, and shall send gifts one to

another; because these two prophets tormented them that dwelt on

the earth.

make <REV12 -17> And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and

went to {make} war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the

commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.

make <REV13 -4> And they worshipped the dragon which gave power

unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is]

like unto the beast? who is able to {make} war with him?

make <REV13 -7> And it was given unto him to {make} war with the

saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all

kindreds, and tongues, and nations.

make <REV13 -14> And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by

the means of] those miracles which he had power to do in the

sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that

they should {make} an image to the beast, which had the wound by

a

 sword, and did live.

make <REV17 -14> These shall {make} war with the Lamb, and the

Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of

kings: and they that are with him are] called, and chosen, and

faithful.

make <REV17 -16> And the ten horns which thou sawest upon the

beast, these shall hate the whore, and shall {make} her desolate

and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire.

make <REV19 -11> And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white

horse; and he that sat upon him was] called Faithful and True,

and in righteousness he doth judge and {make} war.

make <REV19 -19> And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth,

and their armies, gathered together to {make} war against him

that sat on the horse, and against his army.

make <REV21 -5> And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I

{make} all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these

words are true and faithful.
