hid <GEN3 -8> And they heard the voice of the LORD God walking

in the garden in the cool of the day: and Adam and his wife

{hid} themselves from the presence of the LORD God amongst the

trees of the garden.

hid <GEN3 -10> And he said, I heard thy voice in the garden, and

I was afraid, because I [was] naked; and I {hid} myself.

hid <GEN4 -14> Behold, thou hast driven me out this day from the

face of the earth; and from thy face shall I be {hid}; and I

shall be a fugitive and a vagabond in the earth; and it shall

come to pass, [that] every one that findeth me shall slay me.

hid <GEN35 -4> And they gave unto Jacob all the strange gods

which [were] in their hand, and [all their] earrings which

[were] in their ears; and Jacob {hid} them under the oak which

[was] by Shechem.

hid <EXO2 -2> And the woman conceived, and bare a son: and when

she saw him that he [was a] goodly [child], she {hid} him three

months.

hid <EXO2 -12> And he looked this way and that way, and when he

saw that [there was] no man, he slew the Egyptian, and {hid} him

in the sand.

hid <EXO3 -6> Moreover he said, I [am] the God of thy father,

the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob. And

Moses {hid} his face; for he was afraid to look upon God.

hid <LEV4 -13> And if the whole congregation of Israel sin

through ignorance, and the thing be {hid} from the eyes of the

assembly, and they have done [somewhat against] any of the

commandments of the LORD [concerning things] which should not be

done, and

 are guilty;

hid <LEV5 -3> Or if he touch the uncleanness of man, whatsoever

uncleanness [it be] that a man shall be defiled withal, and it

be {hid} from him; when he knoweth [of it], then he shall be

guilty.

hid <LEV5 -4> Or if a soul swear, pronouncing with [his] lips to

do evil, or to do good, whatsoever [it be] that a man shall

pronounce with an oath, and it be {hid} from him; when he

knoweth [of it], then he shall be guilty in one of these.

hid <NUM5 -13> And a man lie with her carnally, and it be {hid}

from the eyes of her husband, and be kept close, and she be

defiled, and [there be] no witness against her, neither she be

taken [with the manner];

hid <DEU33 -19> They shall call the people unto the mountain;

there they shall offer sacrifices of righteousness: for they

shall suck [of] the abundance of the seas, and [of] treasures

{hid} in the sand.

hid <JOS2 -4> And the woman took the two men, and {hid} them,

and said thus, There came men unto me, but I wist not whence

they [were]:

hid <JOS2 -6> But she had brought them up to the roof of the

house, and {hid} them with the stalks of flax, which she had

laid in order upon the roof.

hid <JOS6 -17> And the city shall be accursed, [even] it, and

all that [are] therein, to the LORD: only Rahab the harlot shall

live, she and all that [are] with her in the house, because she

{hid} the messengers that we sent.

hid <JOS6 -25> And Joshua saved Rahab the harlot alive, and her

father's household, and all that she had; and she dwelleth in

Israel [even] unto this day; because she {hid} the messengers,

which Joshua sent to spy out Jericho.

hid <JOS7 -21> When I saw among the spoils a goodly Babylonish

garment, and two hundred shekels of silver, and a wedge of gold

of fifty shekels weight, then I coveted them, and took them; and,

behold, they [are] {hid} in the earth in the midst of my tent,

 and the silver under it.

hid <JOS7 -22> So Joshua sent messengers, and they ran unto the

tent; and, behold, [it was] {hid} in his tent, and the silver

under it.

hid <JOS10 -16> But these five kings fled, and {hid} themselves

in a cave at Makkedah.

hid <JOS10 -17> And it was told Joshua, saying, The five kings

are found {hid} in a cave at Makkedah.

hid <JOS10 -27> And it came to pass at the time of the going

down of the sun, [that] Joshua commanded, and they took them

down off the trees, and cast them into the cave wherein they had

been {hid}, and laid great stones in the cave's mouth, [which

remain

] until this very day.

hid <JUG9 -5> And he went unto his father's house at Ophrah, and

slew his brethren the sons of Jerubbaal, [being] threescore and

ten persons, upon one stone: notwithstanding yet Jotham the

youngest son of Jerubbaal was left; for he {hid} himself.

hid <1SA3 -18> And Samuel told him every whit, and {hid} nothing

from him. And he said, It [is] the LORD: let him do what seemeth

him good.

hid <1SA10 -22> Therefore they inquired of the LORD further, if

the man should yet come thither. And the LORD answered, Behold,

he hath {hid} himself among the stuff.

hid <1SA14 -11> And both of them discovered themselves unto the

garrison of the Philistines: and the Philistines said, Behold,

the Hebrews come forth out of the holes where they had {hid}

themselves.

hid <1SA14 -22> Likewise all the men of Israel which had {hid}

themselves in mount Ephraim, [when] they heard that the

Philistines fled, even they also followed hard after them in the

battle.

hid <1SA20 -24> So David {hid} himself in the field: and when

the new moon was come, the king sat him down to eat meat.

hid <2SA17 -9> Behold, he is {hid} now in some pit, or in some

[other] place: and it will come to pass, when some of them be

overthrown at the first, that whosoever heareth it will say,

There is a slaughter among the people that follow Absalom.

hid <2SA18 -13> Otherwise I should have wrought falsehood

against mine own life: for there is no matter {hid} from the

king, and thou thyself wouldest have set thyself against [me].

hid <1KI10 -3> And Solomon told her all her questions: there was

not [any] thing {hid} from the king, which he told her not.

hid <1KI18 -4> For it was [so], when Jezebel cut off the

prophets of the LORD, that Obadiah took an hundred prophets, and

{hid} them by fifty in a cave, and fed them with bread and water.

)

hid <1KI18 -13> Was it not told my lord what I did when Jezebel

slew the prophets of the LORD, how I {hid} an hundred men of the

LORD's prophets by fifty in a cave, and fed them with bread and

water?

hid <2KI4 -27> And when she came to the man of God to the hill,

she caught him by the feet: but Gehazi came near to thrust her

away. And the man of God said, Let her alone; for her soul [is]

vexed within her: and the LORD hath {hid} [it] from me, and hath

 not told me.

hid <2KI6 -29> So we boiled my son, and did eat him: and I said

unto her on the next day, Give thy son, that we may eat him: and

she hath {hid} her son.

hid <2KI7 -8> And when these lepers came to the uttermost part

of the camp, they went into one tent, and did eat and drink, and

carried thence silver, and gold, and raiment, and went and {hid}

[it]; and came again, and entered into another tent, and carri

ed thence [also], and went and hid [it].

hid <2KI7 -8> And when these lepers came to the uttermost part

of the camp, they went into one tent, and did eat and drink, and

carried thence silver, and gold, and raiment, and went and hid

[it]; and came again, and entered into another tent, and carried

thence [also], and went and {hid} [it].

hid <2KI11 -2> But Jehosheba, the daughter of king Joram, sister

of Ahaziah, took Joash the son of Ahaziah, and stole him from

among the king's sons [which were] slain; and they {hid} him,

[even] him and his nurse, in the bedchamber from Athaliah, so

that

 he was not slain.

hid <2KI11 -3> And he was with her {hid} in the house of the

LORD six years. And Athaliah did reign over the land.

hid <1CH21 -20> And Ornan turned back, and saw the angel; and

wheat.

hid <2CH9 -2> And Solomon told her all her questions: and there

was nothing {hid} from Solomon which he told her not.

hid <2CH22 -9> And he sought Ahaziah: and they caught him, (for

he was {hid} in Samaria,) and brought him to Jehu: and when they

had slain him, they buried him: Because, said they, he [is] the

son of Jehoshaphat, who sought the LORD with all his heart. So

the house of Ahaziah had no power to keep still the kingdom.

hid <2CH22 -11> But Jehoshabeath, the daughter of the king, took

Joash the son of Ahaziah, and stole him from among the king's

sons that were slain, and put him and his nurse in a bedchamber.

So Jehoshabeath, the daughter of king Jehoram, the wife of Jeho

iada the priest, (for she was the sister of Ahaziah,) {hid} him

from Athaliah, so that she slew him not.

hid <2CH22 -12> And he was with them {hid} in the house of God

six years: and Athaliah reigned over the land.

hid <JOB3 -10> Because it shut not up the doors of my [mother's]

womb, nor {hid} sorrow from mine eyes.

hid <JOB3 -21> Which long for death, but it [cometh] not; and

dig for it more than for {hid} treasures;

hid <JOB3 -23> Why is light given] to a man whose way is {hid},

and whom God hath hedged in?

hid <JOB5 -21> Thou shalt be {hid} from the scourge of the

tongue: neither shalt thou be afraid of destruction when it

cometh.

hid <JOB6 -16> Which are blackish by reason of the ice, [and]

wherein the snow is {hid}:

hid <JOB10 -13> And these [things] hast thou {hid} in thine

heart: I know that this [is] with thee.

hid <JOB15 -18> Which wise men have told from their fathers, and

have not {hid} [it]:

hid <JOB17 -4> For thou hast {hid} their heart from

understanding: therefore shalt thou not exalt [them].

thing that is] {hid} bringeth he forth to light.

hid <JOB28 -21> Seeing it is {hid} from the eyes of all living,

and kept close from the fowls of the air.

hid <JOB29 -8> The young men saw me, and {hid} themselves: and

the aged arose, [and] stood up.

hid <JOB38 -30> The waters are {hid} as [with] a stone, and the

face of the deep is frozen.

hid <PSA9 -15> The heathen are sunk down in the pit [that] they

made: in the net which they {hid} is their own foot taken.

hid <PSA17 -14> From men [which are] thy hand, O LORD, from men

of the world, [which have] their portion in [this] life, and

whose belly thou fillest with thy {hid} [treasure]: they are

full of children, and leave the rest of their [substance] to

their ba

bes.

hid <PSA19 -6> His going forth [is] from the end of the heaven,

and his circuit unto the ends of it: and there is nothing {hid}

from the heat thereof.

hid <PSA22 -24> For he hath not despised nor abhorred the

affliction of the afflicted; neither hath he {hid} his face from

him; but when he cried unto him, he heard.

hid <PSA32 -5> I acknowledged my sin unto thee, and mine

iniquity have I not {hid}. I said, I will confess my

transgressions unto the LORD; and thou forgavest the iniquity of

my sin. Selah.

hid <PSA35 -7> For without cause have they {hid} for me their

net [in] a pit, [which] without cause they have digged for my

soul.

hid <PSA35 -8> Let destruction come upon him at unawares; and

let his net that he hath {hid} catch himself: into that very

destruction let him fall.

hid <PSA38 -9> Lord, all my desire [is] before thee; and my

groaning is not {hid} from thee.

hid <PSA40 -10> I have not {hid} thy righteousness within my

heart; I have declared thy faithfulness and thy salvation: I

have not concealed thy lovingkindness and thy truth from the

great congregation.

hid <PSA55 -12> For [it was] not an enemy [that] reproached me;

then I could have borne [it]: neither [was it] he that hated me

[that] did magnify [himself] against me; then I would have {hid}

myself from him:

hid <PSA69 -5> O God, thou knowest my foolishness; and my sins

are not {hid} from thee.

hid <PSA119 -11> Thy word have I {hid} in mine heart, that I

might not sin against thee.

hid <PSA139 -15> My substance was not {hid} from thee, when I

was made in secret, [and] curiously wrought in the lowest parts

of the earth.

hid <PSA140 -5> The proud have {hid} a snare for me, and cords;

they have spread a net by the wayside; they have set gins for me.

 Selah.

hid <PRO2 -4> If thou seekest her as silver, and searchest for

her as [for] {hid} treasures;

hid <ISA28 -15> Because ye have said, We have made a covenant

with death, and with hell are we at agreement; when the

overflowing scourge shall pass through, it shall not come unto

us: for we have made lies our refuge, and under falsehood have

we {hid} ou

rselves:

hid <ISA29 -14> Therefore, behold, I will proceed to do a

marvellous work among this people, [even] a marvellous work and

a wonder: for the wisdom of their wise [men] shall perish, and

the understanding of their prudent [men] shall be {hid}.

hid <ISA40 -27> Why sayest thou, O Jacob, and speakest, O Israel,

My way is {hid} from the LORD, and my judgment is passed over

from my God?

hid <ISA42 -22> But this [is] a people robbed and spoiled; [they

are] all of them snared in holes, and they are {hid} in prison

houses: they are for a prey, and none delivereth; for a spoil,

and none saith, Restore.

hid <ISA49 -2> And he hath made my mouth like a sharp sword; in

the shadow of his hand hath he {hid} me, and made me a polished

shaft; in his quiver hath he hid me;

hid <ISA49 -2> And he hath made my mouth like a sharp sword; in

the shadow of his hand hath he hid me, and made me a polished

shaft; in his quiver hath he {hid} me;

hid <ISA50 -6> I gave my back to the smiters, and my cheeks to

them that plucked off the hair: I {hid} not my face from shame

and spitting.

hid <ISA53 -3> He is despised and rejected of men; a man of

sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we {hid} as it were

[our] faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not.

hid <ISA54 -8> In a little wrath I {hid} my face from thee for a

moment; but with everlasting kindness will I have mercy on thee,

saith the LORD thy Redeemer.

hid <ISA57 -17> For the iniquity of his covetousness was I wroth,

and smote him: I {hid} me, and was wroth, and he went on

frowardly in the way of his heart.

hid <ISA59 -2> But your iniquities have separated between you

and your God, and your sins have {hid} [his] face from you, that

he will not hear.

hid <ISA64 -7> And [there is] none that calleth upon thy name,

that stirreth up himself to take hold of thee: for thou hast

{hid} thy face from us, and hast consumed us, because of our

iniquities.

hid <ISA65 -16> That he who blesseth himself in the earth shall

bless himself in the God of truth; and he that sweareth in the

earth shall swear by the God of truth; because the former

troubles are forgotten, and because they are {hid} from mine

eyes.

hid <JER13 -5> So I went, and {hid} it by Euphrates, as the LORD

commanded me.

hid <JER13 -7> Then I went to Euphrates, and digged, and took

the girdle from the place where I had {hid} it: and, behold, the

girdle was marred, it was profitable for nothing.

hid <JER16 -17> For mine eyes [are] upon all their ways: they

are not {hid} from my face, neither is their iniquity hid from

mine eyes.

hid <JER16 -17> For mine eyes [are] upon all their ways: they

are not hid from my face, neither is their iniquity {hid} from

mine eyes.

hid <JER18 -22> Let a cry be heard from their houses, when thou

shalt bring a troop suddenly upon them: for they have digged a

pit to take me, and {hid} snares for my feet.

hid <JER33 -5> They come to fight with the Chaldeans, but [it

is] to fill them with the dead bodies of men, whom I have slain

in mine anger and in my fury, and for all whose wickedness I

have {hid} my face from this city.

hid <JER36 -26> But the king commanded Jerahmeel the son of

Hammelech, and Seraiah the son of Azriel, and Shelemiah the son

of Abdeel, to take Baruch the scribe and Jeremiah the prophet:

but the LORD {hid} them.

hid <JER43 -10> And say unto them, Thus saith the LORD of hosts,

the God of Israel; Behold, I will send and take Nebuchadrezzar

the king of Babylon, my servant, and will set his throne upon

these stones that I have {hid}; and he shall spread his royal pav

ilion over them.

hid <EZE22 -26> Her priests have violated my law, and have

profaned mine holy things: they have put no difference between

the holy and profane, neither have they showed [difference]

between the unclean and the clean, and have {hid} their eyes

from my sabb

aths, and I am profaned among them.

hid <EZE39 -23> And the heathen shall know that the house of

Israel went into captivity for their iniquity: because they

trespassed against me, therefore {hid} I my face from them, and

gave them into the hand of their enemies: so fell they all by

the swor

d.

hid <EZE39 -24> According to their uncleanness and according to

their transgressions have I done unto them, and {hid} my face

from them.

hid <HOS5 -3> I know Ephraim, and Israel is not {hid} from me:

for now, O Ephraim, thou committest whoredom, [and] Israel is

defiled.

hid <HOS13 -12> The iniquity of Ephraim [is] bound up; his sin

[is] {hid}.

hid <HOS13 -14> I will ransom them from the power of the grave;

I will redeem them from death: O death, I will be thy plagues; O

grave, I will be thy destruction: repentance shall be {hid} from

mine eyes.

hid <AMO9 -3> And though they hide themselves in the top of

Carmel, I will search and take them out thence; and though they

be {hid} from my sight in the bottom of the sea, thence will I

command the serpent, and he shall bite them:

hid <NAH3 -11> Thou also shalt be drunken: thou shalt be {hid},

thou also shalt seek strength because of the enemy.

may be ye shall be {hid} in the day of the LORD'S anger.

hid <MAT5 -14> Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set

on an hill cannot be {hid}.

hid <MAT10 -26> Fear them not therefore: for there is nothing

covered, that shall not be revealed; and {hid}, that shall not

be known.

hid <MAT11 -25> At that time Jesus answered and said, I thank

thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because thou hast

{hid} these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed

them unto babes.

hid <MAT13 -33> Another parable spake he unto them; The kingdom

of heaven is like unto leaven, which a woman took, and {hid} in

three measures of meal, till the whole was leavened.

hid <MAT13 -44> Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto

treasure {hid} in a field; the which when a man hath found, he

hideth, and for joy thereof goeth and selleth all that he hath,

and buyeth that field.

hid <MAT25 -18> But he that had received one went and digged in

the earth, and {hid} his lord's money.

hid <MAT25 -25> And I was afraid, and went and {hid} thy talent

in the earth: lo, [there] thou hast [that is] thine.

hid <MAR4 -22> For there is nothing {hid}, which shall not be

manifested; neither was any thing kept secret, but that it

should come abroad.

hid <MAR7 -24> And from thence he arose, and went into the

borders of Tyre and Sidon, and entered into an house, and would

have no man know it]: but he could not be {hid}.

hid <LUK1 -24> And after those days his wife Elisabeth conceived,

and {hid} herself five months, saying,

hid <LUK8 -17> For nothing is secret, that shall not be made

manifest; neither any thing] {hid}, that shall not be known and

come abroad.

hid <LUK8 -47> And when the woman saw that she was not {hid},

she came trembling, and falling down before him, she declared

unto him before all the people for what cause she had touched

him, and how she was healed immediately.

hid <LUK9 -45> But they understood not this saying, and it was

{hid} from them, that they perceived it not: and they feared to

ask him of that saying.

hid <LUK10 -21> In that hour Jesus rejoiced in spirit, and said,

I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that thou hast

{hid} these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed

them unto babes: even so, Father; for so it seemed good in th

y sight.

hid <LUK12 -2> For there is nothing covered, that shall not be

revealed; neither {hid}, that shall not be known.

hid <LUK13 -21> It is like leaven, which a woman took and {hid}

in three measures of meal, till the whole was leavened.

hid <LUK18 -34> And they understood none of these things: and

this saying was {hid} from them, neither knew they the things

which were spoken.

hid <LUK19 -42> Saying, If thou hadst known, even thou, at least

in this thy day, the things which belong] unto thy peace! but

hid <JOH8 -59> Then took they up stones to cast at him: but

Jesus {hid} himself, and went out of the temple, going through

the midst of them, and so passed by.

hid <2CO4 -3> But if our gospel be {hid}, it is hid to them that

are lost:

hid <2CO4 -3> But if our gospel be hid, it is {hid} to them that

are lost:

hid <EPH3 -9> And to make all men] see what is] the fellowship

of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been

{hid} in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ:

hid <COL1 -26> Even] the mystery which hath been {hid} from ages

and from generations, but now is made manifest to his saints:

hid <COL2 -3> In whom are {hid} all the treasures of wisdom and

knowledge.

hid <COL3 -3> For ye are dead, and your life is {hid} with

Christ in God.

hid <1TI5 -25> Likewise also the good works of some] are

manifest beforehand; and they that are otherwise cannot be {hid}.

hid <HEB11 -23> By faith Moses, when he was born, was {hid}

three months of his parents, because they saw he was] a proper

child; and they were not afraid of the king's commandment.

hid <REV6 -15> And the kings of the earth, and the great men,

and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men,

and every bondman, and every free man, {hid} themselves in the

dens and in the rocks of the mountains;
