amend <2CH34 -10> And they put [it] in the hand of the workmen

that

had the oversight of the house of the LORD, and they gave it to

the

workmen that wrought in the house of the LORD, to repair and

{amend}

the house:

amend <JER7 -3> Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel,

{Amend} your ways and your doings, and I will cause you to dwell

in

this place.

amend <JER7 -5> For if ye thoroughly {amend} your ways and your

doings; if ye thoroughly execute judgment between a man and his

neighbour;

amend <JER26 -13> Therefore now {amend} your ways and your

doings,

and obey the voice of the LORD your God; and the LORD will repent

him of the evil that he hath pronounced against you.

amend <JER35 -15> I have sent also unto you all my servants the

prophets, rising up early and sending [them], saying, Return ye

now

every man from his evil way, and {amend} your doings, and go not

after other gods to serve them, and ye shall dwell in the

land which I have given to you and to your fathers: but ye have

not

inclined your ear, nor hearkened unto me.

amend <JOH4 -52> Then inquired he of them the hour when he began

to

{amend}. And they said unto him, Yesterday at the seventh hour

the

fever left him.
